 Philippe Richert, during more than 34 Years of Service as an important Elected Politician at the Top of various Public Authorities, has held, f.ex., the Office of Senate's vice-President, (something which made some Countries to Welcome him almost "as a Head of State/Government"), Minister of Decentralisaton and Territories, President of the Department of Lower Rhine, President of Alsace Region, and, afterwards, of the "Great East" Region, President of the Nation-Wide Association of French Regions, (etc).

Used to be personally involved in Franco-German cooperation, (including f.ex. at the "Superior Rhine"/OberRhine structure, together with Switzerland too, as f.ex. at its landmark 2010 Meeting at nearby Offenburg, with the then EU affairs Minister Hoyer, nowadays EIB's President, See: ..., but also with the Trans-Border Civil Society and even the Hohenzollern Royal Familly : See ..., as well as in the creation of "Euro-Campus" Franco-Germano-Swiss University/Research Integration project from 2016, See: ...), he regretted, however, Today, for "Not having done yet as much as we are able to do on Trans-Border Cooperation recently", since he took over the heavry Responsibilities of the New, "Great East" Region around Strasbourg, and the Presidency of all French Regions' Association.

Among the Numerous and Manifold concrete Realisations boosted here by Richert, he mentioned, Today, f.ex., also :      
- the Creation of the "Memorial" for Alsace - Lorraine, the "Spacecraft for Sciences",  the restoration of the majestic "Castle of Haut-Koenigsbourg", the World-Famous "Lalique" Museum (on Crystal Artworks), "Lichtenberg Castle",  the "Alsacian Archeology" entity, the "New Archives", etc, in addition to a sustained support to the Regional Economy.

Most of all, Richert pointed at a Recent move to spread Modern Very High Speed Internet Connexions all accross the Region's Urban and Rural areas, from Cities to Small Villages included, proud to Help make this Region "the 1st in France" to achieve such a result, which aims to Avoid any "Gaps" or "Digital Divide" between Citizens, as he stressed. This Pioneer Program had been Launched in Srasbourg together with the then Minister of Economy, and Today new French President, Emmanuel Macron, (See "Eurofora"s NewsReport from that event at : ....).

+ However, at the Same Time, we managed to re-organize the New "Great East" Ragion's overall activities in a way that "we Spared almost -1 Billion € per Year", compared with what used to be spend for all those Territories in the Past, he pointed out, as far as Financial Economies are concerned.

 - Before I Started Politics, I was just a College Professor of Sciences, more interested on ... "Butterflies", joked Phiippe Richert, but, after being Elected from the 1st Time with more than 75% of the Votes, +34 Years Later, I've had the Chance to meet more than "16 Prime Ministers, and 15 Prefects", but also "the Pope, the Dalai-Lama, the Brittish Queen, etc", and Travelled around for a total of about 300.000 kms, as he characteristically noted,  smiling...

Historic+ IDENTITY

Topically Speaking at the immediate Aftermath of the Elections at Neighbouring Germany, where mainstream Media and Politicians observed a growing Popular Demand to preserve that key European Country's cultural a.o. Identity, particularly after the Recent "Tsunami" of more than 1,5 Millions of Mass Asylum Seekers/Irregular Migrants through Turkey from 2015-2016, (mainly Muslim Migrants from the Middle-East or Central Asia, etc, Turkish agents reportedly Dissuading Christian Minorities and/or Qualified People, according to EU Leaks from Brussels), and even of an UnRelated, Controversial Independence Referendum Attempt in Catalonia, scheduled for Tomorrow, Sunday, Richert surprized by Focusing, for the 1st Time so openly, on "Identity":

- "We have Not Finished yet our Work on the Issue of Identity", and "Today, this is the main Question" raised, Richert stressed.

 Shortly Before he spoke, Strasbourg's main Local Newspaper "DNA" had just Published a Petition, signed by more than a Hundrend various Local/Regional Personalities, which Ask ro Restore "Alsace Region" strenghened by "Additional Competences" on "Culture, Language, Education", as well as "Trans-Border Cooperation and Economy".
They referred to Polls showing that "84% of the Population" was "Favorable for Alsace to quit the (much Wider) Great East Region", (CSA, 4/2017 : backed also by Similar, more Recent Polls cited by "DNA", f.ex. of "Radio Nuée Bleue", etc), in order to avoid "degrading its Specificity", but, on the contrary, both "preserve its Past, and build its Future", by "Continuing its History and personality", also through "its Rhenan and European mission".

Richert had been Criticized by some in the Past for accepting to become on 2016 President of the New and Bigger "Great East" Region, which includes the Pre-Existing Regions of Alsace, Lorraine and Champagne-Ardennes, according to a controversial 2015 Reform of France's Regional Structures, imposed by former French President Hollande, (a "Socialist"), allegedly in order to make Financial Economies in Logistics, and Bigger/Stronger new Regions, (even if this implied to bring together some "Heterogeneous Territories, which did Not know Eachother" yet, as he acknowledged).

But, as he Reminded Today, Richert, himself a former Alsace Region President for years, had Initially struggled to Defend the pre-existing Structure, organized a Popular Referendum for the creation of a stronger "Alsace Council" Merging Together that Region with its 2 Departments (Districts) of Superior and Lower Rhine, led Public Demonstrations against the Change pushed by Hollande (Comp. Supra), and even backed a Legal Complaint against it, up to the country's Highest Judges (its "Constitutional Court"), etc., in vain, given the Former Government's insistence. Thus, he had been practically Obliged to Lead his (Center-Right) Party's campaign in the Elections for that New, Bigger "Great East" Region, (which Merged 3 pre-existing, smaller regions : Comp. Supra), in order to Prevent the Risk for Rightists of the "National Front" (led by MEP Philippot) to snatch the Top Job. And he Brillantly Won that Popular Vote, (See: ... + ...).

- In fact, "I think that we Need to Keep such Identities" (as "Alsace"', "Lorraine", "Champagne-Ardennes", etc), the Experienced Top Regionalist of France went on to add Now, inter alia, also for the "Needs to Export towards International" areas, where, f.ex., "the Brand <<Made in Alsace>> was Adopted Initially by 5.000 Businesses, whose Number recently Grew up to 7.000, (the last-one being the well known De Dietrich Company)".

+ Moreover, "We Need such Identities", mainly "Because", in addition to their "History", they represent also "a Geographical, Human, and Political Reality", he stressed.

- F.ex., "Alsace pre-Existed even Before the creation of the Region named Alsace" : i.e. , already in the "Ancient" era of "Austrasia", (Eastern Franc Kingdom), etc. And Historians speak about what they call the "Alsace of Humanism", when "several Philosophers around Europe came here to exchange at Selestat" city, he reminded, inter alia.

>>> Therefore, 'the Question of Identity was at the Heart of my Work", President Philippe Richert underlined.

- And, even if also the New French "President (Macron) and Prime-Minister (Philippe) told me that they do Not intent to restore the Alsace Region" as it was before, nevertheless, other Possibilities exist in Practice :
=> - F.ex., "we can always Merge Together the 2 Departments of Superior and Lower Rhine, in order to Create 1 New Department throughout All Alsace area, which might even be called "Alsace Council", and "Negotiate (with the French State) the Addition of some More Competences", he suggested, in this regard.

ACT for GENERAL INTEREST/VALUES/CITIZENS

+ But President Philippe Richert's main and longest Plaidoyerie, during his landmark, Final Speech, Today, was Focused on the Principle of "General Interest" Action for "Values" and the "Citizens", as he stressed many times :

 - Indeed, the question of "Values", "is Not a Detail which would come Afterwards", but, on the contrary, an Important matter which "comes First" of all, he stressed from the outset.

- F.ex., if "I Believe in (Territorial) DeCentralisation, it's because it allows to come Closer to the Citizens, and this Helps Democracy to work Better" : That's why I am a real, convinced Regionalist", he pointed out.
>>> In Fact, "Act in the Name of those People who Voted for You, is a Heavy Responsibility, but also  an Extraordinary Opportunity !", underlined Richert, as a matter of General Principle.

- And, in this regard, as a Philosopher used to say : "We are what we are Doing", because "Ideas are Not made in order to be Thought, but in order to Live according to them" in real practice. In other words :  "Speak Less, but take Action !", he concluded.

=> This went as far as to even ...Motivate his Decision to Resign Today, also by "the General Interest" to give a Chance to his Successors to have enough Time in order to Better "Prepare the Next Elections", as he said, (See Infra).

 - "Stand always United and Work Together, for the General Interest, for our Citizens !", concluded President Richert in his Last Message at Strasbourg's "Great East" Region's Members of his Political Majority Today, who largely Applauded.

MYSTERY (+ Emotions)

Many were Surprized by Richert's anouncement that he Resigns Today : Indeed, he has just been brillantly Elected as President of the New Big Region of Strasbourg : "Great East", only about 1,5 Year ago (December 2015 - September 2017), and still had about 3 or 4 Years more to run in this mandate, up to 2021.

Even some among the few who reportedly "knew" that he was considering to eventually resign Before the End of his current Mandate, (as, f.ex., Local French Strasbourg's Newspaper "DNA"s experienced Head of Politcal News, Fortier, etc), several acknowledged, speaking to "Eurofora", that, at least they "did Not Know When" he might do so...

Philippe Richert is aged just 64 Years Today (1953-2017). I.e. he's Younger than New US President Don Trump (aged 71 : 1946-2017). And even More Younger than Germany's Finance Minister Wolfgang Schäuble, probable New President of Parliament, who has just Celebrated, at Nearby Offenburg, his 75th Anniversary, together with EU Commission's President, Jean-Claude Juncker, and German Chancellor Angie Merkel, (See "Eurofora"'s NewsReport from the Offenburg : ...)

Therefore, "It's Not a matter of Age", Richert was obliged to say, as far as his unexpected decision to resign now is concerned. But, it might be "a matter of Seniority", (I.e. for having served in Politics for a too Long Period of Time), he added.

Indeed, he has been serving as an Elected Politician, at various Public Authorities, more than 34 Years now, (1982-2017), he reminded. According to some Estimations "I've been Working for the General Interest and the Republic during more than 150.000 Hours", he joked, (counting only actual Working Time)...

Bad lack : It's just a Week ago that all German Medias reminded the Fact that his Neighbour, Schäuble, (Freshly Re-Elected as MP also for the forthcoming period of 2017-2021), has already completed ... 45 Years of service as MP (1972 - 2017), in addition to various Ministerial posts, etc.

What was, then, the Real Reason for Richert's Sudden Resignation ?
Could it be, simply because of a Recent "Hot" Disagreement with current French Prime Minister Philippe, for his Refusal to Keep a Promise given by his Predecessor, former Prime Minister Valls before the Presidential and Parliamentary Elections of 2017, concerning the Global Budget of All Regions of France, which was reportedly Diminished Now with  -350 Millions € Less than expected for the Next Year of 2018 ?

Indeed, the fact that such a promise, initially given by Valls at the Annual Congress of the Association of "Regions of France" on 2016 in Reims, (Comp. "Eurofora"s NewsRaports from Reims, then, f.ex. : ...), and subsequently Endorsed even by the Parliament, was, finally, Droped by Philippe at the 2017 Congress in Orleans, (reportedly because of the Need to make an effort for Economies in France's overall Budget), provoked Strong Reactions by most Presidents of Regions : It resulted, inter alia, also to their Exceptional Decision to immediatelly Stop any Concertation with the current National Government, until this Problem is Solved, and "Trust" restored, between the Regions and the State, as an Official Decision has just Announced...

Richert, who has also been Elected President of the National Assiociation of "French Regions" since 2016, Explained that exceptional move Today, by saying that, even "More Important than hose -350 Millions €" Cut from their initial Budget for 2018, "is the Principle of Mutual Respect, Respect to Commitments, and Fairness, on which we could build the Future", as he critically said now.

But, at any case, those Differences were, in fact, an obviously Collective Issue, felt and endorsed by Most if not all the Regions of the country, and explicitly Supported by all the competent Collective Bodies of that Organisaion... So that Not Only the Independence of the Regions made normally Impossible, even for a Top State Official as f.ex. the current Prime Minister, to eventually Oblige the President of the Association of French Regions to Resign, but, Moreover, any such attempt would also be Useless, since Most Presidents of Regions supported that Collective Decision, (Comp. Supra).

Thus, Richert really had to Explain his Decision to Resign Now, basically by claiming that this would be Necessary, in real Practice, in order to Give Suffisient Time to his Successor, to Prepare himself, his Agenda and his Team, for the Next Elections to the "Great East" Region. I.e. something, apparently, Logical, at least at First Sight, considering also Richert's Long-Serving presence at the Head of local Departments or Regions in Strasbourg's area, during Many Years.

But, nevertheless, it's also a Fact that, Between Now and the Next Regional Elections, it's a quite Long Distance : Almost 4 Years, from 2017 until 2021. I.e., obviously Too Long if it's only to "Prepare" those Elections...

In consequence, given alsoo that Richert did Not mention any ecentual Health or Other Reason for such a, Exceptionally Precocious Departure, Observers were, inevitably, pushed into Speculating Either about a possible imminent Political ReOrientation of certain key Parties in France, (f.ex., including a Recent Division inside the Rightist Party of Marine Le Pen's "National Front", added to the probable Election of former Minister, and currenty Region President, Alain Wauquiez, at the Head of mainstream Center-Right "Republican" Party, founded by former President Nicolas Sarkozy ; added also to parallel ReStructuring of the "Socialist" Party, etc), or, Otherwise, about some Other Factor, Hidden and Fishy, (f.ex., perhaps, Threatened by anyone ?, etc)...

To Dissipate such possible Concerns, Richert said that "Nobody Asked" him "to Resign", and undertook full responsiblity for that decision.

However, given all the above-mentioned Facts, several People may, obviously, still Think Otherwise, and still Wonder about UnAnswered Questions on what really happened, and who or what might, eventually, have Pushed him to do so...

Shall we ever Know ?

At any case, Richert himself would "Not make any Comments" on Politics, any more, he also anounced, Curiously. I.e. something that Not even German former Chancellor Helmut Kohl, neither French former Senator, f. President of Strasbourg's "Lower Rhine" Department, and f. Mayor + f. President of France's Association of Mayors, as well as f. Minister, Daniel Hoeffel, ("a Big Monsieur"', as Richert acknowledged), did Not do.
At least some among his Political allies reportedly stressed that they were "Shocked" when they heard that he was resigning.

So that, at least some Readers' First Comments published in the Web, already Started to Raise Questions, about what might have, eventually, been the Real and/or More Important Reason which pushed Richert to Resign Today.

But, Richert did Not Exclude, Today, to, eventually, use his Experience Otherwise : I.e., perhaps, in some Scientific or other Research, Conferences, etc, in France and/or elsewhere in Europe or the World, (f.ex. in University, Colloquies, CoE/EU events, Articles, etc, on DeCentralisation or other relevant matter), or to Publish relevant Books, (including, f.ex., an Auto-Biography, etc)...

Human and/or Political Emotions appeared High, among the more than a Hundrend Invitees, mainly from Richert's Majority in the "Great East" Region's Headquarters in Strasbourg, particularly when he clearly confirmed that he's "Leaving everything Tonight", in conclusion of his official declarations, that they all hailed by a Long and vibrant Standing Ovation.

Most of them, (including the current Head of Philippe Richert's Political Majority, Jean Rottner, former Mayor of Mulhouse, who is reportedly one among his most probable Successors), looked sincerely Moved and Thoughtfull, generally declining to add anything more to the Journalists who were invited at this Exceptional Event, simply by observing that "it's not the right moment" now for that, with a kind but bitter smile, full of internal emotions.

 

*Strasbourg/EU Parliament/Angelo Marcopolo/- While the Controversy on a pro-Secession Referendum in Catalonia Region of Spain approaches the scheduled Day of October 1st, even if EU Parliament reportedly Decided Not to hold Any Public Debate on that issue during its forthcoming Plenary Session in Strasbourg Next Week, (from October 2 to 5), however, Secessionist Groups have Exploited even the recent Barbaric Tragedy of Deadly Islamist Terrorist Attacks at Barcelona in order to make Propaganda for their Plan to hold that Referendum, Denounced to "Eurofora" the Secretary General of the ChristianDemocrat/EPP Party, and Top MEP, Antonio López-Istúriz, speaking some days earlier in EU Parliament here.

Replying to relevant "Eurofora"s Questions, (particularly whether the recent Deadly Islamist Terrorist Attacks provoked a Reaction of National Unity between all the Spanish People),

Lopez-Isturiz regretted the Fact that, Despite the presence even of Prime Minister Rajoy and of the King, together with the Victims' Families, and many People, at a huge Public Demonstration in Barcelona in honor of the Victims, nevertheless, some exploited even that sacred moment in order to Distribute f.ex. Leaflets with Publicity about that Controversial Secessionist Referendum attempt, (which has been Declared illegal by the Country's Constitutional Court).

- "At least, they should have Respected the Families of the Victims !", EPP's Secretary General and Top MEP López-Istúriz, pointed out.

On the Contrary, he abstained from any Comment on Anti-Terrorist Measures, as. f.ex., around the recent Barcelona ISIS' Deadly Attacks :

Mainstream Spanish Medias (as "ABC" etc), had, f.ex., claimed that, according to Securiy sources, the Catalan Regional Police would have Refused Access on the spot to the Spanish National Police, when an Explosion occured, initialy, at a House where ISIS Terrorists lived. So that the Catalan Regional Authorities erroneously thought that it was a purely Accidental Gas incident, without realizing, at first, that it was a Blunder in Handling Dozens of Bombs stocked there. In Consequence, an Anti-Terrorist Alert Delayed for Many Hours, Excluding the Timely Prevention of the Deadly Terrorist Attacks (otherwise avoidable) which Followed Later on, elsewhere in Barcelona, (See, f.ex. : http://www.eurofora.net/newsflashes/news/barcelonaterrorrevealseuropeanpoliticalproblem.html).

López-Istúriz, preferred to Focus, rather, on the fact that, at any case, an Efficient Anti-Terrorist action Necessitated a Smooth Cooperation, between National and Regional Police Services, not only on how to ReAct to eventual Islamist Terrorist Attacks, but, most of all, already on how to Prevent them, particularly by a systematic and Timely Exchange of relevant Intelligence, in order to Save Lives of innocent Civilian People notoriously Targetted by ISIS' a.o. Deadly Terrorists.

24 People of 10 Nationalities were Killed, and more than 130 Victims from over 34 Countries were Wounded, by the series of Islamist Terrorist Violence at Barcelona, Catalonia's capital City, last August 2017 (See : http://www.eurofora.net/newsflashes/news/barcelonaterrorrevealseuropeanpoliticalproblem.html).

The Number of Muslim Migrants in Catalonia had very Rapidly ... Exploded, Growing from 30.000 up to 700.000 in just Ten Years, Becoming, in certain Catalan Municipalities, Bigger than 20 % of the Local Population (!), as Spain's Biggest Newspaper "El Pais" (Center-Left) had Warned, already on 2015, i.e. precisely when the Latest Local Elections took place.

Among 98 Dangerous Mosques found, throughout All Spain, to Spread "the Most Radical" views of Islam, including "Salafism", etc., at least 50 were in Catalonia, (i.e. "More than the Half") !...

A radicalized Imam from a Catalan City near France, and with links to Belgium, appeared to be ISIS' Deadly Terrorist Gang's ring-Leader in Barcelona's 2017 Attacks. He was personaly linked to anOther, Islamist Terrorism Suspect, Mosque manager at Barcelona, who had been prosecuted, condemned and jailed, in the Past, in the context of a Wide Anti-Terrorism operation of the Spanish Police, but later released, after Catalan pro-Independence Lawyers attacked the Legality of that operation for Procedural reasons.

At least 2 among those local Lawyers were, soon afterwards, Elected in Catalonia as Deputy Mayor of Barcelona or MP, etc, while, almost at the same period, clear indications of Socio-Political Convergence of Interests between some Muslim Migrant Lobbies seeking Voting Rights and Catalan Independantists emerged (Comp. Supra).

Since those Elections of 2015, an atypical Left-oriented Regional Government seized ¨Power in Catalonia, pushing twice towards an "Indepencence" Referendum, which was also declared illegal repeatedly by the Spanish National Constitutional Court. After those pro-Independence Catalan region politicians declared also their intention to make Secession from Spain on 2017, the National Government at Madrid took Measures to try to prevent that Vote, scheduled for Sunday, October 1st, among rising tensions, but also alleged last-minute attempts to find a Peaceful Compromise, in one way or another.

The now governing pro-Independence Catalan politicians, according to International mainstream Medias, have not yet a Majority of the regional population with them, but acceeded since 2015 in office mainly because of the Regional Electoral System which gives priority to Rural areas. A First Referendum of 2015 was won by them with a Weak Participation of People, less than normal. But now, on 2017, it's the First Time that such an attempt is followed also by a declared intention to Kick-Start a Fast-track process towards Secession, resulting in greater tension now, unless a timely compromise is found peacefully, de jure or de facto.

*Strasbourg/Angelo Marcopolo/- While an Emblematic and Symbolic Vote, but also Politically Crucial for USA's foreseeable Future, starts Tomorrow at Alabama's Mediatic GOP Primary for a New Senator at Washington DC, between the American People's Grassroots Favorite, the  popular Judge Roy Moore, and the Washington DC. That Alabama Senatorial Vote of Tuesday, 26 September 2017, is expected to Influence the forthcoming 2017-2018 Primaries for the 2018 Mid-Terms Elections in US Congress and Senate, where a Strong Fight is currently going-on between the New Popular Values Conservative Movement which had triggered New US President Don Trump's Surprizing Win in the latest, 2016 US Presidential Elections, and the Establishment, which has notoriously Delayed and/or Blocked most of his Electoral Agenda, for which has Voted the American People, marginalized or fired various among his Best Counsellors, linked with the Grassroots Popular Movement, systematically slandered, muzzled or mis-represented the New US President's real positions through Mainstream Medias, etc., as part of a Wider, Exceptionally Hard Struggle vis a vis a "Deep State", strongly Denounced recently even by some Experienced and Honest Journalists also of the Left, (See,  f.ex.: http://www.eurofora.net/newsflashes/news/journalistgreenwaldfortrumpondeepstate.html .

Last Sunday's German Elections concern almost the Same Period of Time (Late 2017 - 2021), as those incoming USA Mid-Term Primaries and Final Senate + Congress Elections (2017+2018-2022).

While the Issues linked with (mainly "Socialists"') Attempts to Impose "Same Sex etc., Both in Europe and in the USA, as well as Elsewhere in the World, (Despite Strong Resistance inside Many Countries), have notoriously provoked various very "Hot" Controversies, Massive Popular Counter-Demonstrations, Political Oppositions, Constitutional Amendments, Popular Referenda, Resistance of many Officials, but also an UnPrecedented Oppression of Dissidents, etc., mutatos-mutandis, almost Everywhere, (f.ex. in the US, France, the UK, Hungary and Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Russia, Australia, even at EU-level and Africa, etc.), and still seem Far from stopping Nowadays, (all the Contrary)...

In Addition to the Religious, Moral, Health, Social and Ethical Controversies about "Same Sex Marriage" itself, recent Public Propaganda of Homosexuality even in front of Children, and the more UnPopular Submission of Chldren to the Power of Homosexual Strangers under Pretext of "Adoption", stands also, Behind all that, a Risk for Exploitation by shady Technocratic Lobbies in order to Get Hold and soon Dominate various abnormal and AbNatural Techniques of Procreation of Human Beings, (f.ex. via the Atrocious abuse of so-called "Surrogate" Mothers, and/or more or less "Artificial" Births, with "In Vitro Fertilisations", Pre-Natal Genetic Tests, Transplantations, Genetic Manipulations of Human Embryos, etc), Obviously Dangerous for all Humankind.
 
It's in order to try to Protect Natural Family and Natural Births, that former Chief Justice in the Federated State of Alabama, Roy Moore, had Dared Sacrifice even his own (Elected) Top Job, a few Years earlier, from which he was brutaly Dismissed by Bureaucrats Executing Mr. Obama's Dictates, (that he notoriously Tried to Impose even in ... Poor African Countries, many among whom Dared Refuse and Fight-Back, both v. B.H.O. and Against some other US and EU Bureaucrats' Attempts to link even International Humanitaran Aid earmarked for very Poor Nations, to that Imposal of Controversial and UnPopular there "SSM", Officially Condemned inside the UNO, etc). Various more or less Similar Individual Conflicts, with manifold Slander, Muzzling or Censorship, Threats, Oppression, even Dismissals, Prosecution, Arrests and Jailings, etc. against Dissidents, took also place around these Same Issues, both in USA and in the UK, France, etc.

In Germany, it's Just ... the Last Day, before the Parliament's recess for the 2017 Elections, that a Sudden, UnExpected Move pushed for a Hasty, UnPrepared, Last-Minute Vote, (withOut Any Previously Serious and open Public Debate among Citizens in the Society), which Adopted a Draft Law due to Impose that Highly Controversial "Same Sex Marriage" and "Adoption" of Children by Homosexuals : But it's Not yet due to Enter into Force before the 1st October, (i.e. soon After those Elections), while various Groups have already Announced their Intention to also Challenge that Controversial Bill to the Constitutional Court, Headquartered at nearby Karlsruhe, asap, because of its Contradiction to the National Constitution, which clearly speaks only about Natural, Traditional Marriage between a Man and a Woman.

=> So, that "Hot" and Topical Issue (in Addition, naturally, to the Parallel, still On-going, "Hot" Debate about that sudden "Tsunami" of more than 1,5 Millions of Mass Asylum Seekers/Irregular Migrants tresspassing inside Europe through Neighbouring Turkey from 2015-2016, as well as Islamist Terrorism's parallel, extended and growing Deadly/Destructive Attacks, cowardly Targetting Innocent Civilian People, systematically), was, obviously, due to Influence also these, September 2017, German Elections.

- F.ex., inter alia, Rightist "Alternative" Party's main Spokesperson, Mrs Frauke Petry, had already Announced, at the Eve of that Electoral Competition, that she Expected to "Welcome many Conservative ChristianDemocrat People" (from the Governing, mainstream Center-Right Party), traditionally Supporters of Natural Family and Natural Births.

+ And a very Big Majority, of More than 75 % among the Governing ChristianDemocrat/EPP "CDU/CSU" Parties' MPs, indeed, VOTED (on July 30, 2017) at the Parliament in Berlin, AGAINST that "Same Sex Marriage" controversial Bill, (including even Chancellor Angie Merkel herself)...

In consequence, that controversial Bill passed Only with a Push from the Parties of the Left and the Greens, but Despite More than 75% of "NO" Votes from the Governing ChristianDemocrats, and withOut Any Participation from the Rightists of "AfD", which had Not Yet Entered in the German Parliament then...

 Already, Berlin's catholic ArchBishop, Heine Koch, (who had often criticized the AfD in the Past) Warned that such a Controversial and Hasty Decision would "Strengthen the Alternative" party AfD, if some are pushed to see it as the only one which currently supports the main Christians' positions in such topical issues...

=> So that, Indeed, the German People really "Punished", precisely, the "Socialist" and "Green" Parties (while Leftists stagnated) during these, subsequent, National Elections, (for this and other Topical Issues : Comp. Supra), where they Faced a Historic Backlash, Falling Down to an UnPrecedentently Low level of Votes, (particularly the Most Important and formerly "Big" among them : the "Socialists", who were Surprized by that Fall, etc).

+ On the Contrary, the Rightists of the "Alternative" ("AfD"), in Yesterday's Election Won much More Votes than all Polls had Predicted for them, UnExpectedy Advancing from a 9% or 10% only, (generally Expected to Assimilate them with Other 3 Small Parties of Leftists, Liberals and Greens), Up to a 13+% or 14% of Votes, Succeeding not only to Enter for the First Time in Germany's National Parliament, but Also to Become the 3rd Biggest Party in the Most Populated and Richest European Country, as well as Head of the Opposition.

But, may be Due also to the Strange Fact that, curiously, a Short Time Before these Elections, and withOut any Warning, suddenly, some pushed at the Top Job of 1 among the 2 Campaign Chiefs an Individual UnKnown yet to the People, who, Later-on, proved to be a Lesbian living also at a 2nd Home, in Switzerland, with another Homosexual Woman, and even Kept Together 2 Children there, as Non-Contradicted Press Reports, meanwhile, Revealed, it's also a Fact that Many Found (including its Chief until now, Frauke Petry) that the "Alternative" did Not get as much Votes as it could have Expected, (particularly after a CDU/CSU's "U-Turn", which Allowed that Last-Minute Vote in the Out-Going Parliament on "SSM", etc : Comp. => That was, most Probably, at least one of the Reasons or Motivations for which, suddenly, its Number 1 Leader, Frauke Petry, just Announced her Decision to Refuse to participate to the Parliamentary Group that her Lesbian collegue is due to Co-Chair in Berlin's Bundestag, preferring to be an Independent MP, and Exceptionally leaving Out from a collective Press Conference organized with her in the name of the AfD on the Results of these Elections Today !

At least one more AfD Elected MP reportedly will Follow Petry's move, while all the Medias and the People are still Wondering to find out which were the full Real Reasons from what Happened...

(So that she wouldN't even be Elected at all, if the Total of Votes for her Party, AfD, in general, did not allow that, at a 2nd Share of unused, left-over, anonymous votes, Later on)...

++ But her Co-Leader of the AfD Electoral Campaign, veteran, Old Conservative Politician, Alexander Gauland, (who was among the First to call for a Legal Complaint against that Controversial Draft Law at the Costitutional Court), Contrary to her, Succeeded to Win ...More than the Double Number of Votes than her : Instead of Only 10%, he Personaly  got from the People, on his Name and at his own Constituency, ... 22 % of Direct Votes !

  Meanwgile, the fact that, sometimes, certain AfD politicians might seem or even really be more or less Controversial, in personal terms as Individuals, does Not Change at all what is our Main Interest here, since it was also Found, in his Sunday's Election, that often, many German Voters may Choose an CDU/CSU Candidate, in the Personal Vote, but, on the Contrary, prefer the AfD at theie Party-preference vote ! Indeed, the German Electoral System provides for 2 Votes : One for a Person, and afterwards, another for a Political Party. So that Votes for ChristianDemocrats/EPP Candidates personally, might practically mean, for a Voter, that he would like the Personality of a ChristiaDemocrat EPP Member, but would prefer for him/her to endorse the Political Positions of the "Alternative", either inside the CDU/CSU, or by acceeding into the "AfD" itself, sooner of later...

+++ Even More and Various concrete Facts appear to show that Many People in Germany already started to React to those Hasty, Last-Minute Attempts to Impose them the Controversial "Same Sex Marriage" and even "Adoptions" of Children by Homosexuals, withOut any Previous Warning, Neither any Open Public Debates (Comp. - Indeed, it's also Among that Tiny Minority of Less than 23% of Establishment's CDU/CSU Out-Going MPs who recently Betrayed their Party's Commitments to the People in favour of Natural Family and Births, by Voting, on the Contrary, for "SSM" only 1 Day before their previous Mandate Ends (Comp. Supra), that several did Not receive enough Votes from in these Elections...

=> F.ex., at least in one case among Many possible, (and probably much Better : See Infra), at a Nearby Constituency of Rasttat, (where a Top MP had Betrayed his Party's Commitments, going for "SSM" inside the Parliament), the Out-Going CDU/CSU, surprisingly did Not Receive but Only a Small Portion of its usual Number of Votes there, Falling Down to an Exceptionally Low level, (While, on the Contrary, almost All Other surrounding Constituencies, at the Neighbouring Areas, Succeeded to get a more or less Normal Share of Votes, and Most even Got much More than the Average of their CDU/CSU Party Nation-wide !

Such Examples of Popular Reactions, Down-Voting those MPs of the Establishment who Betrayed the ChristianDemocrat/EPP Party's Official Commitments (Comp. Supra), may probably be found also at Many Other Concrete Cases, accross the Country, (f.ex., perhaps also near Constanze lake, etc).

Indeed, they could be an Additional Cause for an Exceptionally Heavy Fall of CDU.CSU Votes Now, never seen before in Recent History, (Obviously in Addition to the Mass Migration/Islamist Terror Attacks parallel controversies).

This might also Explain why All the Polls Never Predicted such a Sharp Fall, generally showing at least +4% or +5% (sometimes even Higher) of Votes More to all the out-going CDU/CSU former MPs, than what they received finally...

=> Therefore, it would be Certainly Interesting to Carefully and Deeply Examine and Analyse all the Real Facts about What exactly Happened to those Few CDU/CSU Out-going MPs who even Openly Betrayed their Party's Commitments to the People, (suddenly, without any previous Warning, and even without any Open Public Debate for their Citizens : Comp. Supra), on that Last Day of the Out-going Parliament in Berlin, on June 30, 2017, in order to Find out what the German People really did now about them.

Astonishingly, however, this Time, too many usually good Sources for concrete Details of German Elections, Contrary to the Past, suddenly Started to show some UnPrecedented "Technical" or other "Practical" Problems, (including mainly at the Internet), which Exceptionally Delayed or even Block Until Now, the Full plain Facts on What Really Happened in Many "Key" Constituencies accross Germany !

+ Moreover, at the Last Minute, practically OverNight, suddenly, the Total Number of Elected MPs was ... Exceptionaly Augmented, extending to Dozens More, withOut Clear Reasons, Neither a Clear Previous Warning : Could it, Perhaps, be, because of a (tehnically possible) Last-Minute Attempt, precisely, to HIDE that Popular Reaction, which seems to have tried to "Sanction" those MPs who had Betrayed their Party's Commitments to the People, also on Natural Family and Natural Births (Comp. Supra) ?

Hopefully, we shall learn the whole Truth, one day...

(NDLR :  Trump's venue to a brief meeting in Alabama, (where he reportedly went also for anOther reason), with the participation of Moore's Competitor, Stranger, (a Non-Elected yet Senator, simply Appointed by a notoriously Corrupted former Governor, some suspect in exchange of closing his eyes contrary to the Duty that Stranger had, in the Past, to investigate any such alleged wrong-doing), apparently, should Not be over-estimated :

Among many and various other factors, Trump currently is, notoriously Pressured by USA's "Deep State", his "Socialist" Competitors of the Dem. Party, and some RINOS among GOP's Establishment, (always Opposed to him, even during the Electoral Campaign of 2016, that he Won UnExpectedly, by a Last-Minute Widely Spread Move of American People), Targetting Both his main Policies (even if they Won the Elections) and even him Personally, and part of his own Family...

In Addition, nowadays, he Needs the slightest eventual Support, particularly inside the Senate (where GOP's Majority still remains at Only 4 Votes, RINOS of the Establishment included), for the Year which preceeds the Autumn 2018 forthcoming Mid-Term Senatorial and Congress Elections.

While still Backing Stranger, after a very Heavy and Persisting Lobbying (almost Harassment, as several mainstream Medias describe..) by Establishlent's notorious RINOS, including, mainly, the Controversial Out-Going GOP Senate Majority's current Head, the Old McConnel, (who, curiously, Spends Many Millions $ for one Primary Election in Alabama, which has Never seen Before so much  Money there !), nevertheless, Trump has also, "Congratulated" Judge Roy Moore for his Victory in the 1st Round of this Primary GOP Election, (where he Succeeded to come 1st among more than Ten Competitors), and also Promissed to "Fight for him"  (Moore) at the Final Electoral Vote against the "Socialist" (Dem. Party's) Competitor, on December, "if he (Moore) Wins" Now, (i.e. in this Final Vote of GOP's crucial Primaries, expected to Determine, in fact, the New Senator, due to GOP's traditionally Dominant position in Alabama).  

But, most Polls have already shown, many times, that Moore had a Double-Digit Lead in potential Voters, Ahead of Stranger.

And, in Addition to Winning the 1st Round of GOP's Primaries, last August 2017 (See : ...), Moore has also Received, recently, the Backing of the 3nd and 4rd former Competitors, (Brooks and Pittman), Hoping to Add to his 40% of Voters also Brooks' 20% and Pittman's 6%, i.e. expecting, normally, a clear Majority of about 66%, more or less, in this 2nd and Final Round of GOP's Primary now.

Moreover, the Popular Judge Roy Moore (and his Anti-Establishment political positions) has practically ... Won the Sympathy of almost All among the Warmest Supporters of New US President Don Trump, whi Helped Elect him on 2016 !

F.ex., among Many Others, Moore has also been Endorsed also by the Popular former US vice-Presidential Candidate Sarah PALIN, (formr Alasca Governor); Trump's former Campaign Manager and White House's Chief Strategy Advisor Steve BANNON ; Trump-appointee and former US Presidential Candidate, now Minister for Urban development and Housing, Dr. Ben CARSON ; Popular former Front-runner US Presidential Candidate (2008 +2016) and Governor of Arkansas, currently TV Journalist, Mike HUCKABEE (a Supporter of Trump, who even selected his Daughter for White House Press Spokeswoman) ; Alabama's own former Governor Fob JAMES, and former Alabama's Chair of GOParty and former Senator, Bill ARMISTEAD, as well as Alabama's "TEA PARTY" Organisation, All with a rare Experience on ths spot ; several Top, USA-wide JOURNALISTS, such as Ann COULTER, Sean HANNITY ("Fox News"+), Mark LEVIN, Laura INGRAHAM, Daniel HOROWITZ, etc ; Many US elected CONGRESSMEN such as, f.ex. : Rep.  If this Highly Symbolic Alabama Vote goes well for Moore, then, such a New Fact might set in Motion a Growing series of Changes, (considering also the Fact that almost All US Presidential Candidates at GOP's 2016 Primaries were Initialy United against Obama-imposed "Same Sex Marriage" + "Adoption" of Children by Homosexuals, while President Trump did not exclude, but reportedly said that he would "Consider" a possible move to Change the Supreme Court's case-law back towards the original principles of the US Constitution), American People's decision could, eventually Help also European People to face similar attempts against Natural Family annd Natural Births. 

And this, might even arrive Sooner than expected : That Controversial New Law will Not Enter into Force in Germany but Only After the 1st of October, and one or more Legal Complaints to the Country's Constitutional Court are expected...

*Strasbourg/Angelo Marcopolo/- Just after Norway, even stronger in Germany, Democracy spoke this September 2017 : The German People gave a Crystal-clear Absolute Majority to the Right with more than + 56 % of the Votes in the National Election for the New Parliament of 2017-2021.

Indeed, the 3 Parties located at the Right side of the Political spectrum, from the Center-Right "Liberals" (10,5%), the Right of "ChristianDemocrats"/EPP (33%) and the Rightists of the "Alternative" (13,2%), all together succeeded to attract, undeniably, a very Big Absolute Majority for the New Bundestag in Berlin, with Even much More Votes than the equivalent parties in Norway, just a few Days Earlier, (Comp.: ...).

In terms of Elected MPs, this gives 420 MPs, i.e. + 65 More than what is required for an Absolute Majority (just 355), which is the Highest Number of MPs from All theoretically possible Coalitions among Various Parties in Germany Today :

F.ex. Socialists again with the ChristianDemocrats would just have +44 MPs margin (i.e. - 21 Less than All the Right) ; while a "Jamaica" color group where ChristianDemocrats and Liberals might go with the "Greens", would have only +38 MPs margin (i.e. - 27 Less than All the Right); and Any Other Combination would Fall into a Minority, Lacking from - 29 MPs Less than necessary in order to Govern (f.ex. CDU + FDP), Down to - 66 MPs Less than what is required, (f.ex. an "All Left" grouping with Socialists, Leftists and Greens, which would be the Weakest).       

                                                                                
In Fact, the "Number 1" Winner, i.e. a new Coalition of All the Right (Comp. Supra), would Also be the most Democratic solution, comparatively, since the "ChristianDemocrats" still remain the 1st Political Party of Germany, while the "Liberals" and the "Alternative" are, Today, the Only 2 Parties who Win Many Votes : + 6% and + 8,5% respectively, (while all the Others either Loose or Stagnate) - among whom, the latter ("AfD" = "Alternative für Deutschland") Wins the Most new votes of the German People.

Such a possible Unity of the Right would even be More "Natural", from the point of view of the People, since Polls reveal that there is a "Continuum", a "Flux" of Voters from the "ChristianDemocrats" towards the "Liberals" and to the "Alternative", Each of whom Receives more than +1 Million Voters from the CDU/CSU this time, (while the "AfD/Alternative" gets also some + 500.000 Votes from the "Socialists" too).

On the Contrary, the German People clearly Refused another "Gro-Ko", since Both the 2 Biggest Parties (CDU + PSD) Lost a lot of Votes now, (and the Socialists appeared Tonight Eager to go to the Opposition, after Risking to Fall even Lower than 20%). As for the Left side of the Political Spectrum, its 3 Parties have Only a net Minority (Comp. Supra).

Chancellor Angie Merkel, as the Leader of what still remains, by far, the 1st (Biggest) Political Party in Germany, CDU/CSU's "ChristianDemocrats", obviously got Today a new clear "Mandate" from the German People to try to form her New Government, according also to Today's Vote Results :

- As she reportedly Resumed the Situation : - It was Hard, but we (CDU/CSU) have got a Mandate. While Nobody could Govern against us, she observed in substance.

Concerning the 2nd Best possibility (Comp. Supra) : that of a "Jamaica" Coalition between ChristianDemocrats, Liberals and the Greens, even if Interesting, it seems, Nowadays, to have More Problems than Initially thought in the Past (See Infra) :

- F.ex., the Liberals, inter alia, have also stressed that they absolutely want to have Not the Foreign Ministry, as it was usual in the Past, but the Ministry of Finances, where the Most Popular Politician of Germany, the ChristianDemocrat Wolfgang Schäuble, has notoriously done a Good Job for the German Economy, (for the 1st Time since the 1960ies withOut any Debt !), and in great part also for the rest of the EU.

Many German a.o. Medias speculated, these Days, about what exactly Might be Schäuble's Next Political Task : Hypothesis published Nowadays, oscillated between f.ex., the Foreign Ministry, or the Presidency of the Bundestag (as the Good Norbert Lammert curiously chose retirement), etc.

Inter alia, in particular, Schäuble's recent Call to "Prevent an East - West Division" (See: ..), could, f.ex. be developed both Inside Germany (given Today's Differencies even of Votes, between German Regions),, and in Foreign Policy, (f.ex. with "Visegrad" Countries, as Hungary, Poland, Czechia, etc., particularly on the "Burning" Issue of Mass Migration via Turkey, etc), as well as on relevant EU Policies, (Comp. Infra).

And its true that Schäuble, initially chosen by the Historic former Long-Time German Chancellor Helmut Kohl, as Director of his Office, (i.e. an Overview-providing Top Job), then JHA Minister, Negotiator for the ReUnification of Germany, Head of the Governing CDU/CSU's Parliamentary Group, Top Minister of JHA or Finances, at a Crucial period of €uroArea, and when Many notoriously Expect that it might Advance towards creating the Foundations of a possible EU's more Integrated and Stronger Core, with More Instruments and even a Security/Defense policy, etc., could also Serve in Various Other Top Jobs :

"Jamaica" Coalition => + "Greens" ?

+ As for the "Greens", they already Govern, Together with ChristianDemocrats/EPP, at the Level of the neighbouring, Federated "Länder" of Baden-Wurttemberg, as well as, Recently, at Nord-Rhein-Westfalia (NRW : in the middle of 2017), in the past at Hessen, etc, according to an Idea suggested by "Eurofora" from 2010 (See, f.ex.: ...), and apparently Supported, in Theory, also by Pope Emeritus Benedict, particularly with his Landmark Theory on "Human Ecology", that he had Highlighted at the German Bundestag during his 2011 Official Visit, (comp.: ...).

But, this had been initialy Motivated by a Hope to Tackle strong BioEthical Issues, Crucial Today for Humankind's Future, (Comp. Pope Emeritus Benedict's 2009 landmark Encyclic "Caritas in Veritatis" at : ..., and "Eurofora"'s relevant Publications at : .... +...., etc), which have, Recently, been, Unfortunately, Bypassed, for a lage Part : F.ex. by "GroKo" Deals with the Socialists about Genetic Tests on Humans (from 2013), and/or the latest, surprisingly Hasty, 30/6/2017 Imposal of "Same Sex Marriage" between Homosexuals, including even Submission of Children to Homosexual Strangers under Pretext of "Adoption", etc., which provoke Risks for Shady Technocratic a.o. Lobbies to eventualy Take Control over Artificial Techniques for Procreation of Human Beings, Dangerous for all Humankind), etc.

While the Latter, still remains to be Checked by the German Constitutional Court, at nearby Karlsruhe, nevertheless, several Other Topical BioEthical Issues also Remain to be Tackled, such as the Atrocious Exploitation of "Surrogate Mothers", the Risk to Spread "Artificial Procreations of Human Beings", etc., as well as various, gallopîng Techniques of Genetic Manipulations on Animals and/or Foodstuffs, (f.ex. Plants, etc), but also growing Dangers of "TransHumanism", etc., where eventual cooperation might sustain the initial Stake on BioEthics (Comp. Supra).

However, a Different Issue might be the Fact that, according to Polls, a "Jamaica" Coalition (CDU - FDP - Greens) would Not be yet Popular enough : On the Contrary, a Majority seems to be Against, (particularly among ChristianDemocrats and Greens), leaving Only a Skin-Thin Majority of Liberals to Stand for it...                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      

+ And the new President of the North Rhein - Westphalia Länder (NRW), Amin Laschet, reportedly believes "Jamaika" to be a quite "Difficult" matter, particularly because, for him, he Number 1 Issue (especially for his region) would rather be to Boost Industry, (i.e. even there whee the "Greens" might Hesitate or be Opposed).

++ But, More Problematic is the Topical, "Hot" Issue of Mass Migration : The "Liberals" have Recently become Strongly Critical vis a vis the current Problem of  Mass Asylum Seekers/Irregular Migrants, (as that UnPrecedented "Tsunami" which suddenly Infiltrated into the EU through Turkey since 2015-2016). While, on the Contrary, most "Greens" would still keep a "Welcome" stance...

Unity of All the Right ?

 => Paradoxically, such Difficulties with the "Jamaika" Coalition, might "Disappear", or even, be Transformed, on the Contrary, into ... Common Points, when it comes for Migration Issues and the "CDU - FDP - AdF" Formula of Unity of All the Right, where many Liberals, ChristianDemocrats and Alternative might Share Similar Views on that "Hot" and Topical matter, (particularly when it comes into Keeping a "Firm" Stance vis a vis Mass Asylum Seekers/Irregular Migrants influx, as those which, Suddenly, inundated Europe through Turkey from 2015-2016).

Naturally, the Unity of All the Right, with the 3 Parties (ChristianDemocrats, Liberals and Alternative) to which the German People gave the Biggest Number of MPs, taken all Together, has become, Today, the solution for a New Government with the Strongest Absolute Majority, as we saw (Comp. Numbers noted Supra).

But, Notoriously, there are some Other Difficulties, in view for any Negotiations to create a New Governemental Coalition at the Right side of the Political Spectrum for the 1st Time in History.

Perhaps less the Risk for Far Rightist Deviations by some, (in fact, rather Easy to Oppose, if necessary), but More the Insistance of certain sectors (mainy of the SPD) to "Demonise" at any cost the "Alternative", so as to Divide the Right, and let the Left Dominate the Political Life, (as it has been routinely done f.ex. in France, at a quite Different situation, however)...

Nevertheless, just at the Beginning of this Week, (on Sunday, 17 of September 2017), suddenly Chancellor Angie Merkel surprized by an Apparently "Anodynous" Answer to an Exceptional session of Questions/Replies with Young Kids  in Berlin :
 
 - Her Favorite Head of Government would be ..."Erna Solberg of Norway" (sic !), she UnExpectedly revealed, just a Few Days since the Center-Right Leader of the Norwegian Conservatives Won a 2nd Electoral Mandate ...together with a Rightist party !

That Successful Norwegian move towards a Unity of the Right, has Spread, meanwhile, also in Denmark (forthcoming CoE President for November 2017 - May 2018 : Comp. ....).

More Recently, also in Bulgaria, where ChristianDemocrat/EPP party's Boyko Borisov has agreed a Government Deal with the Rightists of the "United Patriots", who "Droped their former Euro-Sceptiscist stance, endorsing now a Pro-European Agenda, since Bulgaria is due to Chair the EU from January 2O18", (as Sofia's Ambassador to the CoE, experienced former EU Affairs Minister Ms Katya Todorova, has told "Eurofora", earlier in Strasbourg)...

And Brussels has just endorsed as New EU Commissioner for "Digital" Technologies, the ...Bulgarian MEP Maria Gabriel, Wife of a French EU Parliament's Officer from Strasbourg, former Assistant to ChristianDemocrat/EPP President Joseph Daul, and currently of New EU Parliament's President Antonio Tajani, well known to "Eurofora" since many years...

The German People gave Today to the Rightists of the "Alternative" new party, about 13%-14% and Many MPs at the Bundestag, for the First Time at National level, Making them the Biggest among the 4 Small Parties, and revendicating the 3rd Rank in the New Parliament, (just after the ChristianDemocrats and the Socialists : Comp. Supra).

Together with the Liberals and the Rightists, the ChristianDemocrats could now have a Very Solid Absolute Majority of More than 56 % of the Votes casted in these 2017 Elections, just with the Right side of the Political spectrum, (i.e. without any more Concessions to the Left, f.ex. to the Socialists or the Greens, etc).

Notoriously, however, there seem to still be several Big Differences between the "CDU/CSU" and the "Alternative" currently, as things stand until now.

However Changes may be Possible, as the Examples of Norway, Denmark, Bulgaria, and elsewhere in Europe, (f.ex. also in Finland, between 2015 - 2017, but even Nowadays, with at least a portion of "the Finns' Party" rightists), precisely shows (Comp. Supra)...
 
Already, f.ex., among others, even AfD's vice-President, MEP Beatrix von Storck, who had been Presented by Establishment's Medias as Radically Opposed to Merkel in the Past, on the Contrary, Recently, she Complained to "Eurofora" in EU Parliament in Strasbourg that CDU People "don't even Talk to us !", ...

I.e., at First Sight, the situation, mutatis-mutandis, looks Similar to that which had Existed in the Past between the ChristianDemocrats and the Greens until 2010 (See, f.ex. : ... + ..., etc), but Changed seriously After 2011 - 2013, so that Today, a, eventual "Jamaica" Coalition (CDU/CSU - Liberals - Greens) notoriously seems possible.

And Chancellor Angie Merkel has already proved that she's perfectly Able, when really needed, to make even some Spectacular "U-Turns", on Strategic Issues, (as, f.ex., her 2011 "Energy-Schift", on the occasion of Fukusima, etc).

Her sudden Sympathy for the successful Norwegian Prime Minister, just Yesterday (Comp. Supra), makes think ...  After all, Norwegian Fjords' Salmon is Good even for (Political) Health, sometimes !

 - Eventual "Negotiations" with the "Alternative" would be "Hard", reportedly Warned ToNight in Berlin, the German Chancellor Angie Merkel. F.ex. they asked for a "Commission on Merkel"... - "I don't shy about a Commission", "But I'd prefer to have enough Time to Debate about the Future !", she Highlighted...

- Tn particular, the German Chancellor reportedly promised to "Take Seriously (the) Fears, (and) Note (the) Concerns" of the People who Voted for the "Alternative", "mainly through Good Policies", as she stressed.

After all, arbouring a Large, Bright Smile under the Moto : "At the Center", Angie Merkel appeared, despite a Hard Fight, rather Interested by the Fact that, for the First Time, the German People gave her, not just One, but Many Choices !

Something that Nobody else has now.
