- Giving an Absolute Majority of 52 Representatives, to the ChristianDemocrats (CDU), Rightists (AFD), Liberals (FDP), and "Free Voters" (pro-Direct Democracy+ Conservatives), against Only a Minority of 49 to "Socialists" and "Greens", while Also Rejecting the Leftists withOut Any Representative, and Even withOut Taking into Account an augmented number of "Various" (Most of whom Use to Stand Traditionaly on the Right), and Nonobstant Also a somewhat Higher Abstention than in the Past, apparently Mostly at the Right), the Voters of "Rheinland-Pfalz"' German Länder, (located at the North-West of Strasbourg's French Region of "Great East", marks, Today, the Greatest Surprize. *

    Keeping 27,7% of the Votes to mainstream Center-Right of CDU, (with 31 Representatives), Followed by the Rightists of the AfD with 8,3% of the Votes (and 9 Representatves), Added to another 5,7% of Voters from the Liberals/FDP, and 5,5% from the "Free Voters", (with 8 more Representatives Each), the Long-Time Party formerly Directed by Chancellor Angie Merkel, (2005-2020), Nowadays Chaired by former MEP Armin Laschet (2021-2024), is Still largely Able to Lead, But will have Now to Negociate with 3 More, Independent Political Groupings, if it wants to get an Absolute Majority... The Paradox, Obviously is that, While Laschet (that "Eurofora" has Already met in EU Parliament in Strasbourg, in the Past), has a Notorious Reputation of being quite "Centrist", Nevertheless, if former CDU Supporters' current Fugue towards Various Destinations at his Right Persists Further, (be it towards the AfD, FDP, Freie Weller, Various Right, or Nowadays' Abstentionists), the CDU Leadership will have to Find a Way, Ideas, and Resources Making them Credible to those People too...

    + A partly Similar Trend emerged Today, mutatis-mutandis, also at the Neighbouring Baden-Wurtemberg German Länder, located at the North-East of Strasbourg's French Region of "Great East" Region : Here it Apparently looks like a "Pat", with an Equal Share, until now, of 77 Representatives Each for the "Left" ("Greens" 58, and "Socialists" 19), and the "Right", ("CDU" 42, with Liberals 18, and Rightists/AfD 17). But the Right seems to represent More Voters in that Regional Parliament : 49,8 % , than the Left : 43,6% ! However, Again, the Mainstream Center-Right of "CDU" Keeps the Lead of Votes at the Right side, with 24,1%, Followed by the Liberals (10,5%) and Rightists/AfD (9,7%), as well as "Various" Right (5,5%), while, at the Left, the "Greens" with 32,6% are added to 11% of "Socialists", (the Leftists remaining Out of that Parliament, as the "Free Voters", mainly Rightists). But, from Now on, any CDU Leadership will have to Negociate and Convince also ...3 Other Parties (Liberals, Rightists, and Various Right), If it wants to Head all the Right Side of the New, 2021+ Political Spectrum, (Comp. Supra)...

From this Topical point of view, Obviously, Armin Laschet's apparently Smooth "Modus Vivendi" Deal with Friedrich Merz, after Mid-January 2021, concerning their Foreseable Future, Might, Naturaly, Help things, in practice, at the Aftermath of the September 2021 National Elections. However, to be Realist, such a Creation of a "New Right" Coalition, aiming to Govern Germany, in one way or another, might Need also something More...

In this regard, it's Not a pure matter of Chance that the above-mentioned Developments, Both concerning Also "Greens"' Future Relations with the Right (as it was the case in Baden-Wurtemberg) or the Left (as it happened at Rheinland-Pfalz), and Both located Near Strasbourg, had Also Various Exceptional (even if InDirect) Links even with the Historic, Long-Time former Chancellor Helmut Kohl, the "Father of ReUnification" of Both Germany itself and of All Europe, particularly around a precise Moment of PanEuropean and Global History :

- Indeed, Kohl was Also a Key for the Adoption by the CoE of its landmark "Oviedo" Treaty on "BioEthics", i.e., about Human Rights and Bio-Medicine, back on 1997-1998, as well as of a Relevant Protocol against "Human Cloning", around CoE's Historic 1997 Summit of Heads of State/Government, held in Strasbourg then, amidst successive rotating Presidencies held by France, Germany, and Greece, (etc), as well as a Traditional Supporter of elementary BioEthical Values inside Germany itself. And, When "Eurofora"'s co-Founder, Both at CDU's and the Green's Annual Party Congresses, successively at Nearhy Karlsrhe and Freiburg, on 2009 and 2010, respectively, largely Backed the Idea (UnBelievable, then) of an Attempt to Bring "ChristianDemocrats" and "Greens" Together, even at a Governing level, soon partly Endorsed and Strongly Backed even by then Pope Benedict on 2011, (particularly at his Landmark Official Speech in the Bundestag, at Berlin : See ... + ..., etc), this Obviously was done in View to Help the Development also of certain Basic (and Crucial for Humankind's foreseable Future) Values, includng BioEthical, extending to "Human Ecology" and "Human Nature" Protection too, in view, particularly, of some Recent and Evolving Technologies with Great Risks to the Detriment of all Humanity, in case of practicaly Possible, Eventual Abuses, (Comp., f.ex., Among Others, also : ... + ... + ..., etc).

=> So that, when Some were pushed to more or less Drop, or, at least, Stop really Defending, even some Crucial, Nowadays, BioEthical Values, (f.ex. on the Controvrersial and UnPopular "Same Sex Marriage" among Homosexuals, including Submission of Children to the Force of Homosexuals, under Pretext of "Adoption", etc, while some, elsehere accross the World, soon Started Even to Back the Artificial Fabrication of Human Beings in Labos, by Technocrats, under Any Hollow Pretext,  until they Reached also the Genetic Manipulations Transmissible to all Descendants, Even in Future Generations, i.e. Inevitably Risking to Create and Impose Real "Racism", Dividing Humanity into Distant and/or Hostile Races, etc, (See, f.ex. the November 2018 Notorious Incident at Hong-Kong, a December 2019 Positive Response by China, immediately Followed by the present Deadly Virus' of 2020, and some who appear to Seek to somehow Exploit that Pandemic's Threats in order to Impose several Strange and/or Controversial Agendas on 2021, Serving some Shady Interests, (etc), inevitably Raise Various Legitimate Concerns among the People, who Need Convincing, Free and Rational Public Debates, serious Policies, and Conscious Political Leaders to Trust.

- Indeed, All of them were Droped under Strictly Procedural Points, and Not at all on the Merits of these Cases : Today's 7 Cases were Droped as "Moot", i.e. too much Delayed in Time. And the Texas' a.o. Lawsuit had been Droped for "Locus Standi" pretexts.

=> But, a most Substantial Consequence, throughout All these various Lawsuits, is that, at Any Case, Biden's alleged Election Claim was Not Proved at all to be True, (at least as far as the USA's Supreme Court is concerned), Remaining, on the Contrary, Always a Contested and UnCertain Question Mark !

Nevertheless, Already, "Before Election Day" (Nov. 3, 2020), SCOTUS had Initially Denied a Motion to expedite" that case, "Although the Question was of <<National Importance", and there was a “strong Likelihood that (the State Authority's Controversial) Decision   Violates the Federal Constitution", VPresident Thomas Criticized....

=> In Consequence, at least "Now" (2/2021) there is "No (legitimate) Reason to Avoid" these Lawsuits, he judged.

+ However, Fraud/Irregularities' Risks from "Mail-in Ballots" raise a Hard Problem for "Post-Election Litigation", because they are too Time-Consuming, (f.ex. in Checking Envelopes, Signatures [an Issue, however,Easily Solved by Romania, on Late 2020, thanks to the Registraion of "Electronic", Digital Signatures : See http://www.eurofora.net/newsflashes/news/coeexpertstoefonusaelectionflaws.html], Disputes, etc, throughout Thousands of Ballots), at a period when Courts' Time is Short, given the "Tight" Post-Electoral Events' Calendar, (f.ex. with "Fixed" Dates for Great Electors' Certification, middle December, the Official Counting, by US Congress, of their own Votes for the Presidency, at the Beginning of Jenuary Next Year, etc), pointed out Justice Thomas.    

From the point of view of "Eurofora", we don't think that such a "Zeitnot" should be an Absolute Problem : As far as main Legal and Political Principles are concerned, the Priority should, Normaly, be to Ensure that People's Democratic Choice is Respected, (i.e. Exclude Fraud/Gross Irregulrities which might Undermine it). So that the matter of 1 Week or even Month, Sooner or Later, for the Final Certification of the Great Electors, and/or the US Congress' Official Counting of their Votes for the US Presidency, should, we believe, be considered as, Comparatively, Secondary, and be Adapted, according to practical Necessities, (considering that, at any case, a Full Presidential Mandate of 4 Years expects whoever will really Win that Election). The Number 1 Issue Always being to Ensure Respect for the US Federal Constitutional Principles Guaranteing Citizens' Trust, to the Electoral System Nowadays, and Not a Mechanical, "Blind" Transposition of some 1877 -Fixed (and Only 1945 Adapted) "Dates" for the Formalities... Therefore, it seems Logical and Natural, that, Whenever there might, Eventualy, be a Real Need f.ex. to exceptionaly Extend a Time    Deadline, and/or to Change a given "Date" for one or two among those Various Events, (i.e. as long as there might Still be Important Post-Electoral LawSuits "Pending" at the US Federal Supreme Court, a relevant Postponement of some Dates should, normaly, be possible...)

Anyway, SCOTUS VPresident uses the above-mentioned Argument about possible "Time Deadlines" Problems for Post-Electoral Judicial Control of Long "Mail-in" Voting Disputes (Comp. Supra), Not in order to Hinder, but, on the Contrary, in order to Incite the Supreme Court to Seize the "Opportunity", that it has Now, (i.e. once an "Orderly Transition of Power" has been just performed, while Important Pending Issues are Still Waiting, Ready to be Examined on the Merits and Settled, once for ever), in order to Judge those Issues, not only for the Present Cases, But Also for the Sake of the foreseable Future in Similar or even Identical Post-Elections LawSuits, which are Already Foreseable in the Immediate Future : i.e. 2022, 2024, etc., added to various individual ByElections, etc., as long as these Legal Electoral Matters are Not Clearly Settled yet...         

    + A Similar Trend, (Urging to Judge Now, instead of Skiping Important Pending Electoral Issues, leaving them UnSolved), is clearly Visible Also at the Following Dissending Opinions of 2 More Associate Justices, Alito and Gorsuch :

- Those 2 SCOTUS' Judges, (one Experienced, and anOther Young), Focus mainly on Slaming Dems' and RINOS' alleged Claim that "a Perfect Storm", as they Name the Circumstances of Nov. 3, 2020 Controversial US Presidetial Election, (which Added the Virus' "Pandemic", "Mail-in Voting" and "Postal Service Delays"), would be "ExtraOrdinary and UnPrecedented", to the point  to also be "Not Likely to Recur" in the foreseable Future, (i.e. remaining a "One Off" Event).

(1) First of all, "the Breadth" of that Issue is much Wider than what acknowledge Dems+RINOS : In fact, Any Local Court, (Often a ...Single Judge, usualy Apointed on Partisan Criteria), at Any among the 50 States, could "Override" Any "Rules Adopted by the Parliament" of that State "for the conduct of Federal Elections", (i.e. for the US President, the USA Senate and/or House of Representatives, etc), Nonobstant the US Constitution's General Principle that such an Important Responsibility is Reserved Exclusively for the States' Parliament's themselves. I.e. a Very Large and Vital Area of the Country's Electoral Life, could be Infected...     

(2) In Addition, such Problems are "Surely Capable of Repetition in Future" Elections, i.e. could Replicate themselves, Like a Dangerous Virus (sic !) : -"Indeed, it would be Surprizing if parties UnHappy with the (Electoral) Rules fixed by a State's Parliament, do ...not ask a State's Court    to Mutate them for something that They Find more Profitable"...

(3) Moreover, for that purpose, (i.e. that Law Virus' Replication : Comp. Supra), "it's Not Necessary to see a Recurrence of the Exact Circumstances we saw this Fall", "in order for a Question to be Capable of Repetition", Neither for "History to Repeat itslf at a very High Level of Specificity".

F.ex., mutatis-mutandis, a State's Court may "Find that Conditions at the Time of a Future Federal Election are materially Similar to those Last Fall".

We may Hope, by Next Spring, the Pandemic will No Longer Affect Daily Life, But that is UnCertain"...
