*Strasbourg/CoE/Angelo Marcopolo/- Speaking to "Eurofora" at this Crucial moment, after the recent Findings on the Terrorist Attacks in France, and the Violent Aggressions in Germany and elsewhere in Europe,  CoE's Secretary General, Thornbjorn Jagland, and CoE's Human Rights' Director, Philippe Boillat, stressed in substance that EU Solidarity and Human Rights, added to adequate Controls and Rule of Law, is  needed for the Protection of all seriously affected People, as they observed after an Official Ceremony for the award of the Raul Wallenberg 2016 Prize to a Greek NGO Helping Refugees/Migrants at the key Lesvos' Island, near the Turkish Coassts, (the previous, 2014 Biannual Prize having been awarded to a Roma-Turk Film maker Lady working on disadvantaged Minorities : Comp. her Statements to "Eurofora" at : http://www.eurofora.net/newsflashes/news/coeprizewinnerromaofturkeywantsfilms.html ).

-  Experienced PanEuropeab CoE's Secretary General, Thornbjorn Jagland, a former Prime Minister of Norway and Nobel Peace Prize Award Committee Head, who is the Only one to have succeeded to be Elected Twice in a row at CoE's Head job, replying to "Eurofora"s Questions, stressed mainly that "it's Important" for "European Solidarity .. to Continue", in full respect of Human Rights of all involved, (i.e both of Sylum Seekers/Migrants coming via Turkey and elsewhere, as well as of EU Citizens : Comp. Supra), while also understanding that some adequate Controls "may be" necessary, (also for the benefit of the Protection due to "Real Refugees" in priority), as he said, speaking for the 1st time on theses issues after the recent events.

- "This obviously is an extremely complicated issue"., observed later-on from the outset, experienced CoE's General Director on Human Rights' and Legal affairs, Phiippe Boillat, from Switzerland, speaking to "Eurofora" on this same occasion.

 - Because, Today, "after recent incidents in Germany, Sweden and Switzerland, we must avoid some attempts to exploit that and make an Amalgam between Refugees/Asylum Seekers/Immigrants and "Potential Criminals" he warned, at first.  So that "Immigrants, including those who might become afterwards Refugees, must not stop to be treated with Respect for the elementary Dignity of each Human Person, and in accordance with our Legal and Human Rights ' standards and values, concerning particularly the recognition of a Refugee status", etc.

-+ But "the Question is also raised, How to manage a proper Registration of so Many People who are arriving in such a Short laps of Time, given that Mass of Migrants which emerged by many Thousands each Day", (for the 1st Time in History, during the 2nd part of 2015, via Turkey), he acknowledged. However, "it's not up to the CoE, (but rather to the EU, UNO, etc), to deal in depth with that" practical problem. "We (CoE, i.e. as the PanEuropean Organisation for Human Rights, Democracy and Rule of Law, particularly since the 2005 Heads of State/Governments' Summit in Warsaw, Poland : Comp. "EuroFora" co-Founders' NewsReports from the spot, then Published at "TCWeekly", etc), "have the Duty mainly to Remind to all CoE and EU's Member States their Legal Commitments and Legaly Binding Obligations, especialy deriving from the European Convention of Human Rights, at any cawse, in all Circumstances, and (even) nonobstant the current Dramatic Situation ", he pointed out.

- However, "there is also a Real Problem, that we've all seen recently, f.ex. with the latest Paris' (Deadly Terrorist) Attacks, where some Terrorists had entered disguised among the Refugees", (i.e. at least 4 Kamikasi who reportedly infiltrated the EU from Trukey, through Greece,  with Fake Syrian Passports, etc), CoE's Legal and Human Rights' Director acknowledged. - "How could we Prevent such Problems ? Probably also with  Better Controls and Registration" of Asylum Seekers/Immigrants, "even if this seems easier to tell than to realize" in practice...  So that, in fact, it's "a Huge Effort which is needed, when one is Facing Thousands and Thousands, sometimes Tens of Thousands of Demands", Boillat Urged. Particularly in order "to Distinguish between those People who deserve a Protection of Refugees, and those Economic Immigrants, who might be Fair Lads ("des Braves Gens", in the original in French), "but don't meet the Conditions for a Political  Refugee status".  "All this, might look quite Simple in Theory, but, in fact, it faces several Difficulties when it comes to be realized in Practice", so that real and hard efforts are needed in order to succeed, he admitted on this Crucial, Today, point.

++ Concerning also the latest; unprecedented, Violent Mass Aggressions against many German Women, even Young Girls, (mostly Poor Girls living at the Suburbs or far-away Villages depending on Public Transports,, whose Human Dignity is naturaly also at stake), and the Cover-Up Scandal which notoriously marked this New Year Eve's Night, particularly in Koeln, but also in several Other Cities, CoE's Senior Official observed that, "Obviously, this is another Problem" : - "It's Not just because a Migrant is a Migrant, that Criminal Acts should be Tolerated and Accepted !", he clearly denounced. In Principle, "on that, any Migrant stands in Equal conditions with any (EU) Citizen", Boillat underlined. And "I was glad to see (German Chancellor) Mrs Merkel's reaction on this mater; where she reminded that a Criminal has always to be treated as a Criminal. Nobody has any Privileged status, under Pretext that he might be a Migrant, that's absolutely Clear", he concluded on this "Burning" issue which had a World-wide Press Impact.

Meanwhile, concerning the Basic overall Principles,  the 2016 Winner of CoE's "Wallenberg" Prize, President of the Humanitarian Greek NGO "Aghalia" (i.e.  Embrace), Georgios Tyrikos-Ergas, (a UK University worker on Athropology, married with a young Lady from Mytilini, who survived his Friend and  co-Founder, Father Efstratios, after he passed away last September 2015), speaking to "EuroFora", prefered to Focus mainly on Europe's Humanistic Values since the Renaissance and Enlightnment eras, and, while understanding, naturaly, the necessity of adequate controls, particularly after the recent events, he appeared, however, much more concerned with the Need to Stop the War and bring Peace in Syria and other such relevant areas, from where most Refugees/Migrants come.

+ Last, but not least, a Key-person on the spot, the Mayor of Lesvos/Mytilini, which is the main Greek Island facing and dealing (f.ex. by Ship Transports to mainland Greece, etc) with Mass Asylum Seekers/Migrants' wave from Turkey, Stavros Galinos, speaking later to "EuroFora", warned that, if nothing changes, as things stand now, (f.ex., with more than 2.000 Transported each Day, and about 5.000 remaining at the Island, etc), the situation obviously risks to become even more Difficult this Year (2016), unless EU adopts and implements a Plan similar to that which he has already contributed to present to Brussels, i.e., mainly, including Controls to be made inside Turkey, from where monitored departs for EU Countries could follow in a Better way.

*Stasbourg/Angelo Marcopolo/- From the Viewpoint of Strasbourg's Headquarters of COE's PanEuropean Organisation for Democracy, Human Rights and Rule of Law, the Oldest and More Experienced European Body in Checking and Debating in Public  the Legal and Political Quality of Elections throughout all its 47 Member States as far as Respect for Democratic Principles is concerned , which is naturaly due to Deal also with Today's crucial Spanish National Elections of 2015 at the latest during its Forthcoming Plenary Session's week on 25-29 Januray 2016 here, the Democraticaly Expressed Political Will of the Spanish People seems Crystal-Clear :

- Judging by the Overall Results, Both in terms of Which Party came 1st, and particularly concerning the Number of MPs Elected for each one among All the Parties involved accross the entire Political Spectrum, the Final Outcome clearly shows that Spanish Citizens gave a net Absolute Majority to the Center-Right, and a Minority to the Left.

Indeed, the Parties leaning towards the Right side of the Political Spectrum Succeeded to Win the 1st Rank in that Vote with about 29 % for the ChristianDemocrats/EPP, and Elect,  all Together, a Total of 178 MPs, i.e. + 2 MPs More than what is Required in order to be Able to form a Majority Government (176 MPs).

On the Contrary, the Parties located at the Left side of the Political Spectrum, which got Just the 2nd Place with 22% for the Socialists, didn't manage to Elect, All Together, but Only 172 MPs, i.e. a Minority, ( - 4 MPs Less than the Above mentioned Threshhold, and - 6 MPs Less than the Right (Comp. Supra).

Significantly, the Socialist Party Fell Down to an Historical Record Low, with Only .... of the Votes, and just ... MPs, in Addition Looking as a kind of .. De Facto "Regionalist" Party in a Locacious MAP showing Who Won the Duel at the Top of All Areas of the Country, which Pictures the PSOE as having been Reduced Only in a Small Area of the Extreme Southern Part of Spain, near Africa, (as Catalan Regionalists are Concentrated at the North-East, towards France, and Basque Regionalists towards the North : See relevant MAP), while All the Rest of the Country is Clearly Dominated by a Sweeping Wave of Wins for the PP of ChristianDemocrat/EPP Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy.

 In Fact, it's a so Unusual and GeoPoliticaly "Spicy" Map of Electoral Results for Spain, that the Only One among the Mainstream Newspapers of the Country which Published a Big Photo of that Map at its Frontpage, (the "ABC"), appears to have been the Best Sold, by far, to Spanish People, OverNight and since Early Morning, as at least several Original Photos clearly show, by revealing that that Newspaper had practicaly disappeared at the Central News-Stands' Selling points. While, on the Contrary, almost All Other mainstream Newspapers which had Ommitted that Map from their Frontpage, limiting themselves to Merely Copy, all a Similar Graphic with Only the Numbers of the Results, (arranged, moreover, in a Way which Didn't give Any Insight about What was the Overall Will of the Spanish People and Where it Stood amidst the entire Political Spectrum of the Country), were, obviously, Left in Big Piles full of UnSold Merchandises, due to be thrown to the Waste-Baskets and/or used for ReCycled Paper, (See relevant Photo - partly UpDated)...

    For a Possible Majority Coalition of All Spanish Parties leaning towards the Center-Right Side of the Political Spectrum, the Aboved-mentioned overall Electoral Results have been Obtained by simply Adding to the ChristianDemocrat/EPP "Partido Popular" of Prime Minister Rajoy's First Ranking Party Today, with about 29 % of the Votes and 123 MPs, also those of the New Centrist Party of "Citizens", with almost 14 % of the Votes and 40 MPs, as well as those of anOther New, Centrist-Liberal Party of "Democracy and Freedom" from Catalonian Regionalists, with 8 MPs, and of Traditional "Supporters of God and Old laws", alias "Basque National Party" (PNV : Which notoriously Governed that Region for Many Years, from 1980 to 2009, and was Member of EU Parliament's "ChristianDemocrat/EPP" Group and of the ChristianDemocrat International in the Past), with 6 MPs, to which could, naturaly, be also added, if necessary, the small Conservative Party of the "Canarian Coalition", (which has Governed that Region since 1993), with 1 more MP.

    Concerning the Minority of those Parties who belong to the Left Side of the Political Spectrum, their Overall Results were Obtained by the Addition of the Socialists (PSOE), who came Second with about 22 % of the Votes and only 90 MPs, Together with the New "Podemos" (i.e. from Obama's "We Can"), Leftist Party, which got about 20,5% of the Votes and 69 MPs, as well as the "Republican Left of Catalonia" Regionalists, with 9 MPs, but also the "Popular Unity" Party of the Left, with anOther 2 MPs, Possibly extended even to the Leftist Pro-Independence Nationalist Basque Party of "EH Bildu" (for "Basque Country Unite !", with 2 MPs more.

      => Such an Overall Democratic Political Result is very Important, both for Spain itself, and for All Europe, mainly Because it clearly Reveals that, in Fact, Both (Otherwise Dangerously Looming) Risks of Either practicaly Cutting the EU in 2 Politicaly Divided Parts, with Center-Right led Governments' Dominance at the North, opposed to Left side Governments at the South, or, (even Worse), Seriously Aggravating a Notoriously Fast-Spreading throughout almost All Europe, Systemic Problem recently Challenging Democracy itself, by a Trend to Multiply Controversial Attempts for "GroKo" CoHabitations between Socialists and ChristianDemocrats/EPP, Contrary to the Crystal-Clear Political Will Democraticaly Expressed in Many EU Countries by the People who Vote, more and more, for a Majority of the Parties of the Center-Right and/or the Right. (Something which has Obviously Provoked the Rise of Various Rightists and/or Atypical Parties, against an Old Establishment more and more Cut Fas Away from the People and, therefore, giving Birth to Manifold Critics, which are very Fast Growing now throughout Europe, and elsewhere in the World : F.ex. even in the USA, already from 2008-2015).

In Other Words, to put it in a Nutshell, the Spanish People has just Democraticaly Expressed a Crystal-Clear Political Will, despite various Difficulties, to Avoid or Overcome Both those 2 Above-mentioned Risks, which Threaten both Spain and all Europe, Simply by Giving Today a Net Majority for a Government by a Possible Coalition of Parties which are all located at the Center-Right side of the Political Spectrum.

It remains to be seen, whether this Spanish People's Political Will shall be Heard and Endorsed also by the Establishment, in Full Respect of Democratic Principles, or Not...

If the Answer to that Question turns Negative, then, obviously, a Perspective to Hold New Elections asap., might be, Comparatively,  a Lesser Evil, (Cf.: http://www.eurofora.net/newsflashes/news/spainelectionavoideudivisionbyepplink.html ).

*Strasbourg/Angelo Marcopolo/- A Popular Referendum on the Controversial, and Worldwide "Hot" Issue Nowadays (See Infra), of accepting, or not, to extend Marriage to Same Sex couples and to Submit Children to Homosexuals' power under cover of "Adoption", was Strongly Rejected by an Absolute and Qualified Majority of almost 2/3 of People in EU Member Country Slovenia this Sunday, with More than 63,5% "NO" against only 36,5% Yes, (according to 96% of Votes checked).

The Move had been Initiated by 40.000 Signatures of Citizens calling for a Popular Initiative Referendum against a Controversial Law, Tabled by a Government of Left/Liberals and Adopted by a Parliament, which had just imposed Controversial "Same Sex Marriage" and even the Submission of Children to Homosexuals' Power under Pretext of "Adoption".

It's mainly Agaist This Crucial Point that had Focused Slovenian People's Opposition, led by a Movement self-Titled "Children are at Stake", (according also to "EuroFora"s relevant Critical Observatios from the Start on this Hard Fought Nowadays BioEthical Issue, given particularly the Risk for Natural Births to be Circumvented by various Artificial Methods of Procreation of Human Beings, Dominated by Tehcnocratic Lobbies with Shady Interests, provoking obvious Dangers for all Humankind, that Natural Family, formed by a Man and Woman, normaly Help Prevent).

 This 2015 Slovenian Referendum had to Obtain a Quorum of at leat 342.000 Voters in order to have Legaly Binding Force, and it Succeeded to have About 390.000.

Before that, Back on 25 March 2012, a Previous Referendum against an Earlier Attempt by another Government of the Left to  Give to Homosexuals all rights of Marriage, except Adoption of Children Born by Other People, had Won an Absolute (but Not Yet Qualified) Majority with 54,5% of the Votes, and 30,5 of Registered Voters' Participation Turnout. Nevertheless, 3 Years later, on March 2015, a Left/Liberals Governing Coalition had Adopted an even More Aggressive LBGT Lobby's desiderata, f.ex. Adding also full Adoption of Children by Homosexuals, which has just been Refused anew by Slovenian People.

In the MeanTime, any Implementation of that Contested Law had been "Freezed" until Today's Vote of the Popular Referendum, whose Outcome was a Valid "No" Vote, After which, any Slovenian Government, reportedly, has to Wait for at least during a Year, before, eventualy, Attempting again any Deviant Move.

The Dissidents had been reportedly supported mainly by the Center-Right Opposition Parties and the Christian Church, which was Congratulated by Pope Francis "for its Commitment in favour of the Family", earlier This Week, at the same time that he Called the Government of the Country to "Support the Family, Basic Structure of Social Life".

Meanwhile, Earlier This Year (2/2015) another, Similar Popular Referendum in Slovakia (EU), had gathered almost 1 Million Votes in favour of Natural Family, with Results as High as about 93% and 95% when it comes to Refuse Extending Marriage to Homosexuals and Submitting Other People's Children to the Power of Homosexuals through "Adoption". But it didn't get Legal Effects because both of a Boycott by LBGT a.o. Lobbies and a Too High Threshhold for Participation required by the Constitution of that Country, (More than 50% of Registered Voters !). However, a Protection of Natural Family had already been Supported by a Succesful previous Amendment to the Slovak Constitution, obtained almost a Year Earlier (2014).

Previously, on December 2013, a Popular Constitutional Referendum in Croatia (EU) in favour of the Natural Family, between a Man and a Woman, had Succeded with More than + 66 % Votes "Yes", and a 38 % Participation (i.e. almost 1,5 Millions of People), despite Opposal by a Government of the Left and Most Media of the Establishment.

French People had staged Historic Big Public Demonstrations many times from 2013, and still Continued with various New Forms of Expression of Popular Reject also through 2014, to vainly Ask for such a Referendum also in France, against some Socialist Ministers' stuborn Push to impose at any price the Conntroversial and Unpopular Same Sex Mariage, Adoptions by Homosexuals added, and even Genetic Manipulations of Human Embryos, almost at the Same Time, in a curiously Hasty and unusualy Brutal way, which Started to Provoke even Council of Europe's Official Reactions on mainly on April 2013 but also on September 2015. (The need felt by France to Exceptionaly Support Mali's regime against Extremist Islamist Terrorists' Attacks from Januray 2014, followed by a series of unprecedented Terrorist Aggressions against Civilians Since January 2015 has Hindered any more Popular Demonstrations on such and other related BioEthical Issues of growing Importance in Modern Societies).

Shortly afterwards, Russia, Belorussia, Kazakstan, and certain African, (as Uganda, etc), as well as Asian (f.ex. China, Vietnam, etc. who ask Guarantees that their Children won't be given to Homosexuals), or APC Countries introduced Legal Safeguards Excluding International Adoptions of their Children by France and any other Country which has Provoked a Risk for Children to be Given to Homosexuals under Adoption pretext.

Meanwhile, a Controversial Referendum in Ireland (accepted by almost all Old Parties of the Establishment, pushed by a USA-Dominated Irish Diaspora), imposed Same Sex Mariage, Despite the Fact that a very Large Majority of Irish People either massively Abstained or Voted "No", so that Only a 1/3 Minority voted "Yes"...(See: http://www.eurofora.net/newsflashes/news/irelandreferendumboostsnaturalfamilypopularmovement.html).

However, the PanEuropean Convention of Human Rights, which prevails in 47 CoE Member Countries, Still Keeps, for More almost 63 Years (9/1953 - 2015+), its Article 12, wich Recognizes a "Right to Marry and to Found a Family" Only Between "Men and Women", (despite a Controversial Individual ECrtHR Ruling which, a Few Years Ago, even if it had to Admit that Fact, Nevertheless, undertook an Unprecedented Attempt to Skip the PanEuropean Convention's Explicit Text, in the Particular Case that it examined. Something which, obviously, Can Legally be Overturned, at Any Moment, by an Opposite ECHR's Judgement, at anOther Case in the Future, since Only Legal Texts Remain, while Judges' Case-law Can always Change).

But, as Now in Slovenia, in Europe, (after Slovakia, Croatia, Hungary, as well as Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria and Poland, etc), also Many American Federated States, in Recent Yearsn, have Adopted Popular Referenda Confirming the Traditional Prohibition of controversial Same Sex Marriage, and a great Number among them even made it Explicitly Clear in their own Constitutions that they still Recognize only Natural Marriages between a Man and a Woman.

However, a series of very Controversial Rulings by Judges Appointed a the US Supreme Court by Outgoing US President Barack Hussein Obama, practicaly Smashed almost all those Popular Referenda, (often Only by 1 such Unelected Judge's Vote more or less !).

Reacting, almost All current opposition Republican (GOP) Party's Candidates to the forthcoming US Presidential Election of 2016 have Strongly Vowed to Counter all such Obama's Controversial and Unpopular moves, so that Protection of Natural Family can be Restored, in one way or another.

Another Conservative Politician who had initially promissed to Cancel controversial and UnPopular "Same Sex Marriage" if he was Elected, But Afterwards Failed to do so, former Canadian Prime Minister Harper, has just been Severely Punished by Canadian People who Massively Voted, in the latest National Elections, Against his Untrustworthy, Outgoing team...

*Strasbourg/Angelo Marcopolo/- Seen from the "Mittel-Europa" Strategic Viewpoint of Strasbourg, things are Crystal-Clear, as far as Sunday's Crucial Elections in Spain are concerned :

Either Spanish People will Boost the Governing Rajoy's Christian-Democrat/European People's Party ("PP"), giving him a Chance, in one way or another, to Complete what notoriosly looks as a Hard but Succesful Economic Reform and Revival Trend, since the Catastrophe provoked in the Past by a series of former Socialist Governments who had blatantly Failed.

Or, Otherwise, Europe really Risks to be sharply Divided between the North and the South, seriously threatening to Trigger, more sooner than later, even a Break up in Two Separate Parts, which might make EU implode.

    Almost all relevant Facts, indeed, clearly indicate that a kind of Remake, mutatis-mutandis, almost of a Similar Scenario as that of the Historic American Clash between the Northern and Southern States of what initialy was, back on 1860, only a Loose ConFederation, before Becoming, after a Hard Fought War, a much more United Federal State, giving Birth to the Today's USA, could Not be really Excluded a priori, in Today's Europe, IF this Sunday's Spanish Elections of 2015 don't Succeed to Prevent a dangerous North-South Division of Europe, which appears, Otherwise Inevitable.

    Indeed, after the Previous Political Developments in France, with President Hollande, and Italy with Prime Minister Rentzi, followed by more Recent Political Changes, in the Same Direction, mutatis-mutandis, also in Greece with Tsipras, and Portugal with Costa, after Malte, etc, the only Big Southern EU Member State with a Government of the Right, obviously, remains Spain with Prime Minister Rajoy, while All Other Southern States are Now Governed by the Left side of the Political Spectrum.

    On the Contrary, since the 2010 U-turn at the UK with David Cameron,, confirmed even more clearly on the Spring of 2015, and the Series of Stronger and Stronger Electoral Wins in Germany by Chancellor Angie Merkel's CDU/CSU, in Poland Tusk's 2007-2011 Governments followed in 2015 an even Stronger Right by Jaroslaw Kaczynski and Beata Szydło, as well as the impressive Series of Electoral Wins by Hungary's Victor Orban, Denmark's Lars Rasmussen's New 2015 Government of a Union of the Right, as well as Finland's 2015  Prime Minister Sipila - Soini and Stubb's all Right Coalition's Win, Romania's December 2014 Elected President Johannis and recent Developments concerning the New Government set up in 2015, until Bulgary's Borisov, etc., the General Trend is obviously Heading Towards the Right side of the Political Spectrum, (and this is even Stronger if one examines also the 2014 Election in Norway, and the 2015 Votes in Switzerland, etc).

    Therefore, only a ChristianDemocrat/EPP-led Government in Spain now, which could be Able to Keep and Strengthen an Important Politicial Link between the North and the South of the EU, (the other such GeoPolitical Element being, naturaly, the Franco-German EU "Motor", partly Independent from the Political color of its Leaders, which is not, however, entirely irrelevant at all). On the Contrary, if it was the Left side of the Political Spectrum would take over in Spain, then, the Opposition between North and South obviously would become so Big, that it's Doubtful if the EU could still manage to Keep a Solid Unity with an overall Political Cohesion, given, particularly, the Huge Challenges lying ahead, which Require from Europe a Concentrated Will to Act Fast and Efficiently.

    Taking into account the Fact that most Polls indicate that Partido Popular's Rajoy would rather Win this 2015 Election anew, but, probably, with an Insufficient Result for Majority, then, it seems at first sight that all depends, practicaly, on one of the 2 "New" Spanish Parties : that of the "Citizens" (Center+), which could find a way to Cooperate with a ChristianDemocrat/EPP Government in Madrid, (given also of the Fact that they are Both Favorable to the Unity of Spain). But it's current leader has notoriously expressed several Doubts and Hesitations agaist such a Center-Right Agreement, and the outcome appears Unpredictable.

    In  case that such an otherwise Normal Possibility (which would also be Closer from others to the Spanish People's overall Political Will, if the Votes go as expected), it doesn't work, at least for now, then, it seems that the only Alternative would be for the Spanish Voters to Awake Up, become fully Conscious of what is Really at Stake for the Future of Both the Country and Europe as a whole,  a Strong enough ChristianDemocrat/EPP backbone link throughout EU's North and South, (given also that Neighbouring France will notoriously hold its own, crucial Presidential and Parliamentarian Elections in almost 1 Year's Time : End of April - Beginning of May 2017). Otherwise, a more Remote and Less Probable, but Not Excluded a priori Scenario might be to Face, precisely, the "Instability" that Many Predict from these 2015 Elections in Spain, in order to Trigger, better Sooner than Later, a Brand New Electoral Bid, with much More Crystal-Clear Stakes for the People, Better and more Constructive Reflections for all involved.

A "Gro-Ko" Cohabitation with Socialists is Not a Solution, but anOther Problem..

    At any case, one thing appears Certain, already from Now : A Superficial Attempt to "Copy and Paste" or (even Worse) Impose a kind of "GroKo" Big Coalition with a Co-Habitation of the Left and the Right Sides of the Political Spectrum, by Taking Together Socialists and ChristianDemocrats/EPP traditional Parties, does NOT look good at all, because it would Provoke More Problems and Risks, (Perhaps even More Dangerous than the above-mentioned), than Solutions...

    Indeed, the main "New" aspect of these 2015 Spanish Elections being Expected to Focus rather on a Sharp Fall of the Socialists and an even Sharper Growth of 2 New, Atypical Parties, those of "Podemos", (recently Negatively Affected by Tsipras' Zig-Zags in Greece), and, even more, of "Citizens", (a Brand New rather Centrist, or Neo-Liberal Party), then, a "Duo" of the Traditional Socialist and EPP Parties would obviously look, inevitably, as if it was just a Coalition of the Past, against all those who might represent an Alternative Future, (various Corruption Scandals less).

    Moreover, even in France's recent History, a so Experienced Top Politician as former Long-Time President Jacques Chirac had notoriously Sacrificed 2 Years of Presidential Power (between 2007-2009), just to Shorten from 7 down to 5 Years his Term of office, so that the Presidential and Legislative Elections can Coincide in Dates, in order to have a Real Chance for the People to Exclude any kind of Political "Co-Habitation" between Left and Right, if one won the 1st, and another the 2nd, later-on, as it had already been done, provoking a Stagnation, Counter-Productive Tensions, Contradictions of Policy, etc, against a Healthy Democratic Alternance, only able to Give a Real Choice to the People, (and to incite the various Parties to prepare welln, strive to Find and Give the Best of themselves into such a Challenge).

    Today, given also the overall Recent Developments throughout almost all Europe, it seems quite Obvious that a "GroKo" recipe might, in Addition, prove quite Dangerous :

Indeed, already Exist and Extend Various and Numerous Concrete Examples, in Many European and Other Countries, of the Fact that People are now obviously Fed-up by such Deals among Traditional Politicians, which don't leave but Only a Few, if not None, real Chance for Citizens to have a Real Say on their Country's Political Life, augmentoing Frustrations and Popular Reactions which have already Proven that they Lead Voters, more and more, Towards Extreme or Atypical, Brand New Parties, with Unpredictable Final Results : F.ex., mutatis-mutandis : Beppe Grillo's "5 Stars Movement" in Italy, Nigel Farage's UKIP in Great Britain, the "National Front" in France, Tsipras' own "SYRIZA" post-Leftist Party and controversial "Golden Dawn"s Rightists in Greece, "Podemos" and "Citizens" in Spain (Comp. Supra), "Real Fins" Rightists in Finland, the "Alternative" in Germany, Danish and/or Norwegian Rightists, etc,

And the List is Not Finished yet in that Fast-Moving area of a Large Popular Dissatisfaction vis a vis most Traditional Political Parties, in front of several Big and New Challenges, and a Natural Seek for something more Trustworthy, Accountable and Better, most Often spontaneously Directed Out of the Old Establishment, as even the American Example currently shows in the USA, where such Various Anti-Establishment Movements are Growing already as early as Since 2008-2015...

+ Moreover, most Socialists' recent Tactics to Avoid Serious Debates on the Substance of Main Issues, but Prefer, on the Contrary, to launch Systematic Personal Attacks, Harassing their Political Adversaries with Any Kind of Misleading, Exagerated, Obscure, or even Totaly Slanderous Accusation against Themselves and/or some among their Closer Collaborators, even on Pretexts which Date from a Remote Past, (f.ex. Before they take Office, and/or Before entire Decades !), Several Times even Followed by Dangerous Physical Aggressions and Violence, (as f.ex. against former Italian Prime Minister Berlusconi, who was Hit at the Face unti Wounds Covered his Eyes with Blood ; Even Spanish Prime Minister Rajoy himself, who has just been, notoriously, Punched Violently at the Face, Breaking his Glasses and Wounding him, by a Gorilla-like looking Youngster aged 17+, shortly After a TV Debate during which the Chief of the Socialist Party, Santchez, reportedly Attacked Rajoy with a lot of various Personal Accusations, etc.

Indeed, such Methods of Systematic Personal Attacks, including with various Accusations, even outright Slandering, Repeatedly, Again and Again, Often simply Changing or Adding also Other Accusations, whenever the Previous ones might have been Proven False, Constantly Bullying their Victims in a kind of "Personailty Murder", which, in several cases, Includes also various "Judges" and/or "Prosecutors" often Appointed and/or Monitored by Socialist Governments, (etc), has Recently been Notoriously Exploited by extremely Abusive and Hateful Campaigns launched by Socialist Politicians in Many European Countries, such as, f.ex., in addition to Spain, also in France, Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, etc.

Facts which, obviously, are not only Outrageously Scandalous and Dangerously AntiDemocratic, but also Incompatible with Any Sincere and Trustworthy Cooperation between Politicaly Opposed Parties, that they make it an Impossible or Suicide-like Chimera and a Sly Trap where only Blind and Deaf might commit the Error to Naively Fall..


    In Consequence, a "GroKo" Attempt Risks to only Add to a GeoPolitical Danger, also a Systemic Danger, and/or a Sly Trap, that Both Spain and All Europe do NOT really Need Today !

    => On the Contrary, what is obviously Needed, is simply to Find New, Imaginative, but Resilient, Stable and Efficient Ways for a ReVitalized Democracy to realy Work, inter alia also by Giving EU Citizens a Say before Important Decisions affecting their Lives and/or that of the Whole Society at large, are taken, as well as, afterwards, a workable Accountability for Politicians who have undertaken a Responsibility for certain Big Choices. However, at any case, here and now, the most Important Priority is to Keep Europe basicaly United, around certain Fundamental Principles and Values, but, above all,  also thanks to a Real European Conscience in frequent interaction with the People.
