*Strasbourg/CoE/Angelo Marcopolo/- The Quest of New Tools for Democratic Stability in South Mediterranean marked the overall ambiance of EU/CoE's Conference which kicked off in Strasbourg the South II joint Program for the period of 2015-2017, in the presence of CoE's Secretary General, Thornbjorn Jagland, who stressed from the outset the importance it has Today to help "spread Europe's Values well beyond the continent", and particularly at its immediately Neighbouring Countries, when "facing"  ISIL's  Deadly Terrorists and other "growing extremism and anti-democratic forces" has become an urgent, vital need, where CoE's impressive institutional armature on Democracy and "against Human Traffickig, Corruption and Terrorism" can expand "a Common Legal Space" with Europe's Historic Neighbours.

 

    - Speaking later to "EuroFora", the experienced Director of the PanEuropean Organization's Constitutional Law watchdog, known as "Venice Commission", Thomas Markert, observed from the outset that the Special Status of "Partner for Democracy", already attributed by CoE's Parliamentary Assembly to Morocco and Tunisia, might, indeed, be a useful instrument to spread wider in that area in the Future, but also warned of the currently obvious fact that, at least as things stand now, something similar doesn't yet seem possible f.ex. for Libya, while even in Jordany it might prove to be quite Difficult to realise soon enough, so that Progress should better be made Today through other EU/CoE's tools.

    - But it was mainly from the Southern Coast of the Mediterranean that came a First Call for a "New Tool" to boost the Euro-Mediterranean policy, after Barcelona's EuroMed. Program focused on Culture, and EU's Union for the Mediterranean's focus on Economy, apparently seeking a New Horizon, while others denouned the fact that, in substance,  "20 Years were lost" in EU - South Mediterranean relations, as they criticaly said...

    - The 1st vice-President of the Parliament of Morocco, Mohamed Yatim, at the Concluding Session of EU/CoE's Conference, suggested the Idea for those Southern Mediterranean Countries who already have an "Advanced Expertise" in CoE's Legal and Political instruments, to go Further Ahead in a way which "could ensure Success of Other Countries too", as he said.

    +Speaking later to "EuroFora", vice-President Yatim explained, f.ex., that, in his view, it would be Easy for CoE's Assembly, - where Morocco and/or Tunisian MPs can Speak, (as representatives of those Southern Mediterranean Countries which have already become CoE's "Partners for Democracy"), but can't yet Vote, not even, Table a Draft Resolution, neither Amendments, nor become PACE's Rapporteurs, etc, - to give them, progressively, some More Possibilities to Act and react, together with all other  PACE's full Members.

    - Meanwhile, the Experienced former President of CoE's International NGO's conference (INGOs), Jean-Marue Heydt, from Strasbourg's Region Alsace, who has recently been Elected as CoE's North-South Center's President, headquartered at Portugal's Lisbon, speaking to "EuroFora", found natural to try to use his acquired know-how in order to facilitate the development of Personal Contacts and "Networks" between the "Civil Societies" of teh Two Shores of the Mediterranean, in relation with EU/CoE's relevant activities.

    - As for the impressive CoE's Opening Session's Keynote Speaker, Mohammed Tozy, Director of Economics and Governance School of Rabat, and Head of CoE's Political School for Morocco, speaking later to "EuroFora", he advanced, inter alia, also the Idea to develop mutualy desirable contacts and projects, focusing also on cultivating the emergence of several People (Politicians, Officials, Experts, Journalists, Businessmen, etc),  who could become both motivated and able to act and cooperate Together for the Common Interest of the Euro-Mediterranean area.

 Last, but not least, curiously, the otherwise well-educated President of Tunisia's National Instance for the Fight against Corruption, Samir Annabi, said  that we should all be inspired here also by what he called "the German word "Praxis"" (sic !), and, unfortunately, the otherwise efficient Moderator from Deutsche Welle Akademy, Patrick Leusch, didn't rectify at all, on the contrary almost repeating Annabi's Terminologic inaccuracy... It's a pitty, because, in fact the Word "Praxis" notoriously comes from Ancient Greek language, (stemming, in particular frrom the Verb : "Pratw", which means "I do" or "act").  It's true that German Scientists have, many times, Saved several parts of Ancient Greek Civilisation, often by  renovating and/or completing them, as f.ex. with the Wonderful Work done by German Jurists in Medieval times on the "Pandekten-Recht", which stems from Legal Rules Codified by Byzance's Emperor Justinian since the 6th Century AC, etc. But it's, on the contrary, Unwise to make as if the Greek Language of Ancient Times didn't even exist Today : Regardless of whatever  Errors some Contemporary Politicians in Greece might have committed on Financial policies,  the Ancient Greek Civilisation doesn't belong to them, but to the Cultural Heritage of Europe, or even of the World. Particularly when it comes to the ...Mediterranean Sea's Countries, where the Ancient Greek Language notoriously used to be "Ligua Franca" for more than a Thousand Years, during which it was practiced by various People in everyday "Praxis"....

    The 2015 South II program launching Conference was attended also by the new Deputy Head of EU's Delegation to the CoE, Tanja Leikas-Botta, and various Representatives (Politicians, Scientists, Judges, Heads of Independent Authorities, etc) from Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Israel, Lebanon,  Morocco, the Palestinian Authority, Tunisia, etc, as well as an impressibe tableau of CoE's Officials from manifold bodies experienced on Democracy, Human Rights and Rule of law issues, such as, f.ex., the Parliamentary Assembly, the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of Europe, ECHR, the "Venice Commission" on Democracy through (mainly Constitutional) Law, the Lisbon-based "North-South Center, the World Forum for Democracy, the Neighborhood Division, the Treaty Office and the Legal Cooperation Department,, the Action against Crime Department, "Group Pompidou" to Combat Drug abuse and Illicit Trafficking of Drugs,  Economic Crime Unit, the Division for Independence and Efficiency of Justice and the CEPEJ, etc, under the guidance of Verena Taylor, Director General of Programs.          

    While Pilar Morales, Head of COE's  Neighborhood Division was reading out for Discussion a Draft paper on the Conclusions of the 2015 South II Conference, it was anounced by the CoE that, already, a First Group of specialists from South Mediterranean Countries was due to come to Strasbourg Next Week in order to get familiar to ECHR's functioning and related matters.

*Strasbourg/(Partly UpDated)- The Unprecedented in EU Mass-Killing Crash of allegedly Hijacked German Flight 9525 from Spain via France, which Killed 150 innocent Victims, being the Worst Air Incident since the ill-eludicated Crash of Supersonic Plane "Concorde" back on 2000 near Paris, despite initial reports focusing on a Young Co-Pilot's alleged wish to Destroy his Airplane and Die by Killing all its Passengers, including 2 Babies and a Childrens' School group, etc., has also revealed several Strange and Unexplained yet Facts, which raise various UnAnswered yet Questions, including about many Islamist Links astonishingly located all around that Flight and mainly its controversial Co-Pilot, (whose alleged Responsibility inevitably reminds also that of a supposedly controversial Islamic Co-Pilot at the non-elucidated yet, famous Malaysian Airlines 370 Flight's "Disappearance" of March 2014).

Given also the well known, various Threats by Extremist islamist Terrorists of "ISIL"s BeHeaders against several European Countries recently, in a notoriously Exceptional Context of Thousands of EU residents having already decided to join various such Islamist Terrorist Groups mainly in Syria and Iraq via Turkey's porous Borders, while ISIL's Deadly Terrorists have just Threatened also Europe that the cowardish and Horrible BeHeading of 21 Christians from Egypt, Immigrant Workers in Lybia, at the Mediterranean Coast, was "the 1st Drop of the Rain", as they  had said, coming also after a Growing Series of Murders of Civilians by ISIL's adepts inside Europe, starting by the Cold-Blood Killings (even of small Children aged 4 or 5 years !) by Merah (part of a Group which had travelled towards Afghanistan/Pakistan and/or Syria through Turkey in the Past), of March 2012 at Toulouse (France), followed by the recent Killings of 12 Journalists and Jewish People in Paris, on January 2015, (by 3 Gunmen whose Weapons and/or Logisitics had apparently been, more or less aranged through Turkish trafickers in Paris and mainly in Belgium, while Kulibaly's Girlfriend escaped in Turkey and later Syria), followed by the Deadly Shootings at a Kopenhagen Café, on February 2014 by another ISIL Terrorist, etc., it would obviously be blatantly Irresponsible to Ignore such Facts Today.

+ In parallel, another immediate consequence of this March 24, Crash of the 4U9525 AirFlight from Spain to Germany, was to Cancel, at the last minute, both New Spanish King's Visit to France, (the 1st Official trip abroad by the New Spanish Royal Family), and German Chancelor Merkel's scheduled National/European series of meetings in Berlin focused mainly on Economic issues, (in the aftermath of new Greek Prime Minister Tsipras' visit there, Eve of the Crash, and in view of the forthcoming Global Summit "G7"'s  under the Presidency of Merkel, who is also de facto Head of European and International ChristianDemocrat Parties of the Center-Rights, (as well as zery close personaly to EPP Party new Head, and International Democratic Party's vice-President, long-time former MEP, Joseph Daul from Strasbourg), by a Coincidence, just 1 Day after Republican Senator Ted Cruz (means "Cross" in Spanish), a Center-Right Politician of Hispanic familial origin, was the 1st to officialy anounce his Candidacy for the forthcoming 2016 US Presidential Election. The Mass-Killing Air incident, where 150 Civilians Died (including 2 Babies and a Dozen of High School Students), obviously OverShadowed in the Media  the recent Drama of at least 3 young Childrens' reported Killings, together with several other Civilian People, at the pro-Autonomy Regions of Donetsk/Luhansk in Eastern Ukraine, allegedly from Kiev Military's Shelling, which was expected to be Discussed, inter alia, also at an imminent Meeting of Foreign Ministries from the 4 "Normandy Format" Guarantor Countries of the recent, February 2015 Minsk Agreements for sustainable Cease-Fire and Peace process, together with the Autonomists' recent denonciations that Kiev's National Government would have allegedly Refused any Dialogue between the two sides on the Crucial Reforms for DeCentralisation at their areas, as well as for the forthcoming Local Elections of Autumn 2015, both Keys for making Peace in the foreseable Future, (Comp. f.ex. : .......).

A Mysterious "Disappearance" of "Turkish passengers" spoted initialy, + A Plane crashed to Smithers,(as if hit by an Explosion), + Military AirFighter Jets around, (etc)...

 Almost all Initial News had noted, (in addition to the unavoidable Germano-Spanish Victims in the Crash of an Airplane going from Spain back to Germany), the existence also of several "Turkish" passengers.

But, later-on, suddenly all Media started to Ommit any more Reference to the fate of those "Turkish passengers", citting only, in addition to Germans and Spanish, also of a few Victims from various Other Countries, either of Europe, and/or of Latin America, Japan, as well as from the USA, etc.

Curiously, there wasN't any Explanation for that Total "Disappearance" of all those "Turkish passengers".

By a "coincidence", this occured almost at the same moment that certain Media (as, f.ex. "Figaro", etc), evoked an issue of "Double Nationality", concerning the Passengers' List, but without explaining what it really meant, and in what manner it might, eventually, have caused that strange "Disappearance" of all "Turkish Passengers" initially mentioned.

Given, however, also the Fact that this happened not ony at the Same Moment, but also at the Same Media,  and even ...in the Same Articles which Started to Ommit any Mention to those previously noted "Turkish Passengers", while, on the contrary, they Extended further the Number of German Victims, adding several More Individuals, for the 1st time, one could logically Suppose that these Changes may concern Turkish-origin Passengers who had obtained also a German Passport recently.

But it still remains Strange why this wasn't clearly and explicitly mentioned, by simply explaining that the Passengers' List contained also a Number of Persons with a Double Nationality (i.e. normaly holders of 2 Passports), Turkish and German, instead of suddenly Hidding all the previously mentioned Turks behind their 2nd Passsport, without any warning, nor explanation, neither saying so...

In fact, it's from the Country and even the specific Region where the Boarding took place, and, therefore, was, in principle, the Best suited in order to Know the Final List of Passengers, that Spanish Media from Catalonia reportedly spoke, at first, about ... "39 Turkish Passengers", as it's confirmed also by the Turkish Newspaper "Hurriyet", (http://www.hurriyetdailynews.com/one-turkish-german-among-150-victims-in-germanwings-plane-crash.aspx?pageID=238&nID=80101&NewsCatID=351).

+ Moreover, the mainstream, semi-Official Press Agency of the Country where the Incident took place, later-on, (and which, therefore, has, according to the International Law, the Duty and the Privilege to lead all the relevant Investigations on the spot), i.e. "Agence France Press", which had Initially anounced that, in addition to the German and Spanish Passengers of the Fatal Air Flight, there were also "a Large Number of Turks", (as numerous Media reported, not only in France, but also elsewhere in Europe, including, f.ex. in Denmark, etc. : f.ex. : http://nyhederne.tv2.dk/2015-03-24-dansker-blandt-de-omkomne-i-flystyrt).
However, it's reportedly  the Turkish Government itself who Denied this, claiming that there was, instead, just "1" ("One") Turkish Passenger inside the Fatal Airplane, according to an anouncement reportedly made by Ankara's Foreign Ministry, (Comp. Supra).

Turkey's curious  Reluctance to be in any way cited in the context of the 4U9525 affair, went as far, later on, as too even prefer to totaly Abstain, from any presence whatever, at the subsequent Ceremonies organized for all Victims' Families by the French Authorities near the area of the Crash, (which was meanwile visited also by the Heads of State/Government of Germany, France and Spain, Merkel, Hollande and Rajoy), to the point that, Exceptionaly, even the Turkish Flag was the Only one among all the other numerous symbols of Nations of Origin of Victims which wasn't visible at all, anywhere during that official Public Event, while, on the Contrary, All Other National Flags, of All Other Countries from which had came at least one (1) Victim, were Present on the spot, (f.ex., Israel, Chile, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, etc).

++ Even more Strange Fact : It's a Turkish Sport Director of a Football Team from Sweden, Adil Kizil, who suddenly Changed, at the Last minute, the way that his Group had Scheduled to Travel, prefering, instead of the Fatal German Airplace Flight 4U9525, that they had been Initially due to board, anOther, Different Air Flight, thereby, exceptionaly Saving them from the Crash.

That Turkish Sport Director acted as if he had a so strong Premonitory Feeling that he didn't hesitate, in order to Avoid the scheduled Fatal German AirFlight 4U9525, even to .. Split his Team  in 3 separate Parts, since there wasn't any other way to make that Last Minute Change, contrary to what had been scheduled, according f.ex. to French TV Media, Luxembourg's RTL, etc. (f.ex. : http://www.rtl.fr/actu/societe-faits-divers/crash-de-l-a320-une-equipe-de-football-suedoise-miraculee-7777121912 , etc)            

The pretext that he reportedly gave afterwards was that he suddenly found the Waiting Time at Dusseldorf too long..., even if this had been naturally scheduled and known since a Long time ago, (f.ex. since the Date in which he had initially bought the Tickets), so that it can't explain such a cumbersome Last-Minute rush to urgently Change Airplane(s) at any cost....      

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  But, at least one among its Members had reportedly passed, recently, from some Refugee Camps, near Turkey's Syrian and/or Iraq Borders, where ISIL's Terrorists are notoriously concentrated. Could that had helped him, perhaps, to get some "insider"' Infos about an eventually planed Terrorist Attack against the German Airplane ?

This is not just an ordinary matter, but rather an issue of exceptional importance, with Big Stakes : That "Miraculously Saved Team", as Luxembourg's mainstream "RTL" Media nicknamed it, is not other than the Famous unique Kurdish Football Team "DalKurd", based in Sweden, where it was founded on 2004, Winning each year all its way Up from the 6th to 1st Division, becoming Famous World-wide, and very Popular throughout the Kurdish Diaspora in many Countries around the World, arboring a fully-fledged Kurdish Flag and symbols, which don't look likely to please Ankara's notorious oppressive regime sectors...

+ Kizil's Daughter, and naturally a "DalKurd FF" fan club member, Rojbin, a Young Musician and Singer, became largely famous Last Year with her Song "Kobane", dedicated to the Internationaly-backed Symbol of Resistance of the Syrian Kurd community bravely facing the Brutal Attacks of Extremist Islamist Terrorists of "ISIL" horrible BeHeaders, who notoriously multiplied Deadly Aggressions with Rockets' shelling, Tanks, etc., killing many People, Destroying the Town and obliging most Inhabitants to try to Flee towards Turkey, many closed inside Refugee Camps controlled by the Turkish Army, until the International Coalition against "ISIL" Terrorists started to push for Help to the local Population of Kurds  desperately struggling for their Liberty, starting by a Call from CoE's PanEuropean Parliamentary Assembly to provide Urgent Support to Kobane, which was debated and voted just a few Months ago in Strasbourg, (See : ......).

Even more "Spicy" (and most probably Disliked by the Turkish regime) look several other Kurdish Singers voted on the Top of "Likes" by DALKurd Team's fans, such a f.ex., Xece Herdem, (who pictures even a Video with armed Kurdish Rebels, including Women, on snowy Mountains), Mahmod Sulaiman, (a Swedish-Kurdish rapper who has just added a Video with Photos from Deadly Islamist Terrorist Aggressions against Civilian Kurds, including Children), etc.. 

By a Topical Coincidence, if Adil Kizil hadn't suddenly Changed at the last minute his mind by Droping the 4U9526 AirFlight, the Kurdish Team, which is a Symbol for all the Kurdish Diaspora, would have perished, may be together with the Singer of Kobane : Rojbin Kizil, if she had followed her Father's FF Team in Spain, together with other Fans, almost at the same moment that the Major of Kobane, Mohammed Abdi, was visiting, for the 1st time, the CoE in Strasbourg, where he spoke at the PanEuropean Organization's Congress of Local and Regional Authorities' Chamber of Local bodies, (Comp. Kobane Mayor's Interview with "EuroFora"), i.e. striking, thus, a Terrible" Coup" against the Kurdish Movement's morale, at a Crucial moment for its relations with Europe, (which is Attacked itself at the same time by the Deadly Crash of the German Airplane !)...

As far as it concerns, meanwhile, for a possibility to have, eventually, boarded inside that AirFlight perhaps a Group of Islamist Extermists Terrorists, such an Hypothesis might have been realized f.ex. by a few Turkish or other origin "Double Nationality" holders of German Passports, (since the Controversial "Double Nationality" has just been introduced in Germany by the "GroKo" Coalition of CDU/CSU with the Socialists, at the demand of the latter, who even placed as .. "Integration" Minister a member of the Turkish Diaspora, for the 1st time in the History of the Country), as well as by one or another among those Passengers from Iran (2), Moroco (2), Turkey (1), and/or even from USA (3), (Belgium (1), the Netherlands (1), Denmark (1), etc, particularly if they had got themselves also a "Double Nationality"...

Many People have found Strange and Regrettable the fact that, this time, certain Countries did Not yet publish the Names of their Citizens who were among the Passengers of the 4U9525 AirFlight, sometimes risking to give the Impression that there is something to Hide from the Public Opinion, and inevitably provoking even more Speculations, which could have been avoided with an adequate Transparency. After all, it's also the European Citizens who have to take one or another Airplane, sooner or later, (and/or who Vote f.ex. in the French Departemental Elections of this Sunday), who have a Right to Timely Know the Truth on what really happened in that unprecedented Mass Deadly Crash of the 4U9525 Flight.

Many Eye Witnesses, as well as Rescuers, backed by relevant Photos and Videos, clearly warned, from the outset, that the Airplane had been crashed into Smithers, almost eveything having been broken in Small, often Tiny pieces, or even Pulverized, to the point that several Observers on the spot had the impression that almost "Nothing has been Left" from the Plane and/or its Passengers.

Such a spectacle naturally reminded to several People a typical phenomenon of Airplanes hit by Bombs and/or Missiles' Explosions, if not by a sudden DePressurization (which has not yet been suggested in this case), etc.
In comparison, not even the notorious Malaysian Airlines' Crash in Eastern Ukraine's Conflict Area, back on July 2914, which has repeatedly been attributed to a Bomb or Missile Explosion, or to a Military AirFighter Jet's Attack, etc, hadn't been broken in so many Small, Tiny parts, but, on the contrary, its debris included also several astonishingly Big Pieces, as many available Photos attest.

This is even more Strange, a fortiori, when one considers also the Fact that that Malaysian Airplane had reportedly fallen suddenly from a Big Height, deep down to a Flat surface of Land, while the German Airplane has reportedly Lowered progressively its course, before gliding over a long Thalus at the Alps, and crashing in a Mountainous Valley, at a considerable Height above the level of the Sea, (i.e. without falling so Sharply Down, as the previous one). So that, Normaly, one would have expected to find much more Bigger Parts left from the German Airplane than from the Malaysian one...

+ Moreover, several Witnesses, and even the French Transport Minister, as well as many Websites reported the supplementary Fact that one or more Military AirFighter Jets had been immediately sent and arrived close to the Civilian Transport Airbus in trouble, (which was then inside an area hosting some big Military Bases nearby, at the Borders between France, Italy and Switzerland, close to the Mediterranean Sea).
It has been routinely replied to anyone who pointed at such Facts, that this was simply a normal Security procedure set up in many Countries accross the World, particularly after the 9/11 Deadly Terrorist Barbaric Attacks, which had notoriously turned some Hijacked Civilian Airplanes into Suicide "Missiles" against Bigger Targets able to provoke much Bigger Mass Killings and/or of Political importance, (f.ex. the US Pentagon, etc).

But, inevitably, this spontaneously reminded also the case of that Boeing "Flight No 93", (one among the 4 Civilian Airplanes then Hijacked during 9/11), which was Heading towards the Capital city of Washington DC, just after the 2 other Airplanes' crashes at New York's former "World Trade Center", followed by another one against the Pentagon, also at Wash. D.C., but fell down at a Mountainous Valley, killing all its passengers, together with the alleged hijackers, before reaching inhabited areas. Speculations and Controversies went on for a long time about the Question of what had really happened inside that Dramatic Flight No 93 : Several People suspecting (or wanting to Check the Hypothesis of) a Military AirFighter Jet hitting and downing the Hijacked Boeing just before it reaches the Capital, Washingtion DC's, inhabited area, in a desperate attempt to prevent a similar Mass Killing Attack as those which had striken, earlier that Same Day, New York's WTC towers. While the Official Version, which was finally, quite widely accepted, was, on the contrary, that the Fatal Boeing Flight No 93 had falled Down exclusively after many Passengers, who had heard the News and learned that they were, themselves too, Hijacked, suddenly Heroicaly Revolted against the Hijackers and tried to Storm the Airplane's Cockpit in an attempt to Oust the Terrorists and Seize the Control of their Plane at the last minutes.

Here also, in the present case of the German Airplane, French Prosecutor Robin has reportedly said to the Media that it results from a 1st, Hasty Transcription of one of the Airbus' Black Boxes, that some had, indeed, tried to Force an Entry into the Plane's Cockpit, even by striking against its Closed Door with something Hard like a Hammer, and that many Passengers had been heard Screaming aloud near it, at least just before the Fatal Crash, during the last Minutes.

But this has notoriously been, (at least for the moment), attributed exclusively to the 1st Pilot's personal attempts to Return back into his working place at the Airplane's Cockpit, reportedly "Blocked" by the Co-Pilot suspected to have decided alone to Destroy the Plane, killing all its 150 Passengers, allegedly followed by an apparently simple Cry of Horror by some among those People who suddenly found out that they were going to be brutally Killed by a provoked Crash.

Even if the Investigators haven't officially excluded yet anyone among the various possible Hypothesis about the real Causes of that unprecedented in Europe Deadly Incident. Particularly when some apparently new elements might reportedly point towards what seems to be a kind of "Explosion", (f.ex. at the Left side of the Cockpit, as reportedly does a Short Video found in a Victim's Phone, according to German Media, etc).

While some semi-Official sources around the Experienced BEA Office for Airlines Incidents Investigations, had initially asked many Days, even Weeks before the Audio-Tapes in one of the Fatal Airplane's  Black-Boxes could be seriously examinated, suddenly one after another, 2 American Newspapers, (First "New York Times", center-Left Media),  published certain Unexpected Informations pointing a finger from the start to the Young and Less experimented German Co-Pilot, Andreas Günter Lubitz, aged only 27, i.e. an obviously too easy prey for various Individualistic speculations, most far away from Topical socio-Political issues...

Even after a French Prosecutor went on to make, shortly afterwards,  some factual revelations apparently going towards a similar direction, reportedly based on a precocious Draft Transcript of tha Black-Box's Audio-Tapes, which was initially interpreted as an attempt b the Co-Pilot to Lock Out of the Cockpit the Airplane's Captain, in order to push the Plane to Crash, Killing all Passengers and himself,  while a 3rd American Media added, later-on, some Additional Informations, claiming that the Only Cause for Lubitz's unbelievable act would have been some purely Medical problems that he would have faced in the Past and recently.

INVESTIGATION =  "HIJACKED" ?....

=> Since then, Despite Officials' assurances that the Investigation is still going on, and that Every Lead is Explored, (i.e. from an eventual "Technical Problem", up to a possible "Terrorist Attack", etc), and Nonobstanding several Denials, (f.ex. by Dusseldorf's Hospital that Lubitz might have been treated for "Depression" recently, and/or other such Unverified and Unconfirmed, partialy or totaly False Press Claims, etc), nevertheless, numerous Big and/or Traditional, routine Media, (always Led by USA's and UK's Newspapers, including "Tabloids", such as "Daily Mail", but also "Bild", etc), seem to have astonishingly .. "Hijacked" the Investigation and almost all Public Opinion, pushing both to Drop before even starting, and Not even Think at Any Other theoretically Possible Cause of the Unprecedented Deadly Crash of German AirFlight 4U9525, except from the Exclusive Hypothesis of an Individual that would have acted Alone, without any other Motivation than some strictly  Individualistic (sometimes even Nombrilistic) concerns, without giving a damn for the other 149 People on board of the Fatal Airplane, and completely Cut off from the Society... (Something which, in fact, can be felt as even much More Horrible and Dangerous, than f.ex. a Politicaly motivated act, or a Technical problem, etc, which could be efficiently adressed or prevented, by taking adequate Measures, at least in the Future).

, That's why a growing number of more or less conscious People started to Raise various Critical Questions, to express Concern or even Revolt against that hasty USA+ Big Media "Hijacking" of the Investigation on 4U9525, from certain Local Eye Witnesses living close to the area of the Crash, as Journalists reported, to several Anti-ISIL activists at the Web throughout the World, f.ex. in the USA, (etc), Airbus' CEO Thomas Enders, even the German Christian Protestant Leader, Theologian Margot Kassman, and many other Critics.

In fact, it seems that, since the Cockpit's Lock was instaured after 9/11 Islamist Terrorist Mass Killings by 4 Hijacked Airplanes,  it's only refently that has occured in the an anodynous  Precedent of a Captain locked out from the Cockpit, by error, so that the Airplane was safely brought to Harbour by a Co-Pilot alone. In a quite Different case, a Co-Pilot had reportedly locked out of the cockpit the Captain in order to Hijack the Airplane and ask for Political Asylum : He was reportedly an opponent to Ethiopia, apparently in the context of a notorious Conflict vis a vis Somalia, (the former British Colony, where a late USA Military Intervention was followed by various Extremist Islamist Groups, etc. becoming even the No 1 African Country with recent links to Turkey, from Islamic Schools up to buying a poor Black Somali woman in order to run in the Olympic Games under the Turkish flag)... But a recent Film of Fiction reportedly seems to picture an attempt by a Pilot to Block the Cockpit and throw an Airplane against a City that he abhors..

In the present affair of 4U9525 AirFlight, a recently reported finding, concerning a Floppy Disk at Lubitz's Home with Data on various ways to commit Suicide, as well as on how to Block the Airplane Cockpit's Door, it rather Backfired, as many Critical Observers denounced at the Internet : Indeed, not only the Co-Pilot apparently didn't choose any among those other sugggested ways for suicide, it's even more Important to note tha Fact that any Trained and Experienced professionaly working Pilot wouldn't need at all such additional data on Cockpit's Door, since its functioning is quite Simple, he already Knows how it works, and has at his disposal (even close to his Seat) a full, official Manual which naturaly includes complete explanations on how to use a few Butons controlling that Door, (designed and named in a crystal-clear  way,  making their function obvious). So that the Real QUestion raised by such a finding should, rather, be ; - "Who might have given that Floppy Disk to Lubitz, and Why ?". Only one thing being certain : For the above mentioned reasons, he probably couldn't have been a Pilot...

At any case, concerning Co-Pilot Lubitz,  despite a curious Frenesy to focus only on the multiplication of Health-related Speculations or Indices, (some of which have already been proved to be False ; See f.ex. the Denial by Dusseldorf's Hospital that he would have been recently treated for "Depression", a Press claim which wasN't True at all), this, alone, can't explain, ipso facto, the fact that he apparently went as far as to Kill himself (Suicide), and, even more, does Not give any Idea for what might have been his Motivation for the Mass Killing of 149 other innocent Persons, as both a French Prosecutor and many observers already pointed out :

Indeed,  French Prosecutor Robin notoriously observed, from the start, that it wasn't a simple "Suicide", but rather a "Mass Killing". While a competent Director at Dusseldorf's Hospital pointed out that, even if some persons in Depression might, eventually, commit Suicide, however, it's very "Unlikely" that they would also add a Mass Murder against Hundreds of innocent other People...

Meanwhile, it's a Fact that several Websites reportedly emerged at the Internet shortly after the 4U9525 Airplane Crash which scandalously ...praised Lubitz as a kind of "Martyr", who would have accomplished "the will of the Prophet", or claimed to "Love our Martyr", (etc), placing his Photo under Huge Islamic Symbols, (See f.ex. 2 relevant Screenshots, herewith).  Most, if not all, were later brought down, Blocked or Erased. +But it seems that there were also Dozens of Apologies even Public Promotion and Propaganda at the Internet for Lubitz's alleged Mass Killing of the Airplane's Passengers, which were reportedly denounced at the Police for action, and probably Prosecution, at least in the worst cases.

Moreover, following French Prosecutor Robin's observation that Lubitz's Religion was "Unknown", the Co-Pilot's personal relation to Islam became an object of many Speculations from the start : Several People, particularly in Germany, supposed, or even claimed that the Co-Pilot would have become "a Converted Muslim", and/or have had "a Muslim Girl Friend"  (and/or a Girl Friend met thanks to his "Muslim Friends"), recently, but without presenting yet a Hard Evidence on that, at least at our knowledge, until now, leaving it as a still Pending Question.

    Lubitz was living mainly at his Parent's House at Montabaur, 30 Minutes Train distance from Koeln (Cologne : that he had to Cross on his road To/From Dusseldorf for the Airport and his personal Flat), Headquarters of all the Turkish Community of Germany and recent Host of a controversial Big Mosque, whose construction provoked a Division at the local CDU/CSU governing Party, with the emergence of "Free Voters" Groups, Popular Demonstrations with Placards of the kind : "Koeln will Not Fall as Constantinople !", many Christian People leaving for Other Regions of Germany, etc, as well as theater of various Street Clashes with "Salafist" Islamic Extremists, (as those who recently Attacked with FireArms  American Soldiers at Frankfurt's Airport, which is Directly Linked to Koeln/Cologne with a High Speed "ICE" Train crossing Lubitz's Montabaur).

    ++ By an astonishing Coincidence, close to the FlightPath chosen by the fatal GermanWings' Airplane on its way Back from Spain's Catalonia to Germany's Dusseldorf, zig-zaguing through the French Maritime Alps etc., (See MAP), exists also another, French Military Base with Nuclear Weapons, that of Toulon, (the Biggest in France, base of Air Carrier "Charles De Gaulle", due to be send to Iraq to help Fight against "ISIL", added to 6 Nuclear Submarins, etc), as well as various other Nuclear Installations, (such as Reactors, Cadarache's Nuclear Fusion Research Centre, etc.: See MAP), in a Geographic Area that Lubitz reportedly knew quite well, thanks both  to his Aeronautical Sports Club, and to Holidays spend with his Parents, having visited there personaly at least on 2 Different occasions in the Past, (among many other Publications, See, f.ex. also : http://www.planet.fr/societe-crash-a320-le-copilote-connaissait-il-le-lieu-du-crash.826693.29336.html ).

    In addition, nearby is located the Military Airport of Istres, hosting Nuclear Missiles, where French President Hollande had just reiterated, on February 2015, the importance of Nuclear Arms' Deterrent Force. It's also from Istres' Airbase that could have been sent the AirFighter Planes which reportedky reached the GermanWings 4U9525 Flight just before its crash, (Comp. Supra).

 
    It's interesting to note, in this regard, also the Fact that the 4U9525 AirFlight started an abnormal Descend Downwards, just Before crossing over the French MainLand, immediately after Flying over the Mediterranean Sea, as accurate Radars attest, i.e. just Before reaching Toulon's Base, near Istres' Airport, (contrary to some curiously inaccurate, if not falsified Graphics published f.ex. by French Newspaper "Figaro", insinuating that "GermanWings" Airplane would have started to Descent only after Toulon, something apparently Erroneous, because Contrary to the Radar's crystal-clear Data).

    => Thus, obviously, (as several People already observed), for such Extremist Islamist Terrorists as f.ex. those led by "Silvio K." (of Same Age as  Andrea Lubitz, Comp. Turkish Local Community, (something very Rare, given that "Agostea Nachrarena"s most events don't usualy have any Foreign Nationalistic connotation), as it can be easily seen by the relevant Photo :

    More Important : The main Person, Directly linked to that Exceptional Event, ( Nicknamed : "Max Be", but obviously a Turk), in his own Facebook Internet Page, has chosen to place Links to at least 2 Controversial Contents :

    - The No 1 among those Turkish website's Favorite Lnks points at controversial Rapper "Booba", followed by some Turkish NightClubs at Bochum and/or Istanbul, but also by several Websites of apparently Extremist Islamist content, (as "KILLuminati", etc,  See Infra) :

By a Coincidence, this New Guetta's new move Started, in fact, precisely the Same Day of the March 24 Deadly Fall and Crash of the GermanWings' 4U9525 AirFlight.

    ++ Astonishingly, moreover, by a 2nd and obviously more Important Coincidence, the New Video started to Add also a Final Sequence, (which didn't exist at the initial Song) : After that pretty Girl, with impressive Curves, promissed to the Boy everything he might desire, he is sudenly pictured to Start ... Flying up to the Sky, like an Airplane, but, at the End, (after having been Influenced by the Charm of that curvy and promissing Young Lady), he finally ... Supra), has the Same Age as Lubitz (26 Years old), and, by another Astonishing Coincidence, had been Hired by "Werden" Football Club at Bremen, the City where 4U9525 AirFlight's Co-Pilot had started Training with Lufthansa, during  the Same Years (2007-2009) that Lubitz was himself there. When the German Co-Pilot had reportedly Suspended his Lufthansa Training and was Depressed, during several Months of unknown yet activities, around 2008-2009, on the Contrary, Turkish Football Player Ozil had been Selected and given a Job at the National Team of Germany, since 2009, (long before ending, recently, at a Brittish Team, out of Germany, with reportedly Disapointing results and even accused of Cheating and Lying vis a vis his Manager, etc).

Concerning the AirFlight 9525 case, even if the Cartoonist says that he hasn't yet seen "any credible evidence" that "he CoPilot was a recent Muslim Convert", as some People claimed meanwhile in Europe, nevertheless, he feels that "it's also not impossible that some Connection" to Islamist Extremism "may eventually be found", (Comp. source cited Supra).

All the above-mentioned Facts show that such possible "Connections" were astonishingly all around many Co-Pilot Lubitz's personal links, areas of everyday life and/or interest, at several, repeated occasions, raising the obvious Question whether they might have arrived to the point to become the Cause of his otherwise still Unexplained Mass-Killing and self-killing act.

Carefuly examine any plausible hint, search to find evidence on all possible leads which might discover what has really provoked such an Unprecedeted Mass Killing of so many innocent Civilian People by a Pilot of one among the Best European Compagnies, right at the Heart of Europe, striking Hard some among the currently Leading EU Nations, is naturally the Duty of the official Investigations, and a Human Right, first of all for the 150 Victims' Families, but also for all European Citizens and other People, who obviously need a right and convincing Answer to such a Horrible Tragedy as an elementary Guarantee that it doesn't risk to happen again, in one way or another.

That's what practically results, in a Political point of view, from the strong Critical Denonciations made Today by a COE's High-Level International Panel, set up by the PanEuropean Organisations' Secretary General, Thornbjorn Jagland from Norway, and supported by EU Parliament in Strasbourg (See : http://www.eurofora.net/newsflashes/news/euparliamentasksinternationalinvestigationonukrainesnipers.html), in order to Check National Efforts to Find and Punish serious Human Rights' Violations during the main Violent incidents which kick-started the Ukranian Conflict.

    - Indeed, after more than a Year (22/2/2014 - 31/3/2015) new Kiev Authorities' Failed Investigations on this obviously Crucial matter proved to be "Inefficient" and "Lacked Transparency and Independence", being on many points "Contrary to ECHR's case-law".  strongly denounced Today the Experienced Head of COE's High Level Panel, former ECHR President, Sir Nicolas Bratza, from the UK, together with the two other Members of that body, Volodymyr Butkevych, former ECHR Judge in Strasbourg, and Oleg Anpilogov, former Prosecutor in Ukraine, as well as CoE Secretary General's Envoy for Ukraine, long-time CoE's Human Rights' Director, Christos Giakoumopoulos, on the occasion of the Publication of a 1st Report on Investigations made on Maidan incidents.

    =>  In practice, this means that f.ex. Families of "Snipers"' Victims might be able to lodge a Complaint versus Kiev's Authorities to the PanEuropean Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, for Violating the Right to Life, and/or even for Lack of any "Efficient Remedy", (Articles 2  as well as 1, 6, 13, etc. of ECHR), by Failing to do at least an Efficient Investigation in order to Find and Punish those Responsible for the Worst, more Numerous and Crucial Maidan Square Murders.

To the point that, inevitably, it wasn't only the Russian Government, but also several others, including even German Governing Coalition Party's CSU's new deputy Leader, Peter Gauweiler, etc. among those who, at one point or another, more or less contested the Legitimacy of the way that the 2014 violent Political Change had been imposed.

    + Astonishingly, moreover, neither Kiev's Authorities, nor CoE's High Level Panel, don't follow at all anOther possible Lead, reportedly revealed recently by an Investigative BBC Reporter at the Anniversary of those Crucial Maidan's Clashes on February 2015, who Succeeded to Find and Interview not only a former Demonstrator and a Photographer who had witnessed that Snipers were firing even on Policemen from nearby Buildings, but also at least one among those Deadly "Snipers" :

A Gunman paid and hired by an obscure intermediary, together with other Snipers, in order to go to the 1st Floor of Kiev's Conservatory (as many other "Snipers" had notoriousy been seen Shooting also from the nearby "Ukrania" Hotel), waiting with an Arm to Shoot and Kill various People at the strategic "Frontline" point where Demonstrators faced Policemen...

Partly similar findings were also made by another Article published at mainstream German Newspaper "Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung" (FAZ), f.ex. concerning Snipers at the Conservatory, etc.

+ Meanwhile, a 60 pages-long, comprehensive Study of almost all the publicy available Data by a Canadian University Professor of Ukranian origin, Dr. Ivan Katchanovski, published since the End of February 2015, concluded mainly that "many Demonstrators were killed by Snipers located at the Maidan-controlled "Hotel Ukraina".

 CoE's long-awaited Report's Publication had been Initially Anounced for the End of January 2015 - beginning of February, (including by the President of CoE's Parliamentary Assembly, Liberal Luxembourg's MEP, Anne Brasseur). But, later-on, COE's Secretary General, Thornbjorn Jagland, under the auspiced of whom the competent High-Level Panel has been established, questioned by "EuroFora" on that Date, already appeared unable to confirm that, and, soon afterwards, a COE's Official Anouncement postponed the Publication of that Report for the End of March.

    Meanwhile, the Ukranian Authorities changed no less than ... "3 Times" the person in charge of the General Attorney's Office, and this didn't help at all the Transparency and Continuity of the National Investigations on all the Violent Maidan Incidents, observed PanEuropean CoE's High Level panel....

    -  On the contrary, its President, Sir Nicolas Bratza from the UK, strongly Denounced, Today, the "Inefficiency" of Kiev's National Investigations during more than 1 Year now (February 2014 - March 2015), added to its "Lack of Independence", in addition to several "Obstructions", (particularly from the Interior Ministry). 

    Optimistically, however, CoE's Envoy for Ukraine, Christos Giakoumopoulos, preferred to attribute most of such Shortcomings to a period belonging to a "Past", against which, CoE's recently launched "Action Plan" for Ukraine, aims to bring a set of much needed Reforms, (f.ex. of the Judiciary, the Constitution, the Fight against Corruption, etc), in order to guarantee a better protection of Human Rights, Democracy and Rule of Law in that Country, (which, as COE's Secretary General, Thornbjorn Jagland, has recently replied to a relevant "EuroFora"s Question in Strasbourg, can become the main Pilars of a possible Reconciliation for a Peaceful Solution to the Ukranian Conflict in the fopreseable Future, : See : ...). But the too Long Delays, with Tragic Consequences, already marked in this regard, since February 2014 up to now, almost April 2015, obviously teach to be quite Careful in such matters...

    Curiously, the Press Conference organized on the occasion of the Publication of CoE's Report Today, wasn't, however, neither made at its Headquarters in Strasbourg, (not even Connected Electronicaly here, except from a merely passive streamline), thereby Hindering all Experienced CoE/EU's Journalists to raise any Question on this issue which affects all Europe, but was, on the contrary, restricted in a Kiev's area from where most Russian Journalists and/or Media had been until recently Excluded, while Donetsk/Luhansk Autonomist Regions' Journalists couldn't attend, (particularly when even a simple Donetsk TV Cameraman, holidaying with his Family, was recently Arrested by Kiev's Authorities and Accused to .."assist a Terrorist Organisation" !), while CoE's Assembly, as well as OSCE, have repeatedly Denounced several exceptionaly numerous and Heavy Press Freedom Violations committed in Ukraine, since early April 2014 until recently...

    When People know that EU Commission has often made Double Press Conferences in Strasbourg linked to Brussels, and that even a EUROCORPS' Commanding General, former ISAF's Chief of Staff, had easily managed to organize a Press Conference with Strasbourg's Journalists by simply Connecting the City's Press-Club via Skype with .. .Afghanistan, one can't imagine why it appeared to some so difficult to do alike in Kiev, (particularly for a so crucial and still "Burning" Democracy, Rule of Law and Human Rights' issue, which notoriously still risks to spread Counter-Productive Division, Conflicts and even War, at a Wider area throughout all Europe).

    + As scheduled, meanwhile, Bratza Confirmed also, that COE's High-Level Panel has recently Started to Check now anOther, long-awaited Investigation, by KIev's National Authorities, of the Atrocious Massacres committed Last Year, on May 2, 2014, at Russian-Speaking Sout-Eastern Ukraine's Odessa City, where several Dozens of Civilian People (including Young Couples of helpless Girls and Boys tragically staying Together until they were Killed),  were mainly Burned Alive inside a Trade Union's Building at the Central Square of the Town, after their Tents where they were trying to Exhibit Pictures of the Atrocities allegedly committed by Kiev's Military Attacks against Donetsk/Luhansk's Autonomist Regions since April 2014, as well as to Collect Signatures for a Petition in favor of a Popular Referendum for Federalisation and/or DeCentralisation of the Countryn, were Brutally Aggressed,  by fast-Running Mobsters, who had arrived mostly by Train, armed with Clubs, Stones, Knives or Guns, but also many "Cocktail Molotov"'" that thet systematically threw against the Building where the Dissidents had vainly seeked refuge, as many Videos clearly attest (Comp. : http://www.eurofora.net/newsflashes/news/ukrainedissidentsattackedbymilitaryandextremists.html). 

    Despite the unexpected Delay, he promissed that CoE's Hgh Level Panel will try to Conclude this 2nd Report, (apparently even More Crucial for National ReConciliation in Ukraine, if Truth and elementary Justice at last prevail), towards the "Autumn" of this Year, (i.e. near the scheduled October 2015 Local Elections).

   CoE's PanEuropean Congres of Local and Regional Authorities (CLRAE) has already Voted, as early as since already last October 2014, a Resolution asking for "independent and thorough International Investigations", mainly on the "Maidan events in February 2014", but also "later on Odessa", as well as "in Mariupol" and "near Donetsk", (where were found "Mass Graves" including Women apparently Tortured and Killed in cold-blood),etc., (See ; http://www.eurofora.net/newsflashes/news/clraetopvoteonukraineasksinvestigations.html ).

*Strasbourg/CoE/Angelo Marcopolo/- The imminent process of Drafting Crucial Reforms on Ukraine's DeCentralisation of Power, which are notoriously a Key for Peace, should find ways for Dialogue between all sides, including the Lugansk/Luhansk Autonomist Regions, declared in substance the experienced President of CoE's Top Legal Experts' watchdog on Democracy through Constitutional Law, (known as "Venice's Committee"), Gianni Buquicchio, who is due to check the Conformity of the relevant Draft Bill, as Ukranian President Pedro Poroshenko has promissed since June 2014 in Strasbourg (See :http://www.eurofora.net/newsflashes/news/coevenicecommissiononukranianpresidentreforms.html).          

Buquicchio was Replying to relevant Questions by various EuroRepresentatives on a Debate by CoE's PanEuropean Chamber of Regions on the "Regional aspects of DeCentralisaton in Ukraine". including the Head of the Russian Delegatiion, Svetlana Orlova, who had already warned "EuroFora", since Yesterday evening, of the Timely importance of this CoE's Debate for the Success of the latest Minsk Agreement, brokered on February 2015 under the auspices of Heads of State/Government from Germany, France, Ukraine and Russia, Merkel, Hollande, Poroshenko and Putin, (See : http://www.eurofora.net/newsflashes/news/fulltextsofallukraineagreements.html).  

Kiev's Authorities were recently accused to adopt Crucial Decisions on DeCentralisation, Local Elections, etc., without any Dialogue with the Donetsk/Luhansk Regions' Autonomists, who denounced a "Violation of the Spirit and the Letter of Minsk Agreements", as they said, warning of Risks for a Dangerous Political Deadloc.

 - "Concerning the Question, which has been raised (at the CoE) : (i.e.) How to Integrate the Separatists in this Work" of Drafting Ukraine's DeCentralisation Reforms,, "I Hope that the Separatists would like to Participate in a Dialogue" with Kiev's National Authorities, "something for which I'm not sure for the moment, and, also, that the Ukranian Authorities will be Open for Consultations (Concertation), with their interlocutors  from the Eastern part of the Country", Buquicchio underlined from the outset.

    "This is Important", he stressed, "because any Legislative Text, and even more any Constitutional Text" of Reform, "must be Based on the Largest Possible Agreement", the Experienced CoE's Top Official pointed out.

    Obviously, "it's Difficult to hold a Dialogue now, we (CoE) recognize it, but I Hope that the Ukranian Authorities will  Open the Door to Dialogue", mainly on the Constitutional Reform, and "I Hope that the Separatists will Accept this Open Door" for Dialogue.
