B. Nemtsov's Sharp Criticism of Islamist Extremist Terrorism before his Murder in Moscow: Full Texts

 *Strasbourg/+EU Parliament+/- The Latest and still on-going Developments around the Murder of Russian politician Boris Nemtsov, (who had links both to Ukraine and to the struggle against Extremist islamist Terrorism's "Charlie Hebdo" Murders, as recent Facts about the arrested Suspects, clearly indicate), in view of the forthcoming relevant EU Parliament's Debate and Resolution Vote during the Next few Days at the Plenary Session in Strasbourg, make interesting to find out which exactly were the "Hot" views about the Paris' Massacre and other ISIL-related issues, that Nemtsov had reportedly published shortly before being killed :

An elementary Press Investigation Work, that just a few other, traditional Media have just started to do only partialy, while there is also a surprisingly strong Controversy on their Number, Content and Importance, making serious, Fact-based, fully explained and well-Documented Clarifications, obviously necessary for the Public Opinion and even various deciders.

    "EuroFora", (advancing Further than what f.ex. the "UK.BusinessInsider", "Moscow Times", etc, only Partialy started to do : http://uk.businessinsider.com/the-russian-press-are-raising-doubts-over-boris-nemtsov-murder-2015-3?r=US + http://www.themoscowtimes.com/news/article/a-closer-look-at-nemtsov-s-comments-on-charlie-hebdo-before-he-was-killed/517159.html?clear_cache=Y), contributes here to that collective purpose, given the Crucial interest that such a cold-blood Murder has, shortly after the February 2015 Minsk Summit for Cease-Fire and Peace in Eastern Ukraine, and while the Copehagen Killings and various other relevant events, since the Paris' Massacre, about manifold threats because of Extremist Islamist Terrorists of ISIL, have, unexpectedly, given to Nemtsov's latest activities a Wider than initially expected potential importance, as also the following Facts clearly indicate.

  Concerning what is called "an Islamist (Terrorism) lead" (*Comp. f.ex.: at "EuroFora"s Forum : "Nemtsov's Killers Named at Moscow ? http://www.eurofora.net/forum/index.php/topic,759.0.html ), among many Hypothesis currently investigated about the possible causes of the cold-blood Murder of Russian liberal politician Boris Nemtsov, it's a Fact that the 5 Arrested Suspects, according to available Evidence, Tamerlan Eskerhanovu, Khamzat Bakhaeva, and Shagit and Anzor Gubachev, as well as Zaur Dadaev, (including 2 officialy Accused for the Murder, among whom 1 Confessed to be Guilty), have a Profile which Fits a possible "Islamist" motivation : Coming from Chechnya, with Ingouchetia links, most bearing Beards, they seem to be all practicing Muslims, or even "Deeply religious" and "shocked by the (Moameth) Cartoons", both themselves and several of their parents, while the one who confessed, also pointed out that he "loves Prophete Moameth", etc,

+ But it's even more Interesting to observe that, Contrary to the Claim that a Washington D.C. Media (USA) attributed to one of Nemtsov's 4 children, (i.e. that the that the "Islamic Radicals" Hypothesis would "Lack Credibility" as "an Explanation", just because her Father would have voiced Support to the Victims of Charlie Hebdo Attack ..."only Once [1]", and "as many among Millions"),

in Fact, he had even Written, and Published at the World Wide Web, as well as at a mainstream Media with Large Audience  ("Echos of Moscow"), at least Four (4) particularly Strong and Sharp Declarations against the Islamist Extremists' Terrorist Murders of Journalists in Paris, (even by explicitly using his Status as Politician, at least in the 4rth case), which raise very Serious and "Hot" Questions :

Boris Nemtsov had repeatedly gone as far as to Call to Prosecute, judge and punish any "Mufti" (even the Country's National "Council of Muftis") or Muslim Politician, etc. who accuses Journalists and/or Media supporting the publication of Moameth Cartoons similar to those of "Charlie Hebdo", to commit a "Sin" and/or to be "Anti-Islam" ("Islamophobic"), etc. (See Infra).

Because, by "Blaming the Journalists", "they Justify Murders" and "Provoke Terrorism", he had denounced, calling for "a long Fight" to "Defeat Islamic Inquisition" and "Terror", as he said, Warning that "Islam will Grow", meanwhile, and such Islamist Terror risks to be later Covered up as a thing of "the Past"...

- Immediately after that cold-blood Murder, that Same Day : on Jan. 7, 2015, the Russian Liberal Politician had strongly Denounced the fact that,

    - "When the Council of Muftis ... calls the activity of those Journalists as a Provocation and a Sin, it makes the Apology of Terrorism ('it Justifies Terrorists)", Boris Nemtsov loudly cried out from the start.

    => - Therefore, By "speaking as Lawyers of Terrorists, those Muftis Facilitate New Aggressions", he warned, (shortly before the Copenhagen Killings' follow-up, etc)

    But, "this violates Articles 280 and 282 of the ... Criminal Code, and these persons should be Prosecuted". In consequence, "we are Waiting for the Reaction of (Prosecutor) Bastrykin", he concluded.

    + One Day later, on Jan. 8, 2015,  Boris Nemtsov re-published a German cartoon showing Moameth in a Bloodbath, holding a former Charlie Hebdo copy, meanwhile re-named as .. "SHARIA Hebdo" (sic), under the Heading : - "No : You can't Kill our Freedom !"

    - "In Europe, many do Not Understand" that "Tolerance Ends when there is Violence",

and that's why, "in the End, it's Marie Le Pen (of France's "National Front" Rightist Party) who Wins" !, he warned.

    By doing so, Nemtsov, in fact, entered the Debate that was spectacularly launched in France precisely at the Date of the Paris' Massacre, at the FrontPage of the last "Charlie Hebdo" copy, which had just been Published then, and focused on Author Houellebecq's New Book, about a percieved risk of France's Islamisation.  :

    Released, in parallel, that Same Day of Jan. 7, 2015, "Goncourt" Prize Award Winner Houellebecq's latest Book, titled : Submission", notoriously Predicts that Marine Le Pen's "FN" Party would grow and sooner or later become almost equal to the force of all other Parties, taken all together, particularly by exploiting Past Errors on extra-EU Immigration Policy and/or socio-cultural integration, etc.

    With the only Difference that, contrary to Nemtsov, Houellebecq's fiction "predicted" that it would be a Muslim Party Chiief who would "win" the French Przesidential Election, at the latest on 2022, mainly by exploiting the Divisions among all Other French Parties, and would impose, more and more, most parts of Sharia Law, (f.ex. on Women, Marriages, Clothes, Food, Mosques, Culture, Media, etc), while also Pushing most French People to accept to be "Coverted" in the Islamic Religion, particularly if they wanted to make a Career in that Society...

    All these moves took place just before the forthcoming, March 2015 Elections in France's Districts ("Departments"), the Same Year that crucial Regional Elections have been also Scheduled for December 2015, opening a way for the decisive 2017 Presidential Elections, where various Polls present exceptionaly Big percentages for the "FN" Party of Marine Le Pen, (despite a recent Rise also of UMP' Party of former President of France, Nicolas Sarkozy, in other recent Polls), which has already arrived 1st in EU Parliament's elections Last Year.

     ++ Moreover, just 2 Days after the Paris' Massacre, on Jan. 9, 2015, Nemtsov anew wrote and published at the Internet much more concrete calls to Punish anyone who might attempt to Dissuade Journalists to publish Moameth's Cartoons and/or unjustly accuse a Media to be "Anti-Islamic" (See Infra) :

    - "Such Threats against [the Editor of an Internet Media which run a Poll on Publishing, or not, Caricatures similar to those of Charlie Hebdo, that an Opposed, Muslim Politician accused to be "Anti-Islamic" and warned that he "would be called to Account"] crudely Violate .... the Criminal Code ... [by] Infringing on Journalists' activities.  Under that charge, [the Muslim Politician who Opposed the Publication of Moameth's Cartoons] faces 2 Years behind bars".

    => In consequence, "if I were in [that Editor's] shoes, I would file a Complaint" to the Prosecutor. Everybody is already sick and tired of [such] Threats, but he  [the Muslim Politician opposed to the Cartoons] is growing increasingly Brazen every day".. "It's a clear violation of Article 144" [of the Criminal Code], Nemtsov denounced.

    - Finally, that Editor "responded correctly : He's going to Apply to Law Enforcement Agencies" [against the Muslim Politician opposed to the Publication of Moameth's Cartoons], he anounced later-on.

    - This "is going to End Badly", Boris Nemtsov had Warned.

    It's interesting to note the Fact that the above-mentioned Media Editor mentioned by Nemtsov is the "Echo of Moscow"'s (Radio + Website) Editor-in-chief, Alexei Venediktov, a Journalist well known here in Strasbourg, (whose Press-Club has even awarded him an Annual Prize, in the Past), and particularly at the PanEuropean CoE, (where "EuroFora"s co-Founder has worked side by side with Venedictov for Many Years, mainly during CoE Parliamentary Assembly's  Plenary Sessions, Ministerial Summits, etc).

    Nemtsov refers to a relevant Publication made by Venedictov at the "Echo of Moscow"'s Website, that Same Day, where that Media's Editor denounces the fact that the above-mentioned Muslim Politician had accused him to "turn [his Media] in a main Anti-Islamic mouthpiece" (sic !) :

    - " I categorically Reject the Accusations of (that Muslim Politician] about an <<Anti-Islamic>>  nature of the radio "Echo of Moscow". "Such statements are Defamatory and Damaging to "Echo"'s Business Reputation", strongly reacted Venedictov, as "EuroFora" found out.

    => But, "I take quite Seriously the Threats posed [by that Muslim Politician], and, theredore, intend to Apply shortly to the ... Law Enforcement Agencies", anounced the accused Journalist. "We live in a Secular State, and abide by (its) Constitution and Laws", he concluded.

    + Meanwhile, in a parallel move, a Surprizing Dialogue unfolded, right under the above-mentioned Nemtsov's Facebook publication, where 2 Individuals with Islamic "Names", obviously linked to Chechnya and other Caucasus' Regions(such as "Magomed Murtuzaliev" and "Ali Aghazadeh"), discuss whether Politica l Opponents to Russian President Vladimir Putin, such as Nemtsov, Kasyanov, Khodorosky, etc, might, eventually allow the Secession of Chechnya and/or other Caucasus areas by Recognizing them as "Independent" in the foreseable Future, or not. The Conclusion (from which depends these persons' and their pals' continuing "'Support" of Russian Dissidents, or not). This time, their Conclusion is rather Negative...

     +++ In addition, Boris Nemtsov, (using his Status as "Politician", "Co-President of the [Liberal] Party "PARNAS" and participant of the "Solidarnosk" Movement),  published at the Website of the well known, mainstream Media "Echoes of Moscow", a much longer, theoretical Article, under the explicit Heading : - "Islamic Inquisition".

     - "For centuries, people were killed for their faith. The Romans crucified Christ and persecuted Christians in the Middle Ages, hundreds of thousands of people were burned alive in fires of the Inquisition. .... It ended with the victory of the French Revolution and the creation of European Secular States", he noted from the outset.

    - But, "Now we are witnessing a Medieval Islamic Inquisition", Nemtsov denounced.
"A Long Struggle" is needed in order  "to Defeat Islamic Inquisition".

    "Nothing" will be obtained "Quickly", he found. In fact, "Centuries will pass, and Islam will Grow up, and Terrorism will become a thing of the Past", prognosticated Nemtsov, (probably supposing, alike author Houellebecq, that, in the foreseable Future, a gradual Islamization of some Historicaly Christian Societies might end up by making of Brutal Violence an Oéut-dated tool : Comp. Supra)

- "But to sit down, and do Nothing, is Unworthy" (scandalous), in front of a "Religious Terror" that has "to Stop"!, the Russian Liberal politician urged.

    => "History teaches us", that, "Firstly, in order to "Stop the Religious Terror, we must Fight for a Secular State, i.e. a Separation of Mosquees from (State) Power", Nemtsov' article stressed from the outset.

(An obviously Topical point, given also the manifold links of certain Mosques with Foreign States, particularly Turkey, where Imams are chosen and Educated by the Political Government-controlled Turkish State, unlike many Religious Communities from Maghreb and/or other Arab Countries, which are, comparatively, more Independent).

    + "Secondly", "it's extremely important" what will be"the position of the Muftiy",  Nemtsov underlined.

Because it's only "if  they will Unambiguously Condemn Terror and Murders, remove killers from Islam", that "this can Strongly Help to Defeat Terror".

    ++ => In conclusion, "third, there should be No Excuse for Terror"

    - That's why, "When some write that Cartoonists themselves are to be Blamed, that they Mocked the Prophet Mohammed", etc., then,"they Justify Murders", he denounced.
    
    -  But, "Murder"  is a Heavy Sin, including in accordance with the Koran", while,  on the contrary,"Satire, even mocking, is Not such a (serious) sin". In fact, "there is Nothing to Compare between Killers and Journalists"

    => Therefore, any "Comparison between the Cartoonist and the Fanatic Killer will only Provoke Terrorists", Nemtsov warned,

(obviously insisting in his demand to punish anyone who claims that Journalists' Murders might have any Pretext in cases similar to "Charlie Hebdo" : Comp. Supra)

    Neverthekess, meanwhile, Opposition politician Kasyanov, (another former Prime minister of Russia, as Nemtsov, 15 years ago), speaking at EU Parliament in Strasbourg earlier Today, curiousloy rejected without any reserve any Islamist Extremist hypothesis  for Nemtsov's Murder : - "Whoever is trying to claim that Muslims killed Nemtsov are Lying", he cried out, but without exppaining anyone among the many Facts found in this direction...

    - ""Nemtsov was a champion of the freedom of RELIGION, and a defender of minority rights in Russia, including those of the MUSLIM community", Kasyanov only said trying to justify his view, ...Astonishingly (particularly for a "Liberal" like him), Forgetting everything about "Freedom of SPEECH" and JOURNALISTS' Human Rights !

One could believe Kasyanov's precise Claim, at this Morning's Press Conference with Liberal Group's President Verhofstaft, that he "Knew Boris Nemtsov for 20 Years", during which "he never made any Statement against the Muslim Religion", but, "on the Contrary, he was very Tolerant for any Minority, and for any Religion". But this concerns the Past, which, obviously, has Nothing to do with the notoriously Unprecedented Brutal Deadly Violence of ISIL-inspired Extremist Islamist Terrorism, which is, indeed, seen for the 1st Time in Modern History... An unquestionable Fact, which can easily explain, precisely, Nemtsov's 4 Strong Critical Reactions, revealed Supra.

    >>> Significantly, later-on, during almost 2 Hours of a Hearing by EU Parliament's Liberal Group MEPs, ... Nobody among the numerous participants didn't find useful to raise any Question whatever, (not even the slightest !),  about the non-elucidated yet Murder of Nemtsov, (despite the fact that it was the Official Reason of Kasyanov's presence here, and the much publicized motivation of a Draft Resolution due to be voted on Thursday) ...

    Such strange incidents only prove the utmost Importance it has for documented and clear Facts as those published above, to be found, presented, and brought to the attention of all those who are due to take any serious decision on Boris Nemtsov's cold-blood Murder, at this special, post-"Charlie Hebdo" period.

    Apparently in despair, some traditional French Media (f.ex. "Figaro", etc), didn't find anything better this Evening, than to merely repeat a sentence, (already published Yesterday at a French-speaking Press only), of a Youngster Dissident aged less than 30 years old and hardly known abroad, Ilia Yashin, (Erroneously named by French Media as "Lachine" !), who had been invited to "Brasserie Lipp" in Paris just before the Murder, on February 2015, together with USA Radio Liberty's Sokolov, and reportedly based now his view about the rejection of any Islamic Hypothesis for the Murder, only on his own claim that, as he said : - "Nemtsov wasn't an Islamophobe (as if what he calls "Islamophobes" would be routinely Murdered, on the contrary !), and Never said Anything Negative on Islam", (VERBATIM).

    Such astonishingly Inaccurate, not to say Blatantly False Claims, obviously can only incite well informed People to give even more credit to an at least partly "Islamist Extremist Terrorist" Hypothesis for Boris Nemtsov's Murder, given the FACTS cited above.

    If anyone might not know how to Translate in French Nemtsov Article's Heading denouncing an "Islamic Inquisition", or accusing the "Council of Muftis" to illegaly search Pretexts for  Deadly Islamic Extremist Terrorists, and inciting Journalists to Sue against Muslim Politicians opposed to the publication of Moameth's Cartoons, Re-Publishing himsel ( at his personal Facebook Website) a Cartoon picturing Moameth in a Bloodbath reading what would have be obliged to become a .. "Sharia Hebdo" in a Country Threatened by Islamization, while also taking Sides with Media slandered to be "Anti-Islamic", etc., (on all these Facts, and much more, Comp. Supra), then, they should simply buy a good Dictionary !

    It costs Cheaper than a Breakfast at "Lipp" Brewery's cosy private Saloons in Paris, and can serve much Longer...

    At any case, Facts are Facts : Boris Nemtsov had adopted, repeated, theorized and publicized one among The Most Critical Views vis a vis certain "Islamic" circles in the case of the Murders of French Journaists in Paris, in Copenhagen, etc, as all his above-mentioned published Texts clearly reveal :

>>> Speaking out in favour of Freedom of Expression, particularly of the Press, as a a consequent "Liberal", Nemtsov had launched repeated Calls to Prosecute, Judge and Condemn all those "Muftis" (even of the official National "Council of Muftis"), Muslim Politicians, etc, who Accused the Victims and other Journalists or Medias, etc. who Supported the Publication of Moameth Cartoons as in "Charlie Hebdo", to commit a "Sin" and/or to be "Anti-Islamic" ("Islamophobe"), etc.

Since, by "Blaming the Journalists", "they Justify Murders" and "Provoke Terrorism", Nemtsov had denounced, calling for "a long Fight" to "Defeat Islamic Inquisition" and "Terror", as he said, Meanwhile, "Islam will Grow", and such Islamist Terror risks to be later Covered up as a thing of "the Past", he Warned, asking to Act Now, before it becomes too late, (Comp. Supra).

  One may like it, or not, perhaps adopt a "Yes, But" stance, or do whatever he believes best on this notoriously Controversial issue.

   But, (as many of his latest Publications reveal ; Comp. Supra), this was the real stance of the Russian politician who was brutaly Murdered in Moscow at the end of February 2015, and nothing can change afterwards what has now been crystalized for ever.
