*Strasbourg/CoE/Angelo Marcopolo/-  -"We must have Clear Criteria" on the Distinction between legitimate and protected Freedom of Speech, from one side,  and dangerous, often prohibited "Hate Speech", from the other side, replied the New President of CoE's Conference of International NGOs, Dr. Anna Rurke (2015-2018) to "EuroFora"s Question on whether the direct of indirect presence of "Violence", in one way or another, could, eventualy, help, according to ECHR's classical case-law, to solve the Problems of "Gray Areas", reportedly growing recently, as it was earlier observed by keynote participants in a COE's 3 Days-long PanEuropean Symposium in Strasbourg on how to Struggle against new forms of "Hate Speech" Today, particularly at the Internet, (See also Infra).

            -  Even if Rurka made a reference, in her Reply, inter alia, also to a Call launched previously by the very active President of LICRA, (the French NGO against Racism and Anti-Semitism), Alain Jakubowicz, who, as she reminded, "spoke about the need to use more Clear Categories", closer to the real Facts, (f.ex. by avoiding to speak merely about "Discrimination", when it's obvious that, in fact, it's all about "Anti-Semitism", etc), nevertheless, it's mainly the French Ombudsman, former Minister of Culture and Chairman of CoE's "EurImages" Fund for Cinematographic Creations, Jacques Toubon, who described a recent "Boom" particularly on "Racist expressions transformed into Commonplace", as if they were simples Platitudes, through an apparently anodynous, but, in fact, potentialy dangerous "Banalisation" process, as he said, mainly "at the Internet".
 

     - This was also noted, earlier, at the Opening of CoE's 3 Days-long Anti-Hate Speech Conference, by the experienced PanEuropean Organization's Deputy Secretary General, Mrs Battaini-Dragoni, who observed from the outset that "during Recent Years, Young People have been actively engaged by the CoE in the Fight against Hate Speech", while, Today and Tomorrow, various very Practical Seminars and Training Workshop had already Started, focusing mainly at the Internet, and including, f.ex., the use of Tools such as Twitter, Facebook, and other Social Networks, "Cyber-Violence", "Neo-NAZI Speech", "Counter-Speech", etc., as well as the relevant "Legal Framework" and real "Application of Legal Principles", etc.

     + In addition, Battaini-Dragoni pointed also at the creation of an "International Network against Cyber-Hate", and anounced that CoE's Anti-Racism and pro-Tolerance Watchdog, "ECRI", is currently "Preparing a New Recommendation against Hate-Speech, which is expected to be adopted Before the End of 2015", while the COE has also created, recently, a" Hate-Speech Observatory", and CoE's Committe of Ministers has decided "to Continue further" the overall PanEuropean "Campaign", (which was, meanwhile, Extended even Beyond the 47 CoE's Member States, also to Mexico and Morocco), particularly "after the Terrorist Attacks in Paris, Denmark and Belgium" since the beginning of 2015, in order to track also any "emerging Extremism", before it becomes too late.

    - Meanwhile, she  called to be careful vis a vis the above-mentioned, "recent Phenomenon" of a kind of "Subtle" and more "Hidden", "apparently Innocent", and "Difficult to Unmask", but, in fact, Dangerous", so-called "Neo-Racism", according to the name given "by several MEPs, (Comp. Supra). However, "CoE's campaign hasn't any intention to Limit the Freedom of Expression, and it's not at all against the expresssion of Dissending Political Opinions", the PanEuropean Organisation's Deputy Secretary General ensured. It only focuses "against On-Line Hate" and "against Bullying at the Internet", (another Issue of real importance in practice, concerning Brutal and/or Vicious, systematic Verbal Aggressions of Mobsters against a Targetted Person), as she explained.

    - LICRA's President Alain Jakubowicz (Comp. Supra), called Young People to Fight such phenomena, both in everyday life and at the Internet also by Speaking out openly and massively against them, and defended the use of Courts and Judges in order to Curb real "Racism" and/or "Anti-Semitism", etc, instead of "Hidding behind" some, comparatively, more lenient formulas, such as that of simples "Discriminations", "Attacks", etc., which don't reveal the Real Facts, as he criticized, (applauded and hailed by NGOs' representatives as having served as one of the "Motors" of the Anti-Hate Speech movement).

    - Inter alia, the New President of CoE's PanEuropean Civil Society body : the Conference of International NGOs, Anna Rurka, said that, on the occasion of her wish to See how Human Rights are really applied in People's everyday lives, (See also Infra), she had observed, indeed, several Phenomena of that so-called "Banalisation" of Hate Speech, (Comp. Supra), not only at the Internet, but even "inside Schools", where Educators should Help Students to "Free" themselves from such risks. Moreover, Rurka advanced the idea that, particularly Young People, need to be given a chance to learn how to face such and other "Conflicts" inside a "Public Space", be its Social or Political, and lead Debates, instead of falling to the trap of Deception (f.ex. vis a vis some Traditional forms of Democracy), etc., (See also Infra).

    - French Ombusdman/Defensor of (Citizens') Rights, Michel Toubon, (Comp. Supra), denounced, inter alia, also a recent "Explosion", as he said, of "Anti-Semitic" views, throughout Europe, "from the Urals to Finistere", as well as an "Astonishing Percentage" of "People who believe, according to recent Polls, that it wouldn't be possible to Conciliate Islam with the Republic, neither to "Integrate" the concerned individuals. To all this is added, at the same time, a more and more violent "Jihadist"propaganda, recently, which pushes towards a dangereous"Radicalisation".  etc. Toubon Warned, in particular, against allowing to repeated "Discriminatory practices" and Hate Speech aiming to belittle certain "Fragile" Groups, to appear as a kind of Social "Norm", by cultivating adequate reactions of Citizens-Activists, ready to engage in a "Verbal Fight" aimed at De-Legitimazing and "Subverting" that Hate Speech, as well as by helping to ensure an "Equal Access to Justice" for all Victims, including the weakest, for at least an elementary Legal protection.

    - The President of CoE's Assembly, Anne Brasseur from Luxembourg, denounced mainly the fact that "Intolerance and Hate Speech" have recently become "not only some Isolated Incidents", but rather something which risks to "Undermine Democracy", as she Warned. In addition to the recent adoption of relevant Resolutions, (as, f.ex. on Political Extremism and some Far Right Groups, as well as on "Radicalisation", etc), PACE has also created an "Alliance of Parlamentarians against Hate", which will hold its 2nd meeting in Strasbourg at the end of June 2015. But what is needed is also the emergence of "Non-Political" Activists, able to add their Voice against Hate Speech in real practice, as a kind of "Social Relays", she concluded, pointing at CoE's Annual "World Forum for Democracy", and thanking f.ex. the relevant Youth Movement, which is present these days in Strasbourg with many among its representatives of Civil Society.

    + Precisiely, the recently Elected New President of CoE's PanEuropean Civil Society body, Anna Rurka, (Comp. Supra), who also holds a PHD on Education and works as Senior Reseacher at West Paris' University 10, at Nanterre-Defense, has extensively published mainly on Children, Families and Education, as well as Social Workers, Fight against Exclusion, etc,

    told "EuroFora" that she hopes INGOs could help for a Better Respect  of People's "Human Rights",  which "are currently under pressure in many Countries", throughout PanEuropean CoE's 47 Member States.

    + This goes "for all areas", i.e., f.ex. "also vis a vis Social, Political, a.o. Rights", as she added.

    In this, latest regard, another interesting Dimension of her Projects is to develop further concerned Citizens' and, more largely,  Civil Society's  Participation in Decision making processes, which stands obviously near "EuroFora"s own project, as well as "EuroFora" CoFounder's earlier University Research in Publlc Law, and meets CoE's recent queries on the Evolution of Democracy with New Forms of Citizens' consultation and participation throoughout the PanEuropean and International areas, (including, f.ex., via its Annual "World Forum for Democracy", etc).

    Inter alia, Rurka, who comes from Poland, has already cited in her published work also the famous German Philosopher Jurgen Habermas (from nearby Frankfut's University) and his Book on Discourse or Debate Ethics., who is also Known as writer of a fundamental text on "Structural Changes in the Public space" (alias : "StrukturWandel der Offentlichkeit"), that "EuroFora"s Co-Founder has abudantly used in the Past for the preparation of a Master and State Thesis in Public Law, as well as for a landmark Book on his Dialogues with famous University Theologist Joseph Ratzinger, who was elected, later-on, as Christian Catholic Pope Benedict XVI in the Vatican... Benedict, as his Historic 2006 Speech at Revensburg University highlighted, followed, later-on by another Text on Stoic Philosopher Zenon, on 2010, has notoriously supported the view that, by using Free and Enlightened Dialogue in order to try to Convince Interlocutors with Rational Arguments and correct Facts, one shows Respect to his/her Human Personality and Freedom.

*Brussels/- Speaking at EU Parliament the eve of an important "G 7" Summit in Germany, UNO's Secretary General Ban Ki Moon stressed from the outset that the No 1 Global Priority, among three Topical Issues , is to adequately address the Tragic Challenge against Humanity at large, (unprecedented, at least during the 70 Years of life of the New York based International Organisation, that it will celebrate on September 2015), recently raised by the Horrible Massacres, even of Civilians, (Women, Children and Elders included), by the extremist Islamist Terrorism of ISIL's atrocious BeHeaders, etc., followed by the remaining Worlwide Problems of Migration and Climate, (etc), concluding with a vibrant appeal for the EU to "Work Together" with the UN into finding urgently needed, efficient solutions.

 - Among "3" Global "Challenges" Today,  which  need "greater Collective Attention", "the First" is to Face "Violent Extremism", followed by "Migration" and "sustainable Development" stressed Ban Ki Moon from the outset, while also observing that, in, fact, they are "InterLinked" between them.

 - "First" of all, the recent "growth of Violent Extremism is a Grave Threat to International Peace and Security", UNO's Secretary General warned EU Parliament, just before it debates on the forthcoming "G7" Summit, and speaking shortly after a recent "BRICS"' meeting, where this obviously Topical Dramatic problem was raised.

  - In this regard, he Strongly Denounced "the Unspeakable wave of Brutality against Civilians being perpetrated by Extremist groups", as "a direct Challenge to the universal Values of Peace, Justice, Tolerance and Human Dignity", as well as an "Afront to our Common Humanity", including "the wanton Destruction of Cultural Heritage", as he pointed out, while ISIL's Extremist Islamic Terrorists had just Invaded even Syria's most Important Archeological site, that of Palmyra, just after Massacrating several Hundreds of Civilians, reportedly including even Women and Children, where they pushed the Tragic Provocation to the point to even Murder about 20 defenseless People inside an Ancient Theater Today...

 - Fustigating the "Violent Extremism" which appears "in the Atrocities committed by Da’esh (ISIL), Boko Haram, Al Shabaab and other sectarian and Terrorist groups", he also Warned that "we Need to reflect on What Motivates" Youngsters  "to become so Alienated and Radicalised that they are prepared to Inflict Harm on others and even End their own Lives in the process".

 - For that purpose, Ban Ki Moon anounced that he "will present a comprehensive U.N. Plan of Action to Prevent Violent Extremism", on September 2015, during UNO's  General Assembly gathering at New York, when the International Organisation, "Born on the Ashes of the 2nd World War", (since which, EU's "Peace and Prosperity offer a concrete Symbol of what can be achieved, even after the greatest Devastation"), is due to celebrate its 70th Anniversary, 1945-2015.  Thus, Today, UNO is "fully Committed" to "Working with Europe" to "Address this Challenge" No 1,  against Terrorism and Violent Extremism.

 - In this regard, "Upholding Human Rights and the rule of Law are Essential", because "we must ... Avoid Responses to Terrorism and Violent Extremism that make the Problems Worse", he Warned,  while, also,  a "Long-term Response needs to Focus on on fostering Inclusive Governance" and "Accountability", "Respect for universal Values" and "Dialogue among communities", promote "Young Men and Women" as well as "Leaders from Cultural, Religious and Educational spheres", as he said, Concluding by "Urging" the EU "to pull the World from Ahead, and to push the world from behind with your strong Engine Power", as "a Locomotive" which is "among the Guardians of the Promisse" that "we live" not only "in a Complex and Troubled World", "but.. also in a World of Possibility", where, EU and UNO, by Cooperating "Together, we can prevail in providing a more Just World, for this and Future Generations". Becausen "we are Stronger and Better when we Work Together", UNO's Chief stressed in Europe Today, on this occasion.

    But this obviously appeared at Dissonance vis  a vis Dutch Socialist EU Commissioner Timmerman's and some MEPs' remarks, immediately afterwards, whch focused rather on the controversy about the Exclusion, or not, of Russia from the forthcoming and subsequent "G 7" Summits, (as they were re-named the usual "G 8" Summits, since the 2014 Ukranian issue), to the point that several other MEPs had to intervene in order to Support UNO Secretary General's call for the Urgent Need to Fight ISIL's InHuman Terrorism and/or, for that purpose, to Cooperate with Russia, as well as with China and other Key Global Players for adequate action according to International Law...

    Curiously, indeed, despite a recent appeal by Historic German former long-time Chancellor Helmut Kohl, (current Angie Merkel Chancellor's political sponsor), on the occasion of the Publication of his latest Book, ("......"), in the presence of new EU Commission's President Jean-Claude Juncker, to Rectify asap. what he called as  "Error" made by exclusing Russia from the former "G 8" gathering of Global Governance's biggest leaders, and, regardless of the recent Progress made in the Ukranian issue, thanks to the February 2015 "Minsk" Agreements on a sustainable Cease-Fire and subsequent Steps towards a Political Solution, nevertheless, Dutch vice-President of EU Commission, in charge of Inter-Institutional Relations, Frans Timmermans, a Socialist Former Foreign Minister, apparently prefered to Attack, in priority, ... Russia, instead of ISIL !

    Indeed, Timmermans, - who exceptionaly replaced Today EU Commission's President, long-time former Prime Minister of Luxembourg Jean-Claude Juncker, long time former Prime Minister of Luxembourg and a ChristianDemocrat, reportedly obliged to leave earlier for the EU - Japan Summit in Tokyo, because of Brussels' Airports' current problems, while EU's High Representative for External Action, former Foreign Minister of Italy, Federica Mogherini was busy in opening a Donors' Coordination Group Meeting on Palestine, meeting the Tynisian Prime Minister and OFAM's leadership, (almost as it had happened also last week in Strasbourg, in a Debate in which Timmermans had accused the Brillantly re-Elected, supported  3 times in a row by  Crystal-clear Absolute Majority of People, both in the 2010 and April 2014 National Elections as well as at EU Parliament's May 2014 Election, Hungarian Prime Minister Victor Orban, a ChristianDemocrat, to "Caricature" one EU Commissioner's view on a Highly Controversial point in EU Immigration policy, that Orban has presented at a Public Consultation of Citizens) - while introducing into an EU Parliament's Debate on the forthcoming G7 Summit in Germany, he  said almost Nothing about ISIL, while, on the contrary, he had some very Sharp Words to say against Russia :

    -  Timmermans said that this G7 would focus on "a number of traditional" and only "some relatively new" issues, while also "exchang(ing) views and seek(ing) common ground on the most pressing Foreign Policy Challenges", without even naming ISIL's Extremist Islamic Terrorism ! For the rest, he evoked "Global Economy", "Trade", "Bilateral" affairs, EU Investment, Energy and/or Migration policies, Development, Climate and Marine Environment, Antibiotics and Ebola, Labour/Health/Safety Standards, Africa, "Womens' economic participation and enterpeneurship", "Food security and nutrition", etc.

    Thus, he Concluded, "last but not least", as he said,  by finding "Inevitable" that for "a 2nd" time in a row, this G7 Summit will be "without Russia", on pretext of the Ukraine issue, claiming that "Russia",  has "clearly Not yet" "Changed course", (compared to 2014, Nor "the environment came back to a situation where the G8 would be able to have a meaningful discussion", so that, "a Return to the G8 Format is Not on the Agenda", as he said.

    Even after "listening" to several MEPs' Disagreements on these key points, Commissioner Timmermans only Complained to "have more Difficulty in Understanding the Message (of MEPs'), frankly, with regard to Russia" :

    - Criticizing Russia for "a Flagrant Violation of International Law, if you simply take away part of another country's territory", as he said on the occasion of "Annexation" (called by Russia a.o. : "ReUnification") of Crimea peninsula, "there has to be a Reaction", he stressed, considering that, still Today, there would be " No Other Option" than "to maintain" the Exclusion of Russia and the Backtracking from "G8" down to "G7" only Summits, even further ahead : "I believe that the Onus here is very much on the Russian Federation", Timmermans said, finding the Opposite Views expressed by several "Members of this House" (EU Parliament), as "Surprising", "Forgetful", "Inconsistent", "Ideological" (BIS !!),  "Anti- EU", etc.

    - Accusing those Dissident MEPs to "prefer the Model of (Russian) President Putin", and to "go... towards an Authoritarian Path", instead of, what is "the Most Succesful Peace Project in European History" and "has brought Freedom and Prosperity to so many People", as he said for the "EU", despite "a Terrible Crisis", making "Many of our Young People .. Unemployed Today", something which is, "yes, ... Unacceptable", "driving them to Radicalisation" and to "Lose Trust in the Future", as he said.

     - Since it's, therefore, obvious that "we Need" a "Solution for this Problem", "it is our collective Task to Create Realistic Prospects of Reform, of Inclusion, of Democracy and Openess", "for our Younger Generaton and for our Future", EU Commissioner Timmermans simply concluded in fine, speaking in quite abstract terms, without saying anything concrete about UN SG Ban Ki Moon's above mentioned Call to Urgently face, in a practically efficient way, as No 1 Priority, the Fast Growing ISIL's Deadly Terrorism's Challenge, (Comp. Supra)...

    - Speaking, during EU Parliament's Debate, on behalf of the greatest Group of MEPs, that of ChristianDemocrats/EPP, its President, German CSU MEP Manfred Weber, even if he was led to confort at least the 1st part of Timmerman's accusations versus Russia, nevertheless, he clearly understood the Need to Add, also, in relation with UNO's Secretary General Ban Ki Moon's appeal to act against the wide-Spreading ISIL's Horrible Terrorism, that, concerning "Security issues", the G7 Summit should Fight against the Risks of "Radicalisation" of certain "People", including, also, by addressing its "Root Causes", particularly since such Dangers emerge "even Here, inside Europe", as he Warned, indirectly but surely pointing  at the recent appearance of a growing number of "Jihadists" accross certain EU Member States particularly affected by Mass Migration from 3rd Countries, (but without yet explaining how probable Contradictions between these two points, might be succesfully overcome by the EU).

    - Matthias Groote, another German MEP, but from the Socialist Group, also pointed from the outset, during the G7 Debate, at the "3 Issues, which UNO Secretary General Ban Ki Moon has spoken of", (i.e. Terrorism/Violent Extremism, Migration, and Development : Comp. Supra), reminding that "they are inter-Linked", in one way or another, (even if he didn't go further, afterwards, than focus mainly on Economy and Climate).

    + The forthcoming Summit of "G7 must find a way to Challenge the Threat of the so-called "Islamic State"", strongly stressed, Speaking on behalf of the Euro-Conservatives/Reformists, (where belong also the Governing British Party of David Cameron, who has just Won UK's General Election for the period of 2015 - 2020), Danish MEP Morten Messerschimdt, focusing mainly on the No 1 Global  "Challenge" against "our Security, Independence and Values", as UNO's SG Ban Ki Moon has just said, (Comp. Supra).

     - "I would agree with what Mr. Timmermans .. said on Russia, But, we (Europeans) have also to face Problems and Challenges .. in relation to the Terrorists, both in our own Countries, and also Externally, who are gaining ground",  Conservative Group's representative Warned critically, (obviously referring to the Socialist Dutch Commissioner's above-mentioned Attack against Russia, but Total Ommission of any mention of ISIL Terrorism's Threats, while, on the Contrary, the Winner of the recent British Elections, Conservatives' Leader, David Cameron, has included even in his "Manifesto" the promisse to, at least, Protect Christian Minorities who are persecuted in the Middle East)....

    - ". It is Appalling" to see how ISIL's Extremist Islamic Terrorists' "dark ideology Conquers one city after another, in Syria, Iraq, etc., Imposes ideology and virtually gets No Resistance". On the Contrary, the free world should take the Initiative to Curb that Terrorist Movement", he Urged. - "Here in the EU, we could at least do more to find and Punish those who ....Support the Sick Ideology that the "Islamic State" propagates with Violence and Weapons. It is Intolerable to see the many Civilian Victims of the many Massacres, ...the Cultural Treasures, which are in Danger of being Destroyed. It is Unacceptable that the "Islamic State" can find, even in our own (EU) countries,  Supporters ready to Fight" to impose with Violence their views, he denounced.

    - Even if "I understand and accept the reasons for which that is a G7 and Not a G8 Summit", as Commissioner Timmermans underlined on, Russia's exclusion, (Comp. Supra), nevertheless,  "in terms of the Public Opinion's Expectations, for the People, this is a Global Forum to debate Issues of Global Importance, where Vision is sought, and Concrete Solutions tabled", Warned, on behalf of the Liberal Group, Czech MEP Pavel Telicka. These "are not just European issues, neither an issue only of Syria, Libya, Iraq, Eritrea or the Middle East. It's about International issues. Today it might be Libya, Syria, Eritrea", or "countries such as ..Italy or France,  but also Germany", etc. "And Tomorrow it might be something completely Different".  But "it's about Serious Issues", such as Foreign Policy, Migration, Poverty and Developmain Aid, etc., which "lie at the Heart of the Problems" and are "inter-linked", as UNO's SG Ban Ki Moon himself pointed out. Above all, "it's about an International issue, and unless we (EU) treat it as such, we won't succeed", he Warned.
    
    - "We heard Ban Ki Moon's Speach, where he spoke, twive, about (EU) "Leadership" and "Ambition". Sorry, but when we look, Today, at the Policies adopted by the Commissioner and some Member States, ... we see that, more and more, we Lack of Ambition and Leadership in Europe" , Criticized, on the G7 Summit Debate, French MEP Philippe Lambert, on behalf of the "Greens" Group, while also adding that he "Agrees with (ChristianDemocrat/EPP Group President's), "Manfred Weber''s denonciation against "Violence", but would like to add also something against "All Forms of Violence", including, "f.ex. that which is exerted against several Millions of Poor People who are Excluded from Medical Security and Condemned to Die, particularly if they get sick from Cancer, etc", as he said, extending further the scope of that key Issue.

    - Speaking on behalf of the exceptionaly Numerous Group of "Independent" or "Non Aligned" MEPs elected in the latest, May 2014, EU Parliament's Elections, Polish MEP Janusz Korwin-Mikke,  (an experienced but controversial, long-time Liberal-Conservative Politician who had cooperated with Walesa and Milton Friedman), warned of the Risk for "ISIL, which abuses of Violence, to Win at the End, if we (EU) totally renounce to any Violence : Only Idiots don't use any violent mean to defend themselves, when they face Violent Attacks", he Criticized, apparently pointing, indirectly but surely, to the Need also for a Military European Response to the Fast-Spreading Extremist Islamic Terrorists' Deadly Aggressions...

    - One of the few MEPs who explicitly agreed entirely with Commissioner Timmermans' above mentioned controversial focus on Excluding Russia, Latvian MEP Krišjānis Kariņš (EPP), characteristically limited himself into merely Accusing Moscow for ... "Military Aggression", and, moreover, "not only in Ukraine", as he added, in order to try to justify an Extension of its Exclusion from the "formely known as G8 meeting, but currently only G7", as he reminded, as well as to fustigate what he called "EU's Dependency on Energy Imports" from (Neighbouring)  Russia, proposing, instead, for the EU to ... "import" "Shale Oil and Gas ... from the (faraway) USA" !...

    - But French Center-Right MEP Marielle de Sarnez, from the Liberal Group, (apparently Surprized by Commissioner Timmerman's Strange Refusal to even mention ISIL Terrorists' growing Threat : Comp. Supra), strongly Criticized the Risk for the "G7 to meet without even saying anything on the Humanitarian Crisis currently taking place in Syria", Urging, on the Contrary, "the EU to remind, during the (forthcoming G7) Summit this .. Urgency" : - "Today, as it's well known", in addition to "Millions of Displaced People inside Syria" and more ("4 Millions") "obliged to live, mostly in Poverty, as Refugees in Neighbouring Countries", it's also "all Religious Minorities, Ismaeli or Christians, which will, most  probably, be seriously Affected by "Islamic States"' advancing attacks, in the areas where this (Terrorist) Group will now arrive", she Warned.

    => In consequence, "Millions of Syrians would be trying to Flee Syria, by any means, by Sea or by Land, risking to Lose their Lives", in what could become "the Worst Humanitarian Crisis of our Era, as UNO's SG just told us" : - "This Crisis should Trigger a Worldwide Mobilisation, and the mobilisation of All Europe" (i.e., apparently, also Russia, etc), Sarnez stressed, "Urging" the EU "to Act in this direction".

    - More oppenly Opposing Commissioner Timmermans' above mentioned Anti-Russia stance, (Comp. Supra), British MEP Peul Nuttal, from the "Freedom and Direct Democracy" Group, of the UKIP Party, (which has just Succeeded to Win about 14 % more Votes and become UK's 3rd Big Party, i.e., for the First Time in History, even more Popular than the Liberals, who were, until recently, in a Governing Coalition),  Urged the EU to "Engage constructively with BRIC powers (which include Russia, China, India, Brazil and South Africa), or Watch as more (even EU) countries flock towards the BRIC", as he Warned.

    => - Because, otherwise, i.e., " If we continue on the road we (EU) are on", (f.ex. with the recent Exclusion of Russia from the G7, etc), "I Fear that Greece might just be the First of Many" EU and/or other Countries, which may be attracted by the fact that, currently, "World Leadership is Shifting to the BRIC" :

    - In this regard, already, "the US delegation to the G7 has expressed Concern that Greece could Turn to Russia", he observed,     since, "When you look at a Country that has been Economically Martyred", ..., when you look at the Real Human Sufferings in Greece, when you look at Youth Unemployment, when you see Soup Kitchens, and Rocketing Suicide Rates, then Russia could seem like a Realistic Option", as he said, (apparently evoking f.ex. Russian President Vladimir Putin's Invitation to New Prime Minister of Greece, Alexis Tsipras, to eventualy join the recently established BRICS' Bank, etc). Indeed, "Russia and its partners China, India and Brazil, have set up the BRIC network, which is providing an important Alternative pillar of Political Leadership ....in comparison to the G7. F.ex., the BRIC Countries have Swept the oceans of Somalia almost entirely of Pirates; they have pioneered high-yield Crops in Africa; they have built Infrastructure projects in some of the world’s Poorest countries", the British MEP observed.

    - On the contrary, "meanwhile, the G7 Pontificates on the World’s problems". F.ex., all this is a reason for which, probably, "one of the main topics that will be Discussed at the G7, is Greece", he guessed.  But  "it is mostly Talk, and not walk. It is the Old World, versus the New, and the Old is Losing" : Because, f.ex., "if the best that we can come up with, is Threats against Greece, then, maybe, the "G7" Needs a ReThink !", he Warned.....

*Strasbourg/Angelo Marcopolo/- According to the Ful Final Results, by Succeeding, alone against all old-fashioned Political Parties, to attract and make emerge out of the blue about 38 % of Votes of "NO !" against  a controversial Referendum, in addition to 40% of Abstentions, (more than in the usual Elections in Ireland), the Popular Movement of Bio-Ethical Values for Natural Families and Births surprized the Polls by practicaly Becoming the No 1, BIGGEST PARTY of all, throughout the entire Country!

+ In addition, Contrary to the False Impressions given by most Traditional Media, in fact, a crystal-clear MAJORITY of Irish People (62,09%) Snobed or even explicitly "NOed" a Government-imposed Referendum aimed to Open the Way for a Constitutional Reform for Controversial "Same Sex Marriage", against a Minority of only 37,4%  who Voted for interests hidden behind a "LBGTI" Lobby.

But, even among them, a Scandalous "Trick" in the Organization of, in fact, 2 Totaly Unrelated Referenda, (one for Homosexuals, and another for the ...Presidency of the Republic !), Obviously ALTERED both the normal Numbers of the Turnout, and the Socio-Political Composition of the actual Voters, in a way which scandalously favored always only the pro-"Same Sex Marriage" lobby, (See Facts cited Infra).

=> In consequence, the Out-going Irish Government's attempt to impose a Controversial "Same Sex Marriage" Constitutional Reform, seems to be, in fact, quite "Shaky", in both Political and Legal terms, while, in addition, the Question of a New Political Leadership for that New Majority of People (in Ireland as elsewhere) remains Open...

Popular Movement for Natural Marriage and Births became the BIGGEST PARTY of the Country !

Indeed, at a Lower level than the 38 % obtained by the "NO" Votes, against ALL Traditional Political Parties which had on the contrary campained for "Yes", the 2nd biggest Party is Today that of current Prime Minister Edda Kenny ("Fine Gael"):  which had got only 36 % of Votes, in tke latest General Elections back on 2011, i.e., comparatively - 2% Less than Today's Popular Values Movement for Natural Families and Births. It was followed by Labour Party with only 19% (i.e. - 19% Less), "Fianna Fall" Party with 17% (i.e. - 21% Less), "Sinn Fein" : 9,9% (i.e. - 28,9% Less), Socialist Party : 1,2% (i.e. - 36,2% Less), and "People before Profit" Party : 1% (i.e. - 37% Less), etc.

This 1st rank taken Today, among all Irish Political movements, by the Popular movement for Natural Family and Births with 38 % of Votes, was Unexpected and Surprizing, since all Polls had earlier predicted, on the contrary, less than 29% for the "No", and more than 71% for the "Yes", i.e. a Difference of about 10 %.

    => In consequence, Pro-Natural Family and Births' NGO "Mothers and Fathers Matter", who had campaigned for a "NO" Vote, reportedly  observed the obvious Fact that a Greater than expected number of Irish People were Not represented by the political Establishment Today.

    In a Similar Phenomenon to what has been already witnessed, recently, in the USA, it's mainly towards the "Heartland" of the Country, that are concentrated the most Numerous Dissidents who Refuse the Controversial "Same Sex Marriage" and the "Adoption" of Children by Homosexuals, etc.

    In this regard, even more revelatory of something New being Emerging at Today's Political Landscape is the fact that, at the Central Constituency of "Roscommon–South Leitrim", where the "No" Vote reached its Highest result Winning a clear Absolute Majority with 51,5% against 48,5% now, just a year ago it was, Suprisingly, an "Independent" candidate who had largely won a 2014 By-Election, against 10 other Candidates from all Traditional Parties of the Establishment, despite Polls predicting a different result :

Michael Fitzmaurice, the surprise winner "Independent" MP, had already Warned, since October 2014, that the exceptional by-Election's "Messafe" from the People was that, unless the current Center-Right/Center-Left Coalition Government listens to some Good Sense issues at stake, then, People's representatives will appear throughout the entire Ireland in the foreseable Future. And, commending the Vote's results at Roscommon-South Leitrim, experienced "Sinn Féin"'s leader Gerry Adams, said the Government parties were "trounced" : These By-Election Results prove that "a Democratic Revolution is already under way", as he stressed.

That late 2014 move had come after the latest, 2011 General Elections in Ireland, when, already, the Number of various "Independent" MPs elected, for the 1st Time, had been largely Increased, from 5 to 14, based on Votes augmented from 6% up to almost 13%. In consequence, now that the politicaly Independent Popular Movement for Natural Marriage and Births has just marked even Higher than 38 %  against All mainstream Political Parties, at the Referendum against controversial "Marriage" emon Homosexuals, the above mentioned, previously launched Warning of Independent new MP Fitzmaurice, (Comp. Supra), has obviously started to be, at least partialy, realized...

     Perhaps, it's not for nothing that "Roscommon" (which reportedly means "Gentle Wooded Height") has as Motto of its Coat of Arms a call to be Brave : - "Steadfast, Irish Heart !", arboring a Golden Cross in a Green context, and gave Birth to the 1st President of Ireland, Douglas Hyde, a Scholar of the "Gaelic ReVival" ! 

Nor the fact that it was also the Birthplace of the Cinema Actrice for "Jane", the beautiful and brave Wife of World Famous "Tarzan", (starring Maureen O'Sullivan and Johnny Weissmuller), a really solid, Mythic "Natural Couple", (including, particularly, in the Historic Film "Tarzan's Secret Treasure", where, according to its legend, he "prepares to Defend his Loved ones against the Invaders of his ... Eden")...

It's also in that same area that was born Modern Writer Brian Leyden, author of the Best-Selling "Home Place", as well as of the famous Documentary "No Meadows in Manhattan", whose latest Scenario for the Film "Black Ice" has recently premiered at the Jameson Dublin International Film Festival, criticizing the former Economic "Boom"'s unscrupulous greed which affected inexperienced Young People to the point, for several, to waste or even lose their lives in running behing dark chimeras.  Premonitory of this week's obvious attempt to manipulate and abuse of Youngsters' votes in those 2 unrelated but synchronous Referenda ?     Meanwhile, the Irish MEP from Roscommon, Luke Ming Flanagan, (an "Independent" himself too), speaking at EU Parliament's Plenary in Strasbourg the very Same Day that the controversial Referendum on Same Sex Mariage was going on in Ireland, at the insistance of mainstream Governemental  and Opposition Big Parties, Luke Ming Flanagan, (who was recently co-Author of adopted EU Resolutions for the Recognition of the Armenian Genocide by Turkey, and against the Destruction of Historic Cultural Heritage by Extremist Islamist Terrorists of ISIL's atrocious BeHeaders, also denounced stronlgy what he named as "anOther kind of Terrorism, terrorism that is far more Widespread and far more endemic. I am talking about Financial Terrorism, the terror inflicted on Peoples all over the World, by the Small but disproportionately Powerful moneyed Interests, whose actions are facilitated by "Captured Governments. Our own Government in Ireland has long been Captured and is now held Prisoner by the IFSC", "that ... was described by ...(USA's) New York Times as the ‘Wild West’", to the point that, now, it's ..."Dancing to its Every Tune" (sic !),

as he significantly and Timely  observed only Hours after Irish Coalition Prime Minister Edda Keny was convinced to push (even by a Personal "Twitter) Voters towards the controversial "Same Sex Mariage", (notoriously desired by out-going US President Obama, during the term of whom, the most Heavy Pressure of some Shady Interests Hidden behind a suddenly omni-present Global "LBGTI" Lobby was notoriously exerted upon many National Governments)...

    + Moeover, given the Fact that it was, notoriously, the Irish Coalition Government and the "LBGTI" Lobby which pushed for that  controversial Referendum, (while, on the contrary, the Catholic and Protestant Chrisztian Churches, as well as the Pro-Natural Family and Births NGOs were reportdly against such a move), due also to the Fact that, in case of Weak Participation, there wouldn't probably be any Chance to Change the Country's  Constitution accordng to an Homosexua Lobby's desiderata, it would be Fair and Logical to normaly Count also many, if not all Abstentionists among all the People who, in fact, Opposed the controversial "Same Sex Marriage", in one way or another :

    Already, the Abstention to this Controversial Referendum wished by the Government was more than + 10% Higher than in the latest, 2011 General Elections : Up to 40%, instead of just 30% usually...

    Thus, 734.300 "No" Votes , added to 1.256.426 Abstentionists, amount up to 1.990.726, i.e. almost 2 Millions of Critical and/or Unwilling People !!..

    => These 1.990.726 Registered Voters, who, either Abstained to the Referendum imposed and needed by the Government's Reform attempt, or Voted Explicitly "NO", certainly didn't want to Support that Controversial Change.

    >>> And the Difference is Big:  There are almost 800.000 Registered Voters (789.119) MORE, among the People who Voted "NO" or Abstained to that Controversial Referendum imposed and needed by the Government's Reform Plans, than in those who accepted it... (1.990.726 against only 1.201.607).

    *** In other words, to put it in a nutshell, it's a Clear MAJORITY of about 2 Millions People, who didn't give a damn for the Government's controversial demand, OutNumbering, by almost + 800 Thousands Registered Voters More, a Minority of some 1.200 Thousands of "Same Sex Marriage" supporters' much Smaller group !

     (The slight difference, of about 0,51% should Obviously correspond to "White" or Invalid Votes).

    These unquestionable Numbers, reveal that the Real Situation is exactly Opposite to what most Established Media persist to Claim, without any reserve, by giving the overwhelming (but False..) Impression and even Boasting, on the Contrary, that those Hidden behind a "LGBTI" Lobby would have "Crashed" the Irish Popular Movement for Natural Family and Births, while, in fact, it seems that it has rather .. WON, not only Ireland's "Heartland" (Comp. Supra), but also most Irish People's Hearts !...

    +  A Fortiori, this is even more so, as the Coalition Government had also, apparently attempted to somewhat Manipulate the practical Conditions and the Turnover of its Controversial Referendum, in order to provoke False Appearances about its Outcome :

    - Indeed, that Coalition Government had asked from the Irish People to Vote, in One and Same Day, not only for or against the Controversial "Same Sex Marriage", but  also, ipso facto, for or against anOther, absolutely Differend Question, about the Conditions under which is ...Elected the President of the Republic !

    In fact, there was also a SECOND REFERENDUM, (scandalously imposed together with the 1st), on the Totaly Irrelevant Issue of whether the Irish President of the Republic should be Elected, from now on, among Candidates of a much Younger Age than before...

    >>> This 2nd, and Totaly Unrelated Issue, Obviously served to Attract to the Votes of May 22, 2015, a much Greater Number of People than normaly expected ony for the 1st Issue, since the Electtion of the President of the Republic naturally Interests many More Voters, among the Mass of Laymen, than a BioEthical Question, as that of the protection of Natural Family and Births, which is, unfortunately, less known to the large publc, (given also most mainstream Medias' reluctance and/or incapacity to really investigate and reveal what is really at stake)...

    + Moreover, such a Doubtfull "Trick" played by the Organizers of those 2 Simultaneous, but Unrelated, Referenda, obviously ALTERED  even the Socio-Political COMPOSITION of the Voters, and this, from a Double point of view :

    (A) At first, by Adding the above mentioned 2nd Question about Lowering the Age required for Canidates to be elected as Presidents, it naturally Attracted a much Greater Number of Youngsters than normal, (as also Many Observers Noted, indeed, afterwards), most of whom are notoriously Inexperienced and/or Uninformed about the Natural Marriage and Births versus "Same Sex Marriage" Controversy, (which was only 1 among the 2 Referenda voted on the Same Day, at the Same Places, by the Same People....

    (B) + At the same time, in addition, many among  those Suplementary Voters who were, in fact, Attracted to the Voting Station much more by, if not even Exclusively by, that 2nd Referendum on the Election of the President of the Republic, may, very probably, be among those Indifferent and/or ill- or Not-Informed about Delicate and Complex BioEthical Issues, and what was realy at stake in the controversial "Same Sex Marriage" Draft.

    Indeed, most of the "NO" Campaign, (run by NGO's and/or Individual People, including the "Mothers and Fathers matter" group, Catholic Institute "IONA", former MEP Kathy Sinnott, etc), reportedly insisted much more on Warning about serious potential Dangers over Children, f.ex. by imposing Controversial Childrens' "Adoption by Homosexuals" unrelated to their Family, and/or the atrocious Exploitation of "Surrogate Mothers", as already f.ex. among Poor, oppressed Women in India, etc, and/or the manifold "Artificial" Procreation of Human Beings, risking to be Contriolled by a Shady Lobby of unscrupulous Technocrats Hidden behind a "LBGTI" Global movement recently pushing for Controversial "Same Sex Marriage", (f.ex. via Massive "Pre-Natal Tests", "In Vitro Fertilisations", "Artificial Fertilisations", "Sperm Banks", "Eggs Banks", "Embryo Banks", Genetic Manipulations of Human Embryos, etc.), obviously Dangerous against all Humankind.

    But, most among particularly those Voters who were, in fact, motivated in order to go to a Voring Station mainly by that Scandalously added, but Totaly Unrelated Issue of "Presidential Elections' Conditions" (Comp. Supra), probably have Not the Slightest Idea nor  Basic Knowledge about all that, or  even Ignore entirely all that Crucial DFebate, Not having even Read any among those relevant "Classic" Books in the History of Literrature, such as Rusian expat; Writer Evgen Zamiatin's "WE", British Aldous Huxley's "Brave New World", Orwels' "1984", HGWells' "Time Machine" and "The Island of Dr. Moreau", etc., (Comp. on the contrary, among "NO" Campaigners, f.ex. also : http://www.eurofora.net/forum/index.php/topic,766.msg1007.html#msg1007 , etc).

    On the Contrary, most Irish Voters were notoriously "Bombarded" by all Traditional Big Parties and most Establishment's Medias, added to a Virulent Propaganda by Shady Interests Hidden behind a Glocal "LBGTI" Lobby, claiming to Impose Controversial "Same Sex Mariage" only for a so-called "Equality" and "Love", etc., accusing all Critics to be what they call "HomoPhobic", or even worse Slanderingn, amidst Aggressive Personal Attacks and Threats, etc, while Out-going, current US President Obama's entourage  (Dem., i.e. "Socialist" in EU terms), has been notoriously pushing since 2009/2010 to spread that trend in a growing number of Countries, (even if they still remain a Minority, Worldwide).

    => So that, in such overall conditions, (Comp. Supra), many Voters in this controversial Irish Referendum, would likely Ignore what was really at Stake...

    Concerning the "NO" Campaigners' Warnings about Children, etc;, (Comp. Supra), the Government reportedly promissed that "Same Sex Marriage" would Not affect Children at all, neither in "Adoptions" by Homosexuals, nor in "Surrogate Mothers", or "Artificial Procreations" of Human Beings.

    But such kind of "Music" has already been played elsewhere, without guaranteed results, (f.ex. also in France, recently, etc), while Nobody knows IF, how and when might really ensure this Government  (and/or its Successors), what it has promised on this Crucial point, (See also Infra)...

    To the point that one might legitimately Wonder, why Constitutional, Federal and/or Regional (f.ex. European and/or PanEuropean) Courts, curiously, use, recently, to frequently Nullify even Referenda massively adopted by the People  in favor of Natural Family and Births, (f.ex. in various USA States, in Slovakia, etc), often Scandalously Opposing People's clearly expressed Democratic Political Will about Family Values and Society, etc, without, eventually, doing at least something similar, in this case too, (f.ex. on the forthcoming Constitutional Modifications)....

Things become even More Nasty, as far as the real Conditions and the overall Climate under which was held this Unusual and Strange Referendum, when one considers also the Pressure exterted upon the Irish People both by such an Exceptional "Monologue" of a Totaly United Political Establishment pushing with All Traditional Big Parties against a Majority of 62,09% Unwilling or even Explicitly Opposed Voters, (Comp. Supra), and by a reportedly Deplorable Context of surprising Tension, including various Aggressions, Slandering; Threats and/or Bullying, etc. against Dissident People, as many attested and/or denounced :

- Even in New (Roscommon-based) Euro-Left Group's MEP "Ming" Flanagan's Twitter account, (most re-published at EU Parliament's "HUB"), it's also among supporters of a "Yes" Vote that Regrets and Warnings are expressed against the Fact that "there is  a  New strain lately which is very Intolerant of any Deviation",  to the point that "it's Worrying", as "David K" notes, while several participants criticize Insults and "Bashing" against the No 1 Irish Constituency which voted with a crystal-clear 52% against 48% Majority "NO", at Roscommon-South Leitrim, (Comp. Supra), as Flanagan himself had observed. - "Rather than Ridiculing, Insulting, and Calling for the Heads of People who advocated a "NO" Vote, "Yes" voters need to realise that nearly 40% of the Country did Not vote, and of those that did, nearly 40% voted "NO", observed, f.ex., "Barry" in a relevant discussion, where "Soberlane" finds that, "while the word HomoPhobic is becoming Obsolete, .. we Need a Word for a strong Dislike of Roscommon and Leitrim People" (sic !), proposing f.ex. "RosLeitPhobia"... "That was a characteristic of the Yes Campaign:- Intimidation and Mockery. People Afraid (sic !) of being Branded homophobes", observed "Lennylovet" at MEP Flanagan's twitter account.

+ Indeed, Dissident Irish People had already Denounced to the Press that the pro-"Yes", side was often "acting almost like ISIS Terrorists aboutt it", f.ex. at the Internet, (particularly by a "Twitter Mob"), with "Bullying, and Harassment, and calling People Names, and Demonising People", added even to "the Tearing Down of Posters", etc., as also mainstream Irish Newspapers reported.

++ Experienced, former MEP (2004-2009) Kathy Sinnott, traditionaly active in BioEthical issues, (Comp. f.ex. Sinnott's statements to "EuroFora"s co-Founder in the Past), felt obliged to "deliver a Warning", speaking to the Press just a few Days before the Vote : Several People she knew were planning to Vote "No", "Bit they will tell everybody they’re going to vote "Yes, just so they will get through their work day in one piece. . .” (sic !), as "The Irish Times" reported. Independent Irish former MEP Kathy Sinnott, (born in Chicago, Ill. USA), Chairwoman of the "Hope" Project for Children with Disabilities, had lost both her EU Parliament's seat to a "Socialist" candidate, and his oldest Son, Kevin, just 1 year before graduating in Philosophy from the Catholic University of Georgia, US, when, aged only 22 yo, he was reportedly Killed while swiming with friends in a peaceful Lake at a golf community adjacent to the University Campus a calm Summer evening, from unknown reasons, back on 2009,  - I.e. at the 1st Year of "Liberal" ("Socialist" according to European terms) outgoing now US President Obama, precisely when Tensions around crucia BioEthical Issues notoriously were at their Highest : F.ex. with the controversial March 2009 cancelation, by Obama, of his predecessor, former USPresident GWBush's decision of August 2001 to Outlaw Federal Funding for Genetic Manipulations on Human Embryos.

And the publication, by  then Pope Benedict, of the Encyclic "Caritas in Veritate", which denounced a strong Fight between Bio-Ethical Values and some unscrupulous Technocratic Lobbies, together with an Open direct Criticism of Obama's above mentioned decision, when they personaly met on June 2009, immediately followed by an unprecedented "Fall" of the Pope which broke his Right Hand, obliging him to be Hospitalized, operated, and Hindered from hand-writting for Months, while he mircaculously Escaped on August from an unprecedented Physical Aggression of an individual reported as mentaly instable, from Switzerland, which could have provoked even more Heavy Wounds, (as, f.ex., it did for an aged French Bishop who was then Together with Benedict and fell down after that attack, breaking his Leg and necessitating a long Hospitalization with delicate Medical Operations, etc). From 2010 started an unprecedented series of various accusations in the USA, Ireland and elsewhere, of certain Catholic Officials to have scandalously ill-treated some Children mailny before 20 to 40 Years in the Past. while a relevant Report at the CoE was urged during debates to Check also similar problems in Other, Civic, i.e. Non-Religious Institutions entrusted with the responsibility to care for Children. During 2012 emerged various Reports abut an alleged "Complot" against then Pope Benedict, who finally Resigned, in an unprecedented move, on February 2013, while a mainstream Italian Journalist (a Woman of the Center-Left) was publishing an Investigative Article denouncing an alleged Plot mainly by a co-called "Homosexual Lobby", even inside the Vatican, which was denied by its Official representatives : Benedict's Historic move, by anothetr among many such "coincidences", came just after Hailing in Public at Saint Peter's Square an EU Citizens's Initiative, according to the New "Lisbon Treaty", mainly against Genetic Manipulations of Human Embryos : "One of Us".

    - Now, in Ireland's controversial 2015 Referendum, .. "Millions of Foreign dollars $  flowed in to build support" to "this Referendum", on controversial "Same Sex Marriage", "in favour" of which "there has been an overwhelming consensus in Irish Establishment circles", so that, curiously, "Every Political Party in the State, every State Organisation, the Garda (Police) Representative Organisation, along with all sorts of NGOs, backed a "Yes" vote", so that it "was ... very Difficult for us (alone) to overcome such Huge Odds, in four short weeks", as Denounced Today the "NO" Campaigner Irish NGO "Mothers and Fathers matter".

    + However, it's Important to note (Comp. Supra), also the Fact that "the Government achieved this Result by Telling People that they had No need to Worry about (Mothers') Surrogacy, or Adoption (of Children by Homosexuals), or the Rights of Children to a Mother and a Father (instead of emanating from an Artificial Intervention of Technocrats, etc). "They Hammered that message home Relentlessly and Staked their Reputation on it", that Key NGO observed.

    => So that, in consequence, even "People who Voted "Yes", but who had Concerns about these Issues, will Expect those Promises to be Honoured", the BioEthical Citizens' Watchdog warned, on this point of Crucial Importance, (Comp. Supra).

    >>> Last, but not least, "More Voters voted "NO", than support either (the 2 Biggest Political Parties of the Country) "Fine Gael" or "Fianna Fáil", (in fact : More than ALL Parties : Comp. Numbers given Supra).  - "That’s a Huge chunk of the Electorate, who simply are Not Represented by (Traditional Establishment's) Politicians, and that Must Now Change !", they stress Today, in a Press Release send also to "EuroFora".

    ===>  That's why "We Urge those Public Representatives, who were Whipped (sic !) into Silence on this Referendum, to summon up the Courage to Give the People the Representation they Deserve",

concludes that Key Irish NGO, in fact  part of a much larger,  recently growing World-wide Popular Movement for BioEthical Values, such as Natural Family and Births,

"Proud" by the Fact that, already, a serious Analysis of Votes' results, clearly  reveal that, at least, "we did Far Better than the Opinion Polls suggested", and "Represented the Very Many People who did Vote "NO" : "We gave them a Voice, they would Not have had Otherwise", since  they "had No political Party ... to support their point of view".

    Despite being, in fact, closer to the Majority, as we saw above, (Comp. Supra).

    Who could Disagree with that key Irish NGO's conclusion that, after what really happened during that controversial Referendum, things have "Now" to "Change" ?...

After raising an Army of more than 160.000 Ukranian Soldiers to Attack Donetsk/Luhansk regions with Tanks, Rockets, Military Helicopters, Bombing Airplanes, etc, resulting in more than 6.000 People Killed, a lot of Heavy Destructions and an awful Humanitarian Crisis there since 2014, at last, we succeeded to Find, more than one Yeat Later, 2 (Two) Wounded Persons suspected to have been Russian Soldiers !!...  WE HAVE BEEN INVADED, and nobody knew that ! Now, we have the Proof..."

"Anastassiades" : - "Calm down, my Friend Petro. I've seen Worse : More than 45.000 Turkish Soldiers are still, ostensibly, inside EU Member Country Cyprus, armed with Ankara's Tanks, Rockets, Military Ships, Airplanes, etc, at Military Camps, provocatively Parading  with Turkey's Flags in the Occupied part of our Capital City, Nicosia, (just imagine something equivalent at Kiev !), already during more than 40 Years now, since 1974 ! Nevertheless, some MEPs want to Stop simply Calling verbally for the Withdrawal of Turkish Troops and the Respect of EU Member Country Cyprus' Territorial Integrity by Ankara's Army, and they even push forward Turkey's demand for Accession in the EU by opening Negotiation Chapters and giving to the Invador more EU Funds !...

 "Poroshenko" :  - "Our Government can't speak to non-democratically elected (sic) Separatists, which are no more than Armed Terrorists ! Even if Minsk Agreements ask DeCentralisation of Power, Humanitarian and Reconstruction Aid to Lugansk/Luhansk areas, Amnesty, and "Dialogue" for the preparation of Local Elections, etc., nevertheless, we refuse to discuss with them, unless they accept to hold, previously, Local Elections according to our (Kiev's) rules, i.e. with full participation of all our Parties, our Media Laws, (which are, by the way, very "Democratic" and "Respectful" of Press Freedoms, as it's well known to all involved..), etc., in brief, under the Conditions that we shall impose them, as well as to Close all External Borders towards Russia, the Sea, etc., which must be submited, beforehand, to the total Control of Kiev's Forces, (i.e. practicaly the same which now impose an Economic "Blockade" against the Bombarded Areas, which have already suffered from a lot of serious Destructions...

"Anastassiades" : - "Drop it, Dear Petro... EU Member State Cyprus, which is an Independent Country  about 35 Years earlier than Ukraine, (already since 1960, not only 1994), with a Distinct National identity Thousands of years old, (and, by the way : the 1st Country in History to decide itself to become Christian, already many Centuries before Russia/Ukraine, etc), has been Obliged not only to "Speak" with, but even to Negotiate with the Separatists gathered at the Territories of Cyprus illegaly Occupied by Turkey's Army more than 40 Years now, since the 1974 Turkish Military Invasion,  from which, the Majority of its Lawful Inhabitants, who were always Greek Cypriots, Armenians or Maronites, since the Ancient Times, have been notoriously Chassed away since the Turkish Military Invasion, obliged to Flee and become Refugees/Displaced persons, still Hindered to Return to their Ancestral Land, nor to access their Family Homes and/or other Private Properties, Usurpated by the illegal Foreign Occupation regime, in a continuing and blatant, Massive Violation of ECHR's case-law, which has repeatedly Condemned Ankara for that. And such "Contacts", "Talks", or Negotiations, have to be often done Directly between the Separatists Turkish Cypriots Groups, set up and supported by Ankara's Foreign Military Intervention, as well as Financialy, many times even at the Highest Level, including myself, President of the Country, as You also are in Kiev, often in the presence of UN Special Envoys and several times even of UNO's Secretary General himself !

Moreover, they have obliged us, in EU Member Cyprus, to Talk only about a so-called "Federal" Solution, instead of the mere Local/Regional "DeCentralisation" that You have to face in Eastern Ukraine, (since You have clearly Refused any kind of "Federalisation" of your Country).  In addition, the Future "Federated State" of the Minority of Turkish Cypriot separatists, would have to be even "Equal" with that of the Majority of Greek Cypriots, as they claim, (something which, from a Democratic point of view, doesn't seem clear at all)... Last, but not least, Ankara has Refused, until now, to Withdraw its Foreign Occupation Military Troops from Cyprus' territories, even if a Solution might be Agreed, claiming that it has to still keep them here for a long time, as a so-called Unilateral "Guarantee", (notoriously Rejecting EU, CoE, OSCE or UNO Interantional Multilateral Guarantees)...
