*Strasbourg/Angelo Marcopolo/- While EU Parlament's plenary this week Risked to be limited to just another "BREXIT", Anti-Russian, and Anti-Alternative Web Medias' (etc) routine Debates, as in a recent Past around 2014-2015, suddenly, a Fast-Growing Series of Coward Murderers' Deadly Aggressions Targetting Innocent Civilian People, more or less pushed by Islamist Terror Radicals, have just Proven, in Fact, this Spring 2017, how much Topical is Nowadays, the Historic, Cultural and GeoPolitical Map of Real Europe, which had attracted the Dreams of many, (including, f.ex., France's De Gaulle, Gorbatchev, Jacques Chirac, etc) : After Paris and Berlin, were recently hit twice London, and Today Saint-Petersburg, (etc)...

From Paris' Critical Medias and/or Music Halls, to Berlin's Christmas Market, up to London's British Museum and Westminster Parliament, until Saint-Petersburg's superb, popular Metro in the Russian City linked to the History of European "Enlightenment" (18e Century) and to Nowadays' "Palmyra" crossroads Archeological site's Restauration in Syria, after the latest ISIL's Destructive Attacks were pushed back, Bloody Tragedies (unwillingly but de facto) Designed at the ForeFront of Actuality the Historic and Nowadays Map of a Real, Cultural and GeoPolitical Europe (Comp. Supra).

It's obviously a Tragic Paradox that it should take some 14 more Killed and about 50 Wounded innocent Civilian People, living in such a Peaceful and Historic European City as Saint-Petersburg Today, in order to realize those PanEuropean Links better...

USA's Boston Deadly Bombers (who Targetted and Killed, during Obama's era, Civilian People during a Popular Mass Sportif open-air event), reportedly also stem from that Same Origin (Kyrgystan).

Reactions from European, PanEuropean and/or International Organisations, as well as Heads of States/Governments and Political Leaders, etc., Expressing "Solidarity" to Russia in Front of Islamist Terrorism targetting innocent Civilian People, started to poor in, including from the EU (f.ex. EU Parliament's President Andrea Tajani from Italy, currently in Strasbourg, etc), the CoE (from its Secretary General Thornbjorn Jagland from Norway, its Committee of Ministers' Chairnman-in-office  Ioanis Kasulides from Cyprus, and its Parliamentary Assembly President Pedro Agramunt from Spain), NATO's SG Soltenberg, New USA President Don Trump's Spokesman Sean Spicer, German Chancelor Angie Merkel's spokesman Steffen Seibert, 4 Main French Candidates to the Presidential Election of April 2017 (Fillon, Marine Le Pen, Macron, Hamon), etc.

It's also a Fact that the Most and Earnest Original Photos revealing the dimension of that coward Islamist Terror Attack against Civilian People in the Metro of Saint-Petersburg, surfaced, almost Immediately, from the Web, and particularly through so-called "Social Medias", (including "Twitter", etc).

+ Moreover, even the Most and earnest European Institutions or State Leaders' spontaneous Reactions to that Deadly Islamist Attack against Russia and its People, started to Emerge, at First on similar Web's "Social Media" (particularly "Twitter", etc), several times Long Before eventualy being, here or there, followed also by subsequent, more "Official" and comprehensive Press Releases, etc., Later-on.

As for European People's, (but also American, Chinese, Indian, and Other throughout the World), most spontaneous reactions, mainly of anger, solidarity, and warnings, as well as appeals to act, etc, they were, Naturaly, most Expressed accross Various Internet outlets, such as Forums' Debates, Blogs' Texts, Individuals' Personal posts (Facebook, etc), Public Communications' exchanges (as Twitter), etc.

That's one Reason More for those recent Attempts to more and more Muzzle even Non-Violent Internet Users expressing various Views on Controversial Issues, (Comp. also Supra), just a small but Notable Part of which is due to be Debated and Voted in EU Palliament's Full Plenary Session this Week in Strasbourg, to become Less Excessive and/or Human Rights' threatening than some would like to push them to become, against a really Democratic Europe, end well beyond, both in the US and the whole World...
