EUParliament: Eliminate ISIS Oil Black Market ! French Press: It's where Turkey hit Russian Plane+..

*Strasbourg/Angelo Marcopolo/- Shortly after EU Parliament's Plenary asked to Eliminate ISIS Terrorists' Oil Black Market,  the French Press revealed that such illegal activities, which provide more than 50 % of ISIS' revenues, are located near the Area where Turkey attacked a Russian Airplane, and where one of its Pilots was Brutaly Murdered by Ankara-supported "Turkmen", while descending in Parachute as a defenseless POW, (i.e. in blatant Violation even of International Humanitarian Law).

These convergent moves come just a few Days after an Unanimously adopted Resolution of UNO's Security Council at New York clearly "Urged"  all Member States of the Global Organization, as far as it concerns the "Prevention" of more "Terrorist Acts"  by "ISIL" and assimilated Terrorist Groups, "to Intensify their efforts ... to Prevent and Suppress the Financing of Terrorism",(Comp. also, UN SG Spokesman and UNO's Press Director, Stephane Dujarric's relevant Statements to "EuroFora", at : http://www.eurofora.net/newsflashes/news/unsgspokesmandujarriconisisafterunscresolution.html ).

Russian President Vladimir Putin, in statements made while Meeting with Jordany's King, Abdulah II, in Moscow, denounced the Fact that "we (all Europe and the World) have Long been recording the Movement of a Large Amount of Oil and petroleum products to Turkey from ISIS-Occupied Territories" in Syria and/or Iraq". "This Explains the Significant Funding the Terrorists are receiving", he pointed out. + Moreover, "Now, they (Turkey) are Stabbing us (Russia) in the Back, by Hitting our Planes that are Fighting Terrorism". - Therefore, "If ISIS is making so Much Money  in Oil Trade, ("we are talking about Tens or maybe even Hundreds of Millions, possibly Billions of Dollars)", mainly through Turkey (Comp. Supra), "And", in Addition, "they (ISIS and/or other such Terrorists) are (also) Supported by the Armed Forces of an entire State", as Turkey, then, " it is clear why they (ISIS a.o. Terrorists) are being so Daring and impudent, why they are Killing People in such Gruesome ways, why they are Committing Terrorist Attacks all over the World, including in the Heart of Europe !", he criticized, speaking shortly after the latest Paris' Terrorist Attacks, whose aftermath is now even Shaking Brussels.

Meanwhile, EU Parliament adopted with a Strong Majority, Yesterday, here  in Strasbourg, a Key Amendment, Tabled by mainstream MEP, President of the Comittee on EU Citizens' Petitions, Cecilia Wilkstrom from Sweden, initialy on behalf of the Liberal Group, asking for the "the Elimination of the Oil Black Market that provides essential Income for Terrorist Organisations" as ISIL and others.

+ Even more Important for EU Citizens Today, after the recent ISIS' Terrorist Attacks in Paris which Killed 130 Civilians, this move took place in the Wider and Topical Context of a Resolution, Drafted by French MEP Rachida Dati, a former Justice Minister and mainstream Member of European People's Party (EPP) Group, which focused on a Set of Measures destinated to Fight against Dangerous, Violence-supporting "Radicalisation" of certain manipulated Groups or Individuals inside the EU itself, as those who were recently "Recruited" by ISIS' Terrorists in order to Attack and Kill defenseless and innocent Civililan People in Paris and elsewhere in Europe.

Dati stressed, inter alia, that such "Measures" for "the Druying up of Foreign Funding" of Jihadists, "should be Implemented as Quickly as possible", after her entire Resolution was adopted by a very Large Majority of MEPs with 548 Votes in Favour, against only 110.

- At the same time, Russian President Vladimir Putin, reportedly denounced Turkey's Failure to Stop Oil Transports from "Terrorist-Controlled Territories" of Syria, to Areas close to those where a Russian Airplane Fighting against Terrorists in Syria was Attacked by Turkish Military, and 2 Russian Soldiers Killed by so-called "Turkmen" Armed Gangs secretly supported by Ankara : - "These Barrels are not only carrying Oil, but also the Blood of our Citizens, because with this Money, Terrorists Buy Weapons and ammunition, and then Organize bloody Attacks,"  he Warned.

Mainstream French Newspaper "Le Figaro" published Today an Interesting MAP clearly revealing the Fact that Most Oil Black Markets and Oil Smuggling mainly from the ISIL - Occupied Territories of Syria and Iraq, is taking place mainly around the Same Areas where Rusian Airplanes (as that one which was Attacked by Turkey) use to Fight against Extremist Islamist Terrorists of ISIL and other such Armed Gangs, (as Al Nusra/Al Quaida, etc), and where so-called "Turkmen" Armed Gangs brutaly Killed now a Russian Pilot who had managed to escape from that Destroyed Plane, and gunned down, with Missiles similar to those that had earlier given them Secretly Turkey (See "Cumhuriyet" case of May 2015), another Russian Soldier who had run with an Helicopter to try to Save that Pilot : See relevant PHOTOs.

This Area is very Close to the Turkish SeaPort of Ceyhun, which is the Main Terminal Hub for Oil and/or Gas' comming both from Iraq or Syria, and from Azerbaijan, through the "Baku - Ceyhun" notorious Pipeline, decided initialy after the 1999 Earthquake (which destroyed mainly Shaky Homes of Poor People tricked by unscrupulous Turkish Real Estate Business and the Country's Northern Oil Refining Plant, leaving a quasi-Monopole to a Privately-owned Southern Big Refining Plant), on a Contract Signed on 2006, (the same Day that a Rocket Fired from Lebanon against Israel, fueled a Deadly Conflict, immediately provoking a Huge Rise of Oil's Global Market prices), that USA's Diplomacy was notoriously Pushing mainly during 1999-2001, despite US Business' reluctance for the Economic Cost of such a Too Long Pipeline. Therefore, ISIS' Smuggled Oil could find at that Nearby Turkish SeaPort of Ceyhun, many Tanker Ships ready to Transport and Sell it anywhere else in the World, (as f.ex. those recently owned by Turkish President Erdogan's own Sons).

The practical Reason for which EU Parliament has just asked to "Eliminate" such "Oil Black Markets" and other Oil Smuggling is that this reportedly represents more than 50 % of ISIS' Revenues, whose Money isoften used also in order to push and manipulate several individuals towards "Radicalisation", as well as in order to "Recruit" Jihadists, equip them with Weapons, Explosives, Cars, and other Material means for Terrorist Attacks.
