Putin-revealed-Data: Turkish attack on Russian Plane linked to Jihadists' Routes between Syria -EU ?

*Strasbourg/- The Question is obviously very Topical, now that the MasterMind of Paris' Terrorist Attacks, a Belgian resident who had travelled to Syria, as well as 2 other "Kamikazi", had reportedly come back to Europe at Greece, through Turkey, amidst that Unprecedented "Tsunami" of Irregular Mass Immigrants/Asylum Seekers who entered into the EU's External Borders in the Greek Islands on Summer-Autumn 2015, most shipped by Turkish Smugglers, and while the Number even of many EU Passport holders of various origins Returning back Home after having spend time in ISIL-controlled Syrian areas bordering Turkey, is Growing fast.

But what Triggered Today much more Concern is an unexpected factual Observation by Russian President Vladimir Putin, at his Strong Reaction to the Attack against a Russian Airplane (with 3 Victims) Fighting versus Terrorist armed Gangs in Syria, as ISIS and others, who made also a Concrete Point that most Establishment's Media curiously Missed, ...(despite its actuality also for this week's EU Parliament Plenary's main Debate in Strasbourg on the recent Terrorist Attacks in France) :

 - "Our Aircraft" was "conducting an Operation to Fight ISIS in Northern Latakia – a Mountainous area (close to Turkish Borders) where (Jihadists) Militants (from various Countries), mainly those Coming from the Russian Federation, are Concentrated", Putin revealed.

=> - "In this sense, they were doing their direct Duty" (according even to the latest UN Security Council Resolution. See : http://www.eurofora.net/newsflashes/news/unsgspokesmandujarriconisisafterunscresolution.html), i.e. "delivering Preventive blows at Terrorists who could Return to Russia at any moment. Those people (Jihadists notoriously comming and going from Europe to Turkey and Syria/Iraq) should certainly be Classified as International Terrorists", he concluded on this Special Point.

I.e.  referring, indirectly but surely, to a Problem that some also Name as "Foreign Fighters",  which has recently Started to be Officialy Tackled also by the OSCE (Comp. f.ex. the relevant Resolutions adopted by its latest Annual Summit at nearby Basel, in Switzerland : See relevant "EuroFora"s NewsReport from that December 2014 PanEuro-Atlantic Summit : .....),  the CoE (including in a Joint Program Together with the EU), the UNO, etc.

Describing the Location of Today's Tragic Incident, (i.e. the Violent Downing of a Russian Army Airplane by a Strike from a NATO Member, which has Never Occured Before in Modern History, at least Since ... the years 1950, i.e. at "Cold War"s core, when Korea War had started, some 65 Years ago !), he observed that this Russian Plane" was Shot down, over Syrian Territory, by an air-to-air Missile launched from a Turkish F-16 Plane. It fell on Syrian Territory, 4  Kilometres from the Turkish Border. When it was Attacked in the air, it was Flying at an Altitude of 6,000 Metres, 1 Kilometre Away from the Turkish territory".

 - And, "at any case, our Plane and our pilots were in No way a Threat to the Turkish Republic in any way. This is Obvious !", the Russian President underlined.

Vladimir Putin said that while Meeting in Moscow, earlier Today, with the King of Jordany, Abdullah II, who had already offered previously his "Condolences, and those of the Jordanian People, for that Tragic Terrorist Heinous Attack on the Innocent Russians", (129 Civilians, mostly Women and Children), "that Lost their Lives through the MetroJet Terrorist Attack (by ISIS Terrorists at Sinai in Egypt), "as well as the Loss of your (2) Pilot(s) Today", (during an Anti-Terrorist Operation in Syrian, when it was unexpectedly Shot by an unprecedented Strike of Turkish Military Planes). In this latest regard, "Your (Russia's) Fight against Daesh" (aka : ISIS),  "is a Fight that All of us Have to Do Together", stressed the Head of State of anOther Neighbouring Country to Syria.

+ However, in fact, this goes "not only in Syria and Iraq, but also (as) both you and I have said ...this a Global War, a war that Binds all of us Together", because "Daesh (aka ISIS), Al Qaeda and their offshoots want this to be a Fight Against Humanity", resultying in an "Holistic nature of this Challenge", in front of which, "We have to Combine international Efforts not only in Our Region, but to Fight this (also) in Africa, in Asia, in Europe", etc., since "these are not only the Challenges we face in Syria and Iraq, but also we have seen Terrorism in Saudi Arabia, in Beirut, and unfortunately Recently in Paris, as well as Mali", etc., the King of Jordany observed.

In consequence, Opposit to Turkey's notorious trend to often Multiply various Pretexts for several Obstacles to those who want to Really Fight against Extremist Islamic Terrorism of ISIS' atrocious BeHeaders even of innocent Civilian People, (f.ex  the Syrian Kurdsn, Russia, etc), King Abdulah II pointed Today towards an entirely Differend Attitude : - "This is a Fight that both ...Our Countries and many Others in the World, are Determined to Win", and "this is an Opportunity for All of us, in the International Community, to Come Together", he stressed.

On the Contrary, concerning the notoriously Controversial stance of Ankara's Government vis a vis Extreme Islamist Terrorists of ISIS etc, among others, f.ex. "we (all Europe and the World) have Long been recording the Movement of a Large Amount of Oil and petroleum products to Turkey from ISIS-Occupied Territories" in Syria and/or Iraq", reminded the Russian President. "This Explains the Significant Funding the Terrorists are receiving", he Denounced.

+ Moreover, "Now, they (Turkey) are Stabbing us (Russia) in the Back, by Hitting our Planes that are Fighting Terrorism" : Thus, "Today’s Loss" (of a Russian Airplane and its 2 Pilots, to whom was later added also the Killing of a 3rd Russian Soldier trying to find and save them) "is .. a Stab in the Back, delivered by Terrorists’ Accomplices", he  accused Ankara's Government.

 - "There is No Other way I can Qualify what happened Today", even "Despite the Agreement we (Russia) have Signed with our American partners, to Prevent Air Incidents", while "Turkey is among those who are Supposed to be ...within the American Coalition", reminded Vladimir Putin.

 >>> - Therefore, "If ISIS is making so Much Money  in Oil Trade, (we are talking about Tens or maybe even Hundreds of Millions, possibly Billions of Dollars)", mainly through Turkey (Comp. Supra), "And", in Addition, "they (ISIS and/or other such Terrorists) are (also)Supported by the Armed Forces of an entire State", as Turkey,

=> in Consequence, then, " it is clear why they (ISIS a.o. Terrorists) are being so Daring and impudent, why they are Killing People in such Gruesome ways, why they are Committing Terrorist Attacks all over the World, including in the Heart of Europe !", he denounced, speaking shortly after the latest Paris' Terrorist Attacks, whose aftermath is now even Shaking Brussels.

Jordany, (which also Hosts a lot of Syrian and other Regugees in Camps), "with" whose "Special Services' Experts and Your (Jordany's) Military", "we (Russia) will Continue Working", "as well as with Other Countries in the Region", (probably speaking also f.ex. of Lebanon, Iraq, Iran, etc, eventualy Israel and the Palestinian Authority, EU Member Cyprus, Egypt, etc)

    According to main points of the latest UNO Security Council Resolution, the "Recruitment and Training of Foreign Terrorist Fighters", "whose Threat affects All regions and Member States, even those Far from Conflict Zones", (f.ex. EU Countries, etc), as denounced by Vladimir Putin above (Comp. Supra), taken together with a "Violent Extremist Ideology, ... Terrorist Acts, ...continued Gross Systematic and Widespread Attacks against Civilians, Abuses of Human Rights and Violations of International Humanitarian Law", the "Eradication of Cultural Heritage and Trafficking of Cultural Property, but also its Control over Significant Parts and Natural Resources accross Iraq and Syria", made out of "the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) ....a Global and Unprecedented Threat to International Peace and Security".

    + This includes not only "ISIL" itself, but also "the Al-Nusrah Front, and Other Individuals, Groups, Undertakings and Entities associated also with Al-Qaida", etc., thatb UNO's Security Council is "Determined to Combat by All Means".

    => Therefore, UNO's Highest body Unanimously "Calls upon Member States.... to Take All Necessary Measures", "in compliance with International Law", in order "to Prevent and Suppress Terrorist Acts" which might be "committed specifically by ISIL also known as Da’esh as well as ANF, and all other individuals, groups, undertakings, and entities associated with Al-Qaida, and other terrorist groups", "and to Eradicate the Safe Haven they have established over significant Parts of Iraq and Syria".

    - Meanwhile, as far as it concerns the "Prevention" of more "Terrorist Acts"n by "ISIL" and assimilated Terrorist Groups, to which Russian President Vladimir Putin referred above (Comp. Supra), the latest UN SC Resolution "Urges Member States to Intensify their efforts to "Stem the Flow of Foreign Terrorist Fighters to Iraq and Syria", as well as "to Prevent and Suppress the Financing of Terrorism", (for a great part of which, Putin also Denounced Turkey's role in Smuggling Oil products usurpated by ISIL, etc : Comp. Supra).

    Moreover, concernng "Foreign Terrorist Fighters"'s return to Europe, French mainstream Newspaper "Figaro", pointing to the Fact that at least 1 among the 3 Paris' Terrorists who Returned back from Syria abused of a Passport belonging to a Killed Soldier of the Syrian Government's Army, reveals Today that it's more than ... "250.000 Passports" which are "Stolen or Lost in Syria and Iraq", facilitating many would-be Terrorists' Round Trips to Europe through Turkey...

    Thus, French President Hollande, while Visiting Today US President Obama at Washington DC, reportedly asked for Turkey's Borders towards Syria to be "Closed" for Jihadists comming from or Returning later to Europe, in order to Prevent them from Committing more Terrorist Attacks.

    British Journalist Nafeez Ahmed, cited Today by Russian Media "Sputnik", drew attentyion to the Fact that at least 2 "Kamikazi" at Paris' Attacks were Holders of "Syrian Passports" (one of them found "at the Scene of the Crime" : after Bomb Explosions at the "Stade de France"), which are "Fake and likely Forged in Turkey" according to a Police source, while, in addition, "Turkish Authorities were <<Certifying Passports>> of would-be ISIL Fighters at Turkey-Syrian Border posts".

    +Following also President Vladimir Putin's denonciation, earlier Today, of the Lucrative Smuggling of ISIS' usurpated Oil from Syria/Iraq through Turkey, (Comp. Supra), "Sputnik" publishes a Map pointing at the main "Supply Lines" used by ISIL and other such Terrorists between Syria and Turkey, for the Transit of both Foreign Fighters, Weapons, Oil and Money, etc : The Area designated as such, covers almost exactly the Same Areas in which the Russian Airplances' operations, (including the Fatal one, slyly Attacked Today by the Turkish Military), were Trying to Chasse Jihadists in order to allow for the Syrian Government's Army and its allies to Advance towards the Syrian Kurdish Region Bordering Turkey, so that ISIL's Supplies' route, its only "Impo-Expo" Link to Europe, might be "Cut" off, (as several other, also French Maps, clearly show Today : See relevant PHOTOS)

    On  the Contrary, for Turkish President Recep Tayip Erdogan, "without finding a Solution" to the Syrian Conflict, that Turkey would consider as "Sustainable", (i.e., inter alia, by imposing the ousting of Syrian President Assad, establishing "Buffer Zones" near the Turkish Borders, etc), "Neither the Illegal Migration, Nor the Terrorism, canNot be Hindered", as he Threatened,

.... at the same time that he was, curiously; attempting to Mix up even ...NATO to that Turkish Attack against a Russian Plane Fighting Terrorists in Syria, followed by the Murder of 1 defenseless POW (a Russian Pilot who had managed to eject himself with a Parashute from the Destroyed Plane alive, and a Rescuer trying to Help both 2 Pilots, but Killed by so-called "Turkmen" Armed Gangs notoriously equiped by Ankara's Secret Services even with Sol-Air Missiles and various other Aggressive Lethal Weapons : Cf. f.ex. "Cumhuriyet" Newspaper revelations, with astonishng Photos, admitted by the Turkish Government, which Persecuted the Journalists who had investigated that Scandalous affair).
