First Pictured at Famous Comics' Writer Hergé's "Tintin in America", seated next to a spicy Female Actress, (Mary Pikefort), at "Socialist" (Dems') Obama's (and former "Al Capone") Headquarters at Chicago, according to "Wikipedia", that alleged "Italo-Greek-American", Black-Haired but largely Bald, and Fancy-Dressed Character, nick-named "Roberto Rastapopoulos", plays the Role of a Satanic Chief-Crook, who Manipulates almost everything, Secretly Hidden Behind various Cosmopolitan Identities (f.ex. Film-Media producer, etc) allowing to often Travel Abroad accross all Continents, (even in an UFO !), and Accused to Master-mind the Worst collective Crimes accross the World, (including Drugs and/or Slaves' Trafficking, etc)...

Hergé apparently Inspired Mueller's team, (in charge of an "Investigation" on alleged Russian Interferences accused to have "Manipulated" the 2016 US Presidential Election, as if USA was a "3rd World", weak and poor, small and defenseless Country...), who Found a practically UnKnown "Georges Papadopoulos" (equivalent to "John Smith" in English, or "Jean Dupond" in French : alias a quasi-Anonymous, too Ordinary Name, shared by Thousands of various People), now Living also in Chicago, who is also Black-Haired and Partly Bald, often Travelling often Abroad (f.ex. from/to London, UK, where he held a Post at an Energy Center of the Institute for International Law), has also had alleged Links to a so-called "Female" character, (this time a "Russian" Lady: Could it be the Voluptyous Natalia Veselnitskaya ?), and is also, apparently, Suspected to have attempted to Master-mind, no more or less, than, a Direct Trump - Putin Deal to Reveal to the Public some unnamed "Dirt" allegedly Hidden in emails concerning Hillary Clinton !

Indeed, this New "Rastapopoulos", after Initially Working for anOther Candidate (Ben Carson), had reportedly offered his UnPaid services, (that he used to trade in London, UK, as an "Oil-Gas" Consultant), as "a Volunteer", to a Collective "Panel" of "Foreign Policy Advisers" in Trump's Campaign Team, mainly Back on March-April 2016, (from when Dates a Photo showing Mr. Georges Papadopoulos, with his Black-Haired and Partly Bald Head, seated at a Packed Table, amidst a Lot of various Staff, Advisers, Volunteers, etc, chaired by Trump, on March 2016, which, Suddenly, circulated all over the World, as alleged "Proof" Number 1, of an alleged "Russian" infiltration in his November 2016 Electoral Win)...

An Amusing Coincidence is the Fact that even that Unique relevant, Collective Photo was Published by Trump himself, Vaguelly referring to his "Security Team", (instead of "Foreign Policy Advisors"), who Tweeted that on ... "April 1st" !

Curiously, Mr. Papadopoulos (even if he's Suspected by the FBI to have eventualy played a role in Foreign Policy) was reportedly Accepted to approach Trump's Staffers by one among its "Campaign Supervisors", Sam Clovis, who Now serves as a White House's Advisor on ..."Agriculture" (sic !)

White House's Press Spokeswoman, Sarah Huckabee, reportedly stressed that his role had been "extremely Limited" on a Voluntary advisory Board, and "No activity was ever done in an Official capacity".  Other sources note that he had been  more sending ..."Emails" to some in the Campaign Team, and Less being really "Present" around Trump's tower...

Most Important : many Facts (including among those Published by Mr. Mueller's Official Prosecution Documents) clearly indicate, that, since that March 2016 Photo, our New "Rastapopoulos" seems (Contrary to "Tintin"'s Original Rastapopoulos : Comp. Supra) to have almost ...Nothing noteworthy to report, practically Dragging his Feet (and/or put by Trumps' Campaign Team apparently in a "Capboard", at the Margins) :

- His Only "Fixed Idea" : that of serving as Intermediary for a First Meeting (preferably with "a Trip to Russia") between Trump and Putin, or, at least, among some of their Top Advisors, was Never Materalized in practice, as FBI's own Documents also clearly indicate..., (among others, also, since Mr. Georges Papadopoulos reportedly Persists to repeatedly Suggest such a Move, by sending in vain, again and again, far away "E-Mails", from March up to the Autumn of 2016, apparently withOut the expected Result)...

- " The Trip (to Russia) proposed by defendant Papadopoulos did Not take place", Concludes, indeed, the October 2017 Dated Official Court prosecution Document, made on FBI's demand.

As for the alleged "Dirt" about Hillary that might, eventually, reveal some Emails, as anOther Russian link, (Mysteriously nicknamed by the FBI with the Suggestive, "B-Series Cinema" Code : "the Professor" !), all the way Back to March 2016 only, NOTHING concrete emerges in Mr. Mueller's official documents, until Now, on November 2017. Moreover, there is Not even Any eventual Claim that such, supposedly Critical Emails about Hillary, might have contained, perhaps, "Fake" News, instead of the Plain Truth, (on Issues which might, Otherwise, had been Hidden from the American People, even when it had to take Crucial Decisions in Democratic and Transpârent Electoral debates).

FBI-nicknamed "Professor" would be, in fact, Joseph Mifsud, a Teaching Fellow at a University in Scotland, and Academician in Malta, as well as Director of the International Diplomatic Academy (in London too).
The Only thing for which our, (quite Disappointing...), "New Mr. Rastapopoulos", is Officialy Accused is, Merely, to have allegedly "Lied" about the Unique and Precise Point on When Exactly he had really Met and Spoken, for the 1st Time, with that "Professor" and the "Female" Russian characters, cited above, (i.e., Before or After Briefly and Superficially Joining Trumps' Electoral Team, as an UnPaid Volunteer, shortly Included in a Collective "Panel" about "Foreign Policy", Back on March/April 2016). Nothing else.

While, moreover, it had reportedly become quite obvious that he was rather Trying to Use his alleged "Russian Contacts" (in Fact, quite Low Level, and often, even Anonymous), probably also as a Way to Boost his own Personal Importance inside Trump's Collective Campaign Team, (apparently Failing to really achieve that)...

At any case, at least since August 2016, this "New Mr. Rastapopoulos" had been requested, by Trump's Campaign, to Simply Forward his Emails, from now on, to the Lowest possible relevant Stuff, and there are No Reported serious Contacts with any Senior Trump Officer from then, until far After the November 2016 Election, practically until the FBI relevant Enquiry reached him at he Beginning of Next Year, 2017.

+ Perhaps in an attempt to make, Nevertheless, things look more Serious, in an UnRelated Case, Side by Side with that "New Rastapopoulos" Affair, FBI's Investigator Mr. Mueller's Team found Necessary to Simultaneously Add also a much more Heavy, but Irrelevant (See Infra) lot of Accusations launched against one among the most ...Short-Lived Former Trump's Campaign Managers : Paul Manafort, who durated on that Job Only a Few Months, from June to August 2016 !...

But Manafort is, notoriously, quite a Heavy Weight, in general : He reportedly has gathered Top Experience in the Past, as former Advisor also to the Electoral Campaigns of GOP's Top Presidential Candidates Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush (Senior, i.e. Father of Twice-Elected G.W.Bush), Bob Dole, etc., while also Leading a Washington DC Consultant and Lobbying Business, allegedly including also some Heads of State/Government in several Countries accross the Continents, but mainly US Politicians, Private Corporations, etc.

Nevertheless, it's, Curiously, Only Now, on the Occasion of an Investigation officially Focused on alleged Russian interference in the Latest, November 2016, US Presidential Election, that FBI's Bob Mueller's team was led to Ask to Prosecute Manafort, (who is Soon Aged 69 y.o.), for the 1st Time, as Accused for an awful lot of alleged Wrongdoings, included, among others, also : "Conspiracy against the US" (sic !), "acting as UnRegistered Agent of a Foreign principal" (a reportedly Frequent Practice at Wash. DC, according to mainstream Press), "Money Laundering", "No Declaration of (Many) Foreign Bank Accounts", "False/Misleading Statements" around the above-mentioned accusations, etc.

Manafort Pleaded 100% "Not Guilty", and his Lawer reportedly Rejected most Accusations as "Ridiculous !", vowing to "Reply" in concreto, during the Legal Procedure which "Starts" for his client. He was Obliged to Pay a Bail, and was placed under House arrest.

Trump had, apparently, been (at least Partly) Warned by the FBI, at his 1st Security "Briefing" (as GOP's Nominate to the US Presidential Election) already Back on August 2016, and this may Explain why he Droped then Manafort, (until things are clarified), and Hired, as Campaign Managers, Conway and Bannon, (with whom he went on to Win the November 2016 Election).

First of all, almost NOTHING among those late Accusations against Manafort, does Not seem to Concern the November 2016 US Presidential Election, at all !

Indeed, All of them Concern mainly his alleged Work done for the former President of Ukraine, Yanukovich, and/or his "Party of the Regions", already between 2006 - 2013, (i.e. from Winning the 2010 Elections inside Ukraine, up to his Brutal Eviction by Violent and Bloody Riots at Kiev on February 2014), as well as, Briefly, for its expected Successor : the "Opposition Block", during 1 Year more Only, and various reported Financial and/or Administrative Issues more or less, directly or indirectly Linked with such kind of alleged activities.

I.e., once again, Nothing in particular on the November 2016 US Presidential Election, Not even all its previous, Pre-Electoral Campaign (of 2015-2016)...

And Nothing about Hillary Clinton, Neither for Any alleged Suspicion of eventual links with one or another Supposed Russian Attempt to "Interfere" in the November 2016 US Presidential : An astonishingly Total Zero !

Moreover, almost entirely, All those various Alleged Wrongdoings are, obviously, Too OLD, compared to the main Scope of Mueller's mandate to Investigate the Circumstances of the 2016 US Presidential Election, since they have, almost Entirely already Occured, more or less, Long BEFORE its Pre-Electoral Campaign, and particularly, Between 2006 or 2008 and 2013.

This damning Fact, clearly Results, Both by FBI's and Wash. DC. Court's own Official Documents containing the Accusations against Manafort, (which also Point mainly at a 2008-2013 Period of the Past),
and, also, by the Additional Fact that, (as several Critical Observers immediately Noted), Don Trumb had ...Not even Announced his own Candidacy (2014-2015) during those alleged controversial Manafort dealings of a (Comparatively) Remote Past !

Even the several Concrete References, among others, to the Dates of Various alleged "Money Laundering" Manoeuvers by Manafort and his agents, through Foreign Bank Accounts, for a large part reportedly opened in Cyprus, (Before using also "Grenadines" Islands, the "UK", etc, Later-on), almost All are Limited Exclusively during the Period Between the Beginning of 2008 - and early March 2013 Only, (as the Official FBI/Court Prosecution Documents attest).

I.e., a Period of Time which Astonishingly Coincides, with a Surprizing Precision, Exactly to the Term in Office of Controversial former President of Cyprus Demetres Christofias, a Leftist, (in fact, Politically Near former US President Barack Hussein Obama, and/or Hillary Clinton), who Served between March 2008 - February 2013, and was Strongly Accused to Bear Heavy Responsibilities for a Deadly Explosion (of Confiscated Weapons for Syria, blocked by International Sanctions) which Killed Many People and Destroyed the Country's most Important Electricity-producing Power House, etc., near a Stategic Naval Base, provoking a Long Series of Huge Popular Demonstrations asking for his Impeachment (See: ...), by another Strange Coincidence, immediately After some Other UnPrecedented Incidents that he had just Provoked in Geneva, around UNO's Top Political Talks for a Solution of Cyprus' Issue on July 2011, (Comp. relevant "Eurofora"'s NewsReports from the spot, at UNO's Pan-European Headquarters). To that were Added, more Recently, even Accusations for alleged Corruption and/or Exploitation related to an Important Businessman who used to work with his Party, (still Pending to the Courts, even Today), etc.

On the Contrary, when a New Cyprus' President took over : the Current, ChristianDemocrat/EPP's Nicos Anastassiades, of the Center-Right, (i.e. almost Equivalent to USA's Conservative Republican President Don Trump nowadays), from early March 2013, until February 2018, then, Manafort's alleged "Money Laundering" through Foreign-held Bank and/or Other Businesses' Accounts' Immediately STOPS via Cyprus, from 3/2013 up to Now: 11/2017 !...

Indeed, Serious Measures against Money Laundering and/or other Hasards were reportedly taken in Cyprus After 2013, until Now (2017) by the New President's Center-Right Government.

So that all such alleged Shady Money Transferts for Manafort from Abroad into the US, had, from then, to Continue Only through various Other Intermediaries accross the World, (as, f.ex., the "Grenadines" Islands, the "U.K.", or Other "Unknown" premisses, etc.), and even that, just for 1 or 2 More Years (i.e. 2013-2014, having apparently 100% Finished on 2015).

- What Happened during all that Long Period of Time with quasi-Total Inactivity, in this regard, from Law-Enforcing US Authorities, during the Terms in Office of "Socialists"("Dems") of the Left, as Hillary Clinton and Barack Hussein Obama (respectively : 2009-2012 and 2009-2016) ?

That "Never Seen Before", (Nor After), Controversial but Drastic and massive Move, had been suddenly Taken, Only on Cyprus, by €uroGroup's New President then, (from January 2013, until recently), Dutch Minister of Finances, Jeroen Dijsselbloem, who has been Strongly Criticized for such an Extreme Measure. Normally, Nobody knew about such a possibility, Before it Surprisingly occured all out of a sudden.

Supra), until they Stop, for ever...

+ Same Strange Phenomenon, also at anOther such Account : Money Transferts which Used to Stay Between 11 and 25 Thousands $, Suddenly Jump Up to 3-Digits Numbers of 160, 194, 290 and 260 Thousands $, shortly Before they Definitively Stop through Cyprus, at around Mid-March 2013.
