*Strasbourg/- Seen from the point of Principles, at the unique viewpoint of the city which is Headquarters of both the CoE, (the PanEuropean Organisation for Democracy, Human Rights and Rule of Law), as well as of EU Parliament's week Plenary Sessions : Strasbourg, the apparently complicated issue of finding a new Coalition for the next Government in Germany (2014-2019), in fact, looks pretty simple :

-"Das ist Einfach !", as the most Popular figure in German Politics today, (even in France and elsewhere, according to Polls), Chancellor Angie Merkel had chosen to place at the beginning of her Reply to a -similarly Prospective, but related to another Topical issue- Question raised by "EuroFora"s co-Founder, at the unforgettable 1st Day in which she had just become Prime Minister for the 1st time, back on 2005, speaking in a Press Conference together with former President Jacques Chirac, at Paris' Elysee Palace, on a "Hot" issue of European Politics, which will probably be Merkel's main role in the 2014-2019 forthcoming period.

Indeed, the German People, after a Record-High Participation, voted for a Crystal-clear, Absolute Majority to Parties located at the Center-Right side of the Political Spectrum, and, in addition, they strengthened considerably the CDU/CSU ChristianDemocrat/Social party as the unquestionable No 1 :

* CDU/CSU = almost 42 % of Votes.

* All Center-Right political Parties Total more than + 54,2 % .

(i.e. : CDU/CSU = 41,5 % , FDP = 4,8 %, AfD = 4,7 %, NPD = 1,3 %, Freie Wähler = 1%, and some Smaller Parties which gather 0,9%, among the various "Others", except "Pirates", which are not included, even if at least some among them stand also at the Center-Right side of the political spectrum, particularly for their Anti-Bureaucratic and Politically Liberal trends).

* On the contrary, PSD's Socialists stagnate down at only 25,6% (close to their 2009 Historic Record Low), while the "Left" Party falls down to just 8,6% of Votes, other small Leftist Parties getting less than 0,17%, among the "Various Others".

* Even if they are counted together, all the Parties standing at the Left side of the political spectrum don't get but only a Total of 34,37 %.

* The A-Typical, Anti-Technocratic Parties, whose Founding Fathers Historically wanted to bypass the traditional "Right/Left" politically Dividing Borders, i.e. the "Greens" and the "Pirates", get just : 8,4 % and 2,2% respectively.

Together, they Total : 10,6% of Votes.

=> Given these Facts, in consequence, from the point of view of Democratic Principles, the Conclusions are obvious :

(1) Only the Right side of the Political Spectrum got an Absolute Majority of Votes, and, therefore, a clear Mandate by the German People to Govern the Country : + 54,2 % (comp. Supra).

(2) On the contrary, the Left side of the political spectrum remains, obviously, far behind, since it didn't receive from the German People but only a quite Small Minority of votes : 34,37 % (comp. Supra)

(3) As for the a-typical, "Green" and "Pirates"' parties, they get only 10,6% of Votes, (comp. Supra), but could become, in fact, a kind of "judge" or "pivot" for a New Governemental Coalition with a Bigger Party (See Infra) :

(4) A New, 2014-2019 Governemental Coalition, canNot be based at all on the parties of the Left ("Socialists"/PSD, and "Linke", etc), since they didn't get but only a quite small Minority of Votes (only 34,3%) and of MPs (only 256 out of 630 in Bundestag's Total).

(5) A fortiori, it cannot be based neither on a "Socialists/SPD"'s coalition with the "Greens", (because the didn't get, together, but only an even smaller Minority of Votes : only 34%, and of MPs : only 255 out of 630 in Bundestag's Total).

(6) Normally, it shouldn't be based, no more, on a "Red-Red-Green" grouping, since the SPD+LInke and Green parties (i.e. all the Left, plus the Greens) didn't get together but a Minority of People's Votes : only 42,9 %, (even if, despite that, a strange electoral System attributes them, curiously, 319 MPs out of a Total of 630).

Simply because, on the contrary, a clear Majority of German People's Votes went to Parties located at the Right side of the Political Spectrum : CDU/CSU, FDP, AfD, NPD, etc. (i.e. without evenb counting the "Freie Wehle", traditionaly from the Right) = More than + 54,2%, i.e. Much More than + 10 % Higher compared to R-R-G (Comp. Supra).

=> Given such crystal-clear Facts on People's Votes, any eventual R-R-G attempt to usurpate the Government, by Contempt against People's Votes, would be a blatant Anti-Democratic move, in total Contradiction to Political, Moral and probably Legal Principles, (so that even a Risk of opponents' applications to the German Constitutional Court, at nearby Karlsruhe, et/ou at the European Court of Human Rights, here in Strasbourg, etc., couldn't be excluded)...

+ In addition, it would be even Politicaly Weak, Unstable and too Precarious, since, already, many Leaders of those 3 Parties R-R-G have declared that they Oppose such a grouping, which couldn't have more than only a Tiny Majority of only ... +Three (+3) MPs out of a Total of 630 in the Bundestag, and would be inevitably Shaken by Differences of views on many Issues, such as Europe, War or Peace, BioEthics, Foreign Policy, Economic and Social policies, etc., until it breaks down.

(7) An eventual Return Back to a "CoHabitation" of the Past, between ChristianDemocrats and "Socialists", might make think to a Mechanical Majority of Votes and MPs of the two Biggest Parties, but, in reality, it would be Politically and Democratically Unhealthy, even, perhaps, Dangerous, DisHonest, Paralyzing or probably Unstable, and could be accused of Cowardish, in the present cirumstances, and even to Lack Imagination but to merely try to repeat a long bygone Past without any capacity to Innovate nor seize New Opportunities for a better Future, being too Dull and Stupid :

- Indeed, after so many "Duels", Electoral Campaigns and Bundestag's "Hot" Discussions, etc., which opposed "Socialists" and ChristianDemocrats on various issues, they risk both to lose their Credibiity vis a vis the People who Voted for each one of them, because they were motivated by this or another Alternative Choice at the "Left" or at the "Right".... Given, moreover, that at the Right side there is no other Party than that the emerging "EuroSceptics" of the "Alternative für Deutschland" (AfD : +4,7% at their 1st participation to a National Election), and the Rightists of the "NPD", both Deprived of any MP at the Bundestag, then, obvious Risks of Social Explosions and other Upheavals or Dangerous Tensions, in a System which would be deprived of any "Security Valve" at its Right side, should be inevitably expected, to the Detriment of Democratic Debate, which would be rendered practicaly Impossible. Moreover, it would be rather "Bumpy", Shaky, probably Unstable, and might provoke a possible Division or even Scission among the exceptionaly Numerous CDU/CSU MPs of Today (311 MPs !), given also the numerous and growing Oppositions vis a vis the "Socialists", such as, among many others, also, f.ex., on Taxes and/or on the Age for Pensions,, on how to manage the Debt Crisis in Europe, f.ex. on Greece etc., on several currently deepening "BioEthical" Issues (as those which have recently Shaken, after the USA, also France, and other Countries : Homosexual couples and Families, even Childrens' Adoptions, Artificial Procreation and PreNatal Tests as well as Subrogate Mothers, etc, Genetic Manipulations on Human Embryos and Medical Tests on Humans, End of Life, etc), on Turkey, Europe's Identity and Future, on War and Peace as well as on relations vis a vis some USA President Obama's controversial policies, etc. Thus, f.ex., it's in order to avoid any more Paralyzing "CoHabitations" with the "Socialists" that experienced fomer French President Chirac had changed the Constitution, preferring even to shorten the Time of his Mandate from 7 to 5 Years, just to be able to Decide freely on his Policies, according to the Democraticaly expressed Will of the Biggest Number of People's Votes, without anyone throwing any more spanners in the works...

Moreover, concerning Germany Today, such an eventual Concession to SPD's "Socialists" would inevitably be interpreted by both the National and European/International Public Opinion as a sort of "Cowardisse" and Lack of Independence in a Sovereign Country which is also the Biggest of the EU, since it would be practically tantamount to Giving up, Obeying and Bowing under a gross Pressure blatantly exerted these Days, mainly by certain American Circles particularly linked to USA President Obama, but possibly partly also to French "Socialist" President Hollande, etc, which relentlessly and stubbornly seek to Impose upon Germany, by any covert means (via Media, Lobbies, Diplomatic circles, Politically, etc) and Oblige the Leading EU Country to concede a big part of Governemental Power to SPD's "Socialists", deemed to serve more the interests of some Cotroversiall Policies of USA President Obama etc., f.ex. on Turkey, on EU States' Debts and Global Competition, on BioEthics : Homosexual couples and Genetic Manipulations' Lobbies, on War or Peace f.ex. in Syria, etc., (f.ex. give the German Foreign Ministry to someone who would obey to Obama Administration's Military Intervention desiderata etc. was a main issue of discussion these Days in such circles ; comp. among many others, also : http://www.eurofora.net/newsflashes/news/internationalpressdebateongermanelection.html ).

Last, but not least : - Return Back to the Past of 2005's cumbersome CoHabitation, when Electoral Results had been almost a Rasor-Thin 50-50%, i.e. a "Pat" without clear Winner, wouldn't be an Error Today, when, on the contrary, the German People has clearly given, particularly to ChristianDemocrats/socials and even more to all Parties of the Right, nearly the Double (from 42% to 53% ) of the Votes left to the Stagnating PSD/"Sociaists" (Stuck always Down to something like 25%, since their Historic Fall of 2009) ? Why Abandon and Loose Today's 2013-2018 New, Unprecedented Opportunity to Lead, (both in Germany and in a predominantly Center-Right Europe) ? Why not Seize the Present Big Opportunity entrusted by the German People to the CDU/CSU and give to Popular and Experienced Chancellor Angie Merkel, at last, 1 Chance to Govern practically Free, without too heavy Obstacles, and show what she can really accomplish for Germany and all Europe in the Modern World, free to Advance Forward and create History up to the Horizon ?

Otherwise, Democracy and the clearly expressed Will of the German People now, would not be really respected : 2013 is NOT 2005 !...

(8) => For all these reasons (Comp. Supra), and for much More (See Infra), now, a brand New "ChristianDemocrats/Socials - Green" (or "Schwarz-Grüne") Coalition, looks Preferable, this time :

- Symbolically, an enigmatically smiling Chancellor Angie Merkel chose to wear this Morning, the 1st Day after the September 2013 Elections, i.e. when all, full and accurate Results were known, a ... Deep GREEN ("Vert Olive") Jacket, wth Black Pants, as certain collegues observed, and several Photos prove, at the same Time when Speculations about differend possible Coalitions were booming everywhere :

If she really meant to make a Political "allegation" with that "Deep Green" color, as certain German Media guessed, this looked Timely, at least as far as might be concerned a Quest for ...."Real Greens", i.e. for Persons Honestly and Sincerely Motivated by Ecological motivations to Protect all Nature, probably closer to the Values of the "Greens" Founding Fathers, than to some among their Opportunistic Successors, (See Infra).

Indeed, a the Potential for Strategic Cooperation between German "Greens" and ChristianDemocrats/Socials appears to be Huge and very Important : Already, Pope Emeritus Benedict, an experienced German Philosopher/Theologian himself, explicitly opened a Bg Avenue for the Future, in this regard, by his landmark Speech to the Bundestag, in front of all Political Forces of the Country, during his Official Visit of September 2011, where he launched a Call for Ecology-Motivated Young People to care not only for Climat and Plants, but also for Human Nature, i.e. for "Human Ecology", fighting for the Respect of the entire Natural Creation, from Plants, Trees, and Climat up to the Human Embryo and all Human Beings, f.ex. vis a vis recent attempts to submit them to Dangerous Genetic and other Manipulations, Medical Tests, or other forms of Treatments violating Human Dignity via possible Abuses by some Selfish/Egoist and unscrupulus Technocrats, etc/; (f.ex. Exploitation of "Subrogate Mothers", Genetic Manipulation of Human Embryos,  etc. See f.ex : http://www.eurofora.net/newsflashes/news/lombardibundestagpopespeech.html ). German ChristianDemocrat and "Green" Politicians were traditionaly among the more "Sensitive" and Conscious of the - currently Growing- importance of such BioEthical Issues, also because of their Negative Experience about the Horrible, often Deadly "Tests" that some NAZIs like the infamous "Dr. Mengele" notoriously submitted many Prisoners inside the Concentration Camps and mainly Auschwitz, that they could even take Today a Leading role also in a the emergence of a European, even World Movement of "Human Ecology", via various Topical BioEthical Issues which have already started to stir some very "Hot" Debates and Political Struggles, even Clashes and/or Brutal Police Oppression, etc., from America up to France and probably soon elsewhere.

But, in order to become really Able to play such a role in the forfeseable Future,, the "Green" Party, as it currently is, obviously needs (at least in some parts of its recent Leadership) a comprehensive ReShuffle, a series of important Changes, in order to become anew "Clean" and well inspired by the main Values of its Founding Fathers.

- Indeed, by a coincidence, almost at the same moment that Merkel perhaps made aSymbolic Hint in such a possible Direction (Comp. Supra), just 1 Day after the 2013 EU Elections, suddenly, unprecedented Anouncements of Changes inside the "Green" Party were made among its out-going Leaders, most of whom were severely judged by their Base and various Critical "Green" Politicians, upset and angry for the Negative Results of a Campaign excessively subordinated to PSD's aims, and revealing a growing Division among various Wings Opposed inside the Green Party, between Honest, Intelligentn Hard-Working and Friendly Members, both at the Top and at the Grassroots, and some Shady, Petty, Negative, Arbitrary and Oppressive (sometimes perhaps Corrupted) Individuals, mainly inside the Party's Bureaucracy, which sometimes reach Astonishig Dimensions, going from Negative/Opportunistic Changes of Founding Fathers' Values-related Policies (f.ex. a Scandalous recent Diminution of BioEthical Issues, etc), and/or Sabotage of one or another "Green" Politician, up to Harassment even against Sympathizers or Journalists suspected to stand for Policies and/or Values that someone inside the Party doesn't like, but doesn't dare say so openly, .... (comp. "EuroFora"s NewsReport from nearby Karlsruhe, dated 21 August 2013, already sent earlier to "EuroFora"s Subscribers/Donors, etc).

In Brief, a Healthy and much needed move would certainly be a kind of "Renaissance" of the original, Historic German Ecologic "Green" Movement, based mainly on Values, with no more fomer Corruption-Scandals stricken Chiefs, initially Lackeys of some "Socialists" ex-Politicians hit by a series of Scandals, already in the Past, (f.ex. Rudolf Scharping , who lost his Governemental jobs after his Majorka, A400M and Hunzinger Scandals of 2002, the last of which involved also the "Green" co-Chief Ozdemir, USA-pushed but on the payroll of that German Party for more than 20 Years, concerning f.ex. a 50.000 Deutchmark Bank facility, abuse of Bundestag's Transports' reimbursements received in Double, etc., who doesn't seem able to cooperate f.ex. with CSU's President Seehofer, after some too Harsch Critiism against Bavarias' positions for Integration of immigrants, etc). On the contrary, a Good and useful Idea woud be the Return of certain Good "Green" Politicians who had been very Active in some "Hot" Issues, but were badly hit by Slander and curiously abandoned by the out-going Party's Leadership, (as, f.ex. long-time MEP Hiltrud Breyer, a strong Fighter on BioEthical Issues, who was grossly Slandered, for a False Claim about a 284 € allowance, in a Ridiculous TV Show presented by Turkish "Sex-bomb" Nazan Eckes at the eve of 2009 EU Parliament's Election, with a Video later found to be a "Hoax", pushed by an Anti-European Network in the Czech Republic close to "AfD" in Germany, which Destroyed her career as MEP, as it also attempted to do, curiously at the same time, even for Irish "Green" former MEP Kathy Sinnott, another Fighter for BioEthics, (who has also raised many Handicaped Children, probably targetted by lackeys of some UK-USA Bio-Pharma/Genetic Manipulations' Lobby. Followed recently by revelatios on pro-SPD "Green" co-Leader Trittin, a former MInister in a "Socialist" Government i the Past, who was found involved even in attempts to spread Pedophilia, etc)... That's one of the reasons for which a "Re-Birth" of the "Green" Party's leadership, (which apparently was already triggered by Merkel's Electoral Victory : Comp. Supra), would certainly be a Positive Development for Germany and all Europe, able to boost active Links also with many Other Countries' similar Movements, even at a Global stage, sooner or later. .

For that purpose, some "Green" Politicians, such as former long-time MEP Hiltrud Breyer and new MEP Gerald Hafner, Tubingen's Mayor Boris Palmer, Baden-Wurtemberg's President Kretchmann, Bavaria's Anton Hofreiter, or Berlin's young repreentative Volker Retzmann, (etc), as well as Katrin Göring-Eckardt (IF she becomes really Free from any more negative External interferences as that which had been obviously keeping her "Hostage" and slyly undermining her activities during key parts of the Electoral Campaign, but also various other, Young or Old, Militants, among many Kind, Intelligent, Honest and Hard-Working Grassroots Members of the German "Green" Movement that "EuroFora" have met at manifold events from the 1990ies up to 2913, including others who could emerge if the above-mentioned "Human Ecology" Movement develops further, particularly in cooperation between CDU/CSU and a revitalized "Green" Party (Comp. Supra).

(9) Independent, "Center of Gravity" and/or "Australian" scenario ?

With more than an Absolute Majority of People's Votes (+ 54,2%) casted at the Center-Right side of the Political Spectrum (Comp. Supra), the Leader of the by far Biggest Party in that Group, Angie Merkel (CDU/CSU), who is Personally Popular accross an even Wider Area of Germany's Population, as many Polls have already unanimously attested, has now enough Democratic Credentials enabling her to also consider the possibility to try to Build an Independent Government, which may succeed to get a Majority of MP Support at the Bundestag, in one way or another, by acting as a kind of attractive "Center of Gravity", where it only needs a few : just 4 more votes' difference, out of 630 MPs :

I.e. a mainly CDU/CSU Government, but adequately Open also to certain well chosen "Ecologic" and some "Social" Personalities (Political or other), while the CDU/CSU Parliamentary Group would also Welcome some New Members from various former "Green" or "SDP" MPs who might like to Join the Governing Coalition, sooner or later, Non-Aggression Pacts, based on a Minimal Agreement, could be signed with all or part of other Parties, and/or smaller Groups of MPs, even with certain Individual MPs, (since only 4 MPs lack for an Absolute Majority of CDU/CSU in the Bundestag), so that they would Abstain; or vote Positively at any Motion which might attempt to attack the Government's responsibility, etc.

In more Simplified terms, such a method could also be named as a kind of .. "Australian" Solution, not only since it looks, at first sight, as a remote possiblity, currently far away from other, apparently closer and more handy, solutions (Comp. Supra), but also because it has already been Tested in real Practice, and it Worked rather Well, for more than 3 continuing Years, recently, by the former Australian Government, which ma,aged to Stay in Power for such a Long Time, by getting the support of just 3 (Three) formerly Independent MPs, most of whom had even been classified as former Ideological Adversaries !... If such a Solution Worked quite Well for 3 Years to the benefit of an Australian Government , then, why shouldn't it work also in Europe ? A fortiori when that Australian Government didn't even have a Majority of People's Votes with it, while German Chancellor Merkel actually does (Comp. Supra) !...

At any case, if something unforseable happened, and eventually threatened to block such a solution, then, it would also remain possible, during all the 5 next Years (2014-2018+) to revert to anyone among the Previously presented Solutions, (f.ex. that of Number 8 : Comp. Supra), later-on, i.e. after having already gained much Time and realized several Activites, and/or taken some Key Decisions able to Shape the Future, previously, as a fully Independent Government, in the meantime...

This theoretical possibility shouldn't, thus, be ignored, but carefully examined, together with all the other above mentioned differend options.

*Strasbourg/PMC/Angelo Marcopolo/- Key French Minister of Culture and Communication, Aurelie Filippetti, speaking to "EuroFora" at the eve of crucial EU - USA meetings for the Trans-Atlantic Trade and Investment Partneship (TTIP), stressed France's will to defend up to the end of the on-going Negotiations the "Cultural Exception", which traditionaly keeps State Aids to creative Authors out of TTIP's scope.

- "Certainly, we have already defended that", the competent Minister replied initially to a first Question by "EuroFora" about whether "France will defend the Cultural Exception" : Something which apparently refers to the efforts recently made by her Collegue, Foreign Trade Minister Nicole Bricq, particularly at nearby Luxembourg, during a final EU agreement on the Mandate given to EU Commission for the Euro-American Talks.

+ But, the Deal brokered then, while excluding,, in principle, Cultural creation Works and their Modern supports from the TTIP, nevertheless, allows to the EU Commission to eventually hear what our American Friends might have to say on that sector, and decide whether it finds deem to officially ask from EU Council to Enlarge the initial Mandate in a way that it could include all or part of Trade relations related to Cultural Creation later-on, as the European Commissioner Karel de Gucht had observed at a Press Conference after the conclusion of that EU Council meeting. Something which, however, always depends on the "Sovereign" Decision of every EU Member State, added on this occasion, later-on, Foreign Trade Minister Bricq...

=> That's why, and shortly after the recent EU Commission/EU Council briefing to EU Parliament Political Groups' Presidents, last Thursday in Strasbourg, in view of the forthcoming TTIP Working Groups' meetings Next Week (23-27 September), before the 2nd Negotiating Round, at the Beginning of October (7-11/10/2013), "EuroFora" also asked Filippetti if France always keeps really the intention to defend the Cultural Exception "until the End" of the relevant EU - USA Negotiations.

- "Yes, we shall Continue defending it, and we shall do so up to the End !", clearly replied, giving an important promisse with emphasis and a smile the French Culture and Communication Minister to that specific Question of "EuroFora", (Comp. Supra).

Symbolically, Filippetti stressed that Key point shortly after an Original Musical Creation, Commissioned by the State, was played, in a World "premiere" by the famous German Symphonic Orchestra of nearby Freiburg and Baden-Baden's SWR, composed by the Young Creator Yann Robin and called "Monumento", as a central part of the Concerts for the Opening Night of the Annual International Festival of Modern Music of Strasbourg; known as "Musica", which celebrated Today its 30th Anniversary since its establishement, back on 1983-2013, (when "EuroFora"'s co-Founder was selectively but passionately attending it with his future wife, then as a Student fan of Yannis Xenakis, Pierre Boulez from Paris' Beaubourg's Centre for Modern Musical Research (IRCAM), and many other Authors from all over Europe and the World)...

+ But, as the Concluding Musical artwork also symbolically suggested, by trying to coordinate all Together, and create a coherent Harmony between no less than ...Six (6) Pianos, playing almost at the same time, in parallel, in the middle of an Orchestra, such Economico-Political, as well as Socio-Cultural, strategic Issues, (recently involving even various Digital support instruments, of growing Commercial and Technological Importance), often imply also, if not necessarily an absolute and total agreement, at least some kind of understanding to be shared also with other important EU Member Countries, if possible by avoiding to eventualy provoke any too obvious and loud dissonance of interests...

F.ex., concerning certain aspects currently covered by the "Cultural Exception", the President of EU Parliament's EU - USA Joint Inter-Parliamentary Delegation, German MEP Christian Ehler of the Governing ChristianDemocrat/Social parties, speaking previously to "EuroFora" at the conclusion of an earlier meeting in the European Parliament, stressed his interest for important and innovative EU Compagnies as SIEMENS etc. to be able to Sell their Modern Internet-connected machines by Exporting them also to the American Market, without giving to Washington DC. a pretext to exclude all that from the currently negotiated EU - USA Trade Agreement.

However, after discussing a bit these matters with "EuroFora", (mainly regarding the concerns also expressed, earlier at an EU Parliament's Press Conference by the Representatives of a Group of Authors, led mainly by famous Film Director and currently Director of the prestigious French Cinematheque at the Palace of Tokyo in Trodadero, Costa Gavras, together with Prize Winner young Actrress Berenice Bejo from Argentina, who had read a relevant Letter from German Film writer Wim Wenders, President of the European Film Academy in Berlin, as well as several interested MEPs : See "EuroFora"s NewsReport, already sent earlier to Subscribers/Donors), Chairman Ehler agreed that a Solution should be found, which might be able, in one way or another, both to Defend the European Cultural Creative Works, and the Trade of Modern Technological supports for such contents, which obviously add Quality to the receptacles.

Even if, as the above mentioned, concluding 6 Pianos' Musical piece, composed by Georg Friedrich Haas, implies, in such Multilateral cases with manifold aspects, the "Harmony" created at the end, is just a "Limited Approximation"....

But, Minister Filippetti, inaugurating, earlier Today, the 1st Extension of the HIgher National School of Architecture (ENSA), at DownTown Strasbourg, a Modern and Functional facilty (funded for 70% by the State, after a 2011 Decision taken by former President Sarkozy's Government, as the President of Strasbourg's Region, Alsace, Philippe Richert reminded), which already recruits Students from a wide European/International area, she pointed at the fact that "Culture", lato sensu, also "is one of the Motors for Growth", and that's one of the reasons for which, despite general Economies at the French State's Budget, that of her Ministry of Culture and Communications is due to grow, during the current President Hollande's term, for more than + 4 % Annualy. before anouncing another set of Measures supporting various related projects.

On this occasion, the experienced Architect chosen to built ENSA's own Modern Building, Marc Mimram, famous also by a superbe bicycle and pedestrian Bridge with Modern Design, uniting France and Germany over the Rhine River, revealed to "EuroFora", that the reason for which it was located at one precise place, and not at the Right or at the Left of it, was, in fact, that he had made accurate Calculations on the scheduled Urbanistic Development of the surrounding Garden and Urban Areas of Strasbourg and Kehl cities, so that the landmark Bridge would always stand exactly at the Centre of all other various Buildings expected to be progressively builyt around it, both at the French and at the German Riversides. In addition, its Design symbolizes both "a Franco-German Link, as well as, at i

ts Center, just over the River Rhine, the creation of a Joint Area", as he reminded to "EuroFora", (frankly astonished by such a Geometricaly calculated Precision, which, by an "Artistic" Chance, ... coincided absolutely with a purely Esthetic Choice that "EuroFora"s co-Founder had previously done, long before the Construction of Minmar's Bridge, already in the Missle of the 1980ies, simply in order to lay on the clean, fresh grass at the ground of the German side, watching at a superb Sunset towards the French side of the Rhine, well protected from a refreshing Rain and Summertime's Hot Sunrays by some among the Best, Bigger and Higher Trees which had provided enough shade for him and hiw Wife, who had run to escape from the noise and pollution of busy Cities by finding a splendid Natural landscape just a few Hours after their Marriage in Strasbourg : An obviously unforgetable, personal moment, in any People's lives, but for which nobody knew then, that it was going to become, in the Future, the ... EU's Institutional/Political developments had been notoriously blocked for years after a controversial decision to initially give Turkey a "Candidate for EU Accession" status, at December 1999 EU Helsinki Summit, triggering growing Popular reactions which led to 3 "No" at 2005-2007 EuroReferenda on an EU Constitution project, in addition to an unprecedented, 1999-2004 Sharp Drop in EU Citizens' Participation to EU Parliament's Elections, where Abstentionists became a Majority, for the 1st time in EU's History, (the 2009 EU Vote having merely decelerated that drop, without really reversing it, as Turkey-EU Negotiatons and lucrative 1 Billion € each year full Grants persisted even after Sarkozy-Merkel's a.o. EU Leaders' 2007-2009 decision to Drop "Accession" as an official aim, opting for "Open-Ended" Talks which might, eventually, lead just in a "Privileged Partnership", thereby opening a way for a "Simplified" EU Lisbon Treaty's adoption on 2010).

As a result, EU was found unprepared, recently, during the 2008-2013 Global Economic/Financial Crisis, because of that 5 Years Delay in its Institutional development (2005-2010), provoked by Turkey's controversial and unpopular EU bid (Comp. Supra), so that EU Leaders were obliged to Start building a much needed Economic Governance, particularly of €uroZone, only after 2010, while, initially, this had been scheduled to happen much Earlier, as, inter alia, a landmark October 1995 EU Parliament Debate on the "State of the European Union", including the (forthcoming, then) Introduction of the €uro, with the participation of EU leaders and even UNO's Secretary General, (then Boutros Ghali), had already foreseen that a moment would inevitably come soon, when most EU  People would ask for an EU Economic Governance to be established, in order to safeguard EU Economy and Jobs from any Global upheavals.

+ In Addition, the effects of the Global Economic/Financial had been notoriously Aggravated in €uroZone by  a 1999-2001 controversial decision (by the same former "Socialist" Governments of that era), to push an unprepared Greece to enter €uroZone precociously, even with an immature Economy, i.e. without having previously accomplished the necessary Reforms, mainly of the notoriouly Disproportionate number of State's and Public Sector's civil servants, (including too many Cushy-Job Holders and/or Political Lackeys of former Clientelist/Nepotist, mainly PASOK Governments, even several Corrupted and/or abusive officials, who became soon Unpopular, droping PÄSOK from 41% down to only ...7%).

As all EU Member Countries, Greece would certainly enter €uroZone, and had even a Legal Obigation to try to do so, at one moment or another, and could have realized the necessary Reforms in a few years time in order to enter €urozone well prepared and fit to stand the shock, while a possible Transformation of €uroZone into a Politicaly integrated area in the Future, as many wish and/or think inevitable, would be Ideologically (and therefore politically) Unthinkable without Greece, Ancient, World-famous Symbol  of Democracy, Science and Civilisation, from whom stems even the Word "Europe" (meaning : "Large Vue"), and considering also the Country's Strategic GeoPolitical situation, mainly towards Middle-East/Suez Channel's Oil/Gas routes, etc.

But, the former PASOK Government of Costas Simitis managed, against prognostics, to win the April 2000 Elections with a thin margin, in front of a growing ChristianDemocrat/EPP "New Democracy" party of Costas Caramanlis, and stay in power for 4 years (until 2004), including to chair, meanwhile, the EU rotating Presidency (2003), manly by boasting that it had managed to convince the EU for an Early Entry in €uroZone, without having to do beforehand, as it should, the necessary Structural Reforms, particularly on the excessive number of State/Public Sector's employees, (most PASOK fans, scandalously hired with Clientelism/Nepotism since the 1980ies by earlier PASOK Governments).

Obviously, he couldn't have done so without any help from other EU Leaders, and mainly the most Important, such as Germany's Schroeder, France's Jospin, UK's Blair, Italy's Amato, etc, who were all "Socialists", while even EU Commission's leadership had just sliped from the ChristianDemocrat Santer (Luxembourg)  to the Liberal/Socialdemocrat Pronti (Italy), after an unprecedented vote of defiance from EU Parliament, for the 1st time in History, provoking also the Change of the competent EU Commissioner for Economic and Monetary affairs : From De Silguy (French, center-Right) to Solbes (a Portuguese Socialist) in the middle of 1999. F.ex., "EuroFora"s co-Founder, who published then in 2 Media, including a mainstream Press Agency of Greece, will never forget the sudden change of style, from the positive but careful estimations that used to give us then EU Commissioner De Silguy, to the over-optimistic, almost enthousiastic prognostics of his successor, Solbes, where Future Growth prospects for Greece dansed by climbing over Big numbers, that were never achieved during the following years... Notoriously, the 1999-2002 make-up included also some False Statistics by EuroStat, and particularly the infamous USA's Goldman Sachs' 1998-2002+ "Swaps" which practically served, if not to "Hide", at least to Postpone the appearance of Greek State's Debt, as, inter alia, also an EU Parliament's Commission's Hearing revealed on 2011 in Brussels (See relevant "EuroFora"'s NewsReport .... ). Thus, it's not a surprise that even Goldman Sachs' CEO until 1998-1999, a "Socialist"/DP Politician, Corzine, reportedly brought another Company to Bankruptcy on 2011 while he was heavily Speculating on peripheral European States' Debts...

 
When SPD's candidate Steinbruck curiously accused Merkel recently to prepare a 3rd Aid Package to Greece for 2014, just a few years after having reportedly claimed that there won't be, no more, any more Money given for Greece's bailout, the German Chancellor clearly replied that her previous Warning concerned only the hypothesis in which the Greek Government wouldn't do any real Effort to accomplish the necessary Reforms, and not that of Today, when new Greek Prime Minister Samaras apparently  tries to advance real Changes, and she strongly stroke back, launching a kind of "Political BOOMERANG", by denouncing the fact that it was "Socialist" former Chancellor Schroeder who had accepted Greece's unprepared, too Early Entry in €uroZone, back on 1999-2002, (while Athens was governed by his pal : PASOK's Simitis)...

- So, the recent "Crisis built up" since the "EU Stabilty Pact was first Violated when Countries like Greece were picked up for a precocious and unprepared Entry into €urozone" by former "Socialist" Chnacellor Shröder, back on 1999-2002. Consequently it grew and finally "Broke out in full at the moment of the (2009-2013) Global Financial Crisis", Merkel denounced at the Bundestag. Shroeder ("Socialists") and Fischer ("Greens") were rejoicing with their PASOK pals in Athens, when they commited the €urozone "Errors" for which "they are Responsible" : "It was that Red-Green coalition which Violated the EU's Stability Pact 5 Times in a row, during 7 Years in the Government" then (1998-2005), criticized also, on behalf of the Liberal Party, FDP's Rainer Brüderle at the Bundestag debate, (curiously, without any of these Denunciations being ever contradicted by anyone among the various PSD, Green or Leftist Speeakers !)...

Why  all that started on 1999-2002 ? Simply because the International "Socialist" Global organisation needed from its member, the former PASOK Government in  Greece, to close its eyes on the attribution to Turkey of an "EU Candidate" status even without fullfilling the necesssary Human Rights, Democracy and International Law's respect Conditions. (Comp. Infra, + http://www.eurofora.net/newsflashes/news/merkelbonn.html ].  Indeed, as it is well known,  the 1998-2000 American Administration (de facto headed then by "Socialist" Al Gore and the Federal Bureaucracy, during the intermezo of Bill Clinton's Scandal Crisis), was eager to push Turkey into the EU, not only in quest of USA's frequent attemps, in Global GeoPolitics, to Weaken Europe via recurrent Pressure  for Turkey to enter inside the EU, but also in order to convince the EU to practically Fund certain controversial, too expensive, too long and dangerous Pipeline projects obliging Central Asia - Europe Oil/Gas Transport Links to pass only through Turkey, (instead of possibe Direct EU - Asia links, f.ex. via Ship Energy Transport through the Black Sea and/or the Mediterranean Sea), starting by the Baku -Ceyhan pipeline plan (strongly pushed by UK and USA Foreign Policy, despite Businesses' hesitations due to its Costs and aleas), which was imminent for Decisions in 1999-2002+.  

This coincided, then, with Turkey's urgent need to face a sharp Economic and Financial Crisis by Unblocking 1993-2000 EU Funding Programs for Ankara which had been notoriously "Freezed" by EU Parliament because of the Turkish Government's refusal to fullfil a series of Conditions on respect of Human Rights and of International Law (f.ex. on the persisting Military Occupation of part of Cyprus, on War Threats against Greece in order to hinder Athens to exploit its Oil/Gas resources around the Greek Aegean Sea Islands), as well as to recognize the Armenian Genocide and Stop Blocking Armenia's borders, make real progress for a Peaceful Solution of the Kurdish Issue, etc. Since, otherwise, at the end of the MultiAnnual Financial Period, all pre-existing EU Funding programs earmarked for Turkey risked, thus, to be lost for ever, with the Money being returned back to EU Member Countries, Ankara's Government had presented at the beginning of 1999 in EU Parliament in Strasbourg a written demand to transfert all these EU Funds into "a New Program", which would be that of Turkey's controversial and unpopular EU Accession bid...

This was immediately done at the December 1999 Helsinki EU Summit, under the chairmanship of "Socialists" former Finnish President Halonen and f. Prime Minister Lipponen, in very "special" conditions, (that some have described in strange terms :  - "Suddenly, Halonen got a Phone call from Washington DC, and, immediatey afterwards, we had to give Turkey a status of Candidate to EU Accession !"), while even French President Chirac's EU affairs Minister, currently Top MEP Lamassoure, has said that he "ignored" that, almost up to the last minute...  

Meanwhile, an unprecedented and undeclared but in fact Brutal  "Witch-Hunt" had already started against various European Critics of Turkey's notoriously Oppressive, undemocratic and retrograde Regime, including the non-elucidated Killing of Greece's EU Affairs Minister Kranidiotes (a well known in Strasbourg former MEP from Cyprus), together with his only Son, in an exceptional Deadly Airplane incident at the Borders of Bulgaria and Romania close to the Black Sea and Turkey's borders, which curiously stroke only that key EU Politician, his Son and some close Friends/Collaborators, leaving all other People inside that fatal Airplane intact, until it landed without even a scratch at Bucarest's Airport : Yannos Kranidiotes had, precisely been campaigning against attempts to impose Turkey's controversial and unpopular EU bid during the 1st half of 1999, as "EuroFora"'s co-Founder had witnessed at several meetings with him during Ministerial visits to EU Parliament and/or CoE in Strasbourg, and he was immediatey replaced then by America-born Greek former State Secretary Giorgos Papandreou, who openly claimed, only  few  Days afterwards, on his way towards an Autumn 1999 gathering of EU Foreign Ministers in Finland, that, on the contrary, it would be "Greece's interest to support Turkey's EU prospects"... Mutatis-mutandis, various more or less similarly brutal methods were then abused also against certain key Journalists, Politicians and other strong Critics of Turkey's controversial and unpopular EU bid, some of whom faced, then, suddenly, an unprecedented and unwarned series of Harassment, Aggressions, Slandering, Oppression, etc., by hardly covert means, (sometimes even against their Family), clearly aiming at Silencing, Muzzling or Censoring many well informed and experienced Critics of Turkey inside the EU, during that "Dark" 1999-2002 period...

=> But Turkey provoked a Political Deadlock, blocking EU's institutional development : Strong Popular Reactions from various but converging Majorities of EU Citizens (starting with unprecedented, sharply falling Majority Abstentions in EU Parliament's 1999-2004 Elections, just decelerated in 2009, and followed by 3 "NO" to the French, Dutch and Irish 2005-2007 Euro-Referenda), including the rise of various atypical Rightist or other, often "EuroSceptic" Political Movements accross many key EU Countries, (f.ex. from the "FN" arriving at the 2nd tour of Presidential Elections in France on 2002, up to the "UKIP" becoming the 2nd Party in Great Britain on 2009, etc, and more or less similar trends in the Netherlands, Austria, Hungary, Belgium, Bulgaria, etc, meanwhile : Comp. Supra), notoriously put a Stop to such dangerous Drifts, and incited Europe to start rectifying its course, towards a less Bureaucratic, more Political and Citizen-friendly direction, in fact coherent with the synchronous Dropping of Turkey's controversial and unpopular EU "Accession" bid, thanks mainly to the leading Franco-German couple of Sarkozy and Merkel, since 2007-2009, which succeeded to re-launch EU Institutions with Lisbon Treaty (entry into force since 2010), and €uroZone's New Treaty (crafted since August and December 2011, and decided on January,  signed on March 2012) as an Historic 1st Step towards a long overdue EU Economic Governance, (comp. Supra). However, the non-elucidated yet undermining of Sarkozy's 2012 Presidential Election, and some recent "slipery slopes" vis a vis Turkey's controversial and unpopular EU bid, (such as f.ex. a frequent Return back to an EU "Accession" vocabulary which had been long forgotten in the case of Turkey, added to recent Talk and moves claiming to "Open for EU - Turkey Negotiations some New Chapters" among those which had been kept "Freezed" until now, because of Ankara's blunt refusal to align itself with EU Values), under new heavy American pressure since the 2012 re-election of Obama, now surrounded with various emerging Scandals (Benghazi/Islamism, Snowden/NSA after Assange/Wikileaks, unresolved yet Debt of Trillions $ looming on Federal Budgets, Bloody Stagnating Conflicts in Afghanistan and Syria, etc), while a Global Financial Crisis still persists, re-started recently anew to provoke the emergence of more various "Atypical" Political Movements, even in other EU Countries, such as Finland, Sweden, Italy, Greece, etc., while recent Polls in France and other important EU Member States reportedly look rather worrying for May 2014 Elections, with manifold "EuroSceptics" emerging anew, even elsewhere, unless something is done on time to reverse such an obvious risk.

 

* This might be the reason for which neither "Socialist" Candidate Steinbruck, nor SPD itself, didn't yet dare explain why their "Socialist" predecessors did push PASOK's Greece, even unprepared, for a too Early Entry inside €urozone, back on 1999-2002, as ChristianDemocrat CDU Party's Secretary General, Gröhe recently criticized, in a special Statement sent to Journalists, including "EuroFora", shortly after the Merkel - Steinbruck TV Duel...

+ Meanwhile, in Greece, despite better efforts for State Reforms recently by the 2012-2013 Government of Samaras, the current obligation to still depend even on a tiny, reduced PASOK Coalition partner who naturally freins against the necessary drastic Staff Reduction among excessively numerous cushy-job holders and/or political lackeys, (several even Corrupted, Abusive, sometimes Criminal, and largely unpopular) scandalously hired by former Clientelist/Nepotist PASOK Governmens during the last 30 Years (1981-2011). In addition, the Center-Right side of the Political Spectrum has been too much Divided, for the 1st time in Greece's History, between Samara's "New Democracy", and the new parties of "Independent Greeks", the Rightists of the "Golden Dawn", etc.. So that Samaras' new Government, after some initial successses, mainly in Financial Management, etc., seems now to need a fresh impetus in order to avoid deviating from the right path :  An adequate Anti-Corruption campaign, which can find growing support among young and old Citizens, being a better, more just and even economically efficient choice, than any kind of eventual anti-democratic slipery slopes doubled by otherwise inevitable stagnation, as well as more faithful to those who supported Antonis Samaras' original emergence at the top.

Otherwise, Austerity will continue to hardly hit mainly the Productive Businesses and innocent, Poor People, from which depends potential Growth, as well as Social Peace and Justiice, while the disproportionate (compared to Greece's real Economy), excessive number of State/Public Sector's employees, and particularly that Mass of cushy-job holders and Political Lackeys scandalously hired by former Clientelist/Nepotist, mainly PASOK Governments since the 1980ies, after usurpating 30 Years of Salaries (1981-2011+), will neither Stop picking Public Money, nor pay Sanctions, but threateb to even claim another 20 - 30+ Years of Public Funds now as Pensioners, thereby condemning productive Businesses to stagnate and Poor People to starve...

In the meantime, EU and €uroArea Member Greece would still be obliged to Borrow EU Funds, that it is obliged to Return in full Capital, and to pay in addition, for every Dime, an Interest Rate which stands above average, without neither Enterprises, nor Poor People ever receiving not even 1 €, (since everything goes in order to pay only a "Structural Deficit" provoked by that Disproportionate Mass of cushy-job holders and/or Political Lackeys scandalously hired at the State/Pubic Sector by former Clientelist/Nepotist, mainly PASOK Governments since the 1980ies), but are obliged to suffer Heavy Deprivations. On the contrary, a Foreign Non-EU Country like Turkey would continue to usurpate more than 1 Billion € every Year paid by the EU to Ankara in Full Grants, without any need to ever return back not even a dime, (while hardly noone in the EU knows where exactly that EU Money was spend, as the European Court of Auditors and several MEPs have repeatedly denounced), despite old and new Risks to provoke negative Political Blockades against European Edification, given the notoriously controversial and unpopular character of Turkey's EU bid among recalcitrant EU Citizens, even more in the middle of an unfinished yet Global Financial Crisis (comp. Supra)...

But, such possible and urgently needed Positive Alternatives obviously necessitate a Solid, Conscious and Keen EU Leadership with a proved capacity and European Vision, for which the outcome of the forthcoming German Elections is naturally of Crucial importance.

=> Therefore, "EuroFora"s Question to the CNN/Europe1/LesEchos' International Press Debate in Paris' prestigious Fouquet's at the Champs Elysées, where we were kindly invited to participate, naturally pointed from the outset to the fact that, this time, the very important forthcoming German Elections of September 22, are due to largelly influence also the crucial EU Parliament's 2014 Elections, scheduled for May 22, which are due to be decisive for Europe's capacity-building to definitively overcome the Global Crisis and build much better links to EU Citizens, able to stimulate People's support for  a deeper Political Integration which has become necessary also for the completion of the indispensable EU's Economic Governance.

But, as things stand today, several Polls for various key EU Countries, reportedly warn about recurrent Risks for Extremist and/or EuroSceptic Parties to be boosted, unless something is done to guarantee an adequate Horizon for many People's concerns, apparently turning around Economic/Social matters, often symbolized and resumed by the stance to keep vis a vis the Debt Tragedy hitting Greece, which is, in fact, much more linked that some believe, also to Turkey's controversial and unpopular EU bid, even right from the start, as a Double "Hot" Debate, both at the Merkel - Steinbruck TV Duel, and, later-on, at a Parliamentary Discussion of all German Parties in the Bundestag, added to relevant Press Reports describing various Social tendencies, clearly reveal, "EiuroFora" observed in addition.

Given also the fact that, as several sources admit, (Comp. f.ex. Supra), a former PASOK Government; which was accepted, back on 1999-2002, to enter Greece earlier than normal inside €urozone, i.e. even without having previously completed the necessary reforms, in exchange of closing its eyes on Turkey's controversial and unpopular EU "Accession" Candidate status' attribution, even if Ankara hadn't fullfilled not even elementary Human Rights, Democracy and Rule of International Law's Conditions set up by the EU,

- This week's "German Elections arrive in a special Context, that of the forthcoming May 2014 EU Parliament's Elections, which are very important for a "qualitative Leap" ahead in Political aspects of EU's Economic policy, crucial for the European Construction, as it was evoked also earlier today (by the keynote Speakers), and, in this regard, a Risk appears, according to recent Polls, for various "EuroSceptic", or even Anti-European Movements, in Germany and/or in other EU member Countries, to grow faster, "EuroFora" observed.

At the same time, during the current German Electoral campaign, a very "Hot" debate appeared both at the TV Duel Merkel - Steinbruck, and at the Bundestag, on the too Early entry of Greece in €urozone, practically decided on 2000, which seems to have been based on a Deal, brokered almost at the same time, on Turkey's controversial and unpopular EU bid, and the attribution of a Status of Candidate for EU Accession to Ankara. Issues which are both notoriously exploited by most EuroSceptic movements, we added.

=>  - "Do you think that the forthcoming German Elections could help to overcome, at the same time, both these two obstacles ?, "Eurofora" asked the keynote Speakers. "F.ex by helping Greece to make Stronger Reforms mainly on its State/Public Sector, which is disproportionate compared to its Economy, because, otherwise, it's the productive Businesses and Poor People who are the most affected by the biggest sacrifices, and not the State/Public Sectors' too numerous Civil Servants. + While also finding a solution for the Future of Turkey, so that it would be closely linked to Europe, but in a way which allows EU People to feel part of a European Identity with a European Horizon", (i.e. without a Turkish Accession inside the EU, at least as things stand about that regime's notorious reluctance to respect Human Rigts, Democracy and Rule of Law).

 - Interestingly, ...Nobody among the participants to the "CNN/Europe1/Les Echos" debate on 2013 German Elections contested "EuroFora"'s reminder of a 1999-2002 Politico-Economic Deal for Turkey's EU Accession Candidate Status in exchange of Greece's  too Early Entry in €uroZone, apparently brokered the among mainly "Socialist" former Governments, (comp. facts cited Supra). Not even the experienced former EU affairs Minister, Bruno Le Maire, who had worked also with former French President Chirac's initial Head of Cabinet at Elysée Palace, and subsequently Prime Minister, De Villepin, long before becoming a key Sarkozy's Minister : Despite an introductory Promisse to "Reply to all Questions raised" during this Debate, nevertheless, he carefully avoided this obviously Tricky point, (which was, naturally, also too Ancient for the 2 Young Press Correspondents of "Europe1" and "Les Echos" at Berlin, as well as CNN' International's Nina Dos Santos, based in London, but covering also frequently the German capital).

It's also understandable that noone among those "Socialist" Politicians of SPD who recently tried to tease Chancellor Merkel with other aspects of Greece's case vis a vis €urozone, didn't ever dare realy open the "Pandora Box" of the 1999-2002 Blunders committed to the detriment of Europe by some former "Socialist" Heads of Government/Foreign Ministers in key EU Countries, neither during the latest Merkel - Steinbruck TV Duel, nor at the subsequent Bundestag Discussions (comp. Supra).

- However, experienced EU Parliament's vice-President, German ChristianDemocrat/EPP MEP, Reiner Wieland, from nearby Stuttgart, speaking recently to "EuroFora" in Strasbourg, precisely on the Merkel - Steinbruck TV Duel, where the German Chancellor denounced former "Socialist" Governments of Gerhard Schröder and Steinmeyer/Joshka Fischer, to have artificially provoked Greece's precocious and unprepared Entry in €uroZone back on 2000-2002, when we asked him, in this regard : - "Why did the Socialissts accept, then, to push Greece earlier than normal, inside €urozone ?", he sharply replied : - "Because Greece served (then) as a Trump-Card for Turkey('s controversial and unpopular EU bid) !", President Wieland reacted to "EuroFora"s question, confirming explicitly that 1999-2001 deal, whose Negative Consequences still affect EU's current situation on 2013..  

"EuroFora" hasn't yet checked whether CNN, Europe1, Les Echos, France 2, or Figaro and other Media participating to this exceptional Paris' event on the German Elections might have reported, or not, and how, on that crucial link between Greece's too Early €urozone entry, and Turkey's controversial and unpopular EU bid, apparently made back on 1999-2001, (Comp. Supra). But we wouldn't be astonished if such a "Hot" Critical Question might have been more or less ignored or Censored by ordinary Media, as it was recently done, f.ex. by all those written Newspapers, on-line Media, etc., that we consulted just after Chancellor Merkel herself strongly denounced "Multi-Culti" views of some "Turkish" circles, explicitly mentioned, clearly confirming her preference for "Integration" of immigrants in the Language and Culture of their freey chosen Host Country, right from the Start of her Final Sprint for the 2013 Electoral Campaign, back on August 14th, at Ludwigshafen, (See relevant "EuroFora"s NewsReport from the spot, already sent earlier to "EuroFora"s Subscribers/Donors)....

However, an incomplet but Interesting Reply to "EuroFora"s  Question was given by the experienced former EU affairs Minister, Bruno Le Maire :                                          

                                                            
 -  "A main point, in this regard, is whether Germany will become conscious of its European responsibilities, mainly vis a vis all the 17 Member States' strong €uroZone, so that it doesn't appear only as an Economic Power, but also as a European Power"; he pointed out.

 - "This meets also your Question on €uroZone : It's simple : If we want to avoid a debate on €uro itself,  and eventual withdrawals, or not, out of €urozone (as some EuroSceptics ask : Comp. Supra), then, let's have a Debate on the Level of €uro's price" in Global Markets, the mainstream French politician advised.

- And, "if we don't want for (EuroSceptic) political parties such as "Alternative fur Deutschland", who ask to return back to the German Mark, to become more important, then, let's accept to have a Debate on the Level of €uro's" Monetary Value : "Is it good or bad for Exports ? Should we push it Higher, or, on the contrary, Lower-it a bit, compared to US Dollar $, since it might be over-estimated vis a vis the US dollar $ ?", the experienced former EU Affairs Minister wondered.  - "This seems to me to be a more Healthy" and positive "Debate", he oberved critically.

- Because, "if that Debate is Rejected, then, a Risk exists, indeed, that (EuroSceptic) Parties such as "Alternative FD", become more Important, even if they don't yet become Leaders".
 
+ "This is also linked to the question of EU Elections, (initially raised by "EuroFora" : Comp. Supra) : - "Because all Extremist Parties  throughout Europe have 1 Common Point : They all ask to get out of €uroZone, and to radically Re-Nationalize almost all EU policies. Something to which I am strongly Opposed, naturally"; Bruno Le Maire added, on another point made by "EuroFora" (comp. Supra)..

=> "And the Big Question on the forthcoming EU (May 2014) Elections, is whether the extremist EuroSceptic Parties will manage, for the 1st time in History, to form a joint Group inside EU Parliament, or not : That's the real Question", he warned, (i.e. apparently taking for granted that they will grow, but questioning how much).

- "So that, our Responsibility for 2014 is, for Parties such as UMP (in France) and CDU/CSU (in Germany) which stand Close to eachother, to succeed to find a joint Project for the May 2014 EU Elections, which must be New enough, Credible enough, in order to hinder these Extremist (parties) to grow.

- "Otherwise, if there isn't any Debate, not even about €uro's level, if we persist claiming that everything would go perfectly well, in the Best Possible World, that Europe is wonderful, that we succeeded everything, that €uro is at its best ever level and that it's impossibe to find better, etc.,  then, it's guaranteed that Extremist Parties will have their Group inside EU Parliament next time".

 - On the contrary, "if we succeed to forge a really New Way to Speak" to the People, open to Discussions on Issuess which weres "Tabou", then I think that we can win these EU Elections",  he concluded, apparently including also Healthy Criticism,  able to attract People's interest,...

Strong Criticism of the 1999-2002 Error of former "Socialist" Governments by Financial Newspaper "Les Echos" :

     => In this regard, mainstream Economic Journal "Les Echos" International service's Journalist, Catherine Chatignoux, was strongly Critical, against that 1999-2002 Deal on Greece and Turkey, made mainly by former "Socialist" Politicians, then in the Government,  according to "EuroFora"s question  (Comp. Supra) :

- "I think that those European leaders" (i.e. the former "Socialist" Governments and EU Officials who had decided Greece's precocious entry into €urozone, in exchange of Turkey's controversial and unpopular EU bid : Comp. Supra), "bear an immense Responsibility", she stressed.

- "Because, once Greece came (precociously) in, then, several other EU Countries, such as Portugal, Spain, Ireland, etc, entered also inside €uroZone more or less unprepared, without ECB, neither EuroGroup or any other EU Institution playing their Monitoring role", denounced Today the Journalist speciaized on Financial issues.

"Europe1"'s Berlin Correspondent : Merkel, "the Chancellor of Europe" ?

Replying also to "EuroFora"s Question, "Europe1"'s Press Corespondent in Berlin, Helene Kohl, tried, on the contrary, to alleviate Political Responsibilities for the 1999-2002 Errrors (Comp. Supra), but agreed on the European importance of the 2013 German Elections, particularly as far as Merkel's role is concerned :

- Apparently, "it was as if Merkel had almost fallen intro a Trap, regarding that question on Greece, because, until now, nobody had ever raised, during these (German) Elections any question about €urozone, since it couldn't differenciate between the CDU and the SPD", she founf, about the issues evoked by "EuroFora".

- "But, suddenly appeared some informatons according to which Greece might need another Bailout, etc", she reminded, apparently speaking of German Finances' Minister Schauble's reported observarions at the end of this Summer, as they were presented by some Media.

  - "Thus, she was obliged to evoke this question, and, particularly, to distance herself from SPD, which, obviously, brandissed the Threat of another yet, 3rd Plan for Greece, etc., hoping to attract some more Voters", critically observed Helene Kohl.

- So, she (Chancellor Merkel) differentiated herself from SPD, by accusing it to have pushed Greece to enter €urozone, without fulfilling the necessary conditions" yet, "Europe1"'s Berlin Press Correspondent noted.

 - "I think that it's the only Sentence ("Phrase") by Merkel, during this campaign, during which she tried not to Divide People by opposing them one against the others, but rather to bring them all Together in an inclusive way. Howeer, maybe she spoke a little bit Faster than she should, on this point, .. even if her reputation ....seems already done, ..... But she is above all that, because she is convinced that she does the Right thing", Helene Kohl found.

     + At any case, "I think that her (German Chancelor Angie Merkel's) Ambition for her 3rd Mandate is to Mark History at a European level !", she rightfully concluded, suggesting a stronger Merkel's role in the foreseeable EU's Future.

- "Helmut Kohl was the Chancellor of Germany's Reunification, Schröder that of Reforms, while she (Merkel) expects to be registered in History as the Chancellor of Europe !", Helene concluded.

Meanwhile, another Keynote speaker : SIEMENS' Energy Director for S/E Europe, German Dr Andreas Görgen, agreed with "EuroFora" and other participants, including, particularly, his French counterpart, former EU affairs Minister Bruno Le Maire, that a qualitative advance ahead is needed in EU Integration particularly on the field of Industry, of a similar inspiration to that of the initial Coal and Steel community, which started to build what EU is today.

Recent developments clearly show that, Today, "the National scope has lost its pertinence, and is no more the Right one in order to solve such big Economic and Financial issues, which could be much Better dealt with, at an adequately organized EU level, he added.

But, despite admitting earlier to "EuroFora" that he had worked in the Past together with former German Foreign Minister Steinmeyer (PSD), particularly between 2003-2006, nevertheless, the current SIEMENS' Director for Enerhgy in South-East Europe, made it clear to everybody that he chose "not to say anything on Political issues", in general, as a matter of principle.

 - However, SIEMENS' key Senior Official, revealed later-on to "EuroFora" that he will be "Visiting Athens Next Week", obviously on Energy-related developments, (at a moment when Greece just signed a deal with Azerbaidjan on an old project for a Pipeline through Georgia and Turkey, Greece and Italy, towards the rest of the EU), including on the Israel - Cyprus - Greece High-Tech., innovative project to transport Natural Gas directly towards the rest of Europe, either in a Liquefied form loaded to Ships crossing the Mediterranean Sea, and/or modified in Electricity to be transferred by an under-Sea Cable, (as Istraeli Prime Minister Netanyahou had earlier proposed during a visit in Cyprus).

 - "We are working on that", too, ensured "EuroFora" SIEMENS' Energy Director for South-East Europe; whose jurisdiction extends from Belgium up to Cyprus, including France, Spain, Italy, etc., which are among the main EU Countries due to benefit from such kind of Mediterranean Energy Transports Directly towards Europe, (Germany having also a possibility to boost European Links to the Mediterranean with NLG transporting Ships by relaunching, together with France and other interested European Countries, a "classic" project to open a Rhone - Rhine Rivers' corridor also for "Grand Gabarit" Ships....

Probably inspired, in  "Fouquet's" 1899 built Bar-Restaurant, (registered as an "Historical Monument", famous in Cinema's circles for events on "Cesar" prize awards), particularly by its role in the ...."Artistic Prize of Angels and Demons of the Scenario" (sic !), CNN's Nina Dos Santos didn't hesitate to incite the key-note Speakers to exhaust their Imagination on the possible outcomes of the 2013 German Elections :

 - For "Europe1"s Berlin Correspondent Helene Kohl, eve, is "the most probable scenario" seems to be "a Big Coalition" between SPD/CDU as in the Past (See Infra), nevertheless, "my intuition, since the start, is that Chancellor Merkel will be able to lift the FDP and renew her (prefered, Black-Yellow) Coalition" with the Liberals, she said.

+ "However, I think that the (EuroSceptics of) AFD could create a Surprise on Sunday, because many Voters don't want to say to Polsters that  they will give their vote to such a Party of protest. And even if its Chief is not like (Italy's) Beppe Grillo, nevertheless, when I saw him, last Monday, near Brandenbourg's Gate, arrive with ....a Fire Fighters' lorry in order to Erase a Fire of False 500 €uro Bank-notes, it looked as if he was, from certain points of view, rather more Charismatic than Beppe Grillo, ... even if People gathered there didn't look so glad to receive old Deutchmark-like papers, instead of €uros... ", Helene found, smiling, ...

Obama/Hollande Pressure to Return Back to a "PSD/CDU" cohabitation of the Past ?

Meanwhile, in this regard, a net American preference, and heavy ideological pressure to Return back to a Socialist - ChristianDemocrat "CoHabitation" of the Past, became obvious during these Paris' Debates on the 2013 German Elections, mainly through CNN International's presentator, Nina Dos Santos' interventions and repeated suggestions, sometimes echoed also by one or another among the CNN-chosen keynote Speakers...

This included, particularly, a possibility for a "Socialist" Foreign Minister to be more forthcoming on US and French "Socialist" Presidents, Obama's and Hollande's eagerness for Military Interventions in Syria and/or other Hotspots, (despite the Unwillingness already expressed by a Majority of Citizens in France as well as in Germany, even the USA and various other important Countries, according to converging Polls)...

While, on the contrary, most German People and many among their Friends may prefer, instead, to Advance Forward to the Future, if needed, even with an Absolute Majority of MPs by CDU/CSU (theoretically possible, as recent Electoral Results in Bavaria showed), which could give to Chancellor Merkel, for the 1st Time, a good Chance to become, at last, Free to show what she really wants to accomplish for Germany and all Europe, without been exhausted any more by cumbersome, Time and Energy Consuming  Tensions and complicated, Frustrating Compromises between this or that unwilling Partners' heteroclite Coalition, as in the Past with the "Socialists", afterwards with the Liberals, and now eventually with all or part of the "Greens", (whose Voters support Merkel for more than 45%, according to recent Polls), etc....

It's well known that it's precisely in order to avoid any more Paralyzing "CoHabitations" with the "Socialists" that long-time fomer President Chirac had changed the French Constitution, preferring to reduce the Time of his Mandate from 7 to 5 Years, just to be able to Decide freely on the Policies to pursue, according to the Democratically expressed will of the Biggest Number of People's Votes for a Party, without anyone throwing any more spanners in the works...

Thus, f.ex., French ChristianDemocrat/EPP former EU affairs Minister, the Deutschsprahige Bruno Le Maire, reacted by strongly rejecting any idea that an eventual PSD-CDU cohabitation might change, not even a bit of Merkel's main Policy, pointing also at various other possibilities for her  : F.ex. to either Keep her Coalition with the Liberals, (as the German Chancellor has herself suggested), or to broker a new kind of Coalition with "Green" MPs, (as "EuroFora" have already suggested since 2010 : Comp. f.ex. : ......), while also not excluding at all a New Possibility for an Absolute Majority to an Independent CDU/CSU brand New Government....

After all, why not ?

=> The Best possible New Government Coalition for Germany and Europe could simply be to Give a Chance to "ANGIE's RAINBOW" ?

*Strasbourg/Angelo Marcopolo/- L'organisation paneuropéenne pour la Démocratie, les Droits de l'Homme et l'Etat de Droit, le Conseil de l'Europe, devrait normalement contrôler la décision controversée et sans précedent des autorités françaises à réfuser totalement au plus grand parti politique de l'opposition (UMP) d' utiliser son droit au remboursement des frais électoraux pour le plus important vote des derniers cinq ans : celui des élections présidentielles de 2012, l'obligeant ainsi de porter le lourd fardeau de 11 Millions €, qu'il devrait ainsi payer de sa poche dans un court délais de 2 mois seulement, ainsi le privant en plus de ressources suffisantes pour une longue serie des rendez-vous électoraux divers qui pointent déjà à l'horizon à court-terme, (pas seulement les Municipales, Cantonales, et Régionales etc. en France , mais aussi les Elections Européennes), selon ce qu'il a affirmé le Secretaire Général de l'UMP, Jean-François Copé en répondant à une question d'"EuroFora" :

- "Bien sûr", tout cela soulève des serieuses Questions par rapport aux Principes d'une Démocratie Pluraliste, de la Liberté d'Expression, de la façon de traiter l'Opposition, etc, et "Oui", le Conseil de l'Europe devrait normalement contrôler de tels incidents, et nous ferons ce qu'il faut pour cela, a-t-il acquiescé en substance, après un discours aux militants de l'UMP à Strasbourg auquel, après avoir parlé des écheances immédiates pour les Elections Municipales en France (fevrier/mars 2014), il a aussi annoncé pour la 1ère fois la Stratégie qu'il proposera pour les Elections au Parlement Européen de mai 2014, (v. - "EuroFora" avait notamment rappelé à Jean-François Copé que, - "Sur le réfus de rembourser les 11 Millions € de frais Electoraux qu'on a opposé seulement à l'UMP, sans qu'il y ait aucun précedent ..., dans la mésure où cela concerne aussi la Democratie et les Droits de l'Homme, comme certains Officiels du Conseil de l'Europe nous ont dit (V. http://www.eurofora.net/newsflashes/news/coemonitoringon11millionfinetooppositionpartyump.html ), il semble qu'il y aurait une possibilité pour l' Organisation PanEuropéenne d'y exercer un Contrôle, dans le cadre de la procedure dite "du suivi", alias "Monitoring", (qui a déjà été officiellement démandée recemment, par plus de 20 EuroDéputés de differents pays et groupes politiqes, à l'occasion surtout des denonciations de divers abus qu'auraient commis les forces de police contre des manifestants, même pacifiques, à Paris, qui protestaient contre une loi controversée imposant le "mariage" entre individus du même sexe et obligeant des Enfants à se soumettre à l'autorité d'Homosexuels, même étrangers à leur père et mère naturels, sous pretexte d'"Adoption", V. : http://www.eurofora.net/newsflashes/news/coemonitoringaskedforfranceonsamesexmariagetroubles.html + http://www.eurofora.net/newsflashes/news/coeslamspoliceviolenceinfranceasturkeyaftersamesexmariagelaw.html ), -"Pensez-vous (l'UMP) que cette procedure devrait avancer ?", nous avons demandé à Copé.

- "Oui, .. Bien sûr !", a répondu clairement le Secrétaire Général de l'UMP, sur tous les 2 points évoqués, après avoir attentivement ecouté ladite double question d'"EuroFora", et se montrant interessé d'avoir encore plus d'informations concrères à ce sujet, en sus de celles qui avaient été déjà données.

Symboliquement, Copé a eu cette echange à Strasbourg après un discours politique souvent applaudi dans une salle archi-pleine, juste à côté de ... la Cour Européenne des Droits de l'Homme, (où tout parti politique d'opposition se sentant lesé par les autorités publiques dans un Etat-Membre du Conseil de l'Europe, a, naturellement, le droit de déposer aussi un récours, dans un délais de 6 Mois après la décision contestée, (cad., dans ce cas, jusqu'aux environs de Décembre 2013 - Janvier 2014).

                   

- "L' UMP a pris le ciel sur la tête, un certain 4 juillet, lorsque le CC. a décidé d'annuler les Comptes de Campagne" pour les Elections Présidentielles de 2012 : "Epreuve" dans laquele nous avons été "côte à côte avec Nicolas Sarkozy", a-t-il rappelé.

- "C'est vrai qu'on eu un peu Peur" : "Parce que, trouver 11 Millions € dans un mois" et quelques jours, "ce n'est pas écrit en avance", Copé a avoué.

- "Si j'ai volontairement donné de la Gravité dans l' Appel que j'avais lancé", (pour une Souscription parmi les sympathisants du parti), en disant que "la Voix de l' UMP ne pouvait pas s' Eteindre !", c'est parce "qu'on Ne pouvait pas Réduire le Débat Public sur le fait de cette seule Décision juridique : Entre un côté où la Gauche tient tous les Pouvoirs, et de l'autre les Extrêmes"...

+ D'autant plus, qu'en même temps, Jean-Francois Copé a vivement critiqué aussi les "Violences" Policières, les arrestations et l' enfermement "de plusieurs "Jeunes Manifestants (souvent totalement Pacifiques, comme plusieurs Videos+ attestent) contre la Loi Taubira", dans les "Prisons" ou Commissariats, "dans des Conditions Deplorables !", tandis que des truands "violents aux banlieux étaient relachés", comme il a dénoncé dans son discours, très fortement applaudi.

++ Ce qui s'ajoute actuellement, (du point de vue d'un éventuel "Monitoring" par le Conseil de l' Europe, quant au respect des Droits de l'Homme etc.), même à la Question de l' "Objection de Conscience des Maires recalcitrants qu'on ménace avec des lourdes Sanctions, Financières, d' Exclusion, et même de Prison, s'lls persistent à réfuser de celebrer personellement ce qu'ils estiment Heurter radicalement leurs Valeurs Morales, voire Réligeuses, comme le ressente aussi la Majorité des Citoyens concernées, cad. les "Mariages" entre persones du même Sexe que cette Loi cherche d' imposer par la Force, (ainsi elargissant le nombre de couples Steriles, tentés d'exiger des "Procréations Médicalement Assistées", des "Mères Porteuses", etc. avec des Ménaces évidente contre la Dignité Humaine et l' Avenir de l' Humanité en général, si les Procréations Natiurelles sont de plus en plus contre-balancées par des Procréations Artificielles d'Etres Humains, soumises au Pouvoir d'une Technocratie), et la soumission d' Enfants au pouvoir d' Homosexuels sous prétexte d' "Adoption". Ce que des Collectifs comme celui des "Maires pour l'Enfance" ont contesté juridiquement devant le Conseil d'Etat, venant d'obtenir la Conclusion de son Commissaire du gouvernement (un Juge administratif Indépendant, malgré la dénomination Historique de sa fonction, qui est d'étudier le dossier et d' établir un Rapport avec recommendations) en faveur du bésoin de soulever une "serieuse Question de Constitutionalité" des Circulaires Ministérielles qui ménacent les Elus, récommendant de surseoir à statuer afin de renvoyer l' affaire au Conseil Constitutionel par la voie prejudicielle, (s'agissant aussi d'un point qui correspond bien à la Liberté de pensée et notamment de Réligion, protégée aussi par la Convention Européenne des Droits de l'homme).

- Entre temps, l' ex-Président de la République, Nicolas Sarkozy, a déjà denoncé, surtout le fait que ladite décision controversée du CC, (auquel le Gouvernement actuel, mené par le Parti Socialiste, venait de nommer 3 nouveaux Membres parmi ses proches), contre l' UMP, était sans aucun précedent dans l' Histoire, et n' avait jamais frappé aucun autre parti politique, à la seule exception de l' UMP maintenant, soulevant des sérieux Problèmes de Pluralisme Démocratique, et de Liberté d' Expression de l' Opposition en pratique réelle, tandis qu'elle paraissait aussi manifestement Excessive et Disproportionnée, puisqu'on rejetta Toutes les Dépenses Electorales avancées en 2012, au seul pretexte d'un simple évenement contesté, qui ne representait que seulement 2,1% de l'ensemble...

- Ainsi, Jean-François Copé a exprimé aujourd'hui sa "Joie", et son "Emotion", devant une Réunion publique bien suivie, de voir que les Citoyens "ont répondu, comme ils ont fait", avec la Souscription de cet Eté : - "Nous avons apporté 11 Millions € ,en 2 Mois, en 8 Semaines d' Eté, en pleine Crise Economique", réussissant à "réaliser la plus importante Levée des Fonds, jamais réalisé sous la Ve République", (1958 - 2013), cad. dans plus de 55 années, plus qu'un démi-Siècle), s'est il vanté....

- "Ceux qui croyaient qu'on n'allait pas se rélever" d'une série de coups négatifs, ont eu "tort", car "aujourd'hui, l'UMP est la 1ère force Militante du Pays", Copé s'est vanté : - "Il a gagné la Totalité des Elections Legislatives Partielles" (6), dépuis 2012. Et "l'UMP, qu'on disait divisée et moribonde, ... s'est prononcée, en Juin (2013), avec un grand nombre de Participation" des ses militants, sur un avenir prévisible commun, a-t-il ajouté.

+ A cette occasion, Copé a promis aussi à tous les membres de l'UMP "une totale Liberté d' Expression" : Il suffit que "nous nous rassemblions au moment des Décisions", car, "l' Avenir s'ecrira Ensemble, ou il s'ecrira Sans nous", a-t-il averti, vivement applaudi par une aspiration populaire d' Unité à la base de l' UMP, clairement visible à Strasbourg, comme au reste de la France.

- "L' UMP devrait être le parti des toutes les tendances du Centre et de la Droite", mais, desormais, "compte tenu de la Gravité de la Situation de la France" actuellement, "cela ne suffit plus : La feuille de route qui est le nôtre, c'est qu'il faut que l' UMP devienne le Parti de tous les Français, cad. qu'il soit le point de ralliement de tous ceux qui veulent la Relève (politique), d'où qu'ils viennent" : Je ne veux pas trier les Electeurs selon ce qu'ils ont pu voté dans le Passé". Car, "ce qui compte, comme dans les Grandes Heures de l' Histoire, c'est, qu' autour d'une Dynamique, autour d'un Leadership, d'un Programme et d'un Projet, des hommes et des femmes, de toute sensibilité, de toutes conditions, de tous les origines, de toute Religion, se disent que, desormais, la seule Voie possible, c'est celle que l'UMP propose pour l' Avenir des Enfants de France", a-t-il souligné.

- Alors, tout dependra, non pas des "subtilités tactiques", mais de "la force du Projet", car, "la Verité est que la Deception des français est telle, par ce qui se passe les dernières 15 mois", par FH, "que nous avons devant nous "un Boulevard", comme on dit, mais, surtout, une Resposnabilité signalée". Ma "Conviction" est qu' actuellement, "la Situation de la France est si Grave, que seule nôtre Famille Politique peut la Sauver", martella-t-il dans cette même Réunion. Cela "peut paraître arrogant, mais j'assume mes responsabilités", comme il a dit, "malgré quelques erreurs que nous avons pu commetre au Passé, accusant "cette Gauche Française d'être, en réalité, ..Retrograde et Conservatrice".

- "Ils avaient promis de re-inventer le Rève, mais, au bout de 15 mois, tout est dit : La réalité est l' Explosion du Chomage, (avec "1.300 Chomeurs de plus chaque Jour, dépuis les Elections" de 2012), l' Explosion des Impôts, de la Delinquence", et "Montée Incessante du Communautarisme".

- "Le tout dans une ambiance de Non-Dit, Indigne d'un grand pays démocratique comme la France, où le poids de la "Pensée Unique", est tel qu'il nous faut en permanence bousculer des Montagnes, pour avoir simplement le Droit de ...dire, ce qu'on veut dire au nom de la Verité", de ce que vit le Peuple, a-t-il denoncé, applaudi.

Sa critique du "Communautarisme" correspond au fleau du "Multi-Culti", recemment denoncé aussi par la Chancellière Allemande Angie Merkel, et le Prémier Ministre Brittanique David Cameron, ainsi que Nicolas Sarkozy, etc, qui impose un "Appart-Heid" socio-Culturel, voire même Ethnique, en forcant certains Quartiers, jadis assimilés et avec beaucoup plus de cohésion, à dévenir des "Ghettos", et se soumettre aux dictats des pétits "chefs" de tel ou tel Groupe Ethnique, secretement choisi par quelques potentats locaux, ce qui provoque manifestement des Risques Graves contre l' Integration et la Paix Sociale, voire la Sécurité et le respect des Droits Humains élementaires des Citoyens...

Ce dont certains Experts, initiallement Scandinaves, avaient déjà averti, parlant au co-Fondateur d' "EuroFora" et autres Journalistes au Conseil de l' Europe dépuis plus de 15 ans auparavant, mais qui semble ménacer davantage aujourd'hui certains quartiers en Allemagne et même en France, Strasbourg y compris, où p.ex. on tente d' imposer, (avec Financements Publics payés par l'argent des contribuables, y compris les Pauvres qui versent la TVA sur tous leurs maigres révenus), de plus en plus des Mosquées etincelantes, (autrement bienvenues, mais, dans ce cas) erigés en endroits differents de ceux dont les habitants avaient été consultés, devant la porte de plusieurs Habitations Collectives et même d' Institutions pour Enfants, tandis qu'au même coin les Eglises Chrétiennes periclitent, marginalisées, éloignées, isolées, voire aggressées et amenées à se réfugier derrière des Barrages Metaliques fermés, (là où, en plus, toute présence Juive visible reste absente, à la seule exception d'un ..Cimetière plus loin). + Tout en ajoutant l' obligation qu'on ménace d'imposer à tous les Habitants de payer de leurs poches pour financer le raccordement collectif à un ou plusieurs Satelites de ...radio-télé Turcs, pour mattraquer avec plusieurs Chaines TV en langue et propagande Turque, aussi bien des Français ou Espagnols, Italiens, etc., que des Grecs, Chypriotes, Arméniens, etc. et autres Européens, sans même penser au Shock Traumatisant dont pourraient soufrir de ce fait certaines Familles de Victimes d' Exactions brutales, surtout lorsque le Centenaire des Génocides Arméniens et d'autres approche en 2015, 2022, etc, et qui risque, manifestement, aussi de provoquer encore un Obstacle au bésoin notoire d' Integration Linguistique, Culturelle et Educative des Enfants d'origine turque eux-mêmes, les ménacant à perdre une precieuse occasion d' "immersion linguistique" à la langue du pays-hôte : le français, à laquelle tout Enfant né et/ou scolarisé en France devrait, normalement, avoir une chance d'y accéder librement, au lieu d'être enfermé dans un Ghetto...

- C'est ainsi que le Secretaire Général du plus grand parti de l' Opposition en France, été amené de révendiquer clairement "la Liberté d' aimer nôtre Langue, nôtre Culture, et nôtre Identité, et de pouvoir le dire librement", largement applaudi. , ..

+ En plus, "l' adhésion aux Valeurs de la France", "la maitrise de la Langue... ", "une Qualification qui correspond aux bésoins ... et la Capacité de subvenir aux bésoins de sa Famille par un travail, pas par des allocations" seulement, "tout cela est important .. aussi pour le Succès de l' Integration de celui qui vient" en France ou au reste de l'Europe, a-t-il ajouté.

- "Je me souviens de l' Immigration du début du 20e Siècle qui venait .. même des coins éloignés de l' Europe Centrale", "p.ex. de la Pologne, la Roumanie, etc" : - "La première préoccupation de celui qui venait en France à l' époque était de s'assimiler", rappella-t-il. P.ex. "de parler Français sans accent. .. et quant on sortait dans la rue, on était totalement assimilé, en droits et aux dévoirs de la République". Et "pendant 2 Conflits Mondiaux, à 1914 on était dans les mêmes Tranchés, avec l'uniforme de l'Armée française, comme en 1940, avec le même Patriotisme, et avec la même Reconnaissance du Pays qui avait acceuilli ceux qui fuyaient tous les fléaux possibles", "et qui faisaient de la Population .. de l'époque, une population assimilée",

- Même aujourd'hui, Copé a assuré être "tout le temps mobilisé pour la réussite de l' Integration de ceux qui sont en France, y consacrant une energie folle (notamment dans sa propre Mairie), comme tous les Maires, car nôtre interêt c'est que ca marche, que les gens réussissent leurs parcours. Il y aura, donc, un immense travail d'accomplir pour dire : Voilà les droits, voilà les dévoirs, nôtre but c'est de vous faire réussir, mais que pour cela il faut des règles comprises par tous", a-t-il conclu.

Sur les Elections Européennes de mai 2014 : -

 "J' aime tellement l'Europe, que je veut la Changer !"

- Annoncant aujourd'hui "les grandes lignes .... pour les Combats à venir" aux "Elections Européennes", qui arrivent dans moins d'un an, le Secretaire Géneral du plus grand parti de l'opposition en France, (et qui dispose un grand nombre d'EuroDéputés dépuis sa Victoire de 2009, avec une Campagne conjointe Sarkozy - Merkel, placée sous le leadership de Joseph Daul, Président du Groupe Chrétien-Démocrate/PPE), a souligné son intention d'y apporter de l' "Energie", de faire une campagne "très Sérieuse", et de "ne pas faire la Langue de bois".

Il a, en effet, promis de "mettre (au moins) la même Energie pour la campagne Européenne" de Mai 2014, que pour les campagnes électorales nationales (p.ex. les Municipales de fevrier/mars 2014).

- "Et je sais que je peut compter aussi sur l' Energie de mes amis les Députés Européens", a-t-il ajouté, saluant leur présence, et surtout du Commissaire Européebn Michel Barnier, ex-Ministre des affaires etrangères, (qu'a salué "EuroFora", ensemble avec le Président de la Commission de Défense/Securité au Parlement Européen, Arnaud Danjean). Payant hommage "au travail remarquable qu'accomplissent" les "EuroDéputés" présents, "pour porter nos couleurs au Parlement de Strasbourg", Copé a regretté que, jusqu'à maintenant, "cela n'est pas assez expliqué au large Public, qui ne sait pas assez sur ce que vous faites". "Mais, moi je sais, et j'en porterais toujours témoignage, car ces EuroDéputés" sont "Sérieux, Courageux, ils Travaillent, défendent nos Idées, partagent nos Valeurs, et, sur tous les sujets, ils porteront toujours l' Etendard de l'Europe que nous aimons", .

- Pourtant, "Je suis parfaitement conscient et lucide sur les faiblesses de l'Europe" actuelle, tout en étant "profondement Européen", (p.ex. "j'ai voté "Oui" à tout, et je continuérais à le faire", comme il a rappelé).

- "Car la Terre dans laquelle nous vivons c'est d'abord une Terre de Paix, grace à l' Union Européenne, et cela nous devons le dire aux jeunes génératons, (particulierement ici, dans cette Alsace qui a tant souffert" par les conflits au Passé).

- "Mais, .. la condition de la Paix est nécessaire, mais pas suffisante" : En plus, "l' Europe, aujourd'hui, doit être capable de proposer à nos Enfants (aussi) la Prosperité. Sinon, ils la quitteront", a-t-il averti. "Et ca permettra à tous les Démagogues de venir dire que l'origine de tous les maux serait l'Europe :.. eh bien, Non !".

=> - Ainsi, "Moi je veut faire Campagne sur une Formule : - "J'aime tellement l' Europe, que j'en veut une autre !", cad. la Changer, declara-t-il avec force.

- (1) Il nous faut "une Europe dans laquelle la 1ère Motivation, c'est de constituer une Zone de Paix et de Croissance pour tous", a souligné d'emblée le SG de l'UMP.

- (2) Et "une zone dans laquelle on Protège les Citoyens et les Entreprises", en les mettant "en Egalité de Concurrence, (p.ex. sans Dumping Social et/ou Environemental, etc), comme les autres", continua-t-il : P.ex. "les USA protègent leur Marché", et "les Chinois aussi protègent leur Marché", tandis que nous(UE) non !", a-t-il denoncé, préferrant "la Reciprocité", (comme certaines positions presentées, au nom de l'UMP, par Nicolas Sarkozy en 2012). - "Sinon, je ne vois pas comment nos Entreprises pourront créer des Emplois en Europe", a-t-il averti.

- (3) Quant à "la Question de Schengen", il "faut la mettre sur la table", restant "pro-Européens, mais en se disant les choses".

- (4) Ainsi que dans "bien d' Autres sujets", que nous évoquerons lors des Elections Européennes de Mai 2014, où "il y a Beaucoup, beaucoup à faire", selon Jean Francois Copé, qui semble avoir laissé la porte ouverte aussi à diverses autres grandes préoccupations des Citoyens Européens, (comme p.ex. l' Identité et l' Avenir de l'Europe, la Transparence et leur participation aux Débats Démocratiques avant la prise des Décisions qui affectent la Société, etc).

Sur la "Crédibilité" des promesses faites par les politiciens, (qui est actuellement mise en cause dans plusieurs pays à travers le Monde), Copé a soutenu l' idée que, "comme le Général De Gaulle", il faudrait prendre les plus grandes Décisions sur les principes des plus importantes Réformes "dans les premiers 6 Mois", après une victoire électorale, si bésoin avec des procédures rapides (comme "des Ordonnances", etc), p.ex. pour Reformer l' Ecole, le Travail (y compris avec la "Suppression du limite des 35 Heures par sermaine, qui a fait tant du mal à l' Economie du pays", comme il a dit, applaudi par son auditoire), reduire les Depenses Publiques, etc., quite à consacrer le reste du Temps pour dialoguer, appliquer, completer, modifier, améliorer, etc

+ Enfin, evoquant, auparavant, l'actualité Internationale, Jean-François Copé a ajouté sa voix à ceux qui ont déjà salué l' initiative actuelle de la Russie de chercher une voie Pacifique, ensemble avec les USA, au conflit Syrien, en proposant un contrôle selon la Convention de l'ONU sur tous les Armes Chimiques qui pourraient se trouver en Syrie, réunissant l' accord de principe du Gouvernement de Damas, malgré quelques réticences d'une partie de l'opposition (notoirement et curieusement divisée, contrairement à ce qui c'est passé initialement dans tous les autres pays du "Printemps Arabe" : Tunisie, Egypte, Lybie, etc., où tous les opposants s'étaient d'abord Unis, sans aucune exception notable).
