World movement for Natural Family = No 1 Victim of Obama-led controversial EU Sanctions v. Russia ?!

*Strasbourg/- An America-based, World-wide popular movement which defends the values of Natural Family has paradoxically become the 1st real Victim of controversial "Sanctions" against Russia, pushed by "Socialist" ("Liberal") US President Barack Obama, and too often echoed by the out-going Barroso EU Commission in Brussels, which persists to take decisions in certain particularly serious matters even after the recent, May 2014 EU Elections, where a large Majority of EU Citizens clearly gave a Different Democratic Mandate, both on this and other crucial/topical issues, (Comp. relevant "EuroFora"s Draft NewsReport, already sent to Subscribers/Donors previously).

Indeed, after having been initialy obliged, since March, to "Suspend the preparation' of its scheduled landmark Annual Congress for 2014, which was due to take place, for the 1st Time in History, in Moscow, the "World Congress of Families", one of the most important Global Civil Society Organisations in this field, Headquartered in Northern America (Illinois, USA), was finaly forced to definitively "Cancel" its gathering in Russia, which had been scheduled for September 2014,  (and even any Annual gathering at all, this year), against its own will.

Traditional, or rather, "Natural Family" has notoriously faced systematic and coordinated Attacks recently, hypocriticaly made in the name of a controversial part of a LGBT lobby, (something for which many Homosexuals are not seeking at all), but in fact manipulated by a shady lobby of selfish Technocrats, in an attempt to expoit Homosexual couples in order submit to a Technocratic Power the greater possible number of Human Births, (particularly for Genetic Manipulations of Human Embryos), by obliging them to abuse of Artificial means, such as Medically Assisted Procreations, Fertilisation in Vitro, Surrogate Mothers, Sperms/Ovaries/Embryos "Banks", etc., without any regard neither to Human Dignity, nor to obvious Dangers against all Humankind.

While the private life of Homosexuals is free in Russia, nevertheless, the Government of popular President Vladimir Putin has recently gained a Worldwide sympathy and solidarity from some key parts of the Conservative Values and/or real Ecologic Popular Movements actively supporting Families, because of its reported Ethical stance on protecting People and particularly Children from Public Propaganda attempting to spread Homosexuality, protecting Children (f.ex. from Poor Families and/or deceased or persecuted/refugee/jailed People, etc) from any Risk to be obliged to submit to the "Authority" of Homosexuals who are complete Stragers to him, i.e. without any relation to his Family, on pretext of so-called "Adoption", while also being one among those European and other Governments across the World which take a clear stance in favor of Natural Family, (composed of a Man and a Woman, in principe able to give Natural Birth to Children). Such facts have attracted several unprecedented expressions of support to Russia even from Right-Wing, famous American public personalities.

This was recently extended, since 2013, also in other Countries, and particularly France, mainly after a Growing Wave of Popular Demonstrations in Paris and elsewhere to support Natural Family, Natural Births and Childrens' Rights, against a controversial Bill of a Government backed only by a diminishing Minority of Voters, aiming to impose "Same Sex Marriage" and even "Adoption of Children by Homosexual couples", while also threatening to go even further : F.ex. by attempts to impose, at least partly, Medically Assisted Procreations for Homosexuals, Surrogate Mothers' practice in at least certain cases, Massive Brain-Washing even of small Children entrusted in Public Schools imposing them the controversial view of "Gender" , (or, alias, of the idea that there is Not any Natural Sexual Identity, but only Subjective and/or Socialy determined Feelings, subject even to arbitrary changes). This French People's Movement for Natural Family and Childrens' Rights, despite its Popular Success, was surprisingly  oppressed by an unprecedented and growing Police Violence and initially heavy persecution, to the point that it triggered even CoE's PanEuropean Parliamentary Assembly's express Condemnation, back on June 2013 in Strasbourg, when 2 Strong Resolutions were adopted, to clearly denounce the Abuse of Force by the Police and to ask for a special "Monitorig" mission to further investigate the matter in France.

Confirming relevant Fears of BioEthicaly-motivated People, that same Year, the same Minority Government (Cf. Supra) imposed also a controversial Bill practically allowing Genetic Manipulations of Human Embryos, immediately after the "Same Sex Marriage" conflict.

Meanwhile, inside the US, several Federated State's Constitutions, where explicit rules for the protection of Natural Family, Traditional, i.e. Man-Woman Marriage and Childrens' Rights had been recently added after various succesful Popular Referanda which had winned Majority Votes in Damocratic processes, started recently to be overthrowed and/or cancelled even by simple one-man decisions of an isolated and non-elected Judge at single Courts of one or another local District, subject only of control by USA's Supreme Court, most Members of which have been recently appointed by out-going US President Obama, notoriously pushing a controversial Same Sex Marriage political Agenda, (just after authorizing Federal Funding for controversial Genetic Manipulations of Human Embryos, already since March 2009, as it was recently done also in France : Comp. Supra).

Founded on 1997 in Illinois (USA), the World Congress of Families, ("an international network of pro-family organizations, scholars, leaders and people of goodwill from more than 80 Countries that seek to restore the Natural Family as the fundamental social unit and the ‘seedbed’ of civil society -as found in the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, 1948", according to its official documents), has already organized 8 International collective gatherings, starting from Europe : in Prague on 1997, and continuing by nearby Geneva, Mexico City, Warsaw, Amsterdam, Madrid, and Sydney (Australia) on 2013, to which was scheduled to be added also a 9th this Year, in Moscow, during 10-12 September 2014.

According to Wikipedia, WCF's 2014 Moscow International Congerss had been "promoted as "the 'Olympics' of the international Pro-Life movement supporting the Natural Family”, while America, Conservative mainstream Media "Nation" had anounced, since January 2014, that ""protection of the Unborn (Child, i.e.  of the Human Embryo) “will be High on the Agenda at the WCF’s 2014 Congress in Moscow in September", (according to "Pro-Natural Family" profam.org).

 WCF's final anouncement about the imposed obligation to "Cancel" its 2014 International Congress in Moscow refers to an earlier text which clearly reveals that "US and EU Sanctions" ... "have raised Questions about Travel, Logistics, and other matters Necessary to plan WCF VIII", (particularly after Obama's decision to Block even American Credit Cards' use in Russia, etc). In this regard, WCF stressed from the outset that "the Russian People, Churches or Individuals ...have taken a Leadership role in the Fight to preserve Life, Marriage, and the Natural Family at home and as part of the International pro-family Movement". "We are Proud of the accomplishments of our Russian Partners, and Applaud the moves of the Russian People, through their elected representatives, to Protect Life, the Family and the innocence of Children. At a time when (some) Western Governments are moving Backward to a Pagan Worldview, Russia has taken a Leadership role to advance the Natural Family",

- "The World Congress of Families takes no position on foreign affairs, except as they affect the natural family.  The natural family is above national concerns and should transcend and unite all people of good will who recognize the centrality of the family as the foundation of civilization. Our Russian Partners and others we have worked with in the Russian Federation have our prayers and Encouragement in their Pro-family work", America-based WCF concludes.

- Because "WCF believes the Natural Family is the Fundamental unit of Society; that it is the Basis of all Healthy and Progressive Civilizations".... It's "the fundamental social unit, inscribed in Human Nature, and centered around the voluntary Union of a Man and a Woman in a lifelong covenant of Marriage", mainly for "giving and receiving Love", for the "development of Children", "a Home", and "Bonds among Generations", with "Compassion" for other People.

Meanwhile, several Famous American Conservatives had recently expressed their Support to Russian President Vladimir Putin, going well beyond Henry Kissinger, etc., up to WCF's CEO Larry Jacobs, well known  Pat Buchanan, Franklin Graham, etc.

Astonishingly, even a popular Rebel leader among the Eastern Ukrainian Dissident People at Donetsk/Luhansk pro-Russian and pro-Autonomy Regions, expressed, recently at a Video-Interview, his supporters' Dismay in front of Kiev Authorities' alleged intention to impose "Same Sex Marriage" throughout all Ukranian areas... Similar Opposals were also expressed often by various Popular pro-Dissident Websites earlier, which used to ridicule also the controversial "Gender" Theory (claiming that Sex wouldn't be determined by Nature, but only by Social and/or subjective, unpredictable, changing and evasive factors), in particular, attributing it to their most harsh political opponents, (particularly after the controversial "EuroVision" award to Barbed Travesti "Conchita").

Such issues are of even larger importance in Today's Europe, as even in France, democraticaly elected Mayors recently gaced Threats of Heavy Fines and/or long ImPrisonment if they dared refuse to celebrate themselves controversial "Same Sex Marriages" between Homosexuals, arguying of their "Freedom of Conscience Rights", resulting in various Popular Petitions in support of persecuted Mayors, and in a still on-going series of individual and/or Collective Applications to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, earlier this year, followed by a Strong Majority Win  of the Center-Right and Rightist Candidates to the March 2014 French Local Elections, where its mainly those who had earier replied Positively to pro-Natural Family NGOs (as "Manif. pour tous", etc.) that Won most People's votes.

+ Natural Family is officialy cited both at UNO's "Universal Declaratio of Human Rights" since 1948, and in CoE's PanEuropean Convention on Human Rights, which entered into force since 1953, (Article 8, even if, later-on, a controversial,  ECHR ruling bypassed the explicit Text of the Treaty, which clearly speaks of "a Man and a Woman"), as well as in a widely circulated at the PanEuropean CoE's Parliamentary Assembly "Written Declaration" already signed by many mainstream MEPs since the beginning of 2014, (etc).

++ Moreover, popular Hungarian Prime Minister Victor Orban, who succeeded to brillantly Win, by an absolute Majority, both 2010 and 2014 National Elections, as well as the May 2014 EU Parliament's Election, has notoriousy decided to introduce inside the Constitution of the Country the traditional Definition of Marriage as a Union between Man and Woman, as part of a wider support for Natural Family, which enjoys a wide Popular Support, (as well as, f.ex. in Lithuania, France, Ireland, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Germany, Austria, Portugal, Italy, Russia, China, many African Countries, and even at a great part of the UK as recent EU Elections showed, as well as for most USA States' population, etc).

 - "Family policies should be left to each (EU) Member State", said earlier to "EuroFora" the new EU Commission's President - elect, experienced long-time former Prime Minister of Luxembourg, Jean-Claude Juncker, reacting to recent attempts to impose a controversial alteration of the traditional Family definition.

 Could such BioEthical Differencies between Presidents Obama, Putin and others, (where what is really at stake is of much greater Importance in practice than what is usualy said by established Mass Media), eventually explain, at least partly, some of the real reasons for which EU is Today faced with the Paradox to reportedly be pushed and ready to impose even more and Heavier Economic "Sanctions" against Russia, despite the Recent Developments, which, normaly, should plead, on the Contrary, to Ease Tensions and renew Dialogue and Cooperation, such as the Fact that :

(1) The First EU Economic Sanctions, imposed at the End of July, have hit back against EU's own Economy, both versus Stock Markets, Exports, Growth and Agricultural products, as well as v. European Values, (Comp., f.ex.: http://www.eurofora.net/newsflashes/news/developmentsbackcalltochangeeurussiapolicy.html );

 (2) The preliminary Report of the Dutch AirSafety Board on MH17's crash surprisingly seems to point at various Other Directions, Different to those of a too superficial "Official Version" 100% against Pro-Russian Dissidents, and raise unexpected Critical Questions also vis a vis Kiev a.o. (3) Most important : The September 5 Agreement at Minsk for an unlimited Bilateral CeaseFire, (which has already entered into force, in principle, including by starting to exchange groups of of POWs to let Free), and first Steps towards outlining a possible Political Settlement,  are now a fragile but undeniable reality, (Comp. f.ex. http://www.eurofora.net/newsflashes/news/coesgjaglandonukraineceasefireafterkievmoscowwalesvisits.html).

In front of such New Facts, which, apparently, pleaded towards Better and not Worse EU - Russia relations Today, and towards ameliorating, instead of deteriorating, the overall PanEuropean atmosphere, the insistance of some to impose even more and more Heavy "Sanctions" against Russia, as if there wasn't any Progress at all on the South-Eastern Ukraine issue, obviously starts to raise legitimate Questions about the existence of an eventualy "Hidden Agenda", at least for certain actors.
