CoE: Enquiry to find out who gave Sophisticated Arms to Brutal Islamic Terrorists of ISIL asked

*Strasbourg/CoE/Angelo Marcopolo/-(Partly Updated on Draft Resolution)/- A PanEuropean/International Investigation on how the Deadly Islamic Terrorists of "ISIL" suddenly found "Sophisticated Arms", documentate the most Serious Crimes against Human Rights, find and punish those responsible, as well as Urgent Help in Defensive "Anti-Tank" Weapons able to face ISIL's "Humwee" and "Abraam" Tanks, Rocket Systems, etc, coupled with a much needed Humanitarian Aid directly to the affected People and their Representatives, (instead of Turkey's obvious attempt to find a Pretext for Foreign Military Invasion into Syria), were among the main demands expressed at the CoE by the Leader of the Kurdish quasi-Autonomous Region of North-Eastern Syria,  Salih Muslim Muhammed, who, speaking also to "EuroFora" confirmed the reputation and the will of his region for a succesful integration and Freedom of Christians (almost 10% there, according to other sources, recently at EU Parliament in Strasbourg), and other Religious or Ethnic Minorities.

In this regard, the Head of the Kurdish Democratic Union Party (DYP) also denounced the strange fact that ISIL Terrorists took recently the Strategic Iraq City of Mossul (disputed between Turkey and the UK in the Past, known for its Oil/Gas resources and Home of Historic Christian Communities) "almost without any real Fight", precisely when they suddenly received such Sophisticated Weapons. Moreover, most MAPs of the entire Syria-Iraq-Turkey area, as that published f.ex. by German mainstream "Die Welt", reveal that All Areas Occupied by "ISIS"' Extreme Islamic Terrorists, form an astonishing, never seen before, shape of a kind of Network, without really occupying the intermediary  areas, as if it was made mainly by the routes through which the have rolled with their "Abraam" Tanks..

All those Arms, Foreign Mercenaries, etc. arrived to the Extremist Islamist Terrorists of "ISIL" almost always "through Turkey", and particularly when DYP started recently to better "Organize" its Kurdish semi-Autonomous region, Salih Muslim denounced.

Syrian Kurds, organised in their People Defense Militia (YPG, which include also many Women, particularly motivated to defend their Home areas from the Brutal Islamic Terrorists of "ISIS"), want and can defend their Region themselves, but they Urgently Need Help, particularly with Anti-Tank Weapons, which are  "Defensive arms", he observed. As for much needed Humanitarian Aid, it is better to make "Direct" Contacts with the suffering population's own representatives, instead of passing through proxies (f.ex. through Turkey, etc), he advised.

While Harsh Battles were continuing, after "Shelling during all the Week-End", in the recently "surrounded" Kombani City of some 250.000 inhabitans, and, therefore, "the weakest point" of the quasi-Autonomous Kurdish city, as its Head told "EuroFora", PanEuropean CoE's Parliamentary Assembly (where Turkey is participating) decided to debate and adopt an "Urgent" Resolution on ISIL ... 3 Days Later, i.e. on Thursday, (i.e. the latest possible Day, since Friday is usually Empty from MEPs, except from a few, particularly Interested in certain Specific issues), due to be preceded by the Drafting and the Adoption of a Report by the Foreign Affairs Committee Tomorrow Afternoon, on Tuesday, while Wednesday was apparently reserved for possible Amendments, as PACE's President, Ann Brasseur, revealed earlier Today,  (Monday Morning : See Infra).

But, meanwhile, Turkey reportedly anounced that it prepares even an Official Decision from its National Parliament for a possible Military Intervention by Lethal Force inside Syria, eventualy from Thursday, (i.e., by another "coincidence", the Same Day that CoE has scheduled to debate and vote on ISIL-related matters, on the occasion of serious Violations of Human Rights of Christians, Kurds and other Communities, at the Middle East area)...

Indeed, according to written documents distributed by representatives of a "European" association of Kurdish Demonstrators, asking for Help to face the "Genocide threatened by ISIS ("Daesh" en Arab), to CoE's Officials, MEPs, Diplomats, Journalists, and other People entering at the CoE : - "Turkey aims to Occupy" by its Army "Rojava" (the semi-Autonomous Kurdish region at Northern Syria), "by attempting to convince the International Community that it would be necessary to make of this Border Area a "Buffer Zone", as they Warn.

- "Turkish Security Forces have Violently Attacked the Kurdish Population which massively run at the Border to Help the Refugees coming from Kobane", and "these Attacks made Many Killed or seriously Wounded People on Both Sides of the (Syrian-Turkey) Border, (which Cuts the traditional Kurdish population areas in two separated parts, since the 1919 International Treaty of Sevres, which recognized a Kurdish Homeland State, was not applied by Turkey and later replaced by the 1923 Lauzane Treaty, co-signed by Fascist leader Mussolini). "In this TransBorder Zone, Refugees and the People who run there in order to Help them, are Trapped between ISIS' Djihadists and the Turkish Army", denounces the Kurdish paper.

PYD's Head, Salih Muslim Muhammad, together with UNO Expert Giert Westerveen, UNHCRefugees' Representative to the European Institutions in Strasbourg, (EU Parliament, CoE, EU Ombudsman, Shengen, etc), were invited, earlier Today, to speak at a Hearing of CoE Assembly's Political Affairs Committtee, (See relevant PHOTOs), which was attended by an exceptionaly great Number of participants, mainly MEPs, but also Journalists, CoE Officials, (including several Ambassadors from various among the 47 CoE Member Countries), which revealed a large interest for the current developments around the Syrian Kurdish Kobane (or : "Kobani", according to another spelling) City and ISIL Deadly Terrorists.

- Westerveen, replying to MEPs' Questions, admitted that, at this moment, UNO hasn't yet its own, independently verified, Figures about the real Number of Kurdish Refugees obliged these Days to flee Syria towards their kins at nearby Turkey's villages accross the Borders,  so that, indeed, a "160.000" estimation, had been forwarded by Turkey, ("may be because it could serve Ankara's Political Agenda", as a Critical MEP suspected), while Kurds themselves, including the DYP, prefered to speak of "about 60 to 70 Thousands" of People, recently obliged to flee Extremist Islamic Terrorists of ISIL.

+ The Kurdish town Kobane, of 225.000 inhabitants, (i.e. Bigger than Strasbourg !), close to Turkish Borders, is surrounded, attacked and bombarded by extreme Islamist ISIL Terrorists, the situation is very critical, there are Strikes by Tanks and Heavy Arms. Given the fact that Kurds are themselves "Sunnis", (as ISIL pretends to be), this couldn't be explained by merely Confessional Religious terms. How the CoE is going to include these issues in its work, and why wasnt' yet any CoE's official Statement on the brutal Perescution of Christians and other Minorities in the Middle Eastern area by ISIL ?", asked earlier Today a Kurdish Journalist from Turkey, during CoE Assemby President, Anne Brasseur's Press Conference.

President Brasseur revealed that PACE's Bureau had decided to use the Heading "Threats against Humanity by Terrorist Group known as "IS" +for its Urgent Debate due to be scheduled for Thursday, and the reason for which she, indeed, hadn't yet made any Statement on these issues, is that it depended at first upon the PACE's Political Affairs' Committee to accomplish its work, before we have a Public Debate, which could, naturally, be enlarged further, since all MEPs would have the Right to participate, while, Tomorow (Tuesday) they can table Amendments to a Resolution which remains still to be detrmined by the Political Committee.

However, "EuroFora" witnessed the fact that a Majority inside PACE's Political Committee voted in favor of a Modified Heading focusing rather on "IS"' Violence against Christians and other Religious or Ethnic Communities", during this afternoon's meeting, scheduling for Tomorrow, Tuesday afternoon, the time of the Adoption of its Report, to be drafted by its President, experienced former Foreign Minister of Greece and long-time PACE Member, Dora Bakogiannis.

German MEP Hunko called to support particularly the exemplary Peaceful Coexistence of various Religious and Ethnic Communities inside the Syrian Kurdish semi-Autonomous area, instead of abandoning it to Brutal Destruction.+Moreover, (as also various other MEPs pointed out), the Kurds have recently accepted and succeeded even to Help anOther Threatened Minority, that of "Yazidi", at nearby Iraq, when this Helpless Community had been surrounded and seriously threatened by Brutal Islamic Terrorists of "ISIL", back on September.

CoE Assembly's General Rapporteur on Children's rights, Cyprus' MEP Stella Kyriakides asked the UNO's Expert whether it was true that Women and particularly Children have often become Victims of serious Violations of Human Rights by the Brutal Islamic Extremist Terrorists of "ISIS", as several rumours suggest, and Westerveen replied that this was, unfortunately, indeed the case, promissing to bring soon more accurate data on Childrens' plight by cooperating mainly with UNICEF.

French MEP Josette Durieu, of the Governing, Socialist, Party, warned, during that Debate, that ISIL had, in fact, seized "many Banks"  as well as "OilFields", (selling their products notoriously selled through Turkey), thereby accaparating so much "Money", that it could "replace" various Foreign mercenary-militia, even if they were killed all, as she said, obviously augmenting the perception of the real threat.

But Brittish Liberal MEP Hancock prefered to focus on the "Ideological" factor, instead, citting f.ex. some individual Letters from 3 Muslim Youngsters endoctrinated by Extremist Islamists close to "ISIL" Terrorists near a controversial Mosque at the UK, who routiely claimed that their ambition was to "go to Paradise", while, in Iraq, when UK - USA Armies left, they had reportedly trained and "equiped" enough Soldiers to keep the area under control, but were "surprized", later-on, to find out that, at least some of them, abandoned the arms to some aggressors, instead of using them in a real fight, as he claimed.

This is obviously an Argument - a contrario - in favor of "Arming Kurds", (as even Israel's Prime Minister Netanyahu reportedly has advised recently), since the sudden spread of Brutal "ISIS" Terrorists, since the Kurdish People, with an ancient History at a Strategic Crossroads of the Middle East, are notoriously among the few able to both resist and launch counter-attacks in order to protect and liberate their Homelands.

+ But, meanwhile, EURONEWS reported that, according to on the spot eyewitnesses, the Turkish Military Hinders Turkey's Kurds to Help their kins who Defend their Home City against ISIL Brutal Terrorists, just a few Hundred meters away from Turkey's Border, in addition to the Interdiction that they impose only on Kurdish Refugees from Syria to Return back in order to Defend their City from ISIL's Brutal Terrorists' attack.

Moreover, according to reported eyewitnesses (and Photos/Videos) on the spot, Turkish Soldiers not only face all Kurdish Refugess with Heavy Machine Guns and long Clubs, but they Humiliate even the Women Refugees by obliging them to Lower their Heads and ...Kneel Down, right in front of their Boots, before being eventualy allowed to meet their kins...

Meanwhile, according to an outline of the Draft Report obtained by "EuroFora", it seems that it tries much more to Protect the wide Majority of Muslim People living in Europe mainly as immigrants, from any risk to be assimilated with the Extremist Islamic Terrorists of "ISIS", than to really provide the necessary Help to them, (Comp. supra)...

But, howerer, CoE Assembly's Political Affairs Committee adds an Interesting encouragement for the active Participation of Syrian Kurdish People to International Negotiations on a Peaceful Solution to the Syrian problem : Something that Turkey has always Refused, until now, provoking a prolonged inefficiency and delegitimation of the remaining Dissidents to Syrian President Assad, which resulted to the emergence of various Extreme Islamic Armed Groups, including "ISIS" particularly Brutal Terrorists, via Money, Arms and Mercenaries passing "through Turkey"..
