Strasbourg Mayor Barseghian to EF on Hosting EU Future Conference +Citizens-MEPs Debate before Votes

*Strasbourg/Press Club/Angelo Marcopolo/- New Strasbourg's Mayor, Jeanne Barseghian, speaking to "Eurofora" Today, at Press-Club Europe, Announced the CoE and EU Activities' City's wish,  Together with that of all France's, (via new EU Affairs Minister Beaune : See Infrs), to Host the Forthcoming EU's "Conference for the Future of Europe", and Agreed with "Eurofora", on this occasion, that an eventual adoption of EU Citizens' Debates with MEPs before Decisions, (according to Our Project), would be "Excellent", (particularly for a Better Communication), in the context of a "Positive" and "Active Strategy" on EU Affairs.

    + In the Perspective of an eventual Return of EU Parliament nowadays, the "Regional Health Agency" (ARS) has also established a very "Strict Sanitary Protocol" for Strasbourg's Hotels, also placing a certain number among them under a special "Label" for that purpose, for the 1st Time in History, she added earlier.

    ++ Speaking to Journalists, including "Eurofora", on EU-Parliament related issues, later-on, the New Strasbourg's Mayor Barseghian, stressed that she Aims to advance well Beyond and much "Further than an Old, Passive or Defensive Stance", particularly by adopting, in addition, even an "Active, Forward-looking  Attitude", by "Opening New Perspectives" and Highlighting, f.ex., "also Cultural, Economic, and Other Horizons, in a Positive way".

    => In such a direction , "'f.ex., Strasbourg, which has a strong pro-<<Citizen>> Orientation, (Both by the CoE, and EU Citizens' Defensor-Mediateur,  as well as the ECHR, CLRAE, EU Parliament, CoE's paneuropean Parliamentary Assembly, Shenghen's Free Movement Secretariat and Data Protection, etc), normaly "Shoold Welcome and Host at least the forthcoming Official Launching of EU's Conference on Europe's Future !", Barseghian pointed out.

    + Such moves, naturaly join also French President Macron's imminent decisions on the 4-Years-Long Paris - Strasbourg Financial Agreement on the City's role as a European Capitals, with which they are expected to be in Harmony, Barseghian added.

    *** But the Most Important, for "Eurofora"'s Project, is the following :  - When We asked the New Strasbourg's Mayor about her above-mentioned "Positive and Active Strategy" on EU Parliament matters (Comp.
