Greek Court drops Attorney Innocence say, slams Rightist Party as Criminal, But Leftist Killers=Free

*Strasbourg/Angelo Marcopolo/- In the Latest Development at a Long Politico-Judicial Saga, with various Wider Ramifications, apparently due to reach Strasbourg's ECHR sooner or later, a 3-Member Court in Greece Rejected the Conclusions of its Attorney, who had mostly Found the main bulk of a Rightist Party Innocent on 2019, and, on the Contrary, Now Condemned them all on 2020, collectively, as a "Criminal Organisation", including for a Bloody Quarrel with a Deadly Knife of a Marginal Fan who admitted his responsibility, while, However, the Cold-Blood Murders by Gun Shots on 2 Peaceful Rightist Militants, and the Serious Wounding of a 3rd, shortly afterwards, also Back on 2013, curiously, Still Remain, 7 Years Later, Totaly UnPunished and withOut Any known Findings.

Controversial Rightist Party "Golden Dawn", often Accused for alleged Past Complacency by Some among its Old Members to Nazism, But, in Fact, being Loudly Nationalistic, (as most Greek Rightists, even the Colonels' 1967-1974 regime who never refered to that, but on the Contrary had as Press Minister a graduate of ...USSR's University, or in the Past, the Metaxas' Authoritarian Government, who accepted War on Fascism and NAZIsm in the 1940ies, Winning against the first, and Delaying the latter's Access to Middle East Oil Resources, thus Facilitating Allies' Defense there, and Obliging Hitler to Seek Oil via Russia's Caucasus, Resulting in Stalingrad's defeat, and 3rd Reich's Energy Deficit, Decisive for the War's Outcome, as Ardeches' Tanks Battle proved), Rised Rapidly from Only about 0,2% Before 2011, Up to around 15% on 2013, having, in the Meantime, Become Repeatedly Elected, at Various Votes, (f.ex. in Parliament, Cities, EU Elections, etc), as the 3rd Party of the Country, During the Harsh Financial Crisis and Scandals which had Notoriously Surfaced from 2009 in Greece, Even Threatening, more or less, the entire "€uro"Area then, to the Point to Eclipse, and even "Hi-Jack" Attention even from EU-China relations ! They had Profited, mainly, from some Negligence, Errors and/or "Empty Space" Left Then by the Maistream Center-Right ChristianDemocrats/EPP in Greece, vis a vis Exceptionaly Hard Problems which had Suddenly Emerged at that Period of Time, including an UnPopular "Gro-Ko" Strategy; of Right-Left Deals in UnPrecedented Coalition Governments with Declining then, Controversial and UnPopular "PASOK" "Socialists", (who had practicaly Ruled the Country, Most of the way Since 1981 up to the End of 2011, amidst Growing various Scandals, Nepotism, Corruption, Hidden Secret Financial "Bulbe", Ready to Explode, Later-on, etc), that some Powerful Foreign Circles had apparently Imposed then, to Greece, as also Elsewhere in Europe, then :  (F.ex., Even in Germany, on 2013, when Chancelor Merkel, Despite Brillantlly Winning the 2013 Election with around 40%, near Absolute Majority, Thanks also to a Vibrant Campaign including Support to Families to Boost Natality and EU Integration, Finaly was Obliged to a "Gro-Ko" with "Socialists", and Pushed towards a Notoriously more "Laxist" Policy on Non-European Masss Immigration, Under Heavy Pressure also from Turkey, on 2015-2016, Resulting, inter alia, in Germany too, at an "Explosion" of "AfD"'s Rightists)...

"Golden Dawn" would have Never Reached 15% if, f.ex., the Mainstream Parties had Not practicaly Abandoned, a Christian Church, considered to be "the Biggest in the Balkans", and Traditionaly Providing Top Intellectual and Moral Quality, Free Religion Courses, (sometimes Better Even than Philosophy Lessons at Big Lyceums), to be, suddenly, Everyday Harassed, by the Loud Noise, Dirt, Various Petty Aggressions, etc., of something like a ...Middle-East "Bazar", progressively Installed and Imposed all along its Square, around the Church, and Provoking Manifold Problems to the Detriment of the People and Families Living there, to the point that the Priest was practicaly Obliged, After several Vain EFforts to Seek Any Help from the Public Authoriities, to, Desperately, Ask from that Rightist Party's Members to Protect the Relligious Building and its Faithfull, (See the Notorious Case of "Saint Panteleimon", in Athens, on which several Documentary Videos have been Published in the Web).Added to such kind of Events, were also, reportedly, Frequent Help and/or Protection to Elders or Other Fragile People, (particularly in Troublesome City Areas), as well as Regular Distribution of Free Food to Poor People, etc, (that Athens City tried, Later-on, to take over partialy, until EU Aid and Greek State's relevant services Started, Afterwards, to do Better than in the Past, there).

+ More Important : Curiously, still Until Nowadays, "Golden Dawn" seems to have been, during a Long Period of Time, practicaly ... the Only Political Party in Greece which had Clearly Included in its Official Program, a much-Needed Systematic "Purge" of that State's Notoriously Too Numerous Bureaucracy Staff, from All those Scandalously Counter-Productive, Lazy Cushy-Job Holders, and/or Political Lackeys/Sbires of Clientelist Governments of the Past, practicing Nepotism and/or Corruption During Decades, (mainly by "PASOK"'s "Socialists", as Early as Since 1981, throughout too Many Years of various Big Corruption Scandals, Affairs, etc, Even Suspicious Deaths of Key Persons able to Reveal and Denounce them), until this Provoked a Big, but Hidden Public Debt, silently Growing like Cancer, before Suddenly "Exploding" on 2009, and Throwing the Country and all €uroZone in an UnPrecedented Finacial Crisis, (See, f.ex. Among the MainStream Politicians, Only the Current Financial affairs Minister Skylakakis, a former MEP and Anti-Corruption Rapporteur at EU Parliament in Strasbourg, (where he Spoke Often on that Issue with "Eurofora"), in Nowaday's Center-Right Government of Kyriakos Mitsotakis (2019-2020+), is clearly Aware and Willing to really Tackle and Solve this InterRelated Waste, Nepotism, Public Debt, Corruption and Crime "Complex", from which has Suffered Greece and Europe for a Too Long Time ago... Mitsotakis Himself, When he was Minister at Samaras' (another Ex-MEP) former Government of 2012-2014, held a Key Position as former Minister for the Public Administration's Rehaul, in charge of Progressively Purging the State from Scandalously Counter-Productive and/or UnDeserved, often Corrupted Jobs-Holders, (while His own Father had been the Only Greek Prime Minister of a "National Union" Goverment, from All Political Parties, Except One, Elected to Purge the Country from the endemic Corruption of "PASOK"'s "Socialists", on 1989/1990+), as well as for a Crucial Reform of the Notoriously Clientelist, often Corrupted, and Public Money Wasting, then, Radio-TV (Old) "ERT" Media Service. But this, Notoriously, Provoked such a Row, vis a vis Vested Interest-Groups, that That Government (on 2013), suddenly became, perhaps the Only one in the World, to be so much ...Censored by Establishment's Medias, narrowly InterLinked with that "Old ERT''s Status-Quo, via Trade-Unions, etc, that it had been Obliged (as also the Government Spokesman, MP Simos Kedikoglou,  had, then, Denounced to "Eurofora", See: ..., etc) to Beg the Governing Party's "Youth" Sector to set up an ...Internet Radio Service, (the Web Medias of Poor People, Worldwide, f.ex. in Haiti...) in order to become Able to Publish its Official "Press Release" in a way Accessible to Citizens !...

Then, CoE's Director in charge of Freedom of Expression, Alerted by "Eurofora", here in Strasbourg, was Inevitably Shocked, and had, Naturaly, Great Difficulties to Realize what was really going on, when we Asked him the Only Question that he had Never Heard in History ; - How the CoE could Protect the elementary Human Rights and Democratic Freedoms of ...A GOVERNMENT (sic !) grossly and systematicaly CENSORED BY ...Oppressive "JOURNALISTS" and Medias of the Establishment, which Refused to Publish Anything from them (re-sic !!)... A Conflict partly Similar to that between US President Trump and "Fake", "Corrupt Media", as he Often Denounces. (Obviously, the Main Victims were the People of that Country, but that's anOther Story)...

At this Critical Juncture, (around End of August 2013), the Rightists, (who are, Meanwhile, Growing Fast in most Converging Polls, while Many Simple People Urge the Center-Right's Government to Go Ahead on Reforms against the Nepotism, Clientelism and Corruption of the Past), do their Last Free Move : They Gather All Availabke Evidence and/or Indications of Factual Wrongdoings (from Nepotism to Corruption or other Crimes) by Former "PASOK"/"Socialist" Governments of tha Past and/or Politicians, From 1981  during almost 25 Years, including the Recent "GrO-KO" up to 2013 Included, and lodge a Collective Complaint against that Party, Seeking to get it, at last, completely Out of the Country's Government.

They will Never have the Time to do Anything Else : Suddenly, an Obscure, Tragic But Marginal Incident occurs :  - A Quarrell betwen Leftist Rapper (Fyssas : Known as "Killah-Pa", i.e. "Killer of the Past", a former syndicalized Steel Worker, as his Father, who gave his Music for Free, Sang for People allegedly Killed by Cops, But also the Sun, and, reportedly wasN't Not Linked to any Political Party), and his Pals, against a Fan of the Rightists (Rupakias), in fact a Poor Guy, Recently Fired from his Job as Driver, Earlier Fan of the ...Communist Party (sic !), seeking some Pocket Money and/or Facilities in kind for his Family, f.ex. Food, Clothes, Bus Travels, etc. who, allegedly Afraid that the Leftists would Attack and Brutalize him, uses a Knife to Dissuade them, from which Fyssas is wounded and later dies, as Rupakias, shocked, Surrenders to the Police and Admits his Fault. This is Blown up and Transformed into a Major Event at the Core of National Politics : All the Leadership of the 3rd Party of the Country is Accused of Premeditated, Planified, and Targeted Political Murder. From Archives criss-crossing, are UnEarthed 2 Old, Different, Clashes between Various Local Militants and Foreign African Vendors or "Antifa"-like Groups, at Various, Separate Events. A Press Attaché is found to prossess, at Home, an Old Hunting Rifle of his Father, with which he was sometimes Exercing himself at a Local Shooting Training Club, while an Elected MP from a Turbulent Suburb, is found to have Registered an Authorized small Pistol for his Security, (etc). Political Speeches (Even More than 10 Years Old) are Analysed. Private Personal Items, even from Childhood, (f.ex. Photos, even Skin Tatouaz, etc), are Searched. (An Equivalent to that Notorious Video of UK's Queen Elizabeth, as a Small Child, Celebrate, with her Father and Mother, ...Hitler's NAZI Party's Electoral Victory Back at the 1930ies, was Not Found here, But such Searches persist). Various UnFavorable Comments from Socio-Political Adversaries are Collected. Various Hypothesis are made, (etc). So that, Piece by Piece, is Systematicaly searched and Build an Overall Image, in order to Accuse all the Collective Leadership of the Party, and Even All its Dozens of Elected MPs, as being key Participants in a Huge "Complot" of an overall "Criminal Organization", (according to the Official Accusation: See Infra).

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   + Meanwhile, almost All those Accused, and particularly the Party's Elected Leaders, are Immediately Arrested, by Heavily Armed Anti-Terrorist Squads, (right in Front of Commercial TV Paparazzi), and Closed to Prison. All Democraticaly Elected MPs' Salaries and relevant Revenues are Confiscated, (so that, if they wish to Try to Work for their Mandate, they are Obliged to Sacrifice their own Pocket-Money, for Years)... When, much Later-on, they are, Progressively, Allowed, one by one, at least, to get Out of Jail, they are Confined inside their Homes, their Passports are Confiscated, and they canNot Go Abroad, Neither Travel throughout the Country, Not Even through their City, unless with a Prior Authorisation. Probably Worse : All their eventual Public Statements, made to the intention of the People, Even towards their own Voters, are Systematically and Totaly, ...Censored in their Entirety, by All the Establishment's Medias (Radio-TV, Newspapers, Web Medias, etc), so that, Even when Some may Grossly Slander them in Front of all the Peple, they are Totaly Deprived of any elementary Right to Reply to Critics, Obliged to Stay Muzzled for Years !..

                                                                                                                                                                                 => In such Conditions, (and Since, f.ex., various "Witnesses" invited by the Accusation's side, were ProLonging, in Public, and Echoed by almost All Etablishment's Medias, a lot of Negative Appreciations on them, While, on the Contrary, All their own eventual Replies, Clarifications, Refutations, etc., were Systematicaly Censored by All Medias of the Establishment), Inevitably, in 5 to 6 Years of such an UnEqual Treatment, and Deprived Even of the Possibility to Freely Move and Meet People, in Addition remaining with their Salaries Blocked (Comp. Supra); it was, Obviously, Inevitable for their Reputation and Trust vis a vis the People to progressively ...Erode, Exposing that Party to a Forced Diminution of its Electoral Results, (since it was, Obviously, Impossible to Realy Make Any efficient Electoral Campain in such Imposed Circumstances (Comp. Supra). So that, in the Latest, 2019 National Election, Despite Just a Slight Dilinution on the Spring 2019 EU Elections, earlier, which allowed for 2 out of 3 MEPs of "GD" to be Voted, on the Contrary, Now, the Rightists, apparently Missed, for a Tiny Difference, the Required Threshhold in order to Enter in the National Parliament, for the 1st time Since a Decade... (with Exceptionaly Numerous Elections).

REJECTED almost All KEY ACCUSATIONS, as Not Proven, and, particularly, the Claim of a Collective Responsibility of All the Party's Direction and of All its Former MPs, for a so-called "Criminal Organisation" : All insciminated Acts are Isolated Events, withOut Links between them, she reportedly stressed. For Rapper Fyssa's death (Comp. Supra), Only Rupakias should be declared responsible, dismissing accusations for Complicity of ...17 other persons : There was No Order to execute, No Plan for it, they were Not Coordinated, they didN't Help him. He appeared there by pure Chance, and acted Alone. Otherwise, he would have received, himself too, an SMS, as all the others did, she pointed out, (inter alia).

On the Contrary, she considered that the Various Local Militants accused for Violence, in the Past, vis a vis Foreign African Vendors, and/or an "AntiFa"-like Group, were, indeed, Guilty, But Not for alleged Attempts to Kill, Only for Attempts to Harm their targets. And asked to declare just 3 Persons Guilty for irregular Arm Detention, as a comparatively Minor Infringment of the Law, the Party's Head, a former MP, and a currently dissident MEP, (who had Left the Party, in the meantime).

    Among Various Others, Many Thousands of Demonstrators Opposed to the Rightists were exceptionaly Authorized to Parade up to the Court's DoorStep, where they Ostensibly Accumulated, with Written and Oral Slogans, Waiting to Hear the Verdict, (and withOut any Attention to "Social Distancing" Public Health Rules, against the Deadly Virus' Spread, Obliging the Minister in charge of it, to Launch an Urgent Call for due Precautions to be taken, particularly at this "2nd Wave" stage for the Pandemic). A Leftist former Prime Minister takes part to that Demonstration. Several Other Politicians Issue Statements. Inside the Court's Room, inter alia, is cited also the President of a Big and Influencial Trade Union for Judges and Attorneys. All those Accused are Absent. There is also Fyssas' Mother, who "Explodes", when she hears the Condemnation of Dozens of accused People, by Spectacularly Brandissing her 2 Fists, right in front of a lot of "Paparazzi", in an obvious Sign of Victory Crashing those who Lost this case, while, Outside, the Loud Cries of the Mob and calls for Vengeance cover everything,...

Moreover, All those Accused for "Premeditated Manslaughter" in Rapper Fyssas' case were Condemend, (Rupakias, Moreover, for "illegal Arm bearing", etc), with the Only Exception of 2 Dismissed for Doubts.  

For "Attempt" to "ManSlaughter", in the Old  case of Foreign African Vendors, All 5 Accused were Condemned, as scheduled.

Only at the Other Old Affair of an "AntiFa"-like ("PAME") Group, the Initial Accusation of "Manslaughter Attempt" was Changed into Corporal Harm Attempt, Condemning All 4 Suspects.

All Mainstream Politicians cited by Establishment's Medias stressed that this elimination of the formerly 3rd Party of the Country was "Good" for "Democracy".

On the Contrary, the Head of "GD" Party, Michaloliacos, in a Brief "Twitter" Message, Found Only at a Marginal Website, Bellied Rumours that he would have "Committed Suicide" (sic !), and Vowed to "Fight up to the End, for our Rights", Pointing at the Fact that "the Condemnation of ALL MPs Shows that Our Persecution was Ideological and Political".

Supra), Bitterly felt "Obliged" to Ask, "Massively", to "Drop All" Individual Demands for "Attenuating Circumstances", argyuing that "it would be too Contradictory, if, from One side", the Court says "that they turn Against Democracy, that they are Guilty of PreMeditated ManSlaughter, and Attempt to Kill, But, from the Other Side,  I would propose Attenuating Circumstances", as she Explained.

Therefore, she Only proposed to admit 1 Partialy Attenuating Circumstance for three Former MPs who are Not Accused to participate into Unlawful Acts attributed to the Criminal Ortganisation...

Supra), is, Certainly a Grave Tragic Incident, and it's Good that Justice seems to have been done asap, almost immediately afterwards.

- But Human Lives must Always be Protected from Brutal Violence, withOut Discrimination.

=> In this regard, No Decent Person may stay withOut Feeling Revolted, (More and More, as Precious Time Goes by, withOut doing what is Right and Necessary), by the Scandalous InEquality, the Full Contrast, between what Public Authorities and Civil Society has done after Fyssas' Killing at that Obscure Quarel,

and what they, Curiously, have Not at all done, (Despite a Long Time since the Facts), in the Cases of 3 Obviously Premeditated, Cold-Blood Gun Attacks against Peaceful Young Persons, Murdering 2 of them, and Seriously Wounding the 3rd, withOut Ever Finding, nor Punishing Anyone for such a, UnQuestionably  Much More Horrible Crime !

- We are Obviously Speaking of the Notorious and Crystal-Clear Murders By Gun Shots at the Heads of Young George Foundoulis and Manolis Capelonis, added to seriously Wounding Alexandros Gerontas, (who was obliged to be submitted in Multiple Operations in order to Save his Life), while they were Peacefully Guarding the Entrance into a Popular Public Meeting for the Inauguration of a "Golden Dawn"'s New Office, at the North of Athens, on the 1st November 2013, (i.e. just 1,5 Month After the above-mentioned Fyssas' Incident, at Mid-September in that Same Year).

   At the 2014 European Elections, Murdered Foundoulis' Father, Lambros, is Elected MEP among the Rightists, and "Eurofora", in 2 Press Conferences at EU Parliament in Strasbourg, Questions Both him, and a new Leftist MEP, Kostantika Kuneva, (from the Other Side of the Political Spectrum: an Historian obliged to work as Cleaner, and viciously Attacked with Vitriol, Seriously Wounded, by Criminals when she struggled for basic Social Rights), about their respective Feelings for Each Other's Cases : And, indeed, their Stance was strikingly Similar, from a Human point of view, well Beyond Political Differences, when they Replied inside a European Values context...     - In Consequence, the DisProportion, Between the Gravity of these 2 Cases, of Politicaly-related Killings, which occured at the Same Period in Greece, is Huge !

* 1 Dead in Fyssas' case, But 2 Dead + 1 Seriously Wounded in Capeloni/Foundouli/Geronta's cases.

+ Quarrell in Fyssas' case, But Cold-Blood Killings of 2 Peaceful People, in Capeloni/Foundoulis' cases.

+ A Knife with 2,5 Hits in Fyssas' case, But More than +15 Bullets Hit at Capelonis/Foundoulis/Gerontas cases.

+ 1 Suspect acting Alone in Fyssas' case, But Obviously 2 and May be 3 or More in Capelonis/Foundoulis/Gerontas' cases.

+ Immediate Confession and Excuses in Fyssas' case, But a 18 Pages-Long Political Revendication and even "Glorification" (sic !) of the Murders by a Gang, in Capeloni/Foundoulis' cases.

+ The 3rd Party of the Country Persecuted, its Revenues "Freezed", Muzzled, and Called "Criminal Organisation", Added to 16 Elected Politicians Jailed and Condemned as Criminals in Fyssa's case, But ...Nobody Disturbed in Capelonis/Foundoulis/Gerontas' cases !
