*Strasbourg/Angelo Marcopolo/- "Eurofora"'s Viewpoint on the Most Topical aspects of CoE's 22 July 2016 "No Hate" PanEuropean Web Event, at the 5th Anniversary of the Norway Massacre (as an Official CoE Internet link reminds from the outset), but also just a  Week after the latest  Massacre in France, can be Resumed in the following 3 Main Points :

    (1) Both "Utoya"'s Mass Killer of the Past (77 Victims, mainly Youngsters, Back on 2011), and "Nice"'s Current Mass Killer (84+ Victims, including Elders and Children, Now on 2016), All stand, in fact, Together, on the Same Side :

- That of a Monstruous InHumanity, which Targets with Mass Killings, under Various irrelevant Pretexts, one or another Group of Humans, Threatening to Degrade the Value of Human Life and, ultimately, of All Humankind. That's, inevitably, a Crucial and undeniable Common Point in all these recent Terror Massacres.

For this purpose, in Both these cases, as well as in Other Similar Horrible Crimes recently, Weak or "Fragile" individuals, often Facing various Social Problems, are Grossly Manipulated by this or that makeshift Pseudo-"Ideologies", (in the current Absence of any Alternative Political World-Views able to strongly Express Otherwise their possible Complaints),  in order to Serve as Self-Destroying Excutants, blatantly Exploited by Shady and Cynical Interests.

    (2) However, at least until Now, the Only Side which Currently Threatens, Prepares and Multiplies an already Long Series of even More such Cowardish Mass Killings of innocent, Defenseless Civilians, (+Elders, Women and Children included), both throughout all Europe and in Most Countries accross the World, with Calls launched and Tele-Guided by an Organised International Network of Hypocritical Criminals, obviously is just One :

- That of a so-called "Islamic Terrorism", (as even French President Hollande - a Socialist- just Denounced), particularly by ISIS' Atrocious BeHeaders even of Civilian People.

    (3) Paradoxically, there is 1 thing for which We, here in Europe, (particularly in these Troubled Times of "BREXIT", alleged "Euro-Scepticism", and Turkey's Controversial/UnPopular EU bid Remake Blackmails, but also of a Growing lot of Missed Huge Opportunities for our Historic Culture, Civilisation, Best Values, Potential and Continent), should ..."Thank" even those who currently Threaten to Kill us all :

 - Simply because They repeatedly Call us "Europeans", (from the 2014 ISIS' Spokesman's Murder Call, to the 2016 Mass Killer at Nice, etc)...

And, indeed, after all, Europeans we are, and Europeans we Want to Be ! Not just Dead, but well Alive, and finaly Victorious !

Both for our 46 Countries' European People, (from the Atlantic Ocean to Urals Mountains+, as De Gaulle notoriously used to Highlight), and for Humanity, Worldwide.

(Since, in these cases, inevitably, one doesn't really go Today, without the other)...

=> So, as PanEuropean CoE Assembly's President, Pedro Agramunt, from Spain, Recently (6/2016) Launched on the Web (See : http://www.eurofora.net/administrator/index2.php?option=com_content&sectionid=1&task=edit&hidemainmenu=1&id=1236 + https://twitter.com/angemarc3/status/745027451114369025 ) :  - "No Hate - No Fear !"

>>> Simply, what Strasbourg-based ECHR symbolises the Best :  - Justice for real Human Rights.

Democratic States have, inter alia, also the Obligation to Protect People's Lives and Human Dignity, as CoE's PanEuropean Convention for Human Rights stresses from the outset, in substance, already from its 1st, 2nd and 3rd Articles, as interpreted by EuroJudges well established Case Law.

This obviously goes also against any kind of Deadly and InHuman Terrorism.

Sarkozy stimulated by Irish "No" challenge : - "It's a call to change and build Europe otherwise. Not later, but now. It won't be easy, but it's fascinating !"

-------------------

* Paris, Elysee, June 14, 2008.

Forthcoming EU Chairman, French President Nikolas Sarkozy, created a surprise by declaring that the challenge of the Irish "No" to the EU Treaty, stimulates his belief that we must immediately change the way Europe is built.

A difficult but fascinating task, that he intends to accomplish in the next 6 Months, during which he will analyse developments 3 times to EU Parliament in Strasbourg, on July, October and December 2008.

But Agenda obliged to give a first reply to Questions raised by the Irish Referendum, on the sidelines of a Press Conference with USA President GWBush, in Paris' Elysee palace, Saturday :

Sarkozy's reply was twofold :

First, the Franco-German position is that EU must make sure "that the Irish Incident does not become a Crisis". Ratification must continue, after 18 EU Member States, also to the rest, as UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown promised.

But, pointing at deeper causes, Sarkozy also criticized bureaucratic "sabotage" of Europe's "founding fathers" original dream. The move reminded his Historic February and July 2007 speaches in Strasbourg on Europe's future, joining criticism to a call for EU's Renaissance, which now became urgent :

Polls

2009 EU Elections were won by Parties against Technocracy and Turkey's controversial EU bid, while the 1999-2004 Majority Abstention trend decelerated. What should be done in 2009-2014 ?
