From Social issues up to High-Tech Scientific Research, France's Economic revival action started from the European capital of Strasbourg for the new super Minister Patrick Devedjian, who visited a Popular Social Housing and Infrastructure project at nearby Hagenau village, before meeting witrh the new leaders of Strasbourg's unified mega-University at the Campus, close to EU Parliament and Council of Europe headquarters.
Devedjan, who is meeting also with all the spectrum of Local and Regional Political and SocioEconomic deciders of the Alsace region, close to FrancoGerman borders, wants for deeds to meet the words, in real practice, whenever politians speak about Strasbourg and Europe's development.
New Strasbourg University's President, Mr. Beretz, said EuroFora that he has shown to Devedjan a part of the Research sector in Natural Sciences at Institut Le Bel, hoiping that the announced "acceleration" of Public Funds will allow to meet the needs also on Education infrastructure renovation for Students' welfare at the University for which Prime Minister Fillon has earlier declared here the ambition to become one among the 10 best in the World.
A well-known close friend of President Sarkozy, who succeeded as EU Chairman to launch, in agreement with German chancelor Merkel and even British PM Brown, vigorous European actions against the Financial and Economic Crisis, starting from the 1st Historic Summit of EuroZone's Heads of State/Government; October 12, at Elysee Palace, followed by the Washinngton G20 Global Summit, Devedjan assumed a key role in the concrete realisation of National and European plans recently agreed in Brussels.
The coordinated moves' results and expectations are expected to be crucial for Citizens' participation and votes at the forthcoming 2009 EU Elections throughout all 27 EU Member Countries

It's at a splendid Natural landscape, inside a Forest plateau with superbe view over Paris, at Saint Cloud, that the incoming French EU Presidency had the good idea to join together all EU Member Countries' Ministers of Environment and Energy, in two overlaping EU Councils in a series, from 3 to 5 July 2008.
Fresh rain happily dissipated July's heatwave, before a bright Sun shined at the conclusion of the EU gathering around a huge statue of Earth (See Photo).
French super-Minister of State for Energy, Transport and Environment, Jean-Louis Borloo, and Minister for Environment, Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet chaired the first EU Ministerial meeting at Paris' area, together with EU Commissioners Demas and Pielbags, surprising Journalists with improvised Press-points, at key-moments of the discussions.

Environment and Energy are key to the development of New Technologies to boost Europe's role in the World, while also responding to Citizens' concerns, stressed Borloo, speaking to Journalists earlier in Strasbourg.
According to well-infomed sources from the French EU Presidency, the aim is to stimulate a growing trend inside EU Parliament, via various on-going Reports developping in parallel, towards achieving the necessary targets before December.
For this purpose, Top-level representatives from Borloo's super-Ministry are expected to come in Strasbourg during EU Parliament's plenary, next Wednesday, a key official told "EuroFora".
