Already, certain other European Countries as Norway and Switzerland, Lictenstein, etc., are Not yet EU Members, but have Special Agreements with the EU, f.ex. in the framework of the "European Economic Area", on  "Shenghen", even on Scientific and Technological Research (f.ex. from Switzerland), and, in the particular case of the UK, (EU Member since 1973), normaly EU Links should be even much Stronger, observers noted, agreeing with Mitsotakis' Press Spokeswoman.

Mitsotakis, whose Party is Recently Accredited with an evolving Strong 1st Place in People's preferences by All Polls, spoke just after the conclusion of an Important ChristianDemocrat/EPP Summit in Brussels, with the participation f.ex., of German Chancelor Angie Merkel, the EU's "BREXIT" Negociator Michel Barnier, EU Commission's President Jean-Claude Juncker, and EU Council's President Donald Tusk, EU Parliament's President Antionio Tajani, and other Political Leaders, invited by experienced EPP's Head Joseph Daul, (a former Long-Time MEP from Strasbourg, and f. Chairman of EPP's Group of MEPs in EU Parliament).

Since the Move took place Ahead of EU's Heads of States/Governments' Summit, later Today, here in Brussels, dedicated mainly to "BREXIT", Kyriakos Mitsotakis also Focused on the Main Conditions of particular Interest of that to Greece :

- I.e., the respect of UK's Financial Obligations to the EU, the Protection of EU Citizens' Rights (more than 70.000 Greeks currently Living in the UK), and the Future state of relevant EU's External Borders, f.ex. at the North of Ireland, etc.

At a Different area, UK notoriously keeps 2 British Military Bases in EU Member Cyprus, which is also Member of the British Commonwealth, as well as the current EU Chair, Malta.

It's at a splendid Natural landscape, inside a Forest plateau with superbe view over Paris, at Saint Cloud, that the incoming French EU Presidency had the good idea to join together all EU Member Countries' Ministers of Environment and Energy, in two overlaping EU Councils in a series, from 3 to 5 July 2008.

Fresh rain happily dissipated July's heatwave, before a bright Sun shined at the conclusion of the EU gathering around a huge statue of Earth (See Photo).

French super-Minister of State for Energy, Transport and Environment, Jean-Louis Borloo, and Minister for Environment, Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet chaired the first EU Ministerial meeting at Paris' area, together with EU Commissioners Demas and Pielbags, surprising Journalists with improvised Press-points, at key-moments of the discussions.

Environment and Energy are key to the development of New Technologies to boost Europe's role in the World, while also responding to Citizens' concerns, stressed Borloo, speaking to Journalists earlier in Strasbourg.

According to well-infomed sources from the French EU Presidency, the aim is to stimulate a growing trend inside EU Parliament, via various on-going Reports developping in parallel, towards achieving the necessary targets before December.

For this purpose, Top-level representatives from Borloo's super-Ministry are expected to come in Strasbourg during EU Parliament's plenary, next Wednesday, a key official told "EuroFora".

2009 EU Elections were won by Parties against Technocracy and Turkey's controversial EU bid, while the 1999-2004 Majority Abstention trend decelerated. What should be done in 2009-2014 ?
