*Strasbourg/- In a Debate organized by French Newspaper "Le Parisien" and send to "EuroFora", experienced former French President, and currently Head of Main Opposition Party "the Republicans", Nicolas Sarkozy, called for Western Countries, and in particular France, to Speak with Russia in order to Win the Fight against Extremist Islamic Terrorists of ISIL's atrocious BeHeaders :

- "It's a Scandal that those Barbarians are let to Kill, Rape, Destroy Palmyra : the Heart of International Civilisation", Sarkody denounced in this regard.

+ Moreover, "precise informations were brought to my knowledge, showing that the Attacks organized in France, recently, had been Directly Monitored from Syria", he revealed, apparently speaking about the January 2015 Cold Blood Massacre of 12 Critical Journalists working at "Charlie Hebdo"'s satirical Weekly Newspaper, and several simple Civilian People Murdered at a Jewish Kasher Shop in Paris. "That's the 1st reason", for which there is a "Need to Act in Syria", he pointed out.

++ "The 2nd is the existence of an obvious Link between the Situation in Syria, and the Influx of Refugees in Europe", he added. "If we don't solve the Problem of the War in that Country, how could we settle the Immigration Issue ?", Sarkozy wondered.

=> "Therefore", we "must Intervene in order to Win, i.e. massively Bomb the Islamic State's group". ..."We have to Build the Conditions for the Creation of a Liberation Army for Syria", he stressed.

>>> For that purpose, we must not only "Rely on the Neighbours", but also to have "More Dialogue with Russia and (President Vladimir) Poutine", stressed Sarkozy.

- "Do you really think that ISIL could Slam the 22 Strongest Countries in the World ?", he wondered, reasoning ad absurdum. In fact, "Syria can be Liberated in a Few Months ! It's a matter for Leadership", he judged, in conclusion.

Meanwhile, a scheduled Quadrilateral Franco-German-Russian-Ukranian Summit, at the beginning of October 2015, in Paris, between Presudents Hollande, Putin, Poroshenko and Chancelor Merkel, for Peace in Ukraine, might, eventually, give also a Chance to at least Start Tackling also the Dangerous ISIL Terrorist Threat issue, between Key Partners of Greater Europe.

In a last-minute, surprise move, New EU Chairman, French President Nicolas Sarkozy, anounced a proposal in Strasbourg to open an EU Parliament debate on Europe's Identity in the ranup to 2009 Election :

    - "I am conscious of the fact that there is, today, a real Crisis on Europe's
Identity", he replied earlier to a question by Greek MEP Ioanis Varvitsiotes, who had asked him to "advance beyond those who don't really want a Political Europe",

    - "Why not a real Debate on what is Europe's Identity ?", proposed
Sarkozy, in this regard.

    -  "EU Parliament could organize such Debates", he suggested :"It's
better for EU Parliament, than for National Governments, or EU Commission, to
define what is the European Identity", the French President proposed.

A diplomatic way to avoid obstacles by some Governments and/or some Brussels' bureacrats, reportedly opposed to really free and popular, critical European debates on hot political issues..

Sarkozy brillantly won the 2007 Presidential and Parliamentary Elections in France in 2007, in the line of the principles anounced at an important Speech in Strasbourg, February 2007, about a Political Europe, and a European Identity on issues which matter to the People.

Polls

2009 EU Elections were won by Parties against Technocracy and Turkey's controversial EU bid, while the 1999-2004 Majority Abstention trend decelerated. What should be done in 2009-2014 ?
