*Brussels/EU Summit/Angelo Marcopolo/-  A very Decisive-looking, but also Diplomatically "Soft" - kind of "Iron Fist in a Silk Glove" -  German Chancelor Angie Merkel, advised a "Professional Politics"-like stance, Soberly "Looking at Realities", but also "at our (EU's 27 Countries) Interests", in order to "Draw the Necessary Conclusions" for EU's Future after BREXIT, "withOut Losing Time, nor Money" But by Finding early enouh an adequate Solution", as she said to Journalists, including "Eurofora", in an Earlier than usual Press Briefing in Brussels, just after EU Summit's Discussion with Outgoing UK Prime Minister Camerons over Diner.

 - "We have already Started" to do so, "Yesterday (Monday) in Berlin", Merkel stressed from the outset, pointing at a Trilateral Summit between German, French, and Italian Heads of State/Government, including Hollande and Renzi.

- In particular, "We (EU's 27) Expect from the UK to Tell us What Kind of Future Relationship they Want", in order to "Negotiate", after "Looking at Our Interests", According to EU's Rules (Article 50 of Lisbon Treaty, etc), which clearly say that a Member might anounce that it Leaves the EU, but has also to broker a Deal with it on their Future links. But, "We don't yet know what kind of Expectations UK has, f.ex. on the Single Market, etc : Will they Ask for a status Similar to Norway and Switzerland, or Canada, etc ? This has to be Soon Clarified.

+ However, French President Francois Hollande, at a subsequent Press Conference, Stressed that there will be a Refusal, from the EU side, of a UK Participation to EU's Common Market, if they don't accept also the Free Circulation of EU Citizens inside that same area :

- We can't have a Circulation of Capital and Merchandises only, but Not of EU Citizens : For the EU, always the 4 Liberties Go Together", Hollande Warned.

Both Merkel and Hollande, as well as EU Commission's President Jean-Claude Juncker, didn't hide that, at the Beginning, BREXIT might have some Adverse Consequences, particularly on the UK. But, as far as EU's 27 Member Countries are concerned, and especialy its Core, formed by the 18 €uroArea Members, CEB's President Draghi (who Spoke this Afternoon to EU Summit) is due to Help Prevent any eventual temporary problem, they noted.

Meanwhile, Merkel Welcomed as an "Opportunity" the Invitation of the incoming EU Council's Chairman, the Prime Minister of Slovakia, Robert Fico, (July - December 2016), to Discuss EU's Future among its 27 Member States, in an Informal Summit, on September 2016, Exceptionaly organized in Bratislava, (as EU President Donald Tusk had just anounced, earlier Today), Before the already scheduled October EU Summit in Brussels. i.e., a move which, comming immediately after this Summer's recess, will  obviously make EU Gain some precious Time.
