- "That's where We are Heading", he Stressed, Launching a Call to "the "People" to be "United, with Solidarity, Proud of our History, its Values and its Culture, Trusting in Future and Progress, Sure of its Talent, Energy and Ambition, Whatever it happens, Let's Be Proud. Proud to be "Us", the Young Franco-European Leader Ambitiously Concluded.

- "We must Not Add to the Cost of the (Pandemic Virus) Crisis, Even a Lack of Action", he Warned. On the Contrary, "we Must Continue to Act, Transform, Advance ahead, ... by Fighting against the Virus, by Fighting against its Economic and Social Consequences", in order to "Build" the Future, Macron Highlighted.

+ But "I will Not Let, an UnJustified Delay to be imposed for Bad Reasons, No More", he Added, Promissing that "Everyone who Wishes to become Vaccinated, must be Able to do so", "with Certainty, and in a Good Order, Starting by those Who Face More Risks", (i.e. Medical Staff, Elders and Other Fragile People, etc).

    These Facts do Not Exclude at all the, Otherwise, great Importance of Macron's General Statements, (Comp.
