Macron: New Model with Big Decisions +Historic Investments at EU Presidency 2022: Believe in France!

*Strasbourg/Angelo Marcopolo/- Embattled French President Emmanuel Macron, bravely seized the opportunity of another Crucial Juncture in the Hard Fight against the Deadly Pandemic Virus, where Europe is anew becoming the World's Epicenter at the End of 2021, as at the Beginning of 2020, in order to Highlight the Forthcoming EU Chairmanship by Paris from January 2022, notoriously expected right in the Middle of a Global Health Crisis, but also at the Conclusion of EU's landmark Conference on Europe's Future, (2021-2022).

    Apparently stimulated by the exceptional Challenge, he launched a vibrant Call to "- Believe in France !", Even if its People still has to Choose Leaders in Crucial Presidential and Parliamentary Elections, between April and June 2022, where, in Addition to an Extended Rightist Competition, with Frontrunner Marine Le Pen, aside Rocketing Outsider TV-Journalist Zemour, it's also Mainstream, Center-Right's Frontrunner Xavier Bertrand, former Long-Time Minister and Recently Re-Elected Lille Region President, (between Brussels and Paris), aside experienced EU Heavyweight Michel Barnier, Paris Region's Chief Valery Pecresse, etc., from Sarkozy's "Republican" Party, who might gather a Large Number of Voters, if they stay United, according to the Latest Polls.

    - Firmly Focused on his own Mission, Macron Vowed to reach asap a "New Model of Growth", made by "Big Decisions" and "Historic Investments", Both "in France and in Europe", where the Public Institutions have to play an Important Role, since "the Market Alone is Not Sufficient", requiring "a Strong Public Intervention", as he stressed from the outset.

    - "In a Context of Clash between USA, China, Russia, Continental SuperPowers, added to a DeStabilisation of Many Areas of the World, and what is at Stake", "it's Only a Voluntary European entente, with Solidarity, which Can Bring to Our European Countries a Backing and FirePower", the French President observed. "France will Not be Strong Alone", while "it's enough to Open the Eyes in order to realize how Our (EU) Interests Meet and Fit to eachother", he underlined.

    - In fact, "we Prepare ourselves to Face the Challenges of the Future", "because we are living a Profound Revolution" nowadays :

    - "This Virus has Blocked the entire World", and  "we realized our Dependance from Foreigners, Even for Basic Products, such as Masks, Paracetamol, and others", while "we found that Innovation could Change everything, sometimes with an UnPrecedented Speed, as on Vaccines", he reminded. +But, "at the Same Time, the Big Issues dating from Before this Crisis, didN't Disappear : Planet's protection, Demographic Challenge, Ageing, growing InEqualities", etc...

    => "That's why", f.ex., "in order to Invest in 10 sectors of the Future, as the DeCarbonisation of Industry, the Electric Car, the Airplane with Zero CO2", or "Culture, Health, Space, Maritime" areas, etc., as well as "to Educate and Train our Youth in Jobs of the Future", "Secure ...the Production of Essential Components and Technologies, as Semi-Conductors, Robotics, or Cyber", with "a Clear Aim : The Products and Technologies which will forge the Economy, Jobs, and Lives of 2030, should Not come Only from USA or Asia, But Also from France and (all) Europe", inter alia, "we Launched the Plan France 2030, with 30 Billions € over 5 Years", he Started to enumerate.

    - "Some thought that it was an Inacheivable dream", But "I Believe the Opposite : It depends from a Feasible Ambition, Lucid Voluntarism, if we continue, Nowadays, towards Reforms, Changes, and Investments", Macron stressed. - "Yes, ...we Have the Means to Strengthen our Position of Great Power in Education, Industry, Agriculture. To Innovate, Create, Produce, while keeping our Climate and BioDiversity targets, If we Invest, Lift the Brakes against Action, the UseLess Complications and Corporatisms".

    + As for "working to Build our Energy Independence", for the 1st Time since Decades, we are going to Launch the consruction of Nuclear Reactors", announced Macron, in a notorious Context of Energy Prices' "Boom", (See, f.ex., : ..., etc), and practicaly Adopting ...Xavier Bertrand's original Proposal, (made just Yesterday, in the 1st Debate between "Republican" Candidates : Comp. Supra), as if they might Converge, perhaps, somehow... Concerning the EU, meanwhile, France had Notoriously Agreed, in the Past, to Help Italy Develop Nuclear Energy, (during a Chirac - Berlusconi Summit at Elysée Palace : See "Eurofora"s NewsReport from the spot, then), But this was Blocked, Later-on, by an Opposed Political Swift in Rome and other EU Countries.

    - "It's in this Context ... that our Country will assume, in 2 Months, the duty to Chair the European Union" (1 - 6/2022), whose "Orientations are Not Far Away, Neither Fainting" :   On the Contrary, they are even the Backbone of Our Lives, and of the Years To Come !", he highlighted.

    - F.ex., inter alia, "withOut the EU we wouldN't have, so Fast, at our Disposal, a Vaccine", Macron claimed, (Apparently pointing at a Commercial Acquisition of Foreign Fake-"Vaccines", as Real Europeans obviously consider Scandalous the UnExpected Fact that Europe did Not Create, yet, Any Vaccine or Cure, Abandoning everthing to the USA, China, Russia, the Turks, etc, Contrary to Macron himself's Initial Dream for Europe to Invent a real "Antidote" against that Deadly Virus : See ..., etc)....

    + Indeed, "Our (EU) Partners are Not Strangers : In this Continent, that Fate gave us, they are Facing the Same Upheavals, the Same Tornados, as those that We meet. That's why, it's With Them that we Shall Strive, during the Next Months, to Better Face our Challenges", the French President Vowed, citting, in particular :

    - F.ex., inter alia, "to Better Protect our External Borders together".

    -  "To continue Building with Africa a relation of Peace, Stability and Growth, together".

    - "To better Regulate the Digital Giants, (as USA's "Google", etc), together".

    - "To build a credible Strategy of Reducing our CO2 Emmissions, in a way compatible with Industrial and Technologic Sovereignity, together".
