EuroFair Invention "Lepine" Competition President Dorey to EF: Humanitarian DRONE near EU Parliament

*Strasbourg/Palace of Music and Congresses/Angelo Marcopolo/- A new DRONE will be soon right in front of EU Parliament's Building in Strasbourg, just before its forthcoming Plenary Session of September 2016.  But it will Not be, at all, a Hostile, Spying or Attacking "Drone", as that which is nowadays pictured and Headlined in World Famous Alternative Rock Music Group "The Muse"'s latest Long Play Album and Global Concerts Tour...

On the Contrary, 2016 European Innovation Award "Lepine" Competition's  "Helper-Drone", will be of anOther, absolutely Differend Kind : An "Humanitarian" or "Rescue", Peaceful Drone, recently Invented by someone who had Worked an Off-Shore Energy Platform, destinated to Help People at Risk to be Drown at the Sea in a particularly Adverse Environment, (f.ex. an Oil/Gas Polluted Water surface, lacking Oxygen, and/or a Conflict-stricken area, etc), as the Experienced President of that prestigious, 115 Years-Old Award Committee, Gerard Dorey, pointed out to "Eurofora".

Dorey was speaking after the Annual Press Conference for the 2016 version of Strasbourg's "Euro-Fair", a Mega-Event, located in Front of EU Parliament, which is due to be Inaugurated this Year by French Prime Minister Manuel Valls, and Hosts as Guest of Honour, this time, Tunisia, the 2015 NOBEL Peace Prize Award Winner, (Comp. That brand New "Helper-Drone" Innovation, (in fact, an Acronym for a "Human Environment & Life Protection Emergency Response"), is an almost fully Automatic,  Unmanned Flying Vehicle (UFV), able to Bring an Inflating Buoy, a Medical "Oxygen" Bottle, and Modern Communication Technologies, to the Service of an Urgent Rescue Operation in order to Save a Victim fallen at the Sea, after an Accident, during a Natural or Man-made Catastroph, or Conflict, by using also State of the Art Video-Transmissions, a Computer Software, etc., which can Fly at a Speed of 80 km/h, during up to 40 mn, Back and Forward, establishing a Link between the Victim and a Rescue Team, which can, meanwhile, Find some precious Time to Deal also with some Other Aspects of the Urgency, so that the Overall Operation may have much More Chances to be Succesful at the End.

 
In case of any Problem, (despite its "Speed" and Capability to reportedly Resist even at a 50km/h Wind), a "Parachute" could Help Save a precious "Video"-Tape, with much needed Information on the precise Location and Condition of the Victim, which may be subsequently Collected on the Ground by Nearby Rescue Agents, (among also various Other useful Features, that the Inventors say to Keep Secret, at least for the Time Being, until it "will be Fully Patented", as they say in their own Documentation)...                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
All this has been Invented and Developed by a Team of 4, including a Pilot and UAV-Trainer, an Emergency Doctor (working both in Cities and Oil-Rings), and two System Programmers for Design and Electronics, who Joined Together in a Project, (that they Claim to be much more Simple, Economic, and mainly Faster than a fully Manned, Life-Guard Patrol Boat : See relevant Comparative Video-Test), which is currently in the process to become more and more Known accross the World.

From the prestigious Crystal Products' Artist, "Lallique", (for whom a Modern-style Museum has been established, some Years ago, at a Splendid Natural Landscape on nearby Lorrraine area's Mountains, close to Strasbourg, whose Press-Club had invited "Eurofora" and other Journalists to Visit, on the occasion of a Franco-American Artist's Exhibition : Lallique's own Daughter), up to "Citroen" High-Tech Car Manufactor himself, and related even to the 1st "solo" Trans-Atlantic Ocean Airplane Flight by Charles Lindbergh, etc., Beginning as Early as already "since 1915", as President Dorey reminded now to "Eurofora", the "Innovation Award "Lepine" Competition, (named after a former Paris' Police Prefect), celebrates this year its 115th Anniversary.

+ A French "Wine-Grower's Robot", added to 2 Chinese "Under-Sea" and "Nurse" Robots, are Now Added among the 2016 European Innovation "Lepine" Award landmarks, covering a Wide-spread, various Practical Uses' Horizon, going from Implanting and/or Collecting Grape Fruit Trees, as a Mecanized, quasi-Automatic Help to Agricultural Work, up to Keeping the Natural Environment Clean, or providing Urgent Health Care, etc...

3, different, Electric Bicycles, are also on Display : The "StromerBike", with "a Digital Connection", GSM, GPS, etc., reportedly "Communicates with a Mobile Phone, and Receives Instructions", is Equiped with a 500 W - Strong Motor, and a     Li-Ion Batery of 48 V, offering 814 WH of Energy, and has an Autonomy of 159 km. The "Beakor", another "Connected" object, is Equiped with HD Cameras' Lights, offering a Road Security similar to that on Cars and/or Motorcycles, thanks also to Powerful Light beakons, located at the Front-End and on the Rear of the Bicycle, which allow Cyclists to See clearly, but also to Be Seen, while Cameras on Both Sides Upload and Send Pictures or Videos, which can also Serve as "Black Boxes". In addition, the relevant Software includes even an Alert system, in case of Accident, while LED Beams are projected on the Ground. "Stigo", a Smaller e-Bike, can be Folded at 2-3 Pieces (in a 40 X 48 cm Format on the Ground), as a Rolling Suitcase, which can be Transported Everywhere (f.ex. even in High-Speed Trains, Airplanes, etc), and receives Power from a Normal Electric Plug, while it also Speeds up to 25 Km/h, Weighting Only 13,9 kg, but Able of Autonomy for 30 km. An autonomous PhotoVoltaic Fill-up Unit, with a Fast and Easy Plug-In, exists also, for auto-Consumption, which Can Serve also in order to Park your Bike...         

"Smart- Scooter" is Equiped with a Battery connected to a Mobile Phone, allowing for the Driver to know precisely the remaining Autonomy in Electric Power at any moment, even during Driving, in a Real-Time Connection to the State of Play of the Scooter, while also enabling Remote Monitoring, (f.ex. in order to Open the Seat, for Starting up, etc). Other Motorcycles are Equiped with an USB Plug in, SmartPhone support, etc., (f.ex. "SpeedFight"), and/or with a real LCD Screen Computer Informing the Pilot on the Tires, the Consumption, Remaining Autonomy, External Temperature, etc., while also Starting up by Remote Control at a 1,5 m. range of Distance ("Metropolis"). A lot of various New Electric Cars (from the fully-fledged, luxuous Hybrid "Lexus" Family, with a characteristic Design, to a lot of Smart 100% Electric Cars usable even "without Driving Licence", "from 14 Years Old" of Age, as more en more often in Recent Years, complete the List of Innovations in Modern Transports.

Meanwhile, President Dorey also Welcomed Tunisia, (a Digital-environment related Country, the World-Famous "Cradle of Arab Spring", and NOBEL Peace Prize Winned in 2015 : See, f.ex. : ....), as the 2016 Guest of Honour in Strasbourg's "EuroFair", where, as he said Afterwards to "Eurofora", he had Personaly Lived for almost a Decade in the Past, when he Worked in a Big Company active in an Environment Protection-relared area...

However, such Tunisia-related, Developments, appeared so Interesting and deserving at least an elementary European Solidarity, that "Eurofora" was practicaly Obliged even to Risk Missing a Unique Chance to participate at a very Topical "Press Point" with the Young French Minister of Economy, Industry and Digital Society, Emmanuel Macron, where we had been Invited, because it had been scheduled, Curiously, at the Same Day and even precise Hour (sic !), as the Annual "EuroFair"'s big Press Conference, but ...at the Other Side of Strasbourg City, far Away from the Palace of Congress !

    Even if it was held, astonishingly, very Near to "Eurofora" co-Founder's Family Home, and was Macron's Last Public Meeting just a few Minutes before he Started to Spark Top Headline News all over Europe and the World, (even at Moscow or New York !), with his (partly Expected) Intention to Resign from the present Government in order to Start Focusing exclusively on the forthcoming, Crucial French Presidential Elections of Spring 2017, where he notoriously intends to be a Candidate, (Comp. 2 "Eurofora" earlier Publications, including with Statements that Macron gave us on various other Topical Issues, f.ex. at : .... + ...) ...

    => Perhaps, IF we had a Chance to get hold of that ... "Helper-Drone" on Time, may be we could have Send it, Urgently, in a Speedy Mission to Film by Video Macron's Press Point at the Same Time, on the Other Side of Strasbourg...

    But, could it also provide a Technical Possibility to ...Raise a Topical Question, by Video-Conference and Mobile SmartPhones interposed, (almost as even controversial Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan had been Spectacularly Obliged to do recently, when he Spoke to a TV Media through an "I-Phone" and a Video-Conference Web Appl., during a Strange, too Short, alleged "Coup" Attempt) at the above-mentioned Macron's Press-Point (Comp. Supra), where "Eurofora" had been Invited, but practicaly Hindered to be Physically Present, (See Above)...
