WW1 start Anniversary: Franco-German Presidents Hollande+Gauck for EU role on Peace in Ukraine+M.E.

*HartmannsWillerKopf/Angelo Marcopolo/(PARTLY UPDATED +for 4/8/2014 Relevant Events : See Infra)/- Speaking exactly there where the 1st World War had Started a Century ago (1914-2014), transforming an Impressive Mountainous Landscape into a Massive Killing Field, French and German Presidents Francois Hollande and Joachim Gauck pleaded, in fact, for a Stronger EU role on Peace and Values in nowadays Deadly and Dangerous Conflicts, from Ukraine to the Middle East, as both their Speeches and various subsequent Statements to "EuroFora" Highlighted clearly enough :

 

Hollande's Speech:

    - "It all went so Fast", in a "mecanic"-like way, reminded  from the outset French President Hollande, speaking about the outburst of the 1st World War at the place where more than "30.000 Soldiers werre killed", here, at Hartsmanwillerkopf, which "changed  sides .. 8 Times".

     + "This very Memorial had been inaugurated back on ..1932, i.e. just 1 Year before another (political) Catastrophe strikes Germany", he topicaly reminded, obviously referring to Hitler's NAZI Party win at the 1933 National Elections, which notoriously brought Europe closer to even a 2nd World War shortly afterwards...

    => But, from now on, (including with the joint Franco-German Museum whose edification we shall launch Today), we want "mainly to mark our Will to Forge Together a Common History",  he announced.   

    + Because such Reminders "call us to Unite" Together, and help us "understand the Barbary which Surrounds us" Today, pointed out the French President, obviously referring to the Middle-East , Iraq, Syria and Ukraine Killings even of innocent Civilian People recently.

 

    => Moreover, "France and Germany", (whose Historic ReConciliation was set up by De Gaulle and Adenauer, followed by the "emotion widely felt" by the notorious Symbolic Gesture of Mitterand and Kohl at Verdun's WW1 Cemetery),  Today Act Together in order to "Make Peace,, support Human Rights, Face the Risks of War in Ukraine, help Start Negotiations, while also supporting Territorial Integrity", the French President stressed Topically as No 1 priority inside the European continent itself.

    + At the same time, we must also Help the Christians in Iraq, Women in Nigeria, protect the Sahel areaq (from Extremist Islamists' Terrorist Attacks), and act to "Stop Massacers" in the Middle East", he added.

    - In fact, "Europe is not against Patriotism, neither for Nations to disappear : On the contrary, EU is about "Founding a Community of Interests, based on Values, Peace and Solidarity, and, precisely, the EU succeeded to win against War, as well as to create a (Common Market, a Common Currency (the €uro), and opened New Avenues", Hollande  observed  on this occasion.

    - Naturaly, it didn't yet managed to serve with all its potential to face the (Global Economic) Crisis, and it has not become Ideal", but, at any case, it (EU) is more contested by what she is Not", he observed.                            

 

                                 
    => But, as some among the Victims of the WW Tragedies had themselves prophetised, "there can't be a Future without a United Europe which would express the Divine Truth that we are all Brothers", the French President reminded in conclusion.

Gauck's Speech :

     - "I see here Today that, Together with our 2 National Flags, there is also a European Flag", stressed from the outset the German President Joachim Gauck.

    - "This symbolizes the fact that we are now United also by a Political Culture, by Humanism, and by our Duty to act Together for Peace, Human Rights, and Citizens' Dignity", he declared, calling to deal in this spirit with EU's realities, and echoing the main thrust of what had just inspired to his French homologue the topical symbol of Hartmanswillerkopf.          

     - "Here we have lived one of our most Horrible Darkspots of our History in the Past, he reminded for HartmannsWeilerKopf, pleading to "never forget" the fact that, here, Europeans had been Divided in two opposed parts composed of Tens of Thousands of Soldiers, Stalking, Spying, Attacking, Chassing away, Shooting and Stabbing eachother, in addition to those who were Wounded and Maimed, in what was named later-on as "the Slaughterhouse", or the "Cannibal' "Mountain which Eats Humans", even if it wasn't the Mountain itself which Destroyed and Devoured People, but some people who Abused of any means to Annihilate each other by Inhuman acts".

 

    - So that someone who had lived here, at HartmannsWeilerKopf, wrote, on April 1915 : - "..All had been so Friendly and Beautiful here, but Evil people Divided us in order to push to Death and Destruction. Ah, how Wonderful (Divine) will it become, when Peace will return for ever in these Blue Mountains !", the German President quoted.

     - But Today, it's hard to imagine what had really happened here, in what had been named, at the 1st World War, as "Hell on Earth" : In fact, it's right here, at one of the most Beautiful Landscapes at (old) Europe's HeartLand, that had been Betrayed everything which actually constitutes Europe's Values, Culture and Civlisation", Gauck Denounced.

    - It's with an "Unbelievable Fanatism", added to "a Terrible, Intellectual and Moral, Blindness", that each one of the parties involved at that 1st World War Tragedy, while making many People believe that they were "doing the right thing", (a favourite expression formula, often used by former UK Prime Minister Blair, a "neo-Socialist" who played a notoriously Controversial role by inciting USA to engage in the 2nd Iraq War back on 2003, which resulted to the current Deadly Chaos amidst Extremist Islamist Terrorists' attacks from Turkey's Borders until Bagdad, particularly under the current - also "Sociailst"- USPresident Obama's Ending 2nd term 2012-2015). But, in fact, by doing so, they only provoked "a Destruction of the Culture and Civilisation" of old Europe's "Belle Epoque", by an exacerbated, narrow-minded "Nationalism" spreading "Barbary", which brought "Misery and Ruin", he reminded.

    - Thus, "Historical vicissitudes" "Pushed Twice our two Peoples (French and German) Against each other", he reminded, on the 1st and 2nd World Wars, which closely followed also the 1870 Franco-German War, on 1914 and 1940. (I.e. at the same period during which, on the Contrary, the USA had notoriously succeeded to overcome their Independence War's scars, and to definitively Stop their "Civil War" after 1860, by forging an even Closer Unity thanks to the Transformation of the former "ConFederation" of American States, into a real "Federal" American State, able to safeguard Peace and Stability, which boosted their Economic Development, bringing the USA, from their initial condition of a far away Colony of the UK, up to the status of a 1st order World Power, precisely, already since the 1st World War, and even much more after the 2nd World War, while, at the same time, Divided Europeans were tragically pushed to Kill and Destroy eachother's Human and Material resources)...

    - Something which "was, for a long time, Unimaginable", in the Past History of "France and Germany", who had been, "once, two self-confident and, also, would-be Friendly Neighbours to each other", (f.ex. since the "Allamans" era, as early as already the 5th Century AC, and the "Charles the Great" former Franco-German Unity, Historically Symbolized eve, by the famous "Oath of Strasbourg" at the 9th Century AC, etc. up to French Napoleon's notorious success to inspire and charm the World-Famous German Music Composer Bethoven to the point that he wrote and dedicated his landmark "Heroic" Symphony in the honour of the French Emperor), long Before the 1870-1940 Dark Tragic Divisions Downgraded Europe, until its CoE and mainly EU new Institutions succeeded to re-start bringing back Peace until now.

 

    + " We ...should see this Reconciliation as a Gift", and "be profoundly Grateful fpr the Great ... Efforts Initiated by .. a Generation which, shortly Before, had Regarded each other as Arch-Enemies". In particular, Historic former French President and German Chancellor "Charles de Gaulle and Konrad Adenauer, (since 1963), Symbolise the Friendship which is possible Today, between France and Germany", reminded Gauck on 2014.
    
    - Speaking in favour of visible "Dramatic Changes, in relation to War and Peace", he pointed even "in my own Family", where "my ForeFathers went to War once, or even twice", while, on the Contrary, "I myself, my Sons and GrandChioldren, do Not Know how that feels. ... My GrandFathers lived with the certainty that they had Born Enemies. But this Idea is completely Alien to My Sons and GrandChildren", since, on the Contrary, it is anew "Allowed (for) Shared Traditions of European Civilisation to be Acknowledged", as he observed.
    
    => But, even Today, "the Warning sounded by the Bloody 20rth Century, should Not be in Vain" : "Let us Intensify our Dialogue", "and let us Develop a Culture of Trust, Together, for a Present and a Future in Peace and Freedom - THROUGHOUT EUROPE", appealed in Conclusion President Gauck, speaking at a Crucial Moment also for the still on-going, Deadly (particularly vis a vis Civilian People at the Autonomist Regions of Donetsk/Luhansk) and Dangerous Conflict in Eastern Ukraine.

    >>>  - "That's why we want to Pledge, time and again, that We will Not Lose the Political Will to Turn Adversaries into Friends and Partners", to "Preserve Diversity in Europe", and Keep our Tireless Efforts towards this end". "It's True that Europe is a Difficult Project", But "the Generations Before us, would have Loved" to Face "Our Problems" of Today, Instead of their "Battlefields of HartmanssweilerKopf, the Marne or Verdun", ("Full of Graveyards", as Historic German former Chancellor Helmut Kohl used to repeatedly Denounce, f.ex. also in Strasbourg, at the Rhine River, back on 2009, together with the then President of the ChristianDemocrat/EPP Group in EU Parliament, French MEP Joseph Daul).
    
    - For that purpose, "Our Shared Europe a,nd our Shared European Institutions, are Not an Accident of History. Rather, they bear Witness to the fact that we have Learned the Lessons of History", and, therefore, "they Protect us from Aberrations". It's mainly for this reason that "one of the Great Tasks of the Present and of the Future will be to Highlight time and again the Profound and absolutely Vital Importance of our common European Institutions, indeed our ... common European Policies', (in which "Civil society" should be "always Involved"), President Gauck urged.

    - But, for the notorious "Franco-German" motor of Europe to stir in real Practice such positive moves, "Remembrance Days, like this one, are Important", because it's "Only in Retrospect (that) can we Judge what a Long Road we, in Europe, had to travel along to arrive at where we are Today" (2014), when, "in stark Contrast to 1914, ...we have Learned, in many Painful Lessons, to ... Transform Antagonism... into ...Mutual Enhancement". So that "we Can Overcome our Problems Together; we can Work on an Historic Project, in which there are... only Winners. But we Can Only do this by Working Together", and, in order to fully do so, we have also to Learn to "Tell our European History as a Shared History", Gauck stressed in Conclusion of Today's impressive Franco-German event for the Centenary of the Beginning of the 1st World War (1914-2014).

+ Subsequent Statements
(to "Eurofora", etc) :

    + When, Afterwards, Hollande suddenly emerged walking accross Invitees and Journalists in front of a surprized "Eurofora", wondering whether "Did you Hear my Speech" and got its Message ?", we spontaneously reacted by ensuring him, at first, that, indeed, "Mr. President, your speech was very good" on EU Peace Values, etc. "But, Today, could you try to do something also for (the) Ukraine" Crisis, (given, particularly, the obvious Dangers against Peace in Europe that may provoke if it persists further and/or worsens) ?"

    - Appearing Thoughtfull, the French President simply reacted to that Topical "EuroFora"s question with just a word : - "Certainly", ("Bien sur" in the original in French), in principle Positive, but inevitably vague reply, while waking further ahead, and giving his place to the German President, Joachim Gauck.

    + While "EuroFora" was still repeating almost the same Question, initially raised vis a vis the French President (Comp. Supra), immediately afterwards, German President Gauck almost Grasped that issue on the Fly, clearly adding that, in his view, indeed, it would be certainly "Good" to do that, (i.e. to apply on Ukraine now the Principles that the 1st World War has Tought us, according to what he had just said, together with his French counterpart Hollande, in their speaches at HartmansWillerKopf), in order to really try to do something (for Peace and/or to stop killing Civilian People) in this direction. In this regard,  Gauck simply Responded with a Bright Smile to "EuroFora"s observation that his "Speech (at HWK) was Very Good", precisely, on that General Principle about EU's Peace Values, (See relevant PHOTO).

    ++ This was made even more clear, later-on, dring the following visit of both French and German Presidents at Belgium, where he Continued their statements on the 1st WW Anniversary, together with their counterparts from Spain, Belgium, the UK, etc., as well informed sources from the French Presidential Palace "l' ELysée"'s Press service,  had meanwhile  warned "EuroFora", particularly by advising us to "Wait, a little bit more", after the initial 1WW Commemoration Ceremony at HWK Today Morning, for "perhaps later Tonight or, may be, Tomorrow morning"...

    Interestingly, this French side's move pointed at the same direction as that of Experienced Strasbourg-based AFP's German language Journalist, Jutta Hartlieb, who had warned "EuroFora" that, exceptionaly, she would follow German President Gauck immediately to Belgium : - "Even if the (1st World) War practicaly Started here, (at HWK, near Cernay village, close to Mulhouse), nevertheess, I think that Tomorrow's (European/International Heads of State/Government) event will be The Most Important", she warned "EuroFora".

    => Both Elysée Press service's and German collegue's advise to "EuroFora" proved to be Right : French President Hollande added, indeed, later-on, in Belgium, where he went together with German President Gauck after leaving HWK,  even more references to Ukraine, etc., including, for the 1st time now, a highly symbolic sentence pointing at the fact that : - "Today, there is Not 1 Policeman for the whole World" :

 I.e. obviously implying that Peace  and Civilian People's protection in the entire World's  couldn't depend, no more,  just on the USA alone, but, on the contrary, EU's core, the Franco-German couple, felt now the Need to Start Actively contributing to such a role also directly on its own, particularly in and/or around/close to Europe, naturaly including, most of all, the urgent need to Stop the Killings and even Civilian People's sufferings at an Historically, Culturaly and Geographicaly European Country as Ukraine.

    + In another Topical follow-up directly after the Hartmanswillekopf's event, German President Gauck also, later at Liege, warned against Propaganda "Demonizing the Enemy" with an exacerbated "Nationalism which Blinded Hearts and Minds", in what was widely percieved as an indirect but topical reference to the on-going Conflict at Eastern Ukraine.

     - In fact, that it was not just about the memory of the former suffering. "We also remember that together We have a Responsibility to the World., We can not remain indifferent when Human Rights are Violated, threatened or face violence," Gauck said. "We must actively fight for Freedom and justice, for education and tolerance, for justice and Humanity", he stressed in conclusion, speaking at the same time that the situation of Civilian Populations at Eastern Ukraine facing for 5 Months now Kiev Military's notoriously Deadly and Destructive Attacks have now arrived at a Tragic and Crucial level of Sufferings.

+ Reacting more Clearly on that Topical Issue Today, at HWK, - It seems, indeed, that - "Yes, there IS a Hope !" for Ukraine, replied Positively to "EuroFora"s relevant query the French Minister for EU Affairs, former MEP, Harlem Desir, (who also knew "EuroFora" from his previous duties as former EuroMP, f.ex. for the iberation of Journalists previously abducted by Extremist Islamic Terrorist movement "ISIL" in Syria, close to Turkish Borders, and had recently visited EU Parliament in Strasbourg immediately after the latest EU Brussel's Summit, on July 16).

++ "I will be soon in Ukraine, not only at Kiev, but also in Kharkiv", anounced to "EuroFora" the mainstream German MP Andreas Schockenhof, vice-President of the Governing CDU/CSU Group at the Bundestag and Chairman of the Franco-German inter-Parliamentary Group, with a big Experience both on Russia and EU/Foreign Policy issues, smiling, with Molkerain Farmhouse at an unforgetable background, there where famous Director Francois Tryffaut's fiction "Jules and Jim", reminded earlier by the French President, had been filmed....

 -  "It will be Difficult", (to broker Peace there), "but, I believe that it has a Very Great Value" for Europe to find a Political Solution, Schockenhof pointed out on Ukraine developments, where - "It's very Important for the EU to remain United, and to stick Together" , as he stressed in a positive Reply to "EuroFora"s Question about the need for EU to act particularly against certain "Barbaric Images that EU Citizens are astonished to see there Today, (mainly about defenseless Civilian People atrociously falling Victims during Kiev Millitary's intensifying Army Attacks against the Dissident Regions of Donetsk/Luhansk, in a way obviously contrary to Post-War Modern Europe's officialy proclaimed Values).

++ Veterans and Memory French Minister Kader Arif,  after Saluting "EuroFora", (that he personaly knew both from his former duties as EU Parliament's Rapporteur, f.ex. on EU Mediterranean Strategy, etc., as well as from his current duties as a Minister, f.ex. when he represented France at an "EUROCORPS" Press Conference earlier in Strasbourg (Comp. : ......),  observed, in reply to our relevant Question, that, indeed, "there are", even now, "Alive eye-Witnesses of the World Wars", able to add their own, original Testimonies, to the overall Memory of such exceptionaly Tragic Events. - "I certainly hope to have many Conflicts' Witnesses well Alive in the Future" too, added smiling to "EuroFora" Arif.

    + But, in a Tragic Irony, several Cease-Fires reportedly occured these days even at the far away Middle-East Conflict, while, on the contrary, there was none yet in the European conflict at Eastern Ukraine, despite crystal-clear calls even by a quasi-Unanimous Vote at EU Parliament's latest Resolution on Ukraine, July in Strasbourg, to "stick to a Cease Fire" and start "inclusive Dialogue" for a "Political Solution".

    And this (lack of any Cease-Fire at Kiev's Military Attacks against Autonomist Regions Donetsk and Luhansk), regardless also of the fact that abuse of obviously excessive Deadly and/or Destructive Mlitary Violence at Ukraine has been continuing there for Many Months, since April 2014, (i.e. just after the March 11 regional Popular Referenda), while, on the Contrary, in the Middle-East, Military Violence re-Started about one (1) only Month, (just after an unprecedented Kidnapping, Hostage taking and atrocious Killing of 3 Israeli Young Boys, as well as BombsShelling of Tel-Aviv Civilian Airport, to which Israel replied by launchig a Deadly Military Attack at the North of Gaza against Hamas).l

    During that, more than a Thousand (almost 1.200) of innocent, unarmed Civilian People (including even Women, Children, Elders, etc) were Kiled by Kiev's Military Attacks against the Dissident Autonomist Regions of Donetsk/Luhansk, more than 3.500 People Wounded, 12.000 Homes Destroyed, several Cities had their Water, Electricity, Food and/or Mobile Phone/Internet Networks sabotaged  by Kiev's Army's shelling/Bombings, and more than 102.000 became Displaced/Refugees, according to both sides' and International Organisations' latest Official Data.

    However, even Strasbourg's regional Newspaper "DNA", headquartered at the City which hosts not only EU Pariiament's Plenary Sessions, but also ECHR and all the PanEuropean Organisation for Huma Rights, Democracy and Rule of Law : CoE, didn't ever publish any noteworthy Heading about not even that latest case of a Baby Girl atrociously Killed, together with her Young Mother, by Shelling from Kiev's Military Attacks against Dissident regions of Donetsk/Luhansk. Nevertheless, this same Strasbourg's "DNA" Newspaper's Headline News Today titled : - "One (1) Child Killed in Gaza" at faraway  Middle-East area, (while, on the contrary, still keeping a scandalous quasi-Total Silence on the Children Killed at Ukraine, inside Europe), ....where some obviously abuse of blatantly anti-deontologic Double Standards)...

    + Meanwhile, it's just Yesterday (August 2), that Kiev's Military Attacks against Dissident Autonomist Regions of Donetsk/Luhansk reportedly, inter alia, Destroyed a Hospital and a Nursery, in addition to many Family Homes, cut Water and Electricity at Pervomaisk, near Lugansk, (where Food distribution, Phones, Internet, Water, Electricity, Salaries/Pensions and even automatic Banknote machines have been Interrupted), and Burned down a School at Donetsk Killing there 2 Civilians, including a Woman, while at nearby Dokuhayevsk they reportedly killed 18 helpless Civilians in revenge of the loss of 2 Soldiers in the fight against the Militia defending the city, (as NAZI had notoriously done back on 2nd World War, at a larger scale in the martyric French Village of Oradour, earlier visited by Presidents Gauck and Hollande), shortly after firing Automatic Mass Launchers of "Grad" Missiles against Gorlovka, where 40 Civilian People were recently Killed, including a Mother with her Baby in her arms, in addition to more than 100 Civilian People already killed at Lugansk, etc, in often Atrocious images that Europe hadn't seen since the End of 2nd World War...

    Nevertheless, according to Kiev's Media, the current Ukranian President Poroshenko was led to accuse "the Majority of the (National) Parliament to Refuse to treat the self-proclaimed "People's Republics of Donetsk and Luhansk" as "Terrorists"", thereby risking to join those who persist to Refuse any real Dialogue and/or Negotiation with the Dissident Regions, (excessively accused to be "Separatists", etc), not even about an eventual Federal Solution of the Crisis, or at least a substantial DeCentralisation, with Respect for each ethnic group's traditional Languages, Culture, etc., so that any compromise for a Peaceful Political Solution to that Bloody Conflict, appeared, until now, practically Excluded, threatening to Deepen even further an already Dangerous Division of the Country for the Future.

    Moreover, EU's and even UNO's Credibility risks to be seriously Undermined by an obvious Risk to be inevitably accused of Double Standards, if the current Kiev AUthorities' Refusal to  Discuss with the Dissidents about a Peaceful Political Solution not only via a Federalisation of Ukraine, (as both Russia, and Austrian President Fischer, Hungarian Prime Minister Orban, International PeaceBureau Secretary General, and others, have already advised), but not even via  a really substantial DeCentralisation of the Country, f.ex. Regional Autonomy, etc, (as several CoE and other sources have recently denounced, criticizing a few insufficient and partial steps reportedly made by Kiev until now).  Because, at the same moment, EU, CoE and UNO, unanimously support f.ex. for EU-Member and even €uroZone Member Cyprus, (which notoriously faces an illegal Turkish Military Invasion and Occupation of the Northern part of the island, still persisting for 40 Years now, from 1974 up to 2014, despite several UN SC Resolutions vainly asking for Ankara's Troops to be withdrawn back to Turkey, and for some 200.000 Greek Cypriot Refugees to be able to Return back to their Family Homes and Ancestral Land at the currently Occupied Territories, according also to ECHR's case-law), on the contrary, to Negotiate directly with the Turkish Cypriot Community (a Minority), in order to agree a Solution which should be based not only to a Federation, but even to a "Bi-Zonal" and "Bi-Communal" one, with an "Equal" status, according to pertinent UNSC Resolutions :

    Otherwise, i.e. If a 3rd Country as Ukraine, Not yet inside the EU, but just "Near Europe", as French President Hollande pointed out these Days, could legitimately Refuse even to consider any Federalisation and/or substantial Regional Autonomy for the Russian-speaking Minority of South-Eastern Ukraine, then, why should EU Member, and even €uroZone Member; Country Cyprus necessarily accept to give to the areas predominantly inhabited Today  by the Turkish-Cypriot Minority, (initialy only 18%), the status of a "Federated" state, in the framework of a "Bi-2onal" and "Bi-Communal" Federation, due to be establised throughout the whole island ? Obviously, if such a Solution might, eventually, (as some Ukranians denounce) push towards a Dangerous "Partition" of a Country, then, such an unacceptable Danger should be denounced also in the case of Cyprus, and not only vis a vis Ukraine alone... And if some political fractions in Kiev might, eventually, be afraid of Neighbouring Russia's alleged influence over the Russian-speaking Minority of Ukranian Citizens, then, why Cyprus' Greek-Cypriot Majority shouldn't  be afraid at all from Ankara's notorious control over the Turkish-Cypriot Minority at the island, (given also the fact that Turkey's Military has already Invaded and still Occupies almost 40% of the Territories of Cyprus, despite many UN SC denonciations, from where it has chassed -and still keeps- away more than 20% of Greek-Cypriots, obliged to become Refugees/Displaced persons, i.e. the Majority of the original, lawful Inhabitants in the nowadays Occupied Territories, after making even more than 1.800 "MISSING" persons among G/C. Victims, contrary to ECHR's case-law, which has persistently Condemned such Massive Violations of Human Rights : That's why Turkey never dared make any kind of "Referendum" in the Occupied Territories of Cyprus, as long as the Majority : their ancestral and lawful Population of Greek Cypriots, Armenians, Maronites, etc, hadn't been Chassed away by Ankara's Military Invasion) ? After all, EU+€uroZone Member Cyprus is a geographically and Culturally distinct Country which has a History of more than 3 Thousand Years, while Ukraine was, from the start, an integral Part of what became nowadays Russia, with which it notoriously shares a big Historic, Geographical and Cultural common Heritage, having essentially become Independent from it only recently, (after the Dissolution of the former USSR, back since 1991), and with a Strong Minority of traditionaly Ethnic Russian People at its South-Eastern Regions, from Odessa up to Kharkiv and Donetsk/Luhansk, etc. who have always been living there since more than 1,2 Thousand Years (800 - 2.014)...

Journalists immediately on the spot, helping to gain precious working Time. HWK's Ceremony officially opened, indeed, what is due to be a long Series of Fast-Evolving 1WW Commemoration Events this year.

    Europe's, and particularly the Franco-German couple's real Action for Peace, particularly nowadays on the Deadly (even vis a vis Civilian People) and Dangerous Conflict in Ukraine, will show whether such Events went in Vain, or, on the Contrary, Helped to really Learn the Lessons tought by History, (Comp.
