EUElection Debate skips Turkey 2017 Visa lift as PM Agent brutalises arested Protestor v.Manisa Dead

*Strasbourg/- The much awaited 5 Parties Debate, organized by EU Parliament earlier Tonight, for the End of May 2014 EU Elections between Top Candidates for the post of New EU Commission's President for the period of 2014-2019, surprisingly Skiped any Question related to Turkey's controversial and unpopular EU bid, despite a New, unprecedented Risk to totaly lift any Visa Requirement for all Turks as early as since 2017, including, f.ex., even for some particularly Abusive Turkish State Agents, who obviously trample underfeet elementary Human Rights in a Scandalous and Dangerous way, such as that Counselor of Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan, who Brutaly and Cowardly Kicked with his Feet many times a Protestor already Thrown Down, pressured and ill-treated by 2 Heavily Armed Turkish Soldiers, because he dared complain for the Atrocious Deaths of more than 282 Poor Mine Workers at Manisa, where Thousands had been Trapped earlier this week after an Electricity Cut and CO2 poisonous Emmission, more than a Km deep down, Under Earth's Surface.

Naturaly, it would give the Shivers to most EU Citizens only to think that such scandalously Sly, Brutal and Sadik, Dangerous Individuals, trampling elementary Human Dignity underfeet, among Turkey's infamous, too often Abusive "Security Agents", (often Torturers and/or Killers, possibly together even with various ordinary Criminal Thugs, f.ex. from the Mafia of Drugs, Arms' trafficking, paid Murderers, etc, too often related to Turkish Police and/or Politicians, as various other notorious Scandals revealed in Turkey a few years ago : See f.ex. Susurluk case, etc), might soon start entering and strolling around the EU, among us and our own Families and Children, without any Visa as early as in just 2 Years Time or so, from 2017, (and may be even Paid, f.ex. via Erasmus or RST a.o. EU Programs, with EU Taxpayers' Money, including the Poor who pay full VAT, etc)  !... 

Several Media, pointing at various Videos published at the Web and/or to Eye Witnesses, even claim that the Victim mourning reportedly also the Loss of members of his own Family in this Tragedy, had been also Aggressed and Hit initially by the Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan himself, accompagnied by numerous "Gorillas" of his personal Security Service, who later obviously Brutalized the Helpless Poor Man, hitting him many times in a scandalously Cowardly and Sadistic way.

Moreover, significant of the Gravity of the situation in Turkey is also the relevant Fact that , Turkish Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee's Chair, MP Volkan Bozkir, reacted to Demands to Start an efficient and transparent Investigation, as well as to set up a competent Committee, in order to find all the Truth about the atrocious Death of more than 282 Mine Workers at Manisa, find and punish  all those who are really Responsible for the Tragedy, (as ECHR's well established Case-Law routinely asks in such kind of serious Deadly Incidents in Controversial circumstances), merely by claiming that "if we had done that, then we would probably have more than 500 Different Investigations" for various Deaths in Turkey where State Officials are suspected to have Criminal liabilities, as he said in reply to a relevant question raised by a Brittish collegue earlier Today...

Manisa, the area of this week's Tragic incidents, is well known in Strasbourg's PanEuropean CoE's Organisation for Human Rights, Democracy and Rule of Law, already since an infamous 1995 Scandal concerning a Group of Young Children, Boys and Girls aged only 8 to 14 Years old then, who had been Brutaly Arrested by the Turkish Police simply for trying to put some Posters and/or write some Graffitis expressing a Dissident Political message on a Wall, after which they were immediately Closed to Prison, ill-treated, Tortured and even Raped, their Torturers scandalously escaping any Sanction for long, until NGO's and CoE's Human Rights' protection mechanism started to denounce, pressure and convince Turkey to at least promisse to start Investigating the issue and applyi some late Sanctions to those Sly Criminals who were found Responsible of such Horrible Atrocities cowardly committed against Helpless and jailed Children, (who became, since then, Famous as "the Children of Manisa").

 

That Scandal of "Manisa Children" had also been raised by mainstream former CoE Assembly MEP, and Member of Switzerland's National Council (Government), Victor Ruffy, in an official Question tabled to CoE's Committee of Ministers, where he called them to take "Action" in order to Help "these Victims of ill-treatment and Torture", who had even been, meanwhile "Acquitted" from any charges of which they had initially been abusively suspected, but "could today be Gravely Traumatised by the Violence which they have undergone", as he denounced, pointing also to the fact that all their Torturers, among involved Turkish Policemen, hadn't yet faced any Sanction at all, while, nevertheless, "Concern in this matter is Deeper still because it involves Young People, whose Protection was declared a CoE's Priority". 

Some being Aged even 8 to 10 etc. at around 1995+, the Victims of the "Manisa Children" Scandal might, perhaps, even have been among the nowadays Victims of such an atrociously Deadly incident as that of Manisa Mine Workers nowadays, since they should now have reached an age of about 28 or 30 years old..

=> When such Facts inevitably make People wonder what "Progress" (or Regression) Turkish Officials might have done, or not, vis a vis their CoE and/or EU Obligations on related Democracy and Human Rights issues, between such 1994 and 2014 particularly serious Incidents, i.e, during these last 20 Years, then, it becomes obvious that the right Answer will have to be better given by EU Citizens themselves in the forthcoming and/or subsequent EU and/or National Elections throughout all key EU Member Countries, for Europe to have any positive meaning for its own People in the foreseable Future. Because it's obvious that, in fact, all this concerns also the Future of our own elementary Human Rights' Values, and even of our own Children inside Europe....

Therefore, many were astonished when they found, Tonight, that EU External relations/International Issues were, indeed, limited at this Crucial EU Parliament's Debate, only on ... Catalonia and/or Scotland Referenda for Independence, the Ukrainian Crisis and Foreign Immigration in abstracto. But, instead of wondering whether Catalonia and/or Scotland should, or not, (re)-"enter the EU" if Independence Referenda are adopted in a few Months time, it's obviously much more important for EU Citizens to know what are real positions  of each Party vis a vis Turkey's controversial and unpopular EU bid.

 

This has even become recently much more Urgent than initially thought, particularly after not only one after another Negotiation Chapter started to be Opened to EU - Talks, anew re-named "Accession" discussions, after provoked Divisions of the Political Right in France undermined former President Nicolas Sarkozy's 2012 Electoral campaign and resulted, (for the 1st time in the History of the 5th Republic, founded by De Gaulle since 1958), in a Minority Government by the "Socialist" Party, (with Less than 50% of participating Voters), but even after a Deal was brokered and signed with Swedish Liberal EU Commissioner Malmstrom, which apparently bowed under Turkey's long-time Blackmail against the EU, where Ankara refused to take back the numerous Illegal Immigrants that it scandalously let enter EU's External Borders through Turkey, unless Brussels accepted to Lift all Visa Conditions to the Entry of all Turcs inside the EU  : Indeed, the relevant Agreement signed in Ankara at the End of December 2013 reportedly contains an explicit EU promise to give a Visa-Free status to all Turkish Citizens, and even Dates that "from 2017", (i.e during the term of the Next EU Commission's President and of the New EU Parliament, due to be elected at the End of May 2014).

Thus, among others, it's also French neo-Gaullist MEP Nicolas Dupond-Aignan who criticized, earlier Today, mainstream Top Candidates for the post of New EU Commission's President, for the fact that they seem ready to accept for Turkey to still Continue even further its Controversial and Unpopular EU "Accession" Negotiations, which are particularly Lucrative for Ankara's Government, having already reached more than 1 Billion € of Full Grants each year, (to which are added also some +3 or 4 more Billions € of low-cost Loans by the EIB yearly, as Turkish MPs had boasted already back on June 2012 at EU Parliament in Strasbourg).

Former French President Sarkozy had, certainly, promissed to try to Stop the unpopular EU - Turkey Accession Negotiations, as he had said during the pre-electoral campaign of his Brillant 2007 Win, but a combined Harassment even against his Private Family Life, which had then affected also his Heath, and heavy Political Pressure f.ex. through the Out-going EU Commission's President Barroso from Portugal (a stuborn proponent of the controversial Turkey's EU bid), added to a rather too Compromising stance by former Prime Minister Fillion (who had proposed a compromise Formula on July 2007 later accepted by Sarkozy himself explicitly  from the End of August 2007), the matter was limited into Blocking 4 or 5 Chapters to the EU - Turkey Negotiations, which were re-named as "Open Ended" (i.e. able to lead not necessarily to EU Accession, but possibly to one or another kind of Close EU Link), and to a superficial promisse by Barroso to start a "Debate on EU's Future", (soon grossly undermined, as it was finaly revealed later on 2010). In consequence, the addition of a sabotage from a small but sly part of his own party during the subsequent 2012 campaign for his re-election, amidst a provoked wider and deeper this time Division of the Right, added to a blatant unilateral Mediatic harassment, including various false but systematic Slandering Accusations, and even strange, Bloody Terrorist Attacks at the eve of Sarkozy's unique venue in Strasbourg then, on March 2012, led to the current, unprecedented situation of a "Socialist" Government getting in Power only with a Minority of Voters (Comp. Supra), which progressively adopted a much more Laxist stance on Turkey's controversial and upopular EU bid, (even if it obviously hesitated and avoided to cry it aloud), while, almost at the same time, German Chancelor Angie Merkel, despite her landmark and exceptionaly Large Win at the September 2013 National Elections, was, nevertheless, pushed to sign a Coalition Deal with the German "Socialist" Party, and, therefore, obliged to accept some among its demands, Turkey being among the first...

Thus, recently (on 2014), a twice unsuccesful but stuborn Presidential Candidate in France, and MP initially from the fomer Governing Party UMP (now Main Opposition Party), Dupont-Aignan has brokered an unusual Alliance, in view of the forthcoming EU Parliament's Elections scheduled for the End of this May 2014,  with the Brittish UKIP Party of Nigel Farage, Chairman of the "Europe of Freedom and Democracy" Group inside EU Parliament, a notorious "EuroSceptic" who has asked for Great Britain to get out of the EU traditionaly, but has recently started to move his Party actively also on various Other Issues, of much more greater Interest to EU Citizens, such as a vocal Opposition to Turkey's controversial and unpopular EU bid, (something which gave him an exceptionaly succesful 2009 EU Parliament's Election, when he got elected for the 1st time  a great Number of MEPs, after a campaign explicitly Focused then on being "the only British Party" to speak out clearly "Against Turkey's Accession to the EU", according to the Headlines of UKIP's 2009 pre-Electoral Manifesto and relevant Press Release, becoming then the 2nd UK Party in EU Parliament, far in front of the former Labour Government's own then ruling party), but also against controversial "Same Sex Marriage" issues more recently, (initially pushed by unpopular former "New Labour" Prime Minister Blair, and afterwards extended even by the current Conservative-Liberal Coalition Government, to the great Dismay of many traditional Conservative Voters, surprised by the Fact that Prime Minister Cameroon's own pre-Electoral Program, with which British People entrusted him the Government in his Succesful 2010 National Elections' bid, didn't say anything of that kind at all, as if someone else might have obliged Cameron to change his own views, both on Turkey and on S.S. Mariage later-on, perhaps put under Pressure from overseas USA's liberal Obama's own Agenda), and on those 2 Differend Issues risks Now to be added also another currently "hot" matter : that of Peace or War-like stance between EU and Russia, since the recent and still on-going Ukrainian Crisis, that various anti-Establishment Politicians throughout all Europe (both from the Right and the Left side of the Political Spectrum) have already started to exploit.

Such problems could soon prove to be even more serious than they seem at first glance, particularly if one considers also the Fact that, according to the Latest "Opinium" Polls, even if, for the 1st time since many Years, a Majority of 54% among British People want to Stay inside the EU, nevertheless, at the same time, (and in the same Poll), the UKIP comes 1st in preferences of British Voters, reportedly reaching as High as 30%, followed by the Labour with 28%, Conservatives 22%, etc. This trend is Confirmed also by another, "ComRess" Polls published Today, which gives up to 34% to the UKIP, followed by 30% to the Conservatives-Liberals Governing Coalition, and only 24% to the Socialists (Labour Party), etc. Taken together, all thse Facts certainly seem to reveal that it's precisely those above-mentioned Issues of Turkey, BioEthics, Peace/Russia, Anti-Bureaucracy, and other such New Issues which matter the most for EU Citizens.

   When the 1999 strange Giant EarthQuake had Killed more than 25.000 Poor People in Turkey, particularly among those who hadn't enough Money to live in normal Houses, instead of those Shaky Hamlets scandalously exploited by ruthless Turkish Building contractors, the Unforgetable Spectacle of another 2 Counselors of the then Turkish Prime Minister Ecevit, who ...laughed Shamelessly and with Vulgarity in front of the TV Cameras, just before he anounces a 1st Number of Killed People, was notoriously followed by a controversial and unpopular Attribution to Turkey of an EU "Candidate" Status, back on December 1999 at the Helsinki EU Summit, which resulted on 2005 in 3 "No" to EU Constitution's EuroReferenda, in France, the Netherlands and Ireland, condemning Europe to loose many Years' Time until at least the Lisbon Treaty could enter into force only as late as since 2010, so that EU was cought Institutionaly Unprepared by the 2008-2013 Global Crisis, still lacking the necessary Economic Governance tools, that, otherwise, it would have already adopted earlier.

 

 

 

Knowing that, one only gets the shivers Today, on 2014, at the thought that the even Worse, Shameless Behavior, showing Blatant Contempt and Total lack of respect even for elementary Human Dignity, as Turkish PM Erdogan's Counsilors showed in public, in the most Cowardly and Brutal way, by trampling underfeet even peaceful Protestors who dared complaint for 282 Tragic Deaths among Poor Manisa's Mine Workers (Comp. Supra), might be also explained by a feeling of Total Impunity guaranteed to the notoriously Oppressive Turkish regime by someone, which would be followed, again, mutatis-mutandis, by another series of controversial and Unpopular EU Concessions to Ankara, as, f.ex.. that Visa-Free promisse for 2017, that would allow to all Turks to enter the EU whenever they liked (Comp. Supra). While, at the same time, taking Pretext from the Ukrainian Conflict, others have just pushed, on the Contrary,  to Block any Visa easening at all  for Russians wishing to visit the EU.. It's even Worse than as if USA People were hindered to meet Canadians, at the same time that they were exposed to Colombian Drug Mafia contacts every Day... I.e. a recipe to undermine and Destroy Europe's Identity, Cohesion, Development, and Values.

 

    Such factual developments make even more clear what was recently stressed even by mainstream German  Newspaper "Die Welt", who placed at its  Frontpage Headline News a Warning that "we must Defend Europe even against (certain) EU" errors. Indeed, Real pro-Europeans must Urgently Save Europe from Blunders committed by some, by abusing of EU tools, and Free EU Citizens from the otherwise unavoidable Trap to be obliged to chose "between Schyla and Harybde" !: i.e. between Droping the EU or let some drop Europe by Blunders committed by abusing of EU tools. In other words Real Pro-Europeans must oppose not only Open Anti-Europeans but, most of all, Hidden and sly Anti-Europeans who cover up their wrong-doings though Misleading Appearances of Fake EU Masks...
