Cyber-Attacks on EuroFora provoke unprecedented Blockus Muzzling Press Freedom on Crucial EU+ events

*Strasbourg/+ 2 to 11 July 2014/- Suddenly surfacing precisely since the 1st Day of the 1st Plenary Session of the New EU Parliament, as it emerged from the latest, May 2014 EU-wide Elections, back on July 1st in Strasbourg, and growing in Intensity during the following Days, until late Afrernoon of the Last Working Day (Today : Friday July 11) before the 2nd July Plenary Session of EU Parliament, which opens Next Week from Monday, July 14, here, i.e. all along an Exceptional period for EU, Ukraine, Middle-East, EU-Russia, EU-USA, and other Political Events, (including inside France, Germany, Greece, Cyprus, etc), which doesn't arrive not even ..once in 5 Years, an absolutely Unprecedented in Gravity (for more than a Decade) series of Cyber Attacks against "EuroFora", Harassed almost every day, Destroying a lot of precious Time for Work and/or Contacts, erasing Data, (etc), and went as far as to Culminate by provoking finaly a unique, Total Blockade of all our Press Publications, Censoring in real practice any News-Reporting, and Hindering even our Readers and/or "EuroFora" MultiLingual Forum's pre-existing or aspiring Members both from writting and from reading the slightest new contribution at this European/International Meeting place at the World-wide Web, while manifold "Hot" Topical Issues were dramatically unfolding almost everywhere around "EuroFora"s main areas of interest, which can seriously affect the Lives of many Millions of People in European and often also Global Societies.

Already perceptible recently, such growing Waves of various Cyber-Attacks against "EuroFora" Started to Erupt even on Surface, adding also Explicit Interferences, since Tuesday, July 1st, i.e. pecisely the 1st Day which opened the Inaugural Plenary Session of the New EU Parliament (issued from the May 2014 EU Elections) in Strasbourg, and Persisted, augmenting in Intensity, particularly from Thursday, July 3rd, (new EU Parliament's 1st Session's concluding Day), until it Culminated, by provoking even an Unprecedented and unwarned Total Blockade of any Intenet Access to "EuroFora" from July 8 to 9, CENSORING ALL Press Publications :

I.e., by another Strange "Coincidence", precisely when ECHR's Great Chamber was holding in Strasbourg, for the 1st time in History, an exceptional Public Hearing about the Freedom of an Independent Website vis-a-vis a CoE's Member State's powers to restrict even elementary Human and Democratic Rights on the sole Pretext that some Anonymous Readers might have taken  the individual initiative to publish this or that controversial view in a Public Forum set up by that Website, whose owner sued the recalcitrant Government by lodging a formal application to the PanEuropean Court, (See : ECHR's Hearing of last Wednesday Morning, July 9)...

A never seen before, in more than 20 Years of EU/CoE/UN+ Press work (+9/1993-2014) Total Censorship and full Internet Access Blockade of an often Critical European News Media as "EuroFora", which was lifted only after Obliging to Waste an awful lot of precious working and/or contacts' Time, Today, late Afternoon of Friday, July 11, i.e. practically towards the End of the Last Working Day before the crucial next EU Parliament's Plenary Session in Strasbourg, which opens here on Monday, July 14, for a 2nd time in this Month : something notoriously so Exceptional that it arrives only once in 5 Years (f.ex. on 2009 - 2014 - 2019, etc).

Meawhile, according to part of Written Data communicated to "EuroFora" in Strasbourg by our Foreign Providers, it's at least Three (3) new Cyber-Attacks by anonymous culprits, that  were committed, already, on Monday, June 30, 2014 : I.e. at the Eve of the Opening Day of New EU Parliament's 1st, inaugural Plenary Session in Strasbourg (1 to 3 July), during which it constituted its own main Organs, (f.ex. Elections of President and Vice-Presidents, MEPs' Political Groups, various Committees, etc), for the first part of the next 5 Years : 2014 - 2019.

But the 1st Denonciation of a kind of "Flood" was provoked by some "Virus" and/or "Malware" imported by unknown Intruders in some Parts of our Website, (Not related to News-Reporting at all), was sent by an unnoticed email of our Provider, with an Astonishing ... Precision exactly at the 1st Day of New EU Parliament's Inaugural, Constitutive Plenary Session in Strasbourg, since July 1st ! Things Worsened, provoking an Unprecedented Threat to "Block" a Part of the Website, precisely since the notoriously most Important Day of that Plenary Session : on Wednesday, July 2, when, inter alia,  EU Parliament was visited by 2 Prime Ministers, the out-going and the in-going EU Chairman-in-office, Samaras from Greece and Rentzi from Italy...

Immediately afterwards, Culminate more than .. Three (3) written, explicit Threats against "EuroFora" at the Concluding, 3rd Day of the New EU Parliament's Plenary Session : on July 3rd, (i.e. at a moment when, normally, Time has become too precious to be wasted in anything else except from INTWs, News-Writting, etc, risking, otherwise, to get a Backlog of too many EU Newstories that "EuroFora" was Hindered to cover, or to finalize and publish).

During these Days, exceptional CoE visits at various Hotspots, (even beyond Ukraine's -obviously Deadly and Dangerous for Peace- Crisis), as well as crucial Economic developments, or denonciations of unprecedented threats of Human Rights Violations in some Key Countries, dangerous for Democracy, (etc), were among several "Hot", topical issues, that those Cyber-Attacks practically Hindered to cover on time.

On the contrary, however, curiously, the following Day : Friday, July 4, when NOTHING important happens inside EU Parliament (already gone away from Strasbourg, after the End of that week's Plenary Session), suddenly, .. everything becomes QUIET, without any visible supplementary Harassment, nor any more Threats...

But, since next Monday Morning, July 7, when an Exceptional Conference starts at the CoE in Strasbourg, with the participation of CoE's Secretary General Jagland, ECHR's President Spielmann, CoE's Director-General for Legal/Human Rights issues Boillat, and Top Officials in charge of ECHR Judgements' Execution, as well as several Constitutional Courts' Presidents and/or Judges, Experts, etc., focusing largely on Turkey, and the Access of Individuals to a Constitutional Court, immediately, Denociations of reportedly more Cyber-Attacks against "EuroFora" and fresh Threats to provoke a wider "Blockade" even of all our Website, returns back, apparently aggravated...

Harassment persisted and even Culminated the following Days; on Tuesday and particularly on Wednesday, July 8 and 9, pushing things as far as to provoke a never seen before in more than 21 Years of EU/CoE/UNO Press work, Total Blockade of all "EuroFora"s Website, which, practically Hindered us, (among others), even to find enough Time to attend an exceptionaly interesting ECHR's Public Hearing, precisely on the Rights and Freedoms of Internet Websites vis-a-vis Government negative interferences under pretext f.ex. of what other persons, as Readers, Visitors, etc. might have added, at their own initiative, and (normally, at least according to the UK-USA Laws, as well as in various other Countries) at their own individual Responsibility, on the occasion of a concrete case in Estonia, (Comp. Supra).

Moreover, astonishingly, those who undertook the Grave Responsibility to impose, (after many Harassments, curiously targetting  certain exceptionaly overloaded Days ; Comp. Supra), even an Unprecedented Total Blockade of "EuroFora"s News Media-Website, didn't even reveal to the Publich the plain Truth : I.e., that this had been provoked by a series of obvious "Cyber-Attacks" from unknown Criminals, who had obviously Targetted the most Important EU/CoE Events' Days (Comp. Supra), but, on the Contrary, they Covered up all that, by falqsely Claiming, (with a Misleading Page that they published, without any Authorisation from the Victims, right on top of "EuroFora"s erased Frontpage), that "EuroFora" would, suddenly, have decided, apparently at its own Initiative, to .. Suspend any Publication only in order to do some routine .... "Maintainance" Work (sic !), curiously at a particularly "Hot" moment, between, 2 Crucial EU Parliament's Plenaries, ECHR's Great Chamber Hearing, CoE's PanEuropean/International Conference, important Ukraine Crisis' developments, and various other exceptionaly important Political developments ! I.e. something absolutely False and seriously Damaging any EU/CoE/UN+'s NewsMedia's credibilty...

Despite Hard Work, from "EuroFora"s Team, also all over through the 9, 10 and 11 of July, in order to Urgently try to meet those inique Challenges, (for which the Victims were obviously not responsible at all, since it was made very soon clear that they were due to shameless and brutal "Cyber-Attacks", by sly Criminals, who hadn't managed to infiltrate but only some small Old Parts of our Website, (which  were Dated since Years, concerning only a previous Project which had been presented in the Past to a few persons related to the Municipality of Stasbourg and had been totaly Abandoned before many Years, without having been never used at all), nevertheless, that obviously DisProportioanate and seriously Damaging Total Blockade, which was Violating even the Freedom of Press, risking to provoke Irreversible Negative Consequences, persisted up to the End of the Last Working Day of this Week : Today, Friday Late Afternoon of July 11, i.e. practically at the Eve of New EU Parliament's Crucial Forthcoming Plenay Session which starts Next Monday, July 14 - 17).

+ In addition, grossly Inaccurate Informations given (even by Writting) to the Victims, (f.ex. about which Part of the Website was really Affected by those "Cyber-Attacks", and which wasn't at all), Misleaded "EuroFora" Teams' afforts to Urgently address that Grave Chalenge, and provoked the Unecessary Loss of at least one more Day (from Thursday, July 10, to Friday, July 11), without any serious reason, except only False Data irresponsibly given to the Victims, instead of the Right ones, (which could have permitted to Immediately Settle Everything,  at least One Full Day Earlier, and, in fact, even a Week Earlier)...

Moreover, that same inaccurate and misleading desinformation, might have also provoked an irreversible Loss of at least a great Part of Data needed in order to Search, Find and Punish all those Responsible for such Cyber-Attacks. This was added even to some undesirable, unecessary and Unauthorized Intrusions inside "EuroFora"s Website Files, including Personal Data, IPs of Members expressing various Critical Political Views f.ex. at our Forum, etc, without any Previous Warning !
=> In consequence, "EuroFora" strongly shares the Feelings of many among our Readers for that Unprecedented, Scandalous and Brutal Violation of elementary Press Freedom, which obviously Targetted our EU/CoE/UN+ News Website right in the middle of most crucial and exceptionaly important European/International events in Strasbourg and elsewhere, (only some among which were cited Supra). Any Subscribers/Donors who wish, will be re-imbursed for that part of News that they we were Hindered to deliver, despite a largely accomplished, already, gathering of INTWs and pertinent Data, etc.

It goes without saying, that every effort will be made by "EuroFora"s team to catch-up at least with the most Important EU/COE/UN+ NewsReports of the Days affected by those Cyber-Attacks, (most of which had already been found and partly prepared, but were hindered to be finalized and published on time), as well as to Find and Punish all those Responsible for such Blatant Violations of Freedom of Press, and Criminal Cyber-Attacks with obvious Political Targetting, (as it clearly results from many Facts already cited Supra). "EuroFora"s provider has already started to facilitate the gathering of the available Data for that purpose, and promised to stand ready to respond efficiently to any subsequent Police Investigation and Enquiry that we, and/or our Friends/Users would initiate by using the elementary Rights of all Victims of such blatantly Brutal and Anti-Democratic Violations of Press Freedom and of Internet Access Freedom,  private property, Personal Data, etc., parfticularly on many key "Hot" and topical Human Rights and/or Political issues, at the European/PanEuropean/International levels.
