CoE PanEuropean Assembly to Debate +Vote Report on Women Mass Aggressions + Media Muzzling

*Strasbourg/CoE/Angelo Marcopolo/- in a Surprize, last minute Move, but supported by an astonishingly Big Majority, the PanEuropean Organization for Human Rights, Democracy and Rule of Law, i.e., 47 Member States-strong CoE's Parliamentary Assembly, decided Today to prepare a Report, with Public Debate and Resolutiion, on the Scandalous Media Muzzling for many Days of the unprecedented Horrible Brutal Mass Aggressions that many Hundreds of Defenseless Women and/or Young Girls notoriously suffered by Coordinated Mobs of Thousands of Thugs, at New Year Eve, mostly Migrants recently arrived in Europe among the much more than 1 Million Massive Asylum Seekers/Irregular Immigrants' Unprecedented 'T  sunami",  which tresspased EU's External Borders mainly at Greece, through Turkey, during the Last 5 or 6 Months (+August 2015 - 1/2016).

The Official Request for a relevat  "Urgent Debate" on which CoE's Assembly Voted is placed under the original Heading : -"Protection of Women, and the Honest Reporting of unpalatable Truths".

i.e. obviously Focusing also on the notorious Scandal, mainly at the North-Rhine Westfalia (alias "NRW") German Federated State ("Laender"), controled by the Socialist Party, whose Biggest City, Koeln, marked the Biggest Number of Victims by more than a Thousand of Coordinated Brutal Aggressors, while the Local/Regional Police not only didN't Defend at all the Women Targetted by a Violent Mob, but even instisted to Hide, both the Gravity and the Characteristics of most Aggressors, as, both the Recently Elected New Mayor of the City, and a lot of various People, strongly Denounced. Even a Big and usualy "Pro" RadioTV Channel, such as "ZDF", and almost All Other Traditional Media, notoriously Failed to Report the Facts, while a NRW's Top Official had reportedly Ordered to Skip the Identity of the Aggressors, the Gravity of the Violence Abused against the unprotected Victims.

=> CoE's Parliamentary Assembly Voted in Favour of such an "Urgent Debate" on Both these 2 Points (i.e. Violent Aggressions against Women AND attempts to Hide the Truth : Comp. Supra), with an unexpectedly Strong Majority of more than the 2/3, with 140 Votes "For", and Only 53 "Against", while 17 Abstained.

Nevertheless, some MEPs, (as, f.ex., Socialist German Ms Mechtild Rawert, etc), appearered Bis Anxious to "Change the Name" of that Report, by imposing a "New Title", as she said, shortly after another, apparently Similar, but in fact very Different Draft, was also proposed in the name of all the "5 Groups" of CoE's Assembly, which refers Simply to : the "Recent Attacks against Women in European Cities", and to the "Need for a Comprehensive Response", (i.e. withOut Saying Anything Explicit in theTitle about the Scandalous Attempts to Hide the Truth...).

It was said in CoE's Assembly, in reply to that Socialist MEP's demand, that the competent Committee "May", afterwards, "Change the Name" of that Report, (i.e., perhaps even Erase its Original Headline Reference to the "Truth", etc).

But, COE's Assembly Decided to Officialy Transmit that Topical Issue, in order to prepare a Report with a Draft Resolution for Public Debate and Final Vote in the Plenary on Thursday, to its Committtee for Equality and Non-Discrimination, which is still Chaired by Turkish Socialist MEP Gulsun Bilgehan, who was among that Minority which had Voted Against such a Report, (as did Most Turkish MEPs, also from Other Political Groups)...

However, that Committee has also 2 Vice-Presidents from the ChristianDemocrat/EPP Group : Carmen Quintanilla, from Spain, and Elvira Kovacs, from Serbia, etc., and it remains to be seen how will also react most of its Members during the forrthcoming crucial Meetings, later this week in Strasbourg, before the Plenary Debate for Final Decision-making.

+Meanwhile, at least 2 Local/Regional Police Top Officials were reportedly Dismissed in Koln City and at the level of all NRW Laender, mainly after theirs Attempts to Diminish and/or Hide the Evil Done, during more than 5 whole Days, until it was reportedly Revealed, initialy by a Marginal, Pioneer NewsMedia, and afterwards by a Big, Mainstream Media, before unleashing an All-Presse "Tsunami"... Several Hundreds of Individual Complaints erupted from various Victims. (In Koeln, Most of them appeared to be Poor Girls, living Far Away from the City-Center, at various isolated Villages, which Depended on Public Transports, that the Local Police had reportedly ...Blocked, practicaly Pushing the Victims to Fall at the Hands of their Aggressors, waiting for them precisely in front of Koeln's Main Public Station, facing the Cathedral and the Rhine river-side where People traditionaly watched the Fireworks. Some of the Victims of unprecedented, Mob Attacks and Brutalities, their face in Blood, had to Walk Home for 2 or 3 Hours during the Night, when they escaped to their Aggressors, deeplu shocked, wounded and/or bleeding, after being "Treated like Cattle", as German Media revealed.

- "Firmly Condemning the Mass Sexual Assaults perpetrated the 31 December in Germany and Switzerland (etc., f.ex. : + Sweden, etc), PanEuropean CoE's Rapporteur on Violence against Women, Sahiba Gafarova, from Azerbaidjan, had already stressed that "these Violations of Womens' Rights can Neither been Tolerated, Nor remain Unpunished".

Curiously, however, NRW's Local/Regional Police, (the Socialists'-led Federated State, where Koeln Belongs), after reportedly Blocking the Victims (Comp. Supra), and Scandalously Abandoning them to their Brutal Mass Aggressors without doing anything to Help Protect them at all, moreover, it not only, repeatedly Pushed to Hide the Truth, both to the New Mayor of the City (an Independent, supported by a Coalition of ChristianDemcrats, Liberals and Greens), and to the Public at large, for at least 5 Days, but they even Attacked with Water-Canons and Gas a Popular Demonstration of several Thousands of People, after Obliging it to Change its Path, Stoppiung it, and Ordering it to Disperse, without ever arrivibng at its normal Destination, where the Incidents had taken place. Didn't they imagine that, at least some of the Victims' Families might have been among the Demonstrators ?
