Heritable Gene Editing Scare affects Artificial Births for Lesbians as CoE boosts BioEthics' Debate

- The Move comes as CoE's Committee on BioEthics is currently Prepaing an overall "Strategic Action Plan for 2020-2025", which is expected to be adopted by the End of 2019, as told "Eurofora" its President, Tesi Aschan from Sweden, and aims to boost "Citizens Participation", as stressed the Chairwoman of its Drafting Group, Siobhan O'Sullivan from Ireland.

>>> According to Article 28 of CoE's Convention on Human Rights and BioMedicine, (known as "Oviedo" Treaty, and opened for signature/ratification since 1998), "the Fondamental Questions Raised by the Development of Biology and Medicine" must become "subject of appropriate Public Discussions", due to be held "in the Light, in particular, of relevant Medical, Social, Economic, Ethical and Legal Implications". And, in case of "their possible Application", this also requires "appropriate Consultation".

=> Indeed, we'd better really - "Let the People Taste the Debate !", with a "Trustfull, and Well Documented Method", as well as by Publishing, a least, key "Quotes" from Paticipating Citizens, etc., Urged anOther CoE's Expert, Paula Martinho Da Silva, former President of "National Council of Ethics in Life Science", and currently Member of  UNESCO's International BioEthics Committee.    

- In fact, this is a big "Challenge" for the CoE, since we must clearly Define what exactly we mean by "Public Debate", "Civil Society", etc, critically observed Simon Burall, a British Expert from "Involve", UK.

- So, the PanEuropean Organisation for Human Rights, Democracy and Rule of Law, is due to Publish, for the 1st Time, a HandBook with a Set of concrete "Guide-Lines" for what it considers as adequate "Public Debate", just in a few Months' Time, as CoE's BioEthic Committee's President, Tesi Aschan from Sweden, told "Eurofora".

+ At any case, a Real Dialogue, or "Contradictory Procedure" in Public Decision-Making, naturally implies an Exchange of Logical Arguments, with Replies, which should be Sufficient (i.e. cover all the Main Points Raised), using Real Facts, as well as Correct Legal or Ethical Rules or Principles, and Avoiding Excessively DisProportionate or Erroneous Appreciations, as "Eurofora" knows well from our Legal University Studies and Research (including for PhD Doctoral Thesis) on equivalent issues, both in France and elsewhere in Europe, often also in the rest of the World. CoE's PanEuropean body for Democracy through Law, alias "Venice Commission", has Recently Published a Practical Guide on Relevant Issues, on the occasion of Judicial Monitoring on Public Administration's "Discretionary Power", which might Usefully Inspire Specialists also on specific BioEthical matters to Debate.

- Whenever we "Need Acceptance" from the Citizens, this requires, particularly on BioEthics, a "Serious Thinking", so that it canNot be done by abusing of ordinary, common "Polls"' methods, f.ex. "by Calling a Phone" !, Warned Lars Klüver, from the Danish Board of Technology Foundation.

- Often, Simple "Consultations" without something Substantial, risk to "leave People Disappointed", and/or to make them even "DisTrustfull", also Warned CoE's Strategic Plan 2020-2025 Chairwoman O'Sullivan, (Comp. Supra).

+ And it's also a Fact that, at least in Certain, more Controversial Issues, sometimes, when a Public Consultation (also by Internet) is launched, (as, f.ex., with France's latest Review, precisely, of its BioEthical Legislation, Last Year: 2018),

  - "If a GAP is Too Important", (between a Majority of participating Citizens, and what had Initially been Proposed by Public Authorities), then, there is "a Problem !", Honestly Denounced the President of France's National Ethics Committeee (Consutative), Jean-Fancois Drelfraissy.

=> Therefore, since then (mid-2018) "we are Waiting...", particularly when there are some issues due to be decided at the Highest Level of the State, (f.ex. President Macron, in France), he concluded, for the moment.

>>> Questioned, Later-on, by "Eurofora", Professor Delfraissy acknowledged that, in fact, it's Mainly (even if not only) a Controversial Attempt to Start, for the 1st Time in History, Thousands of Artificially obtained Births (alias "PMA" in French, for "Medicaly Assisted"), on Demand by Lesbians, which is Facing Most Popular Opposition, as that 2018 Citizens' Consultation proved.         

 + Indeed, this was Obvious also at the Official Website which had been dedicated to an interesting and popular Citizens Consultation by Intenet, on Topical BioEthical Issues, including that one : People's Opposal clearly OutNumbered there, by Far, a comparatively Few acceptances, by a Tiny Minority, as "Eurofora" observed, (See relevant Screenshots, published herewith). And Most of the Critical Publications were, more or less, Motivated with Facts and Arguments, to which, several from a Small Minority Backing such Controversial Demands, "replied" only with Personal Attacks, even Threats ! (etc)...  

++ In Addition, since the Autumn 2018 notorious Scandal of an UnKnown until then, Chinese Technocrat, pushed by a USA Lobby linked with Former POTUS Barack Hussein Obama, announced at Hong Kong that he had abused of a Gene Editing Tecnology in order to Artificially Manipulate the Genome of 2 Human Embryos and give them Birth with "Mutations" Irreversibly Transmitted also to all Future Generations, (Despite a "Hot" Denonciation by a China's Government Official, and several Other Critics accross the World, including in the USA), obviously, things became particularly Nasty in this area :

>>> Indeed, How could the Family of a Pregnant Woman whose UnBorn Baby is enTrusted to such "Doctors", as well as the Society at large, Be Sure that this Human Embryon would Not be Submitted, secretly, to any such Heritable Genetic Manipulations ?, "Eurofora" asked several Participants to CoE's BioEthical Conference.

 - "Practically Impossible !", at least Nowadays, Replied, in substance, the Experienced, Long-Time Member of CoE's BioEthical Committee, Professor Joseph Glasa, from Bratislava's Medical University, Head of the Institute of Health Care Ethics.

- And this was, indirectly but surely, almost Confirmed even by the President of France's National Comittee on Bio-Ethics, Professor Jean-Francois Delfraissy, in Reply to a relevant Question by "Eurofora" : After Admitting that, because of various UnCertainties or Risks, as well as Opposals, France's Committee on BioEthics has Decided to Ask for a "Freeze" on that Controversial Technology, as he told us, when we simply Asked:  -"How, then, it will be Possible for the People to Know when one or another Doctor might, eventually, Attempt, or not, to Genetically Modify a Human Embryon enTrusted to him, in a Heritable way, Irreversibly Affecting all its Future Generations",

=> then, President Delfraissy, astonishingly, did Not find Anything Better to Reply than Only a Worrying : - "Ah, that's anOther Story !", and Saluted us, leaving the CoE...

>>> The cradle of the Problem, notoriously, is that, in case of Heritable Gene Editing, currently, there is Both a Recently Unveiled Risk to later Provoke Cancer, and/or various Other Serious Health Troubles, as well as a Wider Danger to Artificially Fabricate Irreversible Genetic Mutations to All Future Generations, until ...various New, Distinct Biological RACES emerge from such irresponsible "Dr. Mengele" Experiments on Human Beings !...

+ In view of so Serious, New Dangers, Both for the concrete Human Beings Directly Involved, and Against Humanity at large, it has Become, (particularly After that Autumn 2018 Incident of 2 Human Babies Secretly "Modified" in their Genes in a way Automatically Transmissible to All their Future Generations : Comp. Supra), much More seriously Dangerous and Irresponsible to, eventually, Start, at This Moment, to Massively Give_...many Thousands of Human Embryos, to Any "Doctors", suddenly Massively Exposed to various Technical Interventions for Artificial Births, under the sole Pretext of some Lesbians' alleged abnatural Caprice (often induced to them by Propaganda from UnKnown Origins) ...

It would be, obviously, equivalent to Playing with Humanity's Survival for Dimes, (while also inevitably Exposing all those Children due to be Artificially Fabricated, as well as the Lesbian Women on demand of whom they may be delivered, to the Danger to Secretly become "Guinea Pigs" for "Tests" by some Unscrupulous Technocrats, and the First to be Exposed to uncontrolled yet Risks of Cancer and/or Other Various Health Problems) !

- Indeed, as also Professor Glasa, and Other BioEthical Experts confirmer to "Eurofora", most eventual Risks of various possible Health Poblems, in case of (open or covert) Heritable Genetic Manipulation of such Artificially Born Children, may Not become Apparent but Only after 10 or 20, if not even More Years in the Future...

- UnExpectedly, it's ...Vatican's Observer to CoE's BioEthical Committee, who, speaking with "Eurofora", expressed the view that, Perhaps, Scientists might, eventually, Find Soon how to Minimise or even Exclude such Big Health Risks, (f.ex. by Reducing the Combinations needed for such Heritable Gene Editing, i.e. Simplifying the procedure, whose Complexity has been Suspected as eventually provoking such problem, etc).

>>> But, at any case, it's Not yet done, and the Number 1, most Important and much Wider Risk : that of Exposing all Humanity to the Artificial Fabrication of Different "Races", and their Horrible Consequences, would still Haunt all People !

=> In these Conditions, the Only thing to do, for the Heritable Genome Editing, would be a kind of "International Freezing", suggested approximately Professor Joseph Glasa, speaking to "Eurofora".

- Indeed, it's for such a kind of "Global Ban" on Genetic Manipulations Affecting Future Generations, that have have Recently called several MEPs, after a Debate with EU Commission in EU Parliament's Plenary Session in Strasbourg, while a relevant Draft Resolution was also circulating among MEPs here, Dafted by the Biggest Group: that of ChristianDemocrat/EPP, (See, f.ex.: ..., etc).

 + => Meanwhile, after the International Row which Followed that November 2018 Incident at Hong Kong, about a 1st Heritable Gene Editing, transmissible to Next Generations, with Both Health and Socio-Ethical Big Risks, (Comp. Supra), we all Face an Exceptionaly Important "New Fact", which, Normally, should incite to Launch Nowadays also New Public Polls, More and New Public Debates, in order to Carefully ReView and ReConsider, also in view of those New Realities and Serious Risks in case of Artificialy Obtained Births, some Controversial Promises Previously Given in the Past, when the pre-existing Situation was absolutely Different, from what it has notoriously become Nowadays, since that New Danger revealed only a few Months ago, as far as Technologically Assisted Births, including various Interventions on Human Genome, are concerned :

    - Even CoE's Parliamentary Assembly's (PACE) competent Rapporteur on "New Forms of Public Debate in the Ethical aspects of the Rapid Advances in Science and Technology", Experienced Austrian Socialdemocrat MEP Stefan Schennach, speaking Today to "Eurofora", Agreed that such Crucial Choices should be Carefully ReViewed, if necessary, even with More and New Public Debates, Consultations, Polls, etc, After that New, Heritable Gene Editing Scandal of November 2018...

    Schennach, who is Now also President of PACE's Committee on Social and Health Issues, as welll as on Sustainable Development, told "Eurofora" that his above-mentioned Report is due to be Completed during the Next Year (2020), probably in the Spring, for PACE's Science, Education and Medias' Committee.

Given that really Efficient Measures against Attempts to Irreversibly Alter the Human Genome by Manipulations Heritable during Generations would, indeed,  better be imposed at an International Level, it's Interestig to Know that, when a Similarly Radical, Controversial and Dangerous Technological Breakthrough had Suddenly Emerged, in the Past, during the 1990ies, as, f.ex. the Technical Possibility to entirely Duplicate the Human Genome and "Clone" Identical Human Beings, then, CoE's Leadership had taken the Exceptional Decision to Immediately Organize an Historic Summit of Heads of State/Government in Strasbourg, under French Presidency (as Nowadays !), led then by Jacques Chirac, where, inter alia, Both the 2 Following CoE's rotating Presidents : German Chancellor Helmut Kohl, and Greek President Stephanopoulos, (as well as CoE Assembly's President Leny Fischer : Comp. various Replies give by Fischer to Our Questions, then Published at "TCWeekly" and/or "MPAgency"), had Strongly stressed in their Official Speeches, the Urgent Need to Rapidly and Clearly "Ban Human Clonning" : That Started, indeed, to be done, in about 1 Years Time, (in the form of a Special "Protocol", Urgently Adopted and Added to a Wider Convention from 1998+ : See infra).

+ Today's CoE's Conference, interestingly included, in Addition to a "National level" for "Public Debates", also an "International" one,  Topically Focusing on "the International Governance of BioMedicine".

Participants to the Latter included  EU Commission's "Ethics in Science and Technologies" Group, UNESCO's "BioEthics, and Ethics of Science" Section, CHRISTIAN Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, from Italy, WHO's Global Heath Ethics, OECD's Science and Technology Policy Division, etc. But UNESCO was Also commented for Recently Developing a lot of "National BioEthics Committees" for "Public Engagement" at Both Levels.

"Eurofora" will Return back to this, especialy Crucial, Nowadays, "International Dimension, hopefully in a Special Publication asap, given its Topical Importance, partiicularly as far as it concerns also the the Ways to Deal with the Recent Developments on Heritable Gene Editing (Comp. Supra).

+ However, Already, CoE's "Oviedo" Convention on BioEthics, which has entered into force since 1998, Prohibits, (with it Article 13), any "Interventions on Human Genome", which is Not "Only undertaken For Preventive, Diagnostic or Therapeutic Purposes", but might also have as "Aim... to Introduce any Modification to the Genome of Any Descendants", (i.e. to become Heritable).

The original Text of this PanEuropean Convention, also foresees that even Non-European, 3rd States, can be Invited to participate, from all over the World.

But, by Limiting that Prohibition of Descendants' Genome Modification just to Acts which have the "Purpose" or "Aim" to do so, (Comp. Supra), "Oviedo" Treaty Obviously does Not Cover the Risk of a so-called "Eventual Dolus", i.e. when someone Foresees that something Illegal May happen, but, nevertheless, goes on with a Dangerous Operation, Accepting that Risk :

That "Lacuna" had been Denounced by Critics, almost Immediately in Strasbourg, when "Oviedo"s Draft Text had been adopted there, back since 1997, as "Eurofora's co-Founder had personaly Witnessed, when some Exceptionaly Revolted National Experts came to Speak to Journalists in order to Express their Complaints.

However, Article 27 also Allows Explicitly, for any Member State Willing to do so, to eventually "Grant a Wider  Measure of Protection" for Human Rights, in this and/or all other Controversial cases.

- Nevertheless, as a 2019 UNO's Synthesis of all Current Moves on BioEthics across the whole World Recently Noted, CoE is Preparing 2 Reports on the above-mentioned, "Oviedo" Convention's Prohibition of Heritable Gene Editing "Aims" in any Intervention on Human Genome, (Comp. Supra), one from a Legal point of view, and anOther from a Technological point of view, which have Already Started about "8 Months Earlier", (i.e., Around the above-mentioned Scandalous Incident, Revealed at Hong Kong on November 25, 2018 : Comp. Supra, + ..., etc), as CoE's BioEthic Committee's Experienced Director, Laurence Lwoff, confirmed to "Eurofora".

- Those 2 Reports, (also inevitably related to the "Crispr/cas9" Technology of Heritable Gene Editing, notoriously used in that Autumn 2018 Incident), are expected to be completed in less than a Year's Time, and, Afterwards, "it's up to the competent CoE's Committee to Decide what Follow up they might have", Lwoff added, apparently Pointing at Crucial Choices soon...

+ However, the precise Dates when those Reports seem to have Started (perhaps, already Before that November 25, 2018 much Publicized Incident ?), added to the Use, by some interlocutors, of Terms such as : - "Review (sic) of Oviedo Treaty"'s notorious Prohibition of Measures aiming to Modify the Human GermLine for Generations (Comp. Supra), naturally lead to think that, instead of Searching ways to SafeGuard the Human Genome from Risks of Heritable Manipulations, on the Contrary, at least some Lobbies, might be, eventualy, pushing the CoE to Find one or another Pretext in order to Diminish, ByPass, if not Abolish that 1998+ Ban, due to Protect the Natural, Original Genome of Humankind, at least via the Imperfect, but existing "Oviedo" Treaty's Legal Prescriptions on this key point (Comp. Supra)...

- Concerning developments in France, a Controversial Thought of the Past, to eventually Allow, for the 1st Time in History, many Thousands of Artificially obtained Births, through Treatments by Genetic Medical Technologies, destinated to meet alleged Demands for Lesbian couples, (Comp. Supra), has been clearly Conditioned, by President Macron, by the Possibility to do so Only in an adequate, "Appeased" Way, i.e. Calm and Allying Fears of many Opposed People, withOut useless and even Dangerous Conficts, that Neither France, nor Europe can No More Stand without suffering from Counter-Productive and Damaging Tensions, as also the competent President of the French National Committee on BioEthics, Professor Delfraissy, clearly Reminded to "Eurofora".

But, is it Nowadays Feasible, considering also what happened, in the meantime, after that November 2018 Global Scandal on Dangerous new Technology Interventions to Human Genome Risking to irreversibly Manipulate the GermLine for the Generations to come ?

Already, the French Government has, Significantly, Postponed a relevant Move on that "Hot" and Controversial Issue, Previously Planned for the Beginning of 2019, pushing it for much Later-on, and particularly After the May 2019 EU Election...

Indeed, inter alia, it's also a Fact that several People, who, Otherwise, would like to Join, and at least Support the new French President's main Plans for a much Stronger and Better Europe in the foreseable Future, were, in real Practice, Obliged to Hesitate, during those Important, May 2019 EU Elections, for a large part, Precisely Because they were Anxious that such a Measure obviously Threatening even Humanity's present and foreseable Future, (f.ex., among others, also by the Obvious Risk to let some unscrupulous Technocrats Fabricate Artificially some kind of New "Races", once that they would have Taken Control of the "Technically Assisted" Procreation of many Thousands of Human Beings, initially through that Pretext of Lesbians' alleged demands, Soon After the Heritable Gene Editing Tecniques had just been tested on November 2018 : Comp. Supra), might soon provoke Serious Dangers for the People and Human Society and Basic Values, that they did Not Want to appear as condoning irresponsibly.

And, Moreover, nothing can be so easily Excluded a priori, After what had Alread Happened in the Past of 2013-2014+, with the UnPrecedented in France, astonishing Spectacle of even Women, Mothers of Families, Young Children and Old People's largely Pacific Public Demonstrations, in favor of Natural Families and Births, against Submitting Children to the Power of Homosexuals under "Adoption" Pretexts, (Comp., f. ex. those "Readers of Books" who did Not even Obstruct anyone from Walking through their ranks, and/or those Singing "Night Watchers", Calmly Debating and Playing Music, sitting down in Paris and/or Other Cities' Public Gardens, etc, which were, neverheless, too often Violently Attacked and Dispersed by some Police Forces withOut Obvious Reasons, making even the CoE to launch a Call for Calm and Start an Investigation, by its Parliamentary Assembly, on Risks of Abuse of Police Force in France, for the 1st Time in Modern History.

+ In Addition, the overall Ambiance Risks to become even More Nasty, when, Recently, everybody saw even a Mainstream MP, a Lady freshly Elected at President Macron's own Political Party, to be, suddenly, Harassed, Insulted, Attacked, Slandered and Threatened, just because she Dared Disagree openly to that Controversial push for Thousands of Artificially Obtained Births destinated to Lesbians, Ask for a Real Public Debate, and Simply Observe the Fact that a "LGBT Lobby is quite Strong inside the National Assembly", as she had reportedly noted !

++ Similarly, mutatis-mutandis, several People were Surprized, or even Shocked, and Anxious, when they found out that even the Famous former Minister and CoE's Rapporteur on Human Embryo, Red-Cross Humanitarian Leader and popular Writer and Conferencier, Professor Jean-Francois Mattei, who used, during several Years, to Regularly Introduce also Strasbourg's Annual "Euro-Forum on BioEthics" with a Full Speech, Suddenly, just a few Time Ago, after having attracted an Ostensibly Hostile Behavior by some Local "Socialists" Politicians and/or other Local Power-Mongers, when he Dared Criticize mainly some Controversial Plans to allow many Thousands of Technically - Assisted, Artificially - obtained, even by Atrocious Exploitation by Poor "Syrrogate Mothers"' Births of Human Beings, under Pretext of some Lesbians or Gays' alleged demands to be Delivered Children for them, he Astonishingly "Disappeared" (sic !) from that Event, where he, apparently, was No More Invited by the Organizers, (notoriously Funded by those Local Politicians who have shown in Public that they Did Not Like at all Mattei's recent Critical Views)...

>>> Significantly, the Latest Book published by Professor Mattei, already since 2017, has a Stern Warning at its Heading : - "Issues of Conscientiousness (Integrity): From Genetics to POST-HUMANISM" (sic !)...

    + But, that is just "a Drop in the Ocean", Compared to Many Other, much More Heavy, Exceptional incidents, which, all out of a Sudden, just a Few Years Ago, until very Recently, started to Hit against Various Top Representatives of Bio-Ethical Values in Europe, particularly related with Issues concerning Artificially Fabricated Human Embryos, facilitating Dangerous Genetic Manipulations by any unscrupulous Technocrats, withOut any real Garantee for Safeguards :

    - F.ex., "Eurofora" had been Positively Surprized, when we First Heard the Energetic then Minister for Education and Scientific Research of Germany, Annette Schavan, from Neighbouring Baden-Wurttemberg, incite People to Dare Face some petty "Technocrats", as she Criticized them, during a Public Debate and Vote in the Annual Governing CDU Party of Angie Merkel, at nearby Karlsruhe, during a 2010 Controversy about UnPopular systematic Genetic "PreNatal Tests", (which had even Rocked EU Parliament itself, already some Years Earlier in Strasbourg. Schavan's Friends Won, then, in Karslruhe, an Important Vote against Controversial Attempts to Impose Systematic Pre-Natal Genetic Tests, (See "Eurofora"s NewsReport from the spot, then, at : ..., etc). But a bunch of those "Technocrats", apparently, did not forget such Critical Moves, and, Later-on, after Publishing, initially, a very Critical Text against their own Minister, accusing her of many alleged "errors", according to them, Soon, they notoriously Targetted her, with a Series of Personal Attacks (even Anonymous !), which persisted to Claim that they Found, more than ...30 Years Later (sic !) that she would have "Plagiarized" a notable Part of her PhD Thesis, that she had succesfully presented, when she was Young, at Dusseldorf University, (an Area notoriously Dominated by "Socialist" Local Politicians Nowadays, many Turkish and other Islamic Migrants, etc. Hit behind her Back, inter alia, also by the irregular Publication of a normally Confidenial Report by some excessively Critical and Negative Staff from Dusseldorf, while she was notoriously Absent to Visit South Africa for her Ministerial Duties, Annette Schavan was pushed to Resign, shortly after her Return, followin a Brief Meeting with Chancellor Merkel, leaving a vivid Feeling that he Never really had a serious Chance to normally Defend hershelf on Time...

    + This Incident, arrived in the Middle of an Impressive Series of Various Other, mainstream Center-Right's Top Political Leaders, at the PanEuropean level of the CoE in Strasbourg, particularly involved in "Hot" BioEthical Issues for Years, who, Suddenly, started, one after the other, to be Abruptly ...Pushed Away from their Top Political Jobs and Political Life, All personaly Hit by various Pretexts and Claims, which Seriously Damaged their Reputation, and, sometimes, even Accused them to eventually be "Corrupted", etc : Indeed, No less than .. Five (5) Presidents in a Row (sic !), of CoE Assembly's Biggest Political Group, that of ChristianDemocrats/EPP, were UnExpectedly Dismissed from their Top Jobs, and obliged to Flee, under various Personal Attacks : A Belgian, an Italian, a Spanish, a German and a Romanian, All were Surprizingly Pushed Out, in one way or another, after a Long Series of uninterrupted Attacks Never seen Before in CoE's History  !

    Obviously, during all this Long Period of Time, CoE's BioEthical Activities, usually Fuelled by its Parliamentary Assembly, and, most often, even personally, by this or that Top Politicians, particularly of the EPP, inevitably Suffered from various Delays, Setbacks, Lack of Strong Debates, etc, or other Lacunas, since one of their Main Actors had been, unexpectedly Forced to either Lose precious Time by trying to Defend himself, or, finally, soon Quit and Leave...

    ALL these Exceptional bu Convergent Facts, canNot be Exlusively due to pure ..."Coincidences" : It's, simply, Mathematically Too ImProbable to be True !

    Indeed, by another yet "Coincidence", this occured when Moscow (including Russian MEPs in CoE's Parliamentary Assembly) had just Started to take an Unprecedented Lead in BioEthics, as, f.ex., also the most "Hot" Topical Issue then, in France and the USA, of Natural Mariage, between a Man and a Woman, versus Obama-pushed attempts to Impose, even by Force, a controversial and unpopular "Marriage" among Homosexuals, including even to Submit Children to Homosexuals' Power, under Pretext of "Adoption", (in Addition also to Controversial Public Propaganda for Homosexuality even in front of Young Children, sometimes even inside Schools, that Russian and other Societies find Immoral and Dangerous for any Child), etc. Such Moves had led several Top American Conservatives, (including former Presidential Candidate Pat Buchanan, etc), to Start considering Vladimir Putin as an International Leader for Christians, etc, and incited the International Congress for Family, (an Illinois-Headquartered NGO for Traditional, Natural Family), to decide to Organize its Next Annual Global Congress, exceptionaly in Moscow on Late 2014 : Something that Obama's Out-Going Administration did anything in order to Obstruct, rushing even to Block Invited Participants' Bank Cards...

    However, ...certain LGBT Issues (often Combined also with BioEthics, as usual), appear to be used by some as a means to exert Pressure on Russia even Nowadays, on 2019, when its MEPs' Return looks Plausible... Let's Hope that Nobody provokes any more Troubles and Divisions in Europe and its People.

+ Last, but not least, by anOther incredible Coincidence, it's also the Day After CoE's latest International Conference on BioEthics in Strasbourg, that even USA's New President Don Trump, chose in order to take, for the 1st Time, a series of Concrete Measures Highlighting, according to a Department of Health and Human Services' (HHS) Press Release, that "Promoting the Dignity of Human Life, from Conception to Natural Death, is one of the very top Priorities of President Trump's Administration" :

The Main thrust of those Measures reportedly aim to Stop Federal Funding for Research with Human Parts from Abortions, (including Filling Mouses' bodies with Immune System or Brain Cells from Aborted Human Babies), etc. In the Future, some Exceptions might be made only by a New Procedure, which includes also Checks and Balances by a BioEthics Committee.

The Move includes the Non-Renewal of a Multi-Million Dollar Deal in California, the notorious "Mecca" of Genetic Manipulations on Human Embryos, which was the 1st to Start Exploiting former POTUS Barack Hussein Obama's March 2009 Decision to Cancel the Prohibition of Federal Funding for such Human Embryos' Genetic Manipulations, that had been Established by his Predecessor, former President GWBush, since mid-August 2001, i.e. just a few Weeks Before the 9/11 Deadly Mass Killings of Civilian People by Terrorist Attacks in New York and Wash. DC.

This concerns the UCSF : University of California-San Francisco, which is reportedly also involved on Controversial Heritable Gene-Editing projects, irreversibly affecting New Generations, as, f.ex., in that Notorious Case of 2 Chinese Babies Born on November 2018 by Artificially Assisted Medical Methods, irregularly abused by an obscure Chinese Doctor, Educated and Linked to some Technocratic US Lobbies related to Former POTUS Barack Hussein Obama, (See: ..., etc). ;

But, in order to Stop, at last, Recent related Pressure for various kinds of Artificialy Fabricated Births of Human Beings, under Pretext of Lesbian or Gay couples, etc (Comp. Supra), logically, and practically, US President Don Trump might Better also put an End at what has obiously Provoked all that, i.e. the Atack against Natural Family and Births, thanks to a Man and a Woman, by the Controversial and UnPopular "Mariage" between Homosexuals, imposed by Barack Hussein Obama in the USA and elsewhere in the Word; Sugnificantly, back on the 2015-2016 Campaign for the Presidential Election, almost all Candidates appeared Eager to Restore asap the Traditional, Natural Family, and Nowadays, after having Succeeded to Gain a Majority of Conservative Judges at USA's Supreme Court, (as well as in the Senate), President Trump seems to have what it takes in order to Settle that issue, as a lot of American People wish.
