Is Bolsonaro Winning against the Virus ? UnExpected Data from Brazil Raise Global Question on HCQ+

*Strasbourg/Angelo Marcopolo/- Despite a still Hard Virus' Epidemic, and Changing 3 Health Ministers in a row, Surprisinly, it's a Fact that Brazil is, Slowly But Steadily, Lowering Both Infections' and Deaths' Numbers, During a Long Period  of Time, and withOut notable Exceptions : from around mid-July, up to End September 2020, according to Crystal-clear Official WHO's Data, (pictured here in 2 Locacious Graphics)...

F.ex., from 69.074 Daily Infections on July 31st, Brazil Lowered Down to "only" 32.817 on September 26, i.e. ...Less than the Half ! And, From 1.595 Deaths per Day on July 31st, Brazil, also, Lowered Down to just 831 on September 26, i.e. approaching the Half, (etc).

+ Moreover, Brazil's "Death Rate", (i.e. the Proportion of People Dead, Among those Infected), was, at Mid-September, as Comparatively Low as "Only" 3,04%, While, on the Contrary, Even that of Germany's was Higher :  3,52%, Switzerland's 4,25%, China's 5,25%, Canada's 6,56%, France's 7,43%, Belgium's 10,48%, UK's 11,13%, and Italy's 12,29%, (i.e. X 4 Times Bigger !), according to "Statista"'s Data, Based mainly on "John Hopkins" University's Numbers.

=> So that, in Addition to the Obvious Question, Whether embattled President Bolsonaro's (himself a Virus' Survivor)Big, but Comparatively rather Poor and Under-Equiped South American Country, Might be, after all, Winning at a Crucial Global Race against the Deadly Virus, where Many Other, even More Rich, Better Equipped, and with a Wider Science/Technology Potential Countries, accross the World, are, on the Contrary, still Struggling, Nowadays, with Aggravated Situations, in a so-called "2nd Wave" of the Virus, Often a complete Negative "Reversal" towards even More Infections (and sometimes, already Deaths) than During Last Spring's "Lock-Down", (See, f.ex., at: ... + ..., etc), inevitably Emerges, Also, anOther, Global-Interest Topical Query, about What might be the real Cause of such an UnExpected Development ?

- Bolsonaro has recently pointed out that Brazil Invested "400 Millions $" in "Oxford's Vaccine", as he called UK Company "AstraZeneka"'s Still On-Going Trials, (which have Notoriously, been Recently Interrupted, by a Grave Health Incident, Before Re-Starting Later-on), and has been Cited as another, particularly numerous, Test-bed also for a Russia-made Vaccine, reportedly, at an Advanced, already, Stage, (etc), as well as one Among Many and Various Countries accross the World which have, reportedly, just Agreed with Moscow to Soon Import "AviFavir" New Drug for Remedy, Already Distributed inside Russia and some among its Neighbouring States, while its Controversial President did Also Boast, recently at UNO's General Assembly, that "In Brazil, Hospitals did Not Lack the Means to cater to Covid Patients", without specifying further.

But, None of These Factors seems Able to Explain the above-mentioned Positive Facts on a 3-Months Long Trend towards Massively Less Infections and Deaths in Brazil, (Comp. Supra), Either Because the Factors' Play, at a Full and Real Dimension, has Not Yet Started there, (f.ex. concerning Vaccines and/or New Drugs, etc), Or Since it appears quite Exagerated, (f.ex. concerning respective Hospitals' Medical Equipments, etc., since, among others, f.ex. in the USA, the UK, and/or France, etc., they seem to have quite Stronger Facilities, with No sufficient Avail yet)...

=> So that the Only Known relevant Factor, which Might, Possibly, Solve that Enigma, remains that of the Controversial, but, apparently, rather Operational, "HCQ" Drug Therapy (and/or Prophylaxis), that President Bolsonaro, Notoriously Supports, (Even More than USA's President Trump), since a Quite Long Time Ago !

- Indeed, Bolsonaro has made it Crystal-clear, (When he was Recently Infected himself by the Virus seriously), that he Personaly Used the "HCQ" as his Favorite Therapy, Even for him, Explicitly Speaking about that, and Appearing at Published Videos Taking a "HCQ" Pill, while Asking the Spectators What they think to do in Similar Circumstances, (Even if, "Nothing has been, yet, Fully Proven", in Absolute terms, From EIther Side of the Well-Known Controversy about the Alleged Existence or Lack of Anti-Virus' Efficiency)...

+ More Recently, at another Anecdotically Symbolic Move, the Brazilian President, in a Published Video showing him Speak to a Group of People Outdoors, Announced that it's Also 2 of his Ministers who had just been Infected by the Virus, - "But they Started to Take <<HCQ>>", and "That's Good !", he Concluded in public.

++ Moreover, in Addition to being Entirely Free to be Sold and Bought at Pharmacies in Brazil, (Contrary, f.ex., to France, where it, Curiously, became almost Prohibited, while Even some USA's Big Institutional or Social Players recently raised Surprizing Obstacles, etc), "HCQ"s Prices (Usually very Low) at the Market, Suddenly ...Sky-Rocketed, by being Raised at ... "500 %", for that Drug's "Input Production", some Time Ago, as Bolsonaro has just Denounced at UNO's GA these days, (Pleading for Domestic Production, and Not 100% Imports from Abroad, for such Key Medical Drugs, in each concerned Country or Groups of Countries).         

=> Thus, in, at least, 2 recent Occasions, (f.ex. on May + early September 2020), he was Phographed Ostensibly Holding a "ReuQuinol" Drug Pack, which is Purely "HCQ", and Produced by ...Brazilian Company "APSEN Pharmaceutica", Headquartered at Sao Paolo. (One of the Practical Advantages of "HCQ" being that it's a No more Patented Drug, therefore Free to be Re-Produced in "Generic" Forms by Any Willing Industries, Anywhere in the World, potentialy Becoming much Cheaper to buy by the People : That's, Notoriously, one of the Reasons for which a great Part of the "Big Pharma" Establishment is Astonishingly Hostile against "HCQ"... ).  According to some Brazilian Medias, "APSEN"s CEO, Renato Spallici, would be Ideologicaly Near "Bolsonarism".  (However, Other Photos show Also Different "Generic" "HCQ" Drugs apparently Produced in Brazil, Not related to that particular Company).

- Despite their Recent Big Defeat (Comp. Supra), however, "HCQ"'s Relentless Opponents still Recidivated, During Summer 2020, with AnOther Controversial Attempt, (this time Disguised, No more as an Anglo-Saxon, But as a so-called "EU" area's, and even "French" Paris' "Study"), to Claim that "HCQ" would be ...Absolutely withOut Any Efficiency at all, Against the Virus ! But World-Famous pro-"HCQ+" (adde + AZ + Zinc) French Professor Didier Raoult, Head of Marseille's "Mediterranean Infections" Institute, a relevant Specialist, Together with 2 Other Researchers, this time Published himself a Strong "Reply", locaciously Titled : -"Hydroxychloroquine Failure: The End does Not Justify the Means !", since the Beginning of August, (at "Clin Infect Dis."), which Denounces, mainly, the "InSufficiency" of that Pseudo-Criticism's Data, and Marks the Last important Point, Currently, on this Issue. Another Positive Study, by other 3 Authors, Focusing on "Early OutPatient", Useful Practice of HCQ + AZ, was Also Published, Shortly afterwards, at the "American Journal of Medicine".

- And, Nowadays, towards this End of September 2020, Professor Raoult Published on-line his Landmark "Report" to an Official "Enquiry", currently made by the French Senate, on the "Public Policy facing the Pandemic", where he clearly Confirms, (After a Unique, Personal Medical Experience, of More than 5.000 Patients), that Therapy Against the Deadly Virus, Based on "HCQ" + "AZ" (+ Zinc, recently), has Reached a Record-High Survival rate of about 99,6% ! (See, already, at "Eurofora": ..., etc).

>>> At any case, the Above-Mentioned, Recent WHO's Data on Brazil's Fight against the Virus, apparently Starting to Become Progressively Succesful, During these Last 3 Months, (Comp. Facts cited Supra), Naturaly Strengthen the Efforts of those who Observe that, as Long as Vaccines and/or Any Other, More Efficient Drug Therapy has Not Yet Been Discovered, then, Obviously, there is Not any Legitimate Reason in order to, Curiously, Persist to Deprive the People from as Simple, Cheap, and Accessible Cure as "HCQ" + "AZ" + "Zinc" seem Able to Provide, particularly when even Human Life is at Stake.

Astonishingly, Even Brazil's current Economy reportedly gives several Positive concrete Signs, (Rare Elsewhere nowadays), according to Various Converging Sources :

- F.ex., Despite the Epidemics, during the 1st Half of 2020, Inflows of Foreign Investments Grew in the Country, (Compared to 2019, when Brazil was, Already, "the World’s 4rth Largest Destination of FDI"), Bolsonaro announced at UNO's Assembly General, (that he, practically, ...Inaugurated, speaking Right After UNO's Secretary General, Antonio Guterres, at the Beginning of Early Morning on 22 September 2020).

+ Almost at the Same Time, - "We Never Exported So Much", what we have "Best" : "Our Agricultural Products", to "Feed the World", the Brazilian President added. - "In Brazil, Despite the World Crisis, Agricultural Production Never Stopped", and "Truck drivers, Maritime, Port and Aviation Workers have kept the entire Logistics chain Fully Active, and ensured Distribution, domestically and into the Export markets", he pointed out.

=> In Consequence, inter alia, the GDP Fall caused by the Global Virus' Crisis until now, reportedly was Smaller than Initially Feared, as "Bloomberg" and other Medias observed, (and quite Lower than in Other Countries).

- In Parallel, Bolsonaro has, Notoriously, Started to Become more and more Popular throughout Brazil, (and Even at Poor Areas Traditionaly Left-leaning in the Past), inter alia, Particularly because of a Multi-Monthly Grant to All Poor People and informal sector Workers, reportedly Equivalent to about 25 % of the Average (Not the Lowest) Wage in the Country, Since the 1st Restrictive Measures Against the Virus. I.e. a Grant "approximately 1.000 €" for Each Person, "Distributed to almost 65 Millions of Poor People" ! "The Largest ever Assistance Program in Brazil, and, probably, one among the Largest in the Wordl" too, as he boasted. (in Trump's USA it was 1.200 $, Extended Also to Middle-Class People, But of Shorter Duration. In the UK, Farage had Proposed 1.000 £ to Every Person, Exceptionaly, But his view was Not followed). Recently, its Amount was Reduced, But it was Extended, at least up to the End of this Year. The Total Amount is, reportedly, estimated to about 65 Billions $, for this UnPrecedented for the Country Massive Social Transfert, with Economic Relevance, (including by Contributing to Boost Brazil's StockMarket's Rise, Nowadays)...

- At least Part of that Money to Poor People, at these particularly Hard Times Worldwide, probably came, in Brazil's case, also from Economies from the Succesful Completion, more than a Year Earlier, of an Important Reform concerning Retirement schemas, that Bolsonaro had repotedly managed to Finalize beforehand, there where Other Countries (including in Europe, f.ex. in France,etc) Still Face apparently Difficult Obstacles to Advance...

 - Meanwhile, the Full Deployment of Brazil's Huge Agricultural Production and Exports, Despite the Virus, as well as a still Growing Influx of Foreign Investments on 2019 and 2020, added to some Stock-Market rise, (Comp. Supra), probably Helped too.

=> All in all, No Wonder Why Bolsonaro, who had Concluded his UN0-GA Speech recently by stressing that - "We (Brazil) are a Christian and Conservative Country, Based on Family values", But has Just Left a Hospital on Saturday after a 5th Operation, (apparently "Succesful" according to his Doctors), Since he was Notoriously Stabbed with a Knife by an Obscure Coward Lackey of UnKnown yet Commanditators, Back during the 2018 Presidential Election that he Brillantly Won with People's Votes, is, Nowadays, reportedly Accredited with 69 % of Positive Views,  (40% for "Excelent" Governance and 29% for "Good/Fair"), against Only 29%, according to a Mainstream Poll, showing, for the 1st Time, a so Strong Popular Support...
