Austrian EUPresidency JHA vMinister Edtstadler to EF on Frontex at EUBorders in Greece facing Turkey

*Strasbourg/EU Parliament/Angelo Marcopolo/- The current EU Presidency by Austria (July - December 2018) is "Aware" of the Issues raised on "Frontex"'s task to Protect EU's External Borders in Greece, facing Turkey, through which More than 1,5 Millions Mass Asylum Seekers/Irregular Migrants have already entered into the EU from 2015/2016, said to "Eurofora" the Austrian JHA Secretary of State, Karolina Edtstadler, in Reply to a Topical Question about a Controversial recent method in Frontex's relations to Greek Authorities, apparently consisting into Systematically "Rescuing" all People brought by Turkish Smugglers near the Greek Islands of the Aegean Sea, and Transporting them to Safe Harbour in Greece, apparently even without Arresting anyone for all those illegal trespassings...

- In particular, "Eurofora" Questioned that Key Representative of the Austrian EU Presidency, about an Endless and Long Series of relevant Press Releases and Anouncements on such Frontex's activities, which are routinely limited into merely Receiving and Trasfering each Day inside the notoriously OverLoaded Greek Islands, Dozens or Hundreds of all those trespassing Europe's External Borders via Turkey.

Contrary to what had been, Initially, "Frontex"s Officers' First Reaction, in the Past, to even Fight against Armed Turkish Smugglers, wounding and arresting one after a reported Exchange of Fire, ...only to be Criticized and Accused of alleged "Abuse" by some  !... Since then, Nothing Similar was ever Reported, and everything seems to work in a Similar way to that of .... "TAXIS" (sic !), as the New Italian Governemental Coalition has notoriously Denounced for such systematic behavior Also by certain Controversial NGO's Ships circulating recently between the African Coast of the Mediterranean and Europe.

 - Edtstadler told "Eurofora" that she "Know(s)" about this kind of behavior and various Questions that it may raise.

- Often EU Services say that Mass Asylum Seekers/Irregular Migrants should be brought into a kind of "Desembarcation Platforms", if possible at a Neighbouring Country, at the Exterior of the EU, in order to check their cases, she pointed out.

- However, at any case, the current EU President-in-office, Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz, has already, clearly stressed that "2015 must Not be Repeated !", in one way or another, as she reminded.

In this way, Minister Edtstadler pointed at that notoriously Controversial and UnPopular policy of systematic Entry into the EU of All those Mass Asylum Seekers/Irregular Migrants who, Suddenly, started to comme in great Numbers through Turkey, from 2015/2016, without any serious control, (and even, according to Mainstream German Medias, citting a leaked EU Report in Brussels, ..."Chosen" by Turkey in order to Keep there Qualified and Peaceful Refugees, easy to Integrate, but Send to Europe heavily Islamized Groups, often Thugs and/or ordinary petty criminals, UnEducated and/or Sick People, Difficult or Impossible to Integrate in the Society, if not even Dangerous, (as, f.ex., it was proven in the November 2015 Mass Murders of innocent Civilian People in Paris' "Bataclan" and other Armed Attacks by ISIL's Terrorists, 2 of whom had, precisely, entered in the EU, practically even withOut Official Papers, Neither any real control, but with almost Identical Fake Names...).

+ Recently, at an Exceptionally "Hot" Debate in the Greek Parliament, the mainstream Opposition denounced mainly the systematic Procurements for Mass Asylum Seekers' Logistical needs, (Food, Shelter, Clothes, Transports, etc), via "Direct" Deals with Private Businesses, withOut any prior Competition Procedure, Contrary to what is normally done by Public Administrations, which reportedly resulted, inter alia, in several Over-Charging cases, Costing a lot of Money, and is also accused of Nepotism, often Bad Quality, alleged Corruption, etc., while also being under Investigation by EU's Anti-Fraud Services.

++ Experienced former Minister, and currently Spokesman on Immigration, at Main Opposition Party of "New Democracy", Miltiades Varvitsiotes, who is also a mainstream MEP in CoE's Parliamentary Assembly in Strasbourg (PACE), Recently Elected as New Vice-President of PACE's Biggest Political Group, that of ChristianDemocrats/EPP, speaking earlier to "Eurofora", had initially Warned that it may soon become anew Necessary to Re-Start a "Push-Back" Policy for the Protection of EU's External Borders in the Aegean Sea from persisting Massive Smuggling through Turkey's Coasts. And he added, Later-on, that the EU should Investigate serious allegations already published by mainstream German a.o. Press, about the existence of a Confidential EU Report, leaked in Brussels, according to which, Turkish Officials would have "Chosen" which Migrants they allowed to be Massively Smuggled into the EU, or not, from 2015/2016 and on, allegedly Seeking to Exclude those who were more Qualified and/or of a Culture which could be Easily Integrated, but Sending, on the Contrary, to Europe mainly some heavily Islamized, often Extremists, UnEducated, Sick, and/or Trouble-Makers, or even Petty Thugs, already Condemned elsewhere for Ordinary Criminality, etc, (as also certain USA mainstream Newspaper Journalists had already personaly Witnessed on the spot, when visiting the Turkish Coasts on 2015)....

+++ In Addition, several alleged cases of Childrens' ill-treatment, sometimes even Rape, inside the Camps, were Strongly Denouced Nowadays, at Athens' Parliament and elsewhere, while also CoE's "Lanzarote" Convention Experts in Strasbourg for the Protection of Children from Sexual Exploitation and/or Trafficking, had recently discussed with the Press here about rumours of "Predators" eventually Hidden among some Shady "Humanitarian NGOs", who might abuse of their Victims' Trust, (etc).

Edtstadler, who is a former Judge from Salzburg in Austria, but known also in Strasbourg as former ECHR's Legal Expert, was in EU Parliament, this week, on a Busy Schedule : Including in order to represent the EU Council's Presidency by Austria at an important Plenary Debate on EU's "Financial Perspectives" for the period of 2021-2027 ; as well as in a Key Meeting with MEPs for EU's "Transparency Register", due to be adopted before the forthcoming European Elections of May 2019 ; while also Speaking, together with the "PanEuropean" Movement's International vice-President, Karl Habsburg-Lothringen, at a Gathering organized by the EPP, (etc).
