Africa/Turkey=1/4 ?.....

EU - AFrica Summit in Malta would result in just a little bit more than 1,4 Billion € from the EU for a unique Foundation for the entire African Continent, (the Biggest, but also the Poorest, as well as the Faster Growing Continent in the World !),

at the Same Time that Turkey asks EU to pay more than 3 Billions €, (+Added to 1 Billion € that it already receives for its unpopular EU Candidacy... ), as Part of a much Wider Blackmail, on pretext of the Mass Migration Crisis, notoriously provoked and still pushed ahead by Ankara's cronies and/or Turkish Smugglers' persisting to exploit some Poor People for their Selfish, Shady Interests.......
