Some promisse Turks VISA FREE status (2017) but hit EU Citizens' Intra-European movement/Integration !

- What's all this Fuss provoked about Intra-European free movement of EU Citizens, (a prerequisitve of European Integration, also for the Future), while nobody speaks aloud f.ex. about 2013-initiated plans to give even to all ...Turks (+ 74 Millions population !) a Massive "VISA FREE" status in order to enter, whenever they want, inside all  the European Union around 2017, obviously destroying EU's identity and Cohesion ?

Who is provoking such a gross Manipulation of the European public opinion, and for what Shady Interests, and Hidden (in fact, obviously Anti-European) motivations ?
