The already proposed High-Speed Train link between Brussels, Luxembourg, Strasbourg and Geneva, (binding together EU Commission, NATO, EU's Court of Justice, EU Parliament, CoE, ECHR, and UNOG, including WTO, UNHCR, etc), has become an urgent, vital need, as well as an historic opportunity for Europe to seize.
