According to Meteo forecasts, Strasbourg's area is clearly targetted by an Historic Record-breaking Heatwave, moving from the South West of France towards its Northern-Eastern region, which is expected to be worse even than the 2003 15.000 persons-Killer Heatwave, and/or the 2010 exceptional Morcow Heat attack, with stroke Moscow's are, leaving many Thousand of People killed, vital Infrastructures threatened, (including Military, Space, Nuclear, etc.
