A) The "EuroDistrict" formed between Strasbourg city (France) and Ortenau (Germany) anounced an Internet "Forum", "chats", etc., according to Mayor Roland Ries.

B) Citizens' panels started to debate proposals for the OberRhein (Upper Rhine) Metropolitan Region, formed between Alsace (France), Bad-Wurtenberg (Germany) and Switzerland's nearby cantons, towards Rhine River's sources, inaugurated by Alsace Region's new President Philippe Richert.

After pioneer Citizens' panels organized for the 1st time in Strasbourg, Karlsruhe and Mulhouse, Internet Forums were also considered among a wider range of possibilities for further development.
