The best solution to the current problems provoked by the Financial Crisis of Greek Socialiststs to the EuroZone seems close to that kind of "Conditional Help" that German Chancelor Merkel and French President Sarkozy are reportedly preparing.

But the main point is to define those "Conditions" :

A) An effective Investigation to find and punish those really Reponsible for the current Crisis, (notoriously by falsifying Data since 1999-2001), which threatens EuroZone even now. This should serve for example to other EuroZone Countries, in order to avoid any similar problems elsewehere in the Future. It's also useful in order to ensure a Healthy Change in Greece itself, by distancing those politicians who were gravely dishonest.

Some MEPs have already started to move in this direction inside EU Parliament, but a crystal clear EU Council and/or EU Commission's decision to Investigate the main Scandals since 1999-2001 would obviously facilitate and speed it up.

B) Real, Fair and more Substantial  Economies :

It's obviously ridiculous to limit the efforts to be made by the Country's plethoric Civil Servants, Media cronies, etc., only to a ...."fourteenth" (14th) Salary !!!.... This is scandalous, particularly vis a vis those EU Citizens who were left Homeless, Jobless, and all those who really suffered all these Years/Decades during which many cushy-job holders, exploiting a notorious Nepotism, were wasting EU Money in Counter-Productive posts, while also, several of them, committed various Abuses, Manipulations, Arbitrarines, Discrimination and Corruption, which made them Impopular. After more than 20 Years of useless waste of Money for a lot of cushy-job holders doing almost nothing, it's time that they stop damaging the Country's and EU's Economy, and that they are at last transferred to much more productive activities, (while also "cleaning" up against those who committed the most grave abuses).

On the contrary, it's not against the Savings, often made with hard sacrifices and deprivations for generations, by poor or middle-class People who are innocent and totaly unrelated to the scandalous waste provoked by a lot of cushy-job holders (See above), nor against the Country's Productive assets and energy, that the money to pay the Public Debt should be searched.  Otherwise, it would be Unjust, Unfair, and Counter-Productive, as well as Dangerous because it could provoke Social Explosions. Moreover, it would hinder the Country's Economic Revival, urgently needed in order to find Sustainable ways to pay the Debt provoked by others, while safeguarding and augmenting Healthy Investment, Productivity and Growth.

C) Added together, these two directions could also facilitate a much needed Socio-Political Revival of a Healthier, more Democratic and Productive, modern and efficient  Political life in Geece, after Decades of notorious Corruption, Nepotism and Counter-Productive, Impopular Bureaucracy  and lack of really Popular and Enligtened Political Leadership, which had abused of a Mass of cushy-job holders wasting public money as an unhealthy base too easily manipulated by those anti-European foreign networks which searched to impose Turkey's controversial EU ambitions in order to block Europe's development.

(Comp. fex. the notorious 1999-2001 deal, between "Socialist" former Governments, pushing Greece to enter unprepared and earlier than normal to EuroZone, in exchange of closing its eyes to Turkey's violations of International Law, Human Rights and impopular EU bid, which provoked later-on the explosion of "No" in EuroReferenda in France, Netherlands, etc).

So that adequate Conditions put now to EU's help would not only safeguard EuroZone against Speculators, but could also trigger a Healthy and much needed Political Revival in Strategic EU Member Greece, a key for larger issues concerning Europe's Future.
