Does EU Commissioner Designate Fule's view, that EU - Turkey negotiations are about "Accession", respect, or not, EU Citizens' Democratically expressed Majority Votes in the 2009 EU Parliament Elections, where the winners in the 2 biggest EU Member Countries, Germany and France, clearly campained against Ankara's controversial EU bid, (while even in the UK, Holland, Bulgaria, and elsewhere, a surprisingly strong number of People voted for parties/candidates who followed a similarly critical stance) ?

Even EU Council has clearly stressed, in recent years, that EU - Turkey negotiations are "Open-ended", (and this is also the basis for CDU/CSU-FDP governing coalition's program after the recent 9/2009 Elections in Germany).

Already, German christian-democrat MEP Elmar Brok critically observed that "we (EU Parliament's largest Group) shall have Problems on certain issues" with Mr Fuler's stance, (even if he apparently satisfied MEPs from other points of view).
