The fact that the Franco-German motor started first to mark a new trend towards Economic Growth (+0,3% both during the last three months), amidst a dark Global Crisis, is August 2009's good news.

Such Symbols are important for EU's core and European citizens, stimulating the attractivity of Euro-area.
