CoE's Congress of Local and Regional Authorities (CLRAE), in its 2009 plenary session, will discuss Mediterranean cooperation, how to face Financial Crisis consequences, as well as Intercultural relations, EuroDistricts, etc., from 3 to 5 March in Strasbourg.

Exceptional participation by Presidents of CoE's Parliamentary Assembly, EU's Committee of Regions, etc., on the 1st item (links with Southern Mediterranean countries).
