It's immediately after EU Parliament's session, Thursday and Friday, 5 and 6 February 2009, at Goethe's Historic "Palais Universitaire".

But it also opens up all the Campus to interested Citizens : See unistra.fr

(Only bad thing : Why overload EU Parliament's Thursday ? Couldn't it be done another week, or Friday ?)...
