=> Mais, entre temps, l'Effet Immédiat de ce Conflit fût de provoquer ...une Augmentation du Prix de Pétrole Mondialement, qui a réndu ce Pipeline Turc, artificiellement ..."rentable", et, ainsi, le Lendemain, un Contrat fut signé et ce projet controversé a pu être inauguré !

En fait, ce pétrole-gas de la Caspie, aurait pû être DIRECTEMENT transféré à l'Europe, par un Chemin beaucoup plus court, sûre, et pas cher, à travers l' Azerbaijan et la Géorgie (pays de la Grande Europe), via la Mer Noire et la Roumanie (alors candidate et bientôt nouveau pays-membre de l'UE dès 2007), suivant avec des Bateaux "High-Tech" capables à transporter du Gas Naturel Liquefié (GNL) par les Fleuves de Danube et Rhin, (liés et ouverts aux bateaux "grand gabarit" dépuis 2002), de facon beaucoup plus Courte, Brève et Sûre (Pas des Conflits, Ni Seismes, Ni Blackmails Politiques Turcs, etc), ainsi que Moins Chère...

Coming just after last week's EU27 Heads of State/Government Summit in Rome, the move looks quite promising for EU's foreseeable Future.

By a surprising coincidence, it's just 1 Day after an exceptionaly important Summit of the 3 Bigger EU Countries (Germany, France + Italy) on Europe's Future in the Post-BREXIT period, which focused on boosting EU Defense Autonomous capabilities, that, suddenly, almost at the Same Geographic Area, located around Central Italy (See Map), an unusualy Big Earthwake Destroyed many inhabited areas (including a landmark Historic Christian Cultural Heritage), Killed several Hundreds of People and Wounded Thousands, making also a lot of Displaced Persons whose Homes were damaged, in a way which provoked.

This came while EU's 27 Member States are now preparing their 1st forthcoming Summit (in Bratislava, at Slovakia, the former Eastern European Country which currently holds EU's rotating Presidency) without the UK, which was notoriously opposed (as well as Mr. Obama's USA) to any Franco-German+ eventual initiative to Build an Autonomous EU Defense policy.

If some PTB might, eventualy, seek to Terrorize Euopean People, in an attempt to Hinder a probable EU rush towards an Autonomous Development of European Security and Defense High-Tech tools, then, they would probably have acted, at such a crucial moment, in a similar way...

In this regard, it's an undeniable, objective Fact that even UNO' outlets at nearby Geneva have already adopted a signed and ratified International Convention against what the've named as any "Hostile Modification of the (Natural) Environment", (otherwise known as "ENMOD"), which includes also Earrthquakes among its long List of possibly Man-made Catastrophes, that might be provoked by various, existent or explored, techniques).

In addition, Central Italy having notoriously been also the cradle of an Historic Papal State in the Past for Centuries, inevitably, many Christian Catholics lost their Churches, heavily damaged or destroyed by that Earthquake, particulalrly those which had been build much earlier, f.ex. during the Medieaval period, many among whom had been classified by UNESCO as European/World Cultural Heritage, because of their exceptional Historic and/or Architectoral value.

At any case, it's obviously a Hard Strike against Europe's Historic Cultural Heritage, which comes at a moment when a currently resurging, more than 1,5 Million People strong, unprecedented Massive Influx of mainly Muslim Asylum seekers/irregular Migrants through Turkey (which has reportedly Excluded Christians, Yazidi and/or Educated People among those transported by Turkish Smugglers) have entered EU Member Country Greece, threatening not only to provoke obvious Security Risks (as German Media reported, citting also several German Government's official Reports), but also to Alter its Historic Cultural Heritage's Christian roots.

    Russia recently cancelled a Deal with an Italian Compagny for the contsruction of Gas Pipelines through Turkey (followed by Greece and other EU Countries) towards Europe, while just a few Days later, it complained for Delays by the Turkish Government, reportedly due mainly to a Discount Price problem, but also to various other Issues under Negotiation, as Ankara's Authorities added, (f.ex. about the future existence of 1, or 3, perhaps 4 lines, etc).

    All this comes shortly after a Bomb Explosion cut, these Days, a pre-existing Pipeline, Blocking Turkey's Gas supplies, while Ankara's Government re-started quarelling with the Kurds, droped a Cease-Fire and Peace Negotiations for a Political Solution to the Kurdish Issue inside the Country, and started even to Attack the Syrian Kurdish Commiunity accross the Border, which had been the only efficient Ally of an US-led International Coalition against the Islamic Extremist ISIS Terrorists, (something for which Turkey had become recently anxious, fearing the creation of another Autonomous Kurdish Region at its Borders, after that which had been already established at Northern Iraq, which might give similar Aspirations to its own Kurdish Minority).

    Obviously nobody could seriously undertake the huge responsibilities of engaging important investments in such a big and too long Pipeline, (which makes an U-turn around the EU in order to reach Turkey, before heading towards Europe), if it's Threatened to be cut and Blocked at any moment by a renewed Violent Conflict inside the Turkish territory, as that against the Kurds, (added to Ankara's too frequent Blackmails about Enegy Prices, already in the Past against Iran and even Russia itself, etc, due to its Economy's Instability)...

Some remains from an Anti-European, in fact, lobby hidden inside the out-going EU Commission of Barroso, who had notoriously done whatever they could in order to impose Turkey's unpopular EU claims, even against the Democraticaly declared Political Will of EU Citizens, seem to be still attempting to undermine Europe even after the New, post-May 2014 EU Elections' Commission, chaired by pro-European President Juncker, who might have not yet had a real chance to seriously and thoroughly examine certain complex but crucial issues :

- Thus, after having repeatedly accumulated various negative interferences HINDERING Russia to transport Gas Energy DIRECTLY to the EU, (f.ex. by pushing to bock and/or endanger Ukranian, Belarus, South Stream, etc. concrete possibilities for Direct Russian Energy Supplies to the EU), they are curiously .. Glad for having obiged Russia to try, now, to pass, previously, THROUGH a 3rd Country in ASIA : ...TURKEY, before being able to deliver Gas to the EU in Future, (via a "Blue Stream" called Pipeline project heading South-East towards Turkey, before an eventual U-Turn Upwards, in order to return back towards EU Countries) !

One of the real motivations of that Lobby are its desperate attempts to abuse of any opportunity (even Contrary to EU Interests, even artificialy provoked by itself) to try to overcome the Problem existing in a Too Expensive and Risky old plan for a Pipeline through Turkey (i.e. subject to Political Risks, Violen Conflicts Risks, and Financial Risks, in addition even to notorious Earthquake Risks, etc) for Azeri and eventualy other Kaspian See Energy, which has Not yet found but only Insufficient quantities of Gas, and was, therefore, abandoned or "freezed" until now...

But, if a former Portuguese politician, more familiar with the UK and Brasil etc. than with Europe's core, as Barroso, and particularly some among his old-time Socialist Commissioners, might have pushed towards such an obvious Blunder, clearly against Europe's real General Interests for cheap, safe and fast Energy Supplies, (i.e. naturally better if also "Direct"), nevertheless, from now on, with a New EU Commission's President with much more Franco-German experience and orientation, as former PM of Luxembourg Jean-Claude Juncker, such Scandalous and illogic obstacles should, normallyStop hampering Europe's Energy supplies' security.

=> Will JCJ have enough Time and Will to seriously investigate that issue, be well informed, and decide according to his conscience as a real pro-European, or won't they let him any ?
