Even this June/July 2013 and much more during many among the latest Summers for almost a Decade now, 2003 - 2013 (but particularly since 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, etc), numerous such Incidents  have been often attested, documented, concrete FACTS established, etc., finding and revealing often astonishingly Big Differences between the much Higher Temperatures artificially imposed Inside such slyly undermined Rooms/Flats/Offices/Buildings and the by far milder, comparatively sustainable Natrural Temperatures existing Outside and/or in other Rooms/Flats/Offices/Floors/Buildings, curiously at the same time : Differences which can go as far as + 4, 5, 6, 7 or even 10 Degrees Celsium MORE inside than outside those obviously Targetted Rooms, concerning Excessive Heats which can grow Up to More than 28, 30, even sometimes 40 Degrees Celsium, (in addition to the well-known fact that the more Dangerous for Human Physical Health is, notoriously, not just the Hight, but much more the Repetition, the Extended Prolongement to Excessive Heat all along during too Many Days, Weeks, sometimes Months...

All these years that several denunciations, warnings, concrete data and information with precise, Dated comparisons, etc. have been published, here and elsewhere, neither the propriietors who regularly pocket for many years the money of rent and other, growing so-called "expenses", (even common, underground water !), nor the latest local officials of the municipality or the regional attorney general, (etc), haven't done absolutely NOTHING to at least STOP such gravely Damaging and even Life-Threatenbing Inhuman and Degrading Treatments, which can obviously Destroy whole Families, seriously hinder and obstruct the development of any socio-political/intelelctual activities, dangerously undermine Physical Health of the Victims, slyly but atrociously destroying many years of their Lives.

Not the slightest attempt was ever made, until now, to search, find and punish  those responsible for provoking such heavily damaging and Criminal Facts and grave sufferings as those denounced, here and elsewhere, many years now, nor even to try to find and reverse the technical cause in order to provide, at last, an adequate remedy to the Victims, as a matter of Urgency, before that sly torture (which already persists for too long), provokes even heavier, irreversible damages of various sorts, and before it becomes too late for all those who are objectively involved in this obviously scandalous affair....

De QUI exactement attendiez-vous qu'on intervienne d'urgence pour sauver ses victimes d'aggressions thermiques supplementaires, artificiellement provoquées, que vous dénoncez ?

mais a, en plus, .. systematiquement détruit TOUS les Arbres du meilleur et plus beau coin Vert dand un des Quartiers Populaires que vous visez : celui du "Bois du la Colline du Pont", unique poumon d' oxygène, de verdure et de vue haute sur un tas d' immeubles tristes en beton entourés de garages etc., et a demolit le seul passage souterrain pour piétons/vélos vers quelques autres arbres éloignés mais auparavant accessibles,



piétinant même une Pétition Populaire signée par des Centaines d'Habitants, qu'ils a obligés de sous-vivre, pendant 2 étés torrides succesifs, au milieu d'un .. tas d' ordures, de boue, de detritus, et des salétés, transformant en un Desert arride, sec, brulant et moche, plein de béton partout,

 ce qui auparavant était la plus belle Colline Boisée du quartier, pleine de passages piétons protégés par l'ombre de grands Arbres du Bois de la Colline du Pont, agés de plusieurs Dizaines d'années, fleuris jusqu' à une hauteur unique qui donnait une Vue superbe sur le coucher du soleil, (actuellement démoli) ?




+ Pourtant, ils sont les mêmes qui viennent à prendre la lourde décision, sans aucun précedent dans l'Histoire, de ... totalement COUPER TOUS LES TRANSPORTS DU TRAM climatisé qui lie traditionellement de tels quartiers de 12 à 14.000 personnes au centre-ville, PENDANT TOUS LES 2 MOIS DE L'ENSEMBLE DE CET ETE torride (du début Juillet : 5/7/2013, jusqu'à la fin Août : 30/8/2013 !!..), privant ces-mêmes habitants de tout Transport public climatisé pendant la Canicule, les empechant-même de tenter d'y echaper à vélo, puisqu'il a imposé à un Bus de remplacement degringolant et manifestement insuffisant d'exclure tout vélo, même des abonnés ayant payé leur mensualité en vain, même s'il est vide, et même lors des Alertes Urgentes Officiellement declarées face à des Hausses Exceptionelles de la Canicule et de la Polution en Ozone, (obligeant plusieurs personnes chaque jour de marcher à pied pendant des Kilometres ) !



=> Dans ces circonstances, au lieu de prétendre parler d' ... "Aide" aux Victimes, il est, manifestement, beaucoup plus juste, de dénoncer une sale ATTAQUE supplementaire acharnée contre ces mêmes Victimes des Discriminations précedentes, qui frise les Crimes les plus odieux....

The previously growing distance between France and Germany in Economic Growth is due to stop as new OECD data bring France's 2012 and 2013 Growth much more Closer to Germany's than earlier scheduled :

Thus, f.ex., while this year's (2011) distance between France and Germany's Growth was almost -1,4% : with +1,6% compared to +3% respectively, (i.e. almost the Half !), OECD's new estimations put Frances' 2012 and 2013 projected Growth very Close to that of Germany's with only a small, tiny difference of just -0,3% in 2012 and -0,5% in 2013, showing that the two main Partner EU Countries' Growth convergence will augment X 3 to X 4 times more in the foreseeable Future !

Moreover, France's projected 2012 Growth, after a Brief delay, (obviously due to investors' mistrust of the French Socialist party's program, generally judged financialy irresponsible or at least hasardous, obliging Businesses to wait for the results of the May 2012 Presidential Elections), is due to suddenly .. jump up from +0,3% to +1,4% in 2013, i.e., in just one year almost X 5 times Higher !

The UK is due to have a  +0,5% Growth in 2012, while Italy risks to fall down to a -5% Recession next year (2012), before re-starting to Grow from 2013 with +0,5% according to OECD data.

For the 1st time in years, there is no more any possibility for an hypothetic Red-Green Majority in Germany, Nationwide, since the Socialist and Grune Parties fall down to only 28% and 17% respectively.

But, on the contrary, (as Eurofora had  guessed since the recent Berlin Länder election), a Black-Black-Green, anti-technocratic alliance becomes, for the 1st time possible, with ChristianDemocrats (32%), Greens (17%) and "Pirates" (7%) nation-wide, (i.e. 56% taken together).

The most recent Poll, published by Bild am Sonntag, adds also some 7% for the Left and 4% for Liberals, and 5% for various other Parties, mainly social Conservatives.

No, on the contrary, plausible rumours indicate that he's rather on his way towards an urgent trip to ...New York,  to meet the ...U.S. Attorney who took today the incredible decision to declare DSK entirely innocent of all charges earlier retained against him in the infamous Nafisatou/Sofitel shady affair of brutal assault and rape, by the former IMF chief and former Socialist Minister, against a poor maid : an African immigrant woman living alone with her daughter at Bronx !

Logical : If Mr. Vance was able to declare DSK totaly innocent, then, it would certainly be even more easy for him to find also ..colonel Gaddafi entirely "innocent" vis a vis all ICC accusations....

- A) Une eurodéputée allemande, même de "gauche", vient de dire dans une conférence de presse pubique, que, DEPUIS L' ANNEE DERNIERE (sic !), plusieurs autres pays européens avaient déjà commencé à décider d'éloigner plusieurs Roma qui étaient vénus recemment dans l'UE : Elle cita  p.ex. l' Allemagne (pour 12.000 individus !), la Suède, la Suisse, la Belgique (président en exercice de l'UE), etc..

Pourquoi, donc, a-t-on voulu "cibler" seulement la France, (et pour, comparativement, beaucoup moins ? (Elle a observé, p.ex., quie d'autres auraient décidé auparavant de renvoyer chez eux même des Rome venant de ..Kosovo, tandis que renvoyer quelqu'un à Kosovo, n'est pas du tout la même chose que de renvoyer quelqu'un à Kosovp, ou en Roumanie, comme elle a dit, annoncant que son groupe démanderait aux groupe "Sscialiste" de changer son projet de résolution controversé, afin de ne plus frapper seulement contre la France, de manière manifestement Discriminatoire.


B) Une autre eurodéputée, française de "gauche aussi, qui accusa le Gouvernement français de tous les maux, vient, pourtant, à dire que "Sarkozy a recemment fait une Declaration sur les Roma,  très equiibrée et objective, "sur laquele nous (c.a.d. e Groupe de "Gauche") n'avons rien à rédire !"..


C) En focalisant , si lourdement, presqu' exclusivement, sur la seule question  d'un  traitement, diit-on, "Collectif" de certains groupes de Roma en France, non seulement on oublie que p.ex. l'occupation illégale d'un terrain est, par définition, une illégaité commise de manière, précisement collective , mais, surtout, en imitant tout sur la seule accusation de "Racisme", on risque d' oublier ... les Droits d de l'homme : Car ces droits visent à protéger, d'abord, une Personne Humaine, un individu, et non pas un Groupe !

Par contre, en "noyant" tout, presqu' exclusivement, sur la seule controverse du "Groupe", du ""Collectif", etc., ils négligent la plus importante question : Celle des Droits Humains d'une seule Personne Humaine, d'un individu menacé, peut-être même isolé, sans "Groupes" bruiteux autour de lui, sans Organisations prêtes à faire du Bruit, d'alerter la Presse, de promettre plusieurs votes à tels ou tels Politiciens d' opposition, prêts à exploiter avec Hypocrisie n' importe quoi pour nuire à leurs adversaires, mais qui ... ne léveraient même pas un doigt pour sauver une (1) seule persone et/ou sa famille, ciblée par un harcelement peur-être Politiquement motivé, par une menace de discrimination, oppression des libertés, voire d' expulsion, d' aggressions diverses, ou même beaucoup pire...

On y voit, donc, pas mal des contradictions, voire une grosse dose d' hypocrisie, des tentatives de manipulations politicienes archi-évidentes, à plusieurs niveaux, (y compris queques provocations pour jetter à tel ou tel piège, en poussant à l'erreur), surtout par des gens qui, en réaité, (et à quelques exceptions près), manifestement s'en fichent, en réalité, des droits humains des Roma, (qu'ils avaient abandonés à pourrir dans des situations presqu' inhumaines, surtout pour les enfants des Roma, pas ou mal scolarisés, et autres personnes condamnées à sous-vivre dans quelques "Ghettos", dont ils devraient, par contre,  les avoir aidés à sortir dépuis longtemps déjà, pour soutenir leur integration dans la société).

Heureusement que quelques uns d'entre eux se trahissent, aujourd'hui même, veille d'un vote sur ce sujet dans une organisation européenne, en se faisant afficher dans une "Pub" tonitrueuse et sans vergogne, en 1ère page, qui revèle manifestement leurs intérêts inavouables et arrières pensées politiciennes, (p.ex. pour imposer, par n'importe qiuelle manipulation, l' entrée notoirement impopuaire de la Turquie dans l'Union Européenne, cachant toutes les graves violations des droits humains dont son appareil étatque notoirement antidémocratique est responsable selon plusieurs centaines de condamnations par la CEDH, dont la plupart restent non-executés !)..

What a pitty for the formelky independent French Newspaper "Le Monde", which was of a notoriously good quality back in the 1960ies and 1970ies, but was gradually degraded since the 1980ies, until it fell down to an abysmal low particularly after the Iraq invasion war, since mid 2004, resulting in a grave financial crisis since 2007-2008..

It seems that there was, at least, a slight chance to start becoming a really European Media, with financial participations from Switzerland, Italy, etc., as well as a French Magazine, and a solid, big TeleCommunication Enterprise, which aims to develop new Digital Web activities. All those who were close to the original "Le Monde"'s historic founder, Hubert Beuve-Mery, reportedly preferred this solution.

But, finally, a small group among the remaining Staff reportedly was pushed to vote in favour of selling "Le Monde" to  a few Businessmen (including 2 controversial figures), without any Media experience in Press activities, which is notoriously linked with a former "Socialist" unlucky candidate to the 2007 Presidential Election, Mrs (pardon, now : "Ms") Segolene Royal, which failed with a large distance from Winner Frontrunner Nicolas Sarkozy, and was, afterwards, also distanced inside the Socialist Party itself by her competitor, Aubry, (in coalition with all the other, "anti-Ségolène" politicians, such as Paris' Mayor Delanoye, former Prime Minister Fabius, IMF Head Straus Kahn, etc.

The most important : Without any public debate on social or political ideas of substance, totally hidden to its former readers..

According to just 89,9% of votes counted, the out-going Socialist-Green Government's thin majority fell from 2 to only one (1) MP more than the Popular-ChristianDemocrat opposition : Instead of 87, only 86, while 85 are necessary in order to be able to form any majority in the Norwegian Parliament.

Thus, either the total, full results, or, even after that, one or two MP's desertion, could provoke a change of government, sooner or later...

Nobody explained, clearly in public, why Greek PM Costas Caramanlis chose so early elections, instead of waiting until the normal date, later next year in 2010.

Does he believe that PASOK's "sociaists" will soon break their neck in front of the Global Crisis, Obama's blunders and/or Turkey's abuses ? Or does he count upon sudden revelation of big scandals on PASOK's inglorious Past to pop up, while also using a favorable wave from Merkel's probable win in he forthcomùing German Elections ?

There are many "euro"-this, or "euro-that", but there has never been, at my knowledge, any European Team, at any sport : Neither football, nor basket, ping-pong, chess, etc. Only National, Regional or Local teams.

Why not ?

The symbol of a good European team, at any popular sport, would be a good stimulus for EU Citizens to be attracted by the European construction, and would certainly benefit the european integration by creating a collective feeling of belonging to the same group;

At the same time, National, Regional and Local teams could naturally continue to exist and thrive, sending their best players to a European team only for a while.

Such multi-level sport organisations already exist, fex. at the USA. in Russia, China, etc. Only Europe hasn't, curiously, yet done so !...

New EU Commission's President must be democratically elected with a clear Program on Economic Crisis, Turkey, etc.

EU needs a clear mandate with a Democratic "Political Responsibility" for whoever might be elected as new EU Commission's President, reportedly stressed French and other EU Countries' officials.

- "There is a Democratic procedure to be respected. We want a Political Responsibility in Europe, to know what the EU Parliament and EU Commission willl do", reportedly said EU Affairs Minister Bruno Le Maire, and this position "is not isolated", most of other EU Countries keeping their cards hidden behind a the "on-going Debate", and German chancellor Merkel remaining officially silent.


In the few time available before 4 to 7 June EU Parliament Elections, until mid-June's Brussels' EU Summit, governments may only give a simple "indication" on the road ahead, according to some Media.

The campain and election of the new EU Commission's President might be done by EU Parliament either immediately, on mid-July, (something rather difficult, since new MEPs will be busy to elect their own President, vice-Presidents, Heads of Committees, Delegations, etc., in an exceptionally short week), or towards October, as usual, and taking meanwhile into account the results of the second Irish Referendum on the New EU Treaty, which provides for a proper Electoral Campain for the new EU Commission's President and more EU Parliament's rights.

The main question seems to be not so much who will be the new EU Commission's President, but what he will promisse to do during the 2010-2014 period.

The People and both EU Countries' Governments and EU Citizens' representative MEPs must clearly know, debate and freely choose what will be the main EU Commission's decisions on Europe's Future.

EU Parliament's Press/Communication staff has just adopted an EuroFora's idea as THE basis for its 2009 Elections' campain :
