At the most crucial moment of negotiations with the EU/ECB/IMF "Troika", just after the recent EU Summit in Brussels, for the 1st time, a crystal-clear, Absolute Majority of 53% Greek People stands in favor of Firing at least some among the notoriously cashy job holders in the disprortionately big Public sector (compared to the country's hardly hit private Productive Businesses, Poor People, etc), in order to reduce the Public Deficit and become able to pay off the Debt of the past 30 years.

Only a Minority of some 44% still oppose this move, in fact the most Urgent of all, given that, otherwise, the comparatively excessive number of civil servants in the public sector of Greece, notoriously appointed by former Clientelist/Nepotist Governments of the past, (particularly of PASOK), would continue to be "trapped", each year, by annual Budgets' "structural deficit"...

Obviously, the absolute majority of citizens in favor of firing overnumerary cushy job holders in the Public Sector (See abobe); would be even Greater, if the question was focused only to those who are also "counter-productive", and/or are involved in widespread Corruption and/or other Crimes, during the crucial past 30 years (1980-2010) which provoked that huge debt, (as Eurofora and others had initially observed), joining economic efficiency together with social and moral justice....

Meanwhile, new Greek Prime Minister Samaras' support among the People, as No 1 politician able to lead the country, reached a 49 % High, i.e. more than double of that for opposition leader Tsipras (who has only 23 %).

The formerly (since the 1980ies)  frequently governing "Socialist" party of PASOK fell even lower, with only 6%, all other traditional parties falling below 5%, while, on the contrary, the new parties of "Independent Greeks" (center-Right) stay at 5,5%, and the rightist "Golden Dawn" grows anew, reaching almost 10 %, and becoming "the 3rd Party" in this EU Member country which is also the Historic cradle of Democracy !

+ In addition, at the same time, it's not only the center-Right "New Democracy" governing arty (at the top of a coalition including center-left DHMAR and what is left of PASOK, who notoriously put a brake against necessary structural reforms, preferring to squeeze the productive private Businesses, aggravating the Recession, and even to put a heavy burden over Poor People, threatened even to have their electricity cut if they can't afford to pay more taxes for a small flat belonging to their family after generations of work, economies, and tax-paying for many decades, etc., as a recent example of an old widow with an unemployed son, scandalized the public opinion), but also the World-Famous, American leftist political Philosoher Tsomski, who reportedly denounced the fact that modern "Greece's internal problems" are "those Rich who don't pay taxes" but mainly "the useless and wrong-doing Bureaucracy"....

 The Turkish Authorities are recently throwing out Syrian Refugees, including Families and many Children, asking them to leave Homes and Shelters they have found at villages near the bordes of their Homeland (f.ex. in Antakya, Hatay, etc), Closing down even Schools which used to educate many Hundreds of young Syrian pupils, in order to oblige them to go inside Concentration Camps, under Heavy Turkish Police and Military surveillance, parked like animals in Tents or Containers massed in narrow spaces surrounded by Barbed Wire, dangerously over-exposed to excessive Heat, deprived of any Tree, despite many Forests in the area, in which they are hindered to go, even if most Refugees denounce the Harsh Conditions prevailing inside those Turkish Camps, from where many Families had to flee, searching "a clean environment" for the Health of their Children, away of a scandalously blatant promiscuity inside oppressive "no man's lands" where Turkish Authorities mass them in narrow, confined tiny spaces, piled up worse than animals, as many International Photos have proved.

Thus, meanwhile, more than 23.000 Syrian Refugees have already fled to Iraq, mainly at Northern, predominantly Kurdish areas, and recently as much 1.100 Syrian Refugees reportedly crossed the Kurdish Iraqui border in just one Day..

In Lebanon, Syrian Refugees were recently estimated at about 72.000, and "Thousands more are expected soon, given a growing pace of fresh arrivals, (f.ex. some 2.400 People registed on September just in 1 Week !)..

In Jordan, there already are more than 81.000 Syrian Refugees registered by the UNHCR, and arrivals continue by several Hundreds each day.

On the contrary, in Turkey, where Ankara claims to have "about 78.500 People" only, (i.e. only a small Minority, compared to the overall figure of much more than 254.000 Syrian Refugees aready spread among Neighbouring Countries), People are trying to flee .. back to Syria (and/or towards Iraqi Kuirdistan, Lebanon or Jordan, etc), Reducing those obliged to stay in closed Turkish Camps by big groups of more than 2.750 People leaving Turkey  just in 1 week !.. In total, more than 35.000 Syrian Refugees have already left Turkey, either returning back to Syria or fleeing into other neighbouring Countries.

Ankara is reportedly trying to infiltrate so-called "Turcmen" (local agents of Turkey's aims to get hold of Oil/Gas areas in Iraq's Kirkuk, where many non-revendicated Terrorist Explosions killing and wounding innocent People in Public Squares, Markets, etc., have targetted many Arabs, Kurdish, Christians, a.o. ancestral inhabitants in an attempt to chasse them away and replace them by artificially imported "immigrants" under foreign control) in the middle of the Syrian Refugees, who refused.

Le président élu français, François Hollande, (PS), a réfusé même de rencontrer le chef du 1er parti politique grec élu, le même jour que lui (6 mai 2012), en tête des opposants à l' accord conclu par les ex-gouvernements PASOK avec le FMI et l'UE qui imposent des économies draconienes en echange de prêts bancaires pour payer les trop nombreux fonctionaires, notoirement surnuméraires, de l'Etat, mais qui ont, jusqu'à maintenant, durement frappé l' économie productive du pays et les pauvres, Alexi Tsipra (Siriza - gauche).

Le jeune politicien grec vient d' obtenir, par le Président du pays, Papoulias (poste sans pouvoir politique éxecutif), un Mandat officiel afin d' explorer les possibilités de former un Gouvernement, après que son parti, Siriza (centre-gauche), a réussi d' avoir, aux élections du 6 mai, la deuxième place en Grèce, dévancant, pour la 1ère fois dans l' histoire, même le vieux parti de l'establishment PASOK (Socialdemocrate : pratiquement éliminé aux élections de 2012), avec une avance d' environ + 4% des votes de plus : 17 %  contre seulement 13 %, respectivement. 

Il esperait qu' Hollande, élu sur le mot-ordre "Changement", et avec promesses de privilégier en Europe la "croissance", accusant Sarkozy et Merkel d' avoir insisté trop sur les économies budgétaires pour absorber les dettes en eurozone, allait voir avec sympathie la légitimité populaire actuellement acquise par un ensemble de divers partis politiques, de gauche et de droite, du centre jusqu'aux tous les deux extremes, qui voulaient un changement de politique économique et viennent d'obténir, pris ensemble, une large majorité absolue de plus de 60% des votes.

Mais, Hollande (ou quelqu'un dans son entourage) aurait sechement répondu que, même avant qu'il assume oficiellement le poste de Président de la République, (prévu pour la semaine prochaine), "le protocole" ne lui permettrait pas de rencontrer de simples chefs de partis politiques, (même sortis des élections parmi les premiers, même avec mandat officiel pour dévenir Prémier Ministre, comme dans ce cas)....

Ainsi, tous les rèves ou illusions que l' opposition de gauche en Grèce pourrait avoir investi aux efforts collectifs d' élire Hollande Président en France, pour un vrai "Changement" par rapport à la politique des précedents gouvernements grecs et/ou français, semblent désormais décus et gravement compromis, Alexis Tsipras étant obligé à déposer son mandat demain.

La série d'attentats mortels et monstrueux contre des personnes desarmées et innocentes qui a culminé avec l'attaque même contre des enfants à l'école, à Toulouse, en pleine campagne électorale en France, soulève, manifestement, la question bien connue No 1 :

Cops and Journalists are currently obstructing the deal between Greece and its creditors sponsored by the EU and IMF, refusing to apply the general agreement consisting to erase 70% of the Debt in exchange of longer duration bonds detained by their own Pension a.o. Funds. Occuring 1 day before the expiration of the Time Deadline set by the EU for this exchange, as a pre-condition to the EU/IMF new loans to the Greek Government, this obstruction risks to block the entire mecanism of EU/IMF aid, which is urgently needed in order to repay previous loans of 15 Billions before March 14th, threatening to provoke a banqueroute with cascading financial repercussions (via guarantees, etc) totaling, reportedly, some 1.000 Billions €, with incalculable consequences throughout the EU and beyond...

4) Ceux qui contestent le fait que certaines Civilisations peuvent être préférables à d'autres, p.ex. en respectant mieux les droits humains et la démocratie : Est-ce qu'on nie le droit (et même devoir) de l'Europe moderne de bâtir à un avenir prévisible une civilisation opposée aux excès oppressifs du  Nazisme, Fascisme et/ou Stalinisme, etc. du passé, essentiellement fondé sur le respect de la Dignité Humaine de façon qu'elle s'accorde aussi avec certains intérêts économiques et sociaux légitimes, aptes à garantir sa solidité en pratique réelle ?

5) Est-il "moral", ou, par contre, carrément immoral, de "s'en prendre aux plus fragiles", comme disent certains, en sabordant leurs valeurs de Famille (comp. plus haut), même des gens Pauvres, les Écoles de leurs enfants, dégrader leurs Quartiers, etc., en leur imposant systématiquement une sorte d' "Apartheid" avec insécurité et insalubrité, etc., et de plus en plus de divisions avec un Communautarisme "Multi-Culti", destructeur d' identités et valeurs Historiques, étouffant,  anti-démocratique, autarcique et souvent même oppressif, tandis qu'au même moment la plupart des quartiers riches en sont pratiquement dispensés, tout en banalisant l' horreur des "SDF" ("personnes sans domicile fixe"=, soudain apparus et imposés sans vergogne à l' opinion publique comme une"fatalité"  depuis l'époque de  l'ex -PR Socialo M. Mitterrand, ex-PM(s) Fabius, Jospin,  etc. ?

6) Et pourquoi interdire aux citoyens Européens le droit élémentaire de rêver, œuvrer et lutter pour bâtir, justement, une meilleure Civilisation dans l' Europe moderne et de l’avenir, rejetant carrément tout excès oppressif du Passé, mais sauvegardant leurs racines culturelles millénaires, afin de les associer avec des idées novatrices aptes à créer aussi des horizons nouveaux, y compris avec un Humanisme sans hypocrisie, mais bien réel, marchant sur des pieds solides et réalistes, tout en visant beaucoup plus haut ?

The worse is that this exceptional heatwaye targetting Strasbourg's area during a normally "fresh" period (see above) :

A) was basically prolonged during a large period of Time : from the 17th of August (early morning : in fact, since the Night of the 16/8) up to the 16th of September, and even, partly, until now !..

B) in addition, at those buildings where certain rooms had been "targetted" (f.ex. by some unsollicited technical interventions in the Past : Comp. above), provoking artificially, also a supplementary augmentation of Heat, (sometimes + 4, + 5, +6, +7, +8, +9, or even ... + 10 degrees Celsium more than in the ambiant, natural atmpsphere outside, or in other rooms/buildings), resulted in atrocious consequences,

 (particularly when the Heatwave aggressed its victims CONTINUOUSLY, i.e. pushing also to heat-exhaustion, by permanent exposure to abnormal heat, even overnight, hindering any normal recuperation of physical forces (comp. above) :

( + REMINDER : As it was already observed, according to Official, Public Medical Warnings, if the Heat overNight is not lower than : 21 degrees C, then, the Victims are HINDERED to recuperate forces, even during Sleep, i.e. they are threatened with Hear Exhaustion + various other Negative + Dangerous Health/shape consequences )

+ Le pire c'est, en outre, lorsque cette canicule "exceptionelle" (selon France Méteo+) a affecté même des immeubles notoirement "sabotés", dépuis plusieurs années, du point de vue thermique, où certaines "Bavures", ou aggressions Criminelles louches du passé récent, y avaient installé quelques substances à quantités excessives, aboutissant à provoquer artificiellement des augmentations grossières de la temperature, même pendant l'été, "piégant" les victimes dans le terrible étau d'une chaleur étoufante, augmentant la témperature interne plusieurs dégrés plus haut que la temperature ambiante à l'exterieur !

Ainsi, p.ex., même pendant la nuit, (où le corps humain ne se répose pas, même en dormant, si la temperature est supérieure à 21 degrés Celsium, selon le Ministère de Santé en France), on vient de constater que, dans un tel immeuble notoirement saboté dépuis des années, (au point que certaines familles n'y laissent leurs enfants dans certaines chambres même pas pendant les vacances, en raison de temperatures excessivement suffocantes), une chaleur artificiellement provoquée montait jusqu' à ... plus de 25-26 degrés Celsium, .. tandis qu'au même moment, à l'exterieur, la temperature naturelle avait baissé dans un normal "frais" de seulement 19 degrés !!!... C.a.d. un sabotage ignoble dans une partie ciblée de ces immeubles provoquait continuellement une augmentation artificielle supplementaire des temperatures, pendant la Canicule d' été, y ajoutant (même la nuit) +5 ou +6 degrés en plus !!!!!



(Températures Internes et Externes, constatées dans un local ainsi saboté, pendant la Nuit du 20 vers le 21 août 2011, vers .. 2 heures du "matin" : + 5 degrés de plus, artificiellement ajoutés à la temperature naturelle, même pendant la Canicule d' Eté !!!!! => C.a.d., après avoir été exposées à plusieurs eprouvantes journées avec chaleurs excessives de plus de 31 ou 35 degrés, les Victimes sont, en plus; empechées de recuperer même pendant le Sommeil Nocturne !)

On peut aisement imaginer les graves souffrances, domages et sequelles ainsi provoquées au detriment de la santé, vie privée/famliale, socio-professionelle, etc. des personnes qui seraient victimes de telles aggressions, louches mais manifestement dangereuses, p.ex. lorsque la témperature externe serait monté (pendant le jour) à plus de 30 ou 36 degrés...

Les responsables locaux et autres (surtout ceux qui avaient été même avertis, y compris en public, sur l'urgence d'agir efficacement à temps pour prévenir les ravages que risquent de provoquer au détriment des victimes ces sabotages ignobles des bureaux et/ou chambres ciblées par telles aggressions thermiques), qui ne font rien pour éviter de tels traitements inhumains/degradants, portent, manifestement, des lourdes responsabilités, criminelles et autres, et méritent les plus graves sanctions, pour avoir provoqué de telles soufrances et n'avoir rien fait, pendant si longtemps, pour corriger les erreurs, sauver les victimes et agir pour prévenir que les dommages ne s'empirent encore davantage. 

>>> Visiblement, ils s'en fichent royalement (aggravant leurs responsabilités, après les domages déjà provoqués et/ou en train d'être infligés au detriment des victimes ainsi atrocement et lachement ciblés par ses aggressions criminelles qui affectent leur santé, vie, travail, activités socio-politiques, etc, declencheant une serie de ravages qui se revelent au fil des jours et semaines actuelles et, surtout, à vénir) :

=> Non seulement ils n'ont, encore, rien fait pour arrêter les dégats, mais, par contre, le Sabotage aux Locaux ciblés par ses Aggressions Criminelles laches, s'est même davantage aggravé,

 provoquant une Hausse Supplementaire, encore pire, des Temperatures Caniculaires affectant les personnes humaines ainsi lachement piegées, faisant monter à l'intérieur la Chaleur même à ... 27 degrés Celsium pendant LA NUIT (à 2 heures du matin), cad. +5 degrés de plus que la temperature Externe (qui était "seulement" 22) !!!!!!!.......





(PS. on rappele que, selon une annonce officielle du Ministère de la Santé, si la temperature monte ne descent pas plus bas que 21-22 degrés, même pas pendant la nuit, alors, la chaleur empêche les personnes humaines de récuperer des forces pendant leur sommeil, (cad. aggravant l' "épuisement thermique" déjà subi pendant plus de 3 journées consécutives avec une canicule de plus de 29 - 35+ degrés : v. en haut).
