Chancellor Angie Merkel's Foreign Policy is plebiscitated by 72% of German People, while almost a 2/3 Majority of 64% finds that she shouldn't be hindered to act by unfair criticism in her work in general, reveal the most recent Polls by Forsa for Stern and RTL.

In Parties' politics, her ChristianDemocrat friends lead with 36%, against only 26% for the Socialists, while Merkel's action against the Global Crisis is positively considered as correct, even by a Majority of 55% among the "Greens", who are the third party with 13%. Anti-Technocratic, pro-Freedom at the Internet party of "Pirates" jumps up to 9% Nationwide, while the Left falls down to just 7%, but, on the contrary, her Liberal allies grow +1% and reach 4%, approaching anew the 5% threshhold which guarantees a participation in the Bundestag.

A clear absolute Majority of 54% finds Merkel's strategy against the Crisis as correct, positive views for her varying from just 40% among Socialists, up to a big 76% among ChristianDemocrats.

Meanwhile, Turkey has just usurpated also a traditional neo-Greek popular figure, that of "Karagiozes", (something similar to the French "grand Guignol", but much more linked with the people's struggle for liberation from Turkish occupation), by abusing of an obscure Committee inside UNESCO, in Paris, which included a Turkish member, but had not even one Greek member inside  !... What "objectivity" and "'impartiality" of the US-led "Globalisation"....

What might come Next ?

Instead of alleviating, on the contrary, the controversial Turkey - Iran deal on Uranium, aggravates Nuclear Proliferation risks :

- It's naturally Dangerous to stock in an area controlled by Turkey's notoriously anti-democratic Military, Enriched Uranium from and for Iran, particularly after Ankara's pal and neighbour Pakistan's  Nuclear Proliferation problem.                                                                                       

Moreober, one among the most obvious "Tricky" "Flaws" in the controversial Turkish deal is that Iran can take back its Uranium, while waiting for more Enriched Uranium to arrive (through Turkey)..

Pakistan, (an earlier, particularly Dangerous Nuclear Proliferation problem, since, in addition to the on-going conflict with India, there is now even a Concern that ..Islamist Talibans might take over Pakistan's Nuclear Weapons), never had so many facilities on Enriched Uranium, as Turkey's Military searches to grasp now..

Iran Nuclear Deal has Technical Flaw: Experts

UNITED NATIONS (AFP) – The uranium fuel agreement Iran struck with Turkey and Brazil has a key technical flaw as it fails to allocate enough time to make the fuel, a Western diplomat said.

"Getting this fuel in one year is impossible. It takes at least one and a half years to have this," the diplomat told reporters.

The deal "cannot work because it is only one year and it takes more time to get the enriched uranium," said the diplomat, who asked not to be named due to the sensitive nature of the issue.

The accord calls for Tehran to ship around half its stock of low-enriched uranium to Turkey.

It would later receive a supply of more highly enriched uranium in the form of fuel it needs for a reactor that produces isotopes for medical diagnosis.

The goal is for Iran to create confidence by reducing its uranium stockpile, at least for the months is would take to produce more, below the amounts needed to process further into a bomb.

The finished reactor fuel is considered less of a proliferation risk than the low enriched uranium used to make it.

Iran's uranium enrichment activities are at the heart of fears about its nuclear program because highly enriched uranium of over 90 percent purity can be used to make an atomic bomb.

Iran has been enriching uranium up to five percent in what it says is an attempt to make low-enriched fuel for civilian power reactor use.

The fuel Iran needs for its Tehran research reactor (TRR) is just under 20 percent enriched, a level closer to weapon-grade.

On Monday, Iran formally submitted notice of the fuel swap deal with Turkey and Brazil to the UN's atomic watchdog, the International Atomic Energy Agency, in Vienna.

Delegates from the three countries handed the IAEA a letter about the May 17 deal struck in Tehran.

The agency did not immediately comment on the content of the letter but according the text of the agreement released last week Iran has "expressed its readiness to deposit its LEU (low enriched uranium - 1200 kg) within one month."

"On the basis of the same agreement the Vienna Group (United States, Russia, France and the IAEA) should deliver 120 kg fuel required for TRR in no later than one year," the May 17 text said.

The diplomat said this means that if Iran has not received its fuel in one year, it could take its low enriched uranium back from Turkey, where it is to be deposited, and so boost its stockpile.

"The uranium will be in Turkey, and the deal is that after one year they can take it back. So as we know that it will take more than one year to give them the fuel, that means that... after one year, they can take it back and then wait for the fuel to come six months later," the diplomat said.

He added: "There is something tricky there, but we will see in a year. It is still too early."

Washington-based nuclear expert David Albright said it could take two years to make the fuel and this was a "real show-stopper" for the deal.

The fuel, said Albright, would be in the form of metal plates, which have to be densely concentrated with the right uranium isotope for the level of enrichment required.

Western governments have been dismissive of the new swap deal, saying it fails to address concerns about Iran's nuclear program which Tehran insists is for civilian purposes.

These 2009 Elections are exceptionally important for Germany, for all Europe, and even the World.

Because it's during the following few years that will be decided certain crucial issues, which will strongly affect People's lives and definitively mark Germany and Europe's History :

Main points, in brief :

a) If Turkey's controversial claims on the EU will defintively undermine the modern democratic "European Dream", and Europe's Identity, Historic roots and moral Values, or not.

b) If Germany and Europe shall succeed to overcome the Global Economic Crisis and develop a modern "Green" Growth, while also keeping prices' Stability, protecting also poor and middle-class people.

c) Depending on all that, Europe will become able to play a strong role in the World, making it more democratic and better, or not. And according to whether we shall have a strong or a weak Europe, the World itself will be different for all.

d) Another important issue at stake is also if Human Dignity will be respected in front of big new challenges, including dangers by abusive Manipulations of Human Genetics, which may threaten all Humankind.


Merkel, as a German politician and scientist from Leipzig, is a good Symbol for the reUnification of Germany and the whole Europe, seeking a modern and better society in 2009, 20 Years after the fall of Berlin's wall.

After stressing, during the 2007 German EU Presidency, that "Europe's soul are Human Rights", Merkel underlined in 2009 the importance of German Constitution's reference to "Human Dignity", from which are derived all Human Rights, Family and social Moral Values. Including the refusal to Manipulate the Human Genome and other abuses of Technocratic interferences on Human reproduction, where Past Horrors risk to dangerously meet New Risks...

She has also stressed that, together with the FDP, the CDU/CSU Christian-Democratic and Christian-Social parties, would act decisively against the Crisis, by boosting a dynamic Social Market Economy, with strong Investment and stability of prices. While also modernizing the Industry by a "Green Growth" and Renewable Energy sources, protecting it from unfair competition of polluting Countries by a Carbon Tax at EU's external borders against those who don't respect Environmental Laws.


On the 1st point : Turkey, Merkel agrees with French President Sarkozy and other countries, and with the Majority of European Citizens : Germany, France and the entire EU should have close and correct relations with Turkey, as with other neighbouring Countries. But they do not accept to undermine Europe by risking to destroy its Historic and Cultural Identity, its Social and Economic Cohesion and Development, its Democratic Values and respect of elementary Human Rights. Or, the current notoriously anti-Democratic Turkish regime, with its grave Human Rights violations and political blackmails, cultural and education gap, Underdevelopment, World's heaviest Debt, etc, is obviously the contrary of what EU Citizens wish.

June 2009 EU Elections clearly proved, almost everywhere, that European Citizens don't want Turkey's accession into the EU.

Notoriously, it's mainly Europe's competitors or opponents who push Turkey inside the EU, in order to weaken or destroy the "European Dream" : Since they pushed to give Turkey a controversial "candidate" status on 1999, EU faced, for the first time in History, 3 Majority Abstentions in European Elections, 3 "NO" in three EU-Referendum, and became unpopular, falling down at the Polls. This provoked an unprecedented Crisis inside the EU, and aggravated a dangerous "Gap" between EU Institutions and European Citizens.

But, now, the moment obviously arrived, for the Franco-German couple Merkel - Sarkozy, to revitalize and relaunch  the European construction, after years of stagnation. Europe cannot wait longer, while the World changes faster than ever.

Socialists, unfortunately, were recently too much linked, often curiously subordinated, to a Turkish lobby and other negative trends of a massifying Globalization, without regard to European values and identity, risking to lose their "Soul", as many People found out.

Thus, SPD's strange recent politics vis a vis Turkey risk to prolong or even aggravate Europe's political, cultural and moral Crisis, and the dangerous distance between EU Institutions and European Citizens.

Merkel and CDU/CSU wish to integrate Turkish origin and other Immigrants who may stay longer in Europe, to the German Language, Culture and Values. But, on the contrary, others (including their own oppressive State that often made them flee away from Turkey) prefer to exploit such immigrants for political pressure and blackmail against Germany and Europe, by abandoning and even pushing them to live grouped in cultural and socially isolated "Ghettos", cut off from the rest of the Society. Even to the detriment of their Children's future.

Unfortunately, "Socialists"' recent policies don't mind about such dangerous cultural "Ghettos", and often even aggravated them, provoking the grave problems and difficulties of social integration that notoriously face many Turkish immigrants. Contrary to other immigrants, from other countries, who often show good will and are eager to integrate German and European Society and Culture.

As for Economic and Social matters, notoriously SPD has disappointed many People among its own, during the last Decade. Keeping too close to a counter-productive Bureaucracy, it doesn't seem to have any recipe on how to combat the Global Crisis. Recently, it only "succeeded" to make its Finance Minister particularly unpopular in Europe..

As for European allies, with whom might cooperate in the EU the Socialists of SPD ? France, Italy, Poland, Sweden, and many other big or small EU Countries are today governed by CDU/CSU Christian-democrat/European Popular Party's political allies, while even the UK, Spain, etc. are ready to follow from 2010.   Or will SPD be obliged now to abandon any "European Dream" ?

Last, but not least : (With only a few exceptions of rare personalities), "Socialists"' dangerous laxism, and often insistance, in Germany and elsewhere (f.ex. in Anglosaxon countries) on Genetic and other Technocratic interventions on the Human Embryo, body and mind, various risky "Tests" on Human persons, etc., without due attention to Bio-Ethical safeguards, values and rules, push People and Society to slippery slopes, threatening to provoke grave dangers for Humankind today.

For all these reasons (and much more, that there is no time to mention here), both Germany and all Europe obviously need for chancellor Angie Merkel and its CDU/CSU - FDP allies to strongly win the 2009 Elections, stop the current stagnation imposed by the "co-habitation" with SPD, and make Germany and Europe able to re-discover its strong values and identity, starting a really New era : Firmly based on stable foundations, and therefore able to create new horizons.

Otherwise, there is not only an obvious risk to lose a rare, Historic opportunity to launch a great, dynamic movement for Germany's and Europe's development, modernisation, socio-economic cohesion, able to progressively win large Popular support, giving an important role in the World for a Europe standing now united after 200 years of weekening divisions.

But it's also simple People, Families, even Democracy and Human Values which risk to pay a too heavy price.

Therefore, the only reproach which could be made to Merkel is not to stress even more the importance of the values she and her party stands for at these crucial 2009 Elections.

Diese 2009 Wahlen sind außergewöhnlich für Deutschland, für alles Europa und sogar die Welt wichtig.

Weil es während des folgenden wenige Jahre ist, die entschiedene bestimmte entscheidende Fragen sind, die stark die Leben der Leute beeinflussen und endgültig Deutschland-und Europas Geschichte markieren:

Hauptsachen, in Kürze:

a) Wenn der Türkei unpopuläre Nachfrage, zum an der EU teilzunehmen, endgültig den modernen demokratischen „europäischen Traum“ und Europas Identität, historische Wurzeln, Wirtschafts-und Ausbildungs-, demokratische und Menschenrechts-Werte untergräbt, oder nicht.

b) Wenn Deutschland und Europa folgen, um die globale Wirtschaftskrise zu überwinden und ein modernes „grünes“ Wachstum zu entwickeln, beim die Preisstabilität auch halten, Armen und Mittelstandsleute auch schützend.

c) Abhängig von allen, die, Europa fähig wird, eine starke Rolle in der Welt zu spielen, sie demokratischer zu machen und zu verbessern oder nicht. Und je nachdem ob wir ein starkes oder schwaches Europa haben, ist die Welt selbst für alle unterschiedlich.

d) Eine andere wichtige Frage ist auch, wenn menschliche Würde vor großen neuen Herausforderungen, einschließlich Gefahren durch missbräuchliche Manipulationen der menschlichen Genetik respektiert wird, die alle Menschheit bedrohen können.


Merkel, als deutscher Politiker und Wissenschaftler von Leipzig, ist ein gutes Symbol für die Wiedervereinigung von Deutschland und von ganzen Europa und sucht eine moderne und bessere Gesellschaft 2009, 20 Jahre nach dem Fall von Berliner Mauer.

Sie hat auch betont, dass, zusammen mit dem FDP, das CDU/CSU christdemokratische und Christ-SozialParteien, entscheidend gegen die Krise, nach der Förderung einer dynamischen Sozialmarktwirtschaft, mit starker Investition und Preisstabilität verfahren würden. Bei die Industrie durch ein „grünes Wachstum“ und die erneuerbaren Energiequellen auch modernisieren, es vor unlauterem Wettbewerb von Verschmutzung Ländern durch eine Kohlenstoff-Steuer an externen Grenzen EU gegen die schützend, die nicht Umweltrechte respektieren.

Im 1. Punkt: Die Türkei, Merkel stimmt mit französischem Präsidenten Sarkozy und andere Länder und mit der Mehrheit der europäischen Staatsbürger überein: Deutschland, Frankreich und die gesamte EU sollten die nahen und korrekten Beziehungen mit der Türkei, wie mit anderen Anliegerstaat haben. Aber sie nehmen nicht an, um Europa zu untergraben, indem sie, zum seiner historischen und kulturellen Identität, seines Sozial- und wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhalts und Entwicklung, seiner demokratischen Werte und des Respektes der grundlegenden Menschenrechte zu zerstören riskieren. Oder, das des Stroms antidemokratische türkische Regime notorisch, mit seinen ernsten Menschenrechtsverletzungen und politischen Erpressungen, ist kultureller und Ausbildungsabstand, Unterentwicklung, die schwerste Schuld der Welt, usw., offensichtlich das Gegenteil von, was EU-Bürger wünschen.

Das Juni 2009 EU-Wahlen offenbar fast überall nachgewiesen, dass europäische Staatsbürger der Türkei Zugang nicht in die EU wünschen.

Notorisch ist es hauptsächlich Europas Konkurrenten oder Feinde, die die Türkei innerhalb der EU drücken, zwecks den „europäischen Traum“ zu schwächen oder zu zerstören: Da sie drückten, um der Türkei einen umstrittenen „Kandidaten“ Status zu geben auf 1999, wurde EU, die, zum ersten Mal in der Geschichte, die 3 Mehrheits-Enthaltung in europäischen Wahlen, 3" NEIN“ in EU-Referendum drei gegenübergestellt wurde, und unpopulär und unten fiel an den Abstimmungen. Dieses erregte eine beispiellose Krise innerhalb der EU und verschlimmerte einen gefährlichen Abstand zwischen EU-Institutionen und europäischen Staatsbürgern.

Aber jetzt kam der Moment offensichtlich, für die französisch-deutschen Paare Merkel - Sarkozy an, um den europäischen Bau, nach Jahren der Stagnation wiederzubeleben und wieder anzukurbeln. Europa kann nicht länger warten, während die Welt schneller als überhaupt ändert.

Sozialisten leider wurden vor kurzem zu viel verbunden, häufig neugierig unterstellt, einer türkischen Lobby und anderen negativen Tendenzen einer Massen-Globalisierung, ohne Rücksicht auf europäische Werte und die Identität und riskierten, um ihre „Seele“ zu verlieren, da viele Leute, die herausgefunden wurden.

So merkwürdige neue Politik SPD angesichts die Türkei-Risikos, zum Europas von politischer, kultureller und moralischer Krise und von gefährlichen Abstand zwischen EU-Institutionen und europäischen Staatsbürgern auszudehnen oder sogar zu verschlimmern.

Merkel und CDU/CSU möchten türkischen Ursprung und andere Immigranten integrieren, die in Europa, zur deutschen Sprache, zur Kultur und zu den Werten länger bleiben können. Aber im Gegenteil ziehen andere (einschließlich ihr eigener bedrückender Zustand, der sie häufig weg von der Türkei fliehen ließ) es vor, solche Immigranten für politischen Druck und Erpressung gegen Deutschland und Europa auszunutzen, indem sie und sogar sie verlassen drücken, um gruppiert in den kulturellen und sozial lokalisierten „Gettos“ zu leben, abschnitten vom Rest der Gesellschaft. Sogar zum Schaden ihrer Kinder zukünftig.

Leider „Sozialisten“ 'neue Politik kümmern nicht sich über solche gefährlichen kulturellen „Gettos“, und häufig sogar verschlimmert ihnen und erregen die ernsten Probleme und die Schwierigkeiten der Sozialintegration, die notorisch viele türkischen Immigranten gegenüberstellen. Gegenteil zu anderen Immigranten, aus anderen Ländern, die häufig Goodwill zeigen und eifrig sind, deutsche und europäische Gesellschaft und Kultur zu integrieren.

Was die wirtschaftlichen und Sozialangelegenheiten anbetrifft, notorisch SPD hat enttäuscht viele Leute unter seinen Selbst, während des letzten Jahrzehnts. Zu nah halten zu einer kontraproduktiven Bürokratie, scheint es, kein Rezept auf, wie man zu haben die globale Krise bekämpft. Vor kurzem „folgte“ es nur, um seinen Finanzminister besonders unpopulär zu machen in Europa.

Was europäische Verbündete anbetrifft, mit wem konnten bei der EU zusammenarbeiten die Sozialisten von SPD? Frankreich, Italien, Polen, Schweden und viele anderen großen oder kleinen EU-Länder werden heute CDU/CSU von den politischen Verbündeten Christlich-demokratischer/Europäischer Populärer Partei (EPP) geregelt, während sogar Großbritannien, das Spanien, die etc. bereit sind, von 2010 zu folgen.   Oder wird SPD jetzt verpflichtet, irgendeinen „europäischen Traum“ zu verlassen?

Letztes, aber nicht zuletzt: (Mit nur einigen Ausnahmen der seltenen Persönlichkeiten), „Sozialisten“ 'gefährliches laxism und häufig Beharren, in Deutschland und anderswo (f.ex in den angelsächsischen Ländern) auf den genetischen und anderen technokratischen Interventionen auf dem menschlichen Embryo, der Körper und der Verstand, die verschiedenen riskanten „Tests“ auf menschlichen Personen, das etc., ohne notwendige Aufmerksamkeit zum bioethischem Schutz, Werte und Regeln, Stoß Leute und Gesellschaft zu den glatten Steigungen, drohend, ernsthafte Gefahren für Menschheit heute zu erregen.

Aus allen diesen Gründen (und viel mehr ist die dort keine Zeit, hier zu erwähnen), brauchen Deutschland und alles Europa offensichtlich für Kanzler Angie Merkel und sein CDU/CSU - FDP Verbündete, zum der 2009 Wahlen stark zu gewinnen, stoppen die gegenwärtige Stagnation, die durch die „Kohabitation“ mit SPD auferlegt wird, und machen Deutschland und Europa fähig, seine starken Werte und Identität wiederzuentdecken und beginnen eine wirklich neue Ära: Fest basiert auf stabilen Grundlagen und deshalb fähig, neue Horizonte zu schaffen.

Andernfalls, gibt es nicht nur ein offensichtliches Risiko, zum einer seltenen, historischen Gelegenheit zu verlieren, eine große, dynamische Bewegung für Deutschlands und Europas Entwicklung, Modernisierung, der sozioökonomische Zusammenhalt zu starten, fähig, die große populäre Unterstützung nach und nach zu gewinnen und eine wichtige Rolle in der Welt für ein Europa, das jetzt nach 200 Jahren schwächenabteilungen vereinigt steht.

Aber es ist auch einfache Leute, Familien, sogar Demokratie und menschliche Werte, die riskieren, um einen hohen Preis auch zu zahlen.

Dafür steht der einzige Vorwurf, der gemacht werden könnte Merkel ist nicht, sogar noch mehr die Bedeutung der Werte zu betonen sie und ihre Partei für in diese entscheidenden 2009 Wahlen.

Germany accuses Turkish 'agent' of aiding terror plot

The suspect, Turkish-born German Atilla Selek, said Mevlut Kar had helped the group of four Islamic extremists now on trial in Germany obtain several detonators to mount at least three major car bombings.


Düsseldorf -- A man on trial over a thwarted plot to attack US soldiers and diplomats stationed in Germany implicated a purported Turkish agent in the scheme in court testimony Thursday.

The suspect, Turkish-born German Atilla Selek, said Mevlut Kar had helped the group of four Islamic extremists now on trial in Germany obtain several detonators to mount at least three major car bombings.

Selek has, along with the three other defendants, pleaded guilty before the court in this western German city to membership of a terrorist group and plotting explosives attacks.

A federal court this week issued an international arrest warrant against the 30-year-old Kar, who is thought to be in Turkey, over involvement in the conspiracy.

"Kar had sufficient contacts that I needed to use to ship the detonators to Germany," Selek, 24, told investigators according to testimony read in court Thursday.

"Without Kar, I would not have managed to bring the detonators (to Germany)."

He said Kar "does dangerous things with the secret services," adding "I know that he works with the Turkish secret services."

Selek added that although Kar wanted to help the four men launch devastating attacks against US military installations and American envoys in Germany, he did not share their Islamic extremist convictions.

"He wasn't doing it for Allah but rather for his own interests," he said.

Turkish daily Vatan had reported Thursday that German officials had asked the Turkish National Intelligence Organization (MIT) about Kar.

The MIT confirmed only that Kar had served as an informer until 2002 but said it had no record of working with Kar during the period between 2006 and 2007 in which he allegedly worked with the four men in Germany.

It added that Kar's father had been a high-ranking officer with the Istanbul police.

German media have speculated that the case could cause friction between Berlin and Ankara if Kar is proved to be a Turkish agent.

The four defendants are charged with belonging to a terrorist organisation -- the Islamic Jihadic Union (IJU) in Pakistan, an extremist group linked to Al-Qaeda.

They were also charged with having plotted to stage attacks with explosives in September 2007, which was when police arrested them.

Prosecutors say the group, known as the Sauerland cell after the region where they were captured, wanted to carry out attacks on the same scale as those of September 11, 2001 on the United States which killed nearly 3,000 people.

The four defendants, on trial in Germany since April, could face 15 years in prison.

Germany arrests suspect linked to US targets plot

FRANKFURT — German authorities have arrested another suspect allegedly linked to a radical Islamic terror cell that plotted to attack U.S. targets in Germany, prosecutors said Friday.

The 24-year-old dual Turkish-German citizen, identified only as Kadir T. in accordance with German privacy laws, was arrested Wednesday in the Frankfurt area, prosecutors said in a statement.

He is alleged to have procured a video camera and a night-vision device for Islamic Jihad Union fighters in Pakistan in 2007.

The supplies were allegedly turned over to Adem Yilmaz, a member of the Islamic Jihad Union in Germany who is currently on trial, who then arranged their delivery to Pakistan's Waziristan region, prosecutors said in a statement.

Yilmaz and three others on trial in Duesseldorf in connection with the bomb plot have confessed to being members of the Islamic Jihad Union, which the U.S. State Department says was responsible for coordinated bombings outside the U.S. and Israeli embassies in Uzbekistan in July 2004.

The four admitted plotting to bomb U.S. targets in Germany in a 2007 plot foiled by police.

Authorities say they have given detailed confessions to German police, but the prosecutors' office would not say whether that information helped lead to Kadir T.'s arrest.

Kadir T. is being investigated on charges of membership in a foreign terrorist organization rather than a domestic one, indicating that he is not suspected of being involved in the plot inside Germany. He also faces charges of violating German export laws, and faces a possible 10 years in prison if convicted.

Die vier Angeklagten im Sauerland-Prozess hatten Unterstützung: Attila Selek hat ausgesagt, die Bomben-Zünder nicht alleine nach Deutschland geschmuggelt zu haben. Ein Mitarbeiter des türkischen Geheimdienstes habe ihm geholfen. Der Verdächtige ist untergetaucht - laut Selek hält er sich in Istanbul auf.

Düsseldorf/Istanbul - Im Terrorismusprozess gegen die Sauerland-Zelle rückt ein fünfter Verdächtiger in den Fokus, nachdem alle vier Angeklagte Geständnisse abgelegt haben. Der Deutschtürke Attila Selek sagte aus, er hätte die 26 Zünder für die geplanten Bombenanschläge nicht ohne Hilfe von der Türkei nach Deutschland schmuggeln können.

Selek bezeichnete den untergetauchten Mevlüt K. als Mitarbeiter des türkischen Geheimdiensts, heißt es in einem Vernehmungsprotokoll. Gegen ihn erließ der Bundesgerichtshof am Montag Haftbefehl. "K. hatte hinreichende Kontakte, die ich benutzen musste, um die Zünder nach Deutschland zu transportieren", hieß es in dem Protokoll, dessen Wortlaut S. bei der Verlesung nicht widersprach. Ohne ihn hätte er das nicht geschafft.


Laut dem Protokoll seiner Vernehmung beim Bundeskriminalamt Mitte Juni sagte Selek: "Er macht das nicht für Allah, sondern (für) seine eigenen Interessen." K. triebe "ganz gefährliche Sachen mit Geheimdiensten", hieß es weiter. "Ich weiß, dass er mit dem türkischen Geheimdienst zusammenarbeitet." Nach seinen Informationen halte sich Mevlüt K. weiter in Istanbul auf.

Die türkische Zeitung "Vatan" hatte zuvor am Donnerstag berichtet, die deutschen Behörden hätten den türkischen Geheimdienst MIT nach Mevlüt K. gefragt. Der MIT bestätigte demnach zwar, dass der im Zusammenhang mit der Sauerland-Zelle gesuchte K. bis zum Jahr 2002 als V-Mann gearbeitet habe. Zu der Zeit seiner mutmaßlichen Kontakte mit der Sauerland-Zelle habe er aber keine Verbindungen mehr zum MIT gehabt. K.s Vater sei ein hochrangiger Beamter der Istanbuler Polizei.

Die vier Angeklagten hatten nach wochenlangem Schweigen in den vergangenen Tagen umfassende Geständnisse abgelegt. Die jüngsten Angeklagten, Selek, 24, und Daniel Schneider, 23, distanzierten sich dabei von den Terrorplänen und zeigten Reue. Drei mutmaßliche Terroristen waren im September 2007 in einem Ferienhaus im Sauerland festgenommen worden, Selek wurde im November 2007 in der Türkei verhaftet.

Selek begrenzte seine Funktion bei den Anschlagsvorbereitungen auf die Zünderbeschaffung. Er war bereits im Februar 2007 in die Türkei ausgereist. Mit dem Anführer Fritz Gelowicz sei ausgemacht gewesen, dass er bei der Ausführung der Anschläge nicht dabei sein werde. Ihm seien bei der Vorbereitung erste Zweifel gekommen, sagte Selek. Er habe sich aber an sein Versprechen gegenüber Gelowicz gebunden gefühlt, weiter mitzuhelfen.

Andererseits räumte Selek ein, dass ihn damals ein Gelingen der Anschläge in Deutschland gefreut hätte. "Obwohl ich Zweifel hatte, habe ich gedacht, die Sache ist richtig." Er hätte aber nicht die Vorstellung gehabt, "dass Hunderte oder Tausende sterben könnten".

Sein eigentliches Ziel im Dschihad sei Tschetschenien gewesen. Diesen Plan habe er aber wegen der Zünderbeschaffung aufgegeben.

It's difficult to understand some lobbies' blames against German chancellor Merkel for the reported killing of Afghan Civilians by ...US(?) Airplane bombings :

- If the deadly blast was thrown by USAF (?) airplanes, it's only the US which had precise Satellite images of what might be really going on on the ground, before they pressed the button to throw missiles/bombs. Apparently, Germans only warned US soldiers of an armed attack by Talibans, who took 2 fuel tanks, and asked to put out of order the two vehicles full of fuel in order to avoid suicide attacks against their nearby base. They had no means to look and know what was exactly happening on the spot, (fex. if civilian people were gathered around, or only armed Talibans, etc). OTAN commander, American general McChrystal, already expressed his "excuses" for the civilians hit, and reportedly anounced more measures to prevent such unacceptable tragic blunders, (strongly condemned by Karzai, the UN, France, etc).

Who might be really behind all that ? At any case, it's a fact that Merkel had just anounced, one day earlier, Germany's intention to "accelerate" the pull-out of is troops from Afghanistan !...

Curiously, French President Sarkozy had also said something heading towards a similar direction, earlier in Paris, and France was also attacked, with one soldier killed and others seriously wounded...

The forthcoming National Elections in Germany, on September 27, have an exceptional importance for Europe, for many reasons. F. ex.  :

> EU obviously needs to be urgently revitalized, after several years of quasi-stagnation, by a new impetus to be stimulated by its Franco-German motor, and, in this regard, the duo Sarkozy - Merkel, thanks to their close political and personal links, are able to do a good job.

> Merkel's CDU/CSU notoriously wants to free its hands, at last, by forming a new, independent government, together with the Liberals (FDP), free from any more obstacles, neutralization or restrictions imposed until now by an obligatory "cohabitation" with the Socialists of SDP during 2005-2009, which hindered really new EU policies compared to the 1999-2004 past period.

Reality is different from the false appearances that you mention  :

- This was "the Lowest Turnout in Hessen's History", with almost 40% Abstention

- Koch's Hessen local "CDU" became less "Christian" by giving some places to .. Muslim Turks, who push for more Mosquees..

=> In consequence, it's only the Liberals, the Greens, and the "Free" parties who augmented their votes, respectively, with +6,8%, +6,2% and +0,7% (added to +0,2%, +0,2% => 1,1%).

On the contrary, local Koch's CDU almost ...stagnated : +0,4%, remaining the same as before... Only  the Left Party (die Linke) did so small : + 0,3%..   

Apparently, the controversial Koch's local CDU received a small part of Turks and other Muslims, but ...lost an equivalent part of German Christians, (becoming Abstentionists or voting for other parties) !

But that tiny augmentation closely follows a record-high ..loss of many voters by controversial local CDU's chief, Koch, in the previous, 2008 Elections, who had lost -12% !!!                                                                                                 

So, the only factor which explains controversial Koch's return in office (after he lost the 2008 elections), is that a small group of Turks and other Muslims left the SocDP.

=> If you "dream" of similar results at a Nation-wide Election in Germany, then CDU risks to be undermined and head towards a ...Catastroph, both for the Party and Germany, provoking grave Damages against Europe !..

Already, the controversial infiltration of a Turkish lobbyist (former doctor at Diyarbakir, during the 1993 "dirty" clashes, before going to the USA twice, and later send to Europe, where he became personal doctor of a Turkish Extremist "Grey Wolf" Muhsin Yazicioglu, accused to have "blood in his hands"), Yasar Bilgin, among CDU's EU Parliament candidates now, seems to be the reason for CDU's lower than expected showing in recent Polls...

Such an unprecedented Turkish infiltration by a foreign-lobby manager, propagandist of Mosquees, etc. started only after 2002, when the famous German Christiansocial leader Edmud Steuber quited politics : It would have been unthinkable with strong personalities as Steuber !
