It's more or less felt almost everywhere, (in certain EU Countries it's even almost Spectacular !), and, even if the EU-wide Average is not huge, nevertheless, it's the 1st Time since more than 20 Years, (and almost 15 Years since the Big Sudden series of "Explosions" of growing Majority Abstentions started from back on 1999)... |
