Post by: PievaMenreurn on July 31, 2010, 01:00:13 AM Various moves are currently evolving in parallel inside EU and CoE, as well as elsewhere in Europe, towards giving Citizens' a say on public authorities' decisions which can seriously affect their lives and the whole society's future.
But it's not yet obvious whether these parallel moves are converging or diverging, coherent or contradictory. In the latest case, a necessary Europan debate would obviously became even more indispensable. |
