EU Leaders should use this Post-BREXIT era's beginning in order to Boost New, Big, Inventive, Ambitious, and Popular European Projects, that they were Hindered to do Previously, particularly due to UK's earlier notorious reluctance, Instead of Only Delaying and Quarrelling about petty and sterile Money-Sharing issues, partly worsened by UK's departure, followed by the Virus, etc...

Such EU Projects, able to Mark the History of nowadays World, Attract Huge Popular Support, Stimulate the European Economy and Develop Science/Technology, could Spread accross a Large Spectrum of topical Possibilities :  

I.e. from Air-Space (f.ex. a Shuttle and/or other ReUsable Space Vehicle, a Space-Based "Early Warning System", Planets Exploration, Complete "Galileo", etc); Defense, (f.ex. Advance towards an EU Army, by developing EuroCorps etc, progressively Mutualise Army Spending/Procurements, set up a real EU Civil Protection Force against Natural and/or Man-made Hazards/Disasters, Create an EU Bio-Defense Force against any Hostile Bio-Warfare and/or Deadly Virus or other Pandemics, etc) ; Digitalisation (f.ex. a European SmartPhone, a New and independent Operating System, Key Softwares, Tele-Work in Rural Areas, etc) ; Transports (f.ex. a +600 km/h High Speed Train, PanEuropean High-Speed Rail Links, Ecologic Helico-Propulsed individual Air Vehicles, PanEuropean Rivers-Seas Networks for classic and modern Ships, etc); Agriculture (Food Independence, Quality, Safety and Health, Wood + Stones + Water Production, as well as Rural Spaces maintenance and/or Public use for Sport/Holidays/Exploration, etc) ; European History (f.ex. an Anthology with the Best Examples of Victorious Unity of many European Countries from Ancient Times to Nowadays, Collections of the most Brillant Ideas, Culture/Arts, Theories or Inventions created by Europeans, Europe's best role in the World, the most Brave Examples of European People's Resistance Facing various Threats, tragic Errors, Oppression, Aggressions, and their Struggle for Freedom, Democracy and Human Rights, etc) ; EU Citizens (f.ex. Boost Civic Participation in Public Decision-Making, popularise EU Civic Education, clarify and strengthen an EU Citizen Status making people feel Proud of being European, etc)...

=> In Most of these cases, the required Money will be Generated, in one way or another, and/or Attracted by a lot of such Big collective EU original Projects, able to Unite and Develop both the Interests, the enthousiasm and the Minds of all Europeans, (instead of Dividing them by closing them inside narrow, petty Money-Sharing quarrels withOut Oxygen and Real Horizons)...

Turkish President Erdogan's pompously repeated claim that he would be the only one having Libyan Government's approval to bring his Military Troops intrude into the Country, is a Blatant Lie : Because, in fact, currently, Libya has Not yet any Real, Fully Fledged Government at all !

The so-called team of "GNA", alias "Government of National Accord", is NOT an Elected, Real "Government", Neither "National" at all, and, unquestionably, there is NO "Agreement" in Libya for it to exist or act in such matters...

In Fact, on 2014, (after General Haftar launched a 1st "Operation Dignity" until Tripoli), the Transitional Post-Kaddafi Institutions of Libya, (the so-called "General National Congres" : GNC), charged with the Task to prepare a New Constitution and set up New, Permanent Institutions throughout the Country, decided to launch Elections for a Brand New Parliament, the "House of Representatives".

But when, in the Electoral Results, Libyan People Voted mainly for a Secular and Federalist Parliament, after a low turnout, the Islamist Radicals Refused to recognize the New Parliament of Libya, made a Putch, various Brutal Aggressions, and Obliged the just Elected New Libyan Parliament to Flee Tripoli and Settle at Tobruk, (Eastern area), where it remains until Now, with stable International Recognition.

On the Contrary, the Putchists claimed to Return Back to the Old and, meanwhile, Dissolved "GNC", alone (See Above).

On 2015, the UN, (i.e. during Barack Hussein Obama's Administration in the USA, Francois Hollande in France, etc), tried to Impose to the Divided Country an UNELECTED, and merely INTERIM, Care-Taker Governance, with a Team that they nick-named as "GNA", alias "Government of National Accord" - which does not even really control Tripoli, being obliged, at first, to stay on a ...Ship, at the Sea, before being established, until now, at a Naval Base, (sic !)...

It was Charged with the Task to Prepare New Elections, in 2 Years Time, (i.e. around 2017), and, according to a parallel , direct Deal between the New, Tobruk-based House of Representatives, and the remnants of GNC at Tripoli, its Members were Chosen by a "Committee" agreed by the 2 Rival Parliaments, who Must, normaly, take their Decisions Unanimously.

But, After having, notoriously, Failed to deal with the Economy, and even Less with the Security in Libya, that so-called "GNA" did Not even managed to prepare Any Democratic Election at all, Not even on 2017, inciting the General Haftar to Launch, from 2018, a New and popular "Operation Dignity", against that Band of Usurpators Hidding someplace inside Tripoli...

Meanwhile, Haftar (who was Elected Head of Libya's National Army : LNA by the House of Representatives, and Endorsed by the Chiefs of Navy, Air Force, and many in the Army) had become Popular among Libyan People, for having succesfully Liberated a lot of Territories from Deadly Islamist Terrorists' Armed Gangs, (including Benghazi City from ISIS), etc., while, on the Contrary, the House of Representatives had Voted, (Twice), against the "NGA" of Tripoli, to Destitute it.

And during 2019, the House of Representatives-Backed LNA of General Haftar has notioriously announced its Will to definitively Liberate Tripoli from Putchists, Usurpators, Islamist Armed Gangs, etc, on April and December. Nowadays, it has, reportedly, Advanced Further towards that Aim, inter alia, also accross the Full Highway of the (abandoned) Big Airport at the Center, as well as in the Western side (where is located the Biggest Refinerie of the Country), and Seized Turkish Arms, a Neighbourhood, etc., while launching AirStrikes against Tripoli's Mitiga Airport.

Meanwhile, Turkey has been reportedly sending several Airplanes Boeing 747 payloads full of Deadly Weapons and Ammunition to one of the two sides in conflict, in blatant Violation of the UN Embargo on Weapons throughout all Libya...

The Syrian Kurdish Region's Administration has just Denounced the Fact that, since the so-called "Cease Fire" Deals (in fact : Blackmails) with the Turkish Military Invasion/Occupation of Northern-East Syria, instead of, at least, a Brief and Precarious Peace, on the Contrary, there were "190 Attacks" launched by Turkey's forces, including 82 Air Strikes, Killing 182 SDF Militants and Wounding 243 !

Were also Added several Islamist Extremists' Terrorist Attacks, (as, f.ex., that of just Yesterday, in Qamisli, where 2 Car Bombs Explosions Killed 6 Civilian People, and Injured 22), etc.

And Now, Turkey is even Threatening the Western Countries to Send them Back several ... Recent rumours that New US President Donald Trump's Administration would Start to Help the Syrian Kurds-led SDF Coalition ("Syrian Democratic Forces") in Fighting against ISIL's Islamist Terrorists around their Raqqa Heasquarters and elsewhere, appear as Good News.

In the Past, the Obama Administration had notoriously let the ISIL's Islamist Terrorists equip themselves even with so Heavy Weapons as also a lot of "Humvees" and even "Abram" Tanks, etc. (apparently through Turkey, at least as far as it concerns Money, Logistics, Jihadists, etc), to the great astonishment of Syrian Kurds and others.

On the Contrary, nowadays, YPG/SDF sources' reported Anouncement about "Armored Vehicles" being delivered from the US Army to SDF local Fighters against ISIL's barbarious Islamist Terrorists, (who cowardly Target often and kill Civilian People), looks as a 1st Good Move, which should Better be Completed until it Helps Yield the Desired Result : I.e., the Definite Ousting of ISIL on the spot.

Syrian Kurds have already a positive Experience into Fighting and Winning, even Hard Battles, against ISIL's and other (f.ex. Minorities, and Women quite well, (Contrary to what ISIS, Turks, and other pro-Islamization oppressors usually do), and have Suffered themselves from ISIL Terrorists' biggest Deadly Attacks Targetting Civilian People, (f.ex. in the Greatest ever ISIL Terror Bombings in South Turkey and Ankara, which Killed mainly Kurds, but also at their Syrian main City of Kobane, etc).

Ankara notoriously has also very Bad Relations with Egypt, (while Hosting also in its own Territory the Chief of Extremist "Muslim Brothers" Group that Cairo considers as Terrorists), has Quarelled even with Israel for Years, is Opposed to Iran (as well as to Lebanon) about ISIL's Terrorisrs Beheaders, attempts to Manipulate the Ughur Turcic Minority in China, that it often Threatens, and supports even Ughur Terrorists, some Imported and linked to Armed Groups inside Syria's particularly ISIL-occupied Territories, has usualy Supported Chechen Extremists etc. in Russia's Caucasus areas, and Exploits various Muslim Minorities (that it calls "Turkish") inside Greece and Bulgaria.

Last, but not least, Turkey has notoriously unleashed, recently, a Huge, unprecedented Massive Asylum Seekers/Irregular Migrants Influx, which has illegaly Crossed EU's External Borders (mainly thanks to Turkish Smugglers), flooding Europe with more than 1,5 Million "Refugees"/Immigrants on 2015/2016, ("Selecting" basicaly Muslims and Low-level Education People, but Excluding, de facto and/or as such, Christians, Yazidi and/or Educated People, who are More Threatened but could be Integrated more Easily), as Brussels found afterwards. Erdogan's recent Calls launched in certain Speaches in Europe), attempting often to Exert Pressure on EU Countries (f.ex. also in France, etc), Refusing real Cultural Integration and/or Harmonious Assimilation of Migrants Hosted by EU Countries, pursuing an Aggressive "Islamisation" Agenda throughout all EU and beyond, which provokes Popular Tensions and Destablizes Europe.  In Addition, Turkey, too often, abuses of several cynical "Blackmails" exerted on European Leaders, (as, f.ex., with that Costly, Inefficient and Dangerous EU-Turkey Deal about that unprecedented Mass Migration via Turkish Smugglers : See above).

As for trampling underfoot even basic Human Rights and Freedom of Speech, elementary Democratic Principles and Rule of (National and International) Law, also inside Turkey itself, (which is notoriously composed by Dozens of various Minorities, as a residual remnant of the former Medieaval "Ottoman Turk" Empire's decomposition in the Past), both "old" and permanent, as well as most recent developments (particularly since thet strange, brief "Coup" attempt, recently, which obviously served as a pretect in order to trigger an unprecedented Massive Oppression and prosecution against various Political Dissidents).

But, Now, the Question No 1, naturaly is the following :

- Will Europe, and the rest of the International Community, alllow Turkey to make Today even an open, shameless illegal Military Invasion and violently intrude inside an Independent Neighbouing Country with total impunity ?

If Yes, then, everybody knows very well that, sooner of later, Europe itself (and other areas of the World) riskent to "Implode" under a growing pressure of mabifold conflicts, old and new...

Who might want that ?

Aussi bien la France que l' Europe toute entière ont bésoin de lui, maintenant, peut-être, plus que jamais !

Surtout parce qu'il est le seul grand répresentant vivant connu de la "Grande Europe" chère à De Gaulle, "de l' Atlantique jusqu' aux Ourals", ainsi que de l'aspiration à l' Autonomie/Independance de l'Europe dans le Monde, avec une légitimité démocratique irreprochable.

Ces thèmes, (qui sont, en réalité, au centre de son "testament" Politique pour l' Histoire), sont dévenus, aujourd'hui beaucoup plus actuels - et même urgents-  que jamais, pour plusieurs raisons :

 P.ex. Ambition pour une France forte, ISIL, Ukraine, Espagne, Rapport Chilcot sur l' erreur qu'était l' Invasion de l' Iraq en 2003, BREXIT, couple Franco-Allémand, bésoin et occasion de rélancer une construction Européenne efficace et respectée par son People, valeurs BioEthiques et autres, (etc).

Le souci social, humain et ethique, le tact diplomatique et le volontarisme partagé avec son épouse, Bernadette Chirac, sont, bien entendu, un "plus".

=> La France, l' UE, et bien au-délà, auraient beaucoup à gagner s'il re-trouvait l'envie et la force à donner son avis et conseil pour l' avénir, graca à sa grande expérience, valeurs, et vision.

(Au moins un parmi ses ex-collègues, l'allémand ex-chancellier Helmut Kohl, n'a pas hésité de le faire, lorsqu'il estimait que c'était vraiment nécessaire).

Une prise de conscience salutaire, ici, comme ailleurs, pourrait aider à stimuler cela, d'une facon ou d'une autre.

Innocent Civilian German People were Exceptionaly Targetted already Twice, at this Beginnuing of January 2016, by 2 Differend Violent Aggressions, both related to various Islamic Extremists, shortly after Unprecedented, Premeditated and Concerted  Brutalities by Orgabnized Mobs against Defenseless Girls and Women at Köeln and other German Cities at New Year's Eve, also by a Terrorist Bombing Attack at Istanbul in Turkey, near the Historic millenary Christian Church of Saint Sophia, of the Byzantine-Greek Empire  (330 - 1453), Killing at least  10 and Wounding 8 more Victims, almost entirely  of German Nationality, reportedly after an ISIS' Kamikazi infiltrated a Group of Tourists.

It's Not yet Clear why Innocent and Defenceless German People were Twice Targetted by various Unprecedented Violent Aggressions, of Differend kind, but allmost at the Same Time, and Socio-Cultural/GeoPolitical Origin, (i.e. Violent Islamist Extremists moving through Turkey).

After that Scandalous Mediatic Cover-Up of Brutal Mob Attacks in Northern Rhein/Westfalia, let's hope that there won't be also another one around Istanbul's Massacre...

Because the obvious Question is Why someone Targets nowadays German Civilian People, and what should be done in order to Unmask the Instingartors, Find and Punish the Perpetratrors.

Who is pushing Europe to commit an obvious "Harakiri",  by adding to some 800.000 Syrians, Pakistani, Afgans, Bangladi, as well as Bosnians, etc, Irregular Immigrants/Asylum Seeksrs already Tresspassing inside the EU through Turkey, also another ... 75 Millions of Turks, to whom some promissed even "Visa Free" Entries in all EU Countries ?...    
    
Even the Criminals who have just Killed many Innocent Civilian People twice these last months in Turkey, by Terrorist Explosions of Bombs close to the Syrian Borders and in down town Ankara, added to those who scandalously let ISIL's Extremist Islamic Terrorists to Smuggle Lethal Weapons,  make a lot of Money by Selling Oil/Gas usurpated from Syria or Iraq and Recruit Thousands of Jihadists through Turkey, will they all be now let Free to Circulate, at any moment, even without any Visa, at the Heart of Europe, among EU Citizens, with a Dangerous Impunity, just because they could be Hidden among those 75 Millions who have a Turkish Passport ?    

Why Return Back to the Unpopular so-called Turkey's EU "Accession" bid, and even "Accelerate" it, Despite the well known Will a Large Majority of EU Citizens in Germany, France, the Netherlands, even in the UK, etc., who Refuse such a Betrayal of the European Ideal, as they have clearly shown repeatedly from the 2005-2007 Three "No" to EuroReferenda, up to more Recent Polls and Votes, spread also in various other EU Countries ? What's really going on in Brussels (since a Week, but initialy concealed from EU Citizens, particularly on  Socialist Dutch Commissioner Timmerman's Secret Deals in Turkey, Days ago) ?

Instead of Punishing that Turkish Regime which, suddenly, threw a Million of Irregular Massive Immigrants to Europe, since Summer 2015, (provoking a Chaos, Threatening EU's Security, Dividing EU Countries between them, Exploiting Thousands of Fragile People by Smuglers asking up to 2.400 € per Person, and pushing many Women and Children to be atrociously Drowned and Killed while tresspassing the Aegean Sea, etc), without any Warning, nor any special event whatever (f.ex. No New War, etc) which might have explained  such an Unprecedented "Tsunami", should it be, on the Contrary, Rewarded ?

Why, then, Morocco should keep Helping the EU to Protect its African Borders from Millions of potential Migrants among the Poorest Countries in the World, already hit by ISIL-related Terror, (from Nigeria's "Boko Haram", and Mali's Aqmi, up to Somali and Kenyan Extreme Islamic Terrorists, Tunisian Massacers, Libyan Beheadings of Christians, etc) ? Should, perhaps, Rabat be inspired to ask also itself for the EU to pay another .3 Billions €, as Turkey did ?...

Is it really necessary for the EU to become inFamous all over the World for ... Giving Up to such Cynical Blackmails, (as that, which was, in fact, abused by Turkey since Summer 2015) ? E verybody knows that Blackmails multiply whenever their Victims give up too easily...

Is EU really so Impotent to Protect its own External European Borders ? Perhaps, some Small/Medium Countries like Hungary, Spain, Bulgaria, or even Slovenia, etc., might be ... More Powerful than all the 28 EU Member Countries united together, the 5 "Big" included (Germany, France, the UK, Italy, and Poland), in Safeguarding their Common External European Borders ?...          

Instead of Wasting 3 Billions € and Exposing the EU to 75 Millions of Turks, with blatant UnDemocratic Contempt vis a vis EU Citizens' repeatedly expressed Political Will against Turkey's unpopular EU "Accession" bid, wouldn't it be much Less Expensive, both in Financial and Political terms, to Simply Warn Ankara's regime that it would Risk to Lose the 1 Billion € of Subsidies that EU pays for it each year, since 2002, unless it Stops its  Scandalous Blackmail via that "Tsunami" of Irregular Massive Immigration currently brought into the EU by Turkish Smugglers, (and, by the way, Stops also to support ISIL's Terrorists) ?

If EU dares do so, (as it had already done in the Past, before 1999/2000), then, Brussels could keep those spare 3 Billions, precisely, in order to Build, at last, a real Protection of EU's External Borders, (f.ex. with full deployment of GALILEO Satellite Navigation system, Drones, Early Warning system, and a fully fledged European CoastGuard, etc).
In Addition to being Respectful and Faithful to EU Citizens' Democraticaly expressed Political Choices, naturaly, (Comp. Supra)...

Encore (et surtout), cette Comparaison avec les développements récents en Amérique est devenue aujourd'hui assez pertinente pour la France actuelle, en raison aussi d'un Fait Nouveau d' Importance majeure :

- Pour la 1ère fois dans l' Histoire des dernières Décennies, on a vu et admiré l' Audace, la Clairvoyance et l' esprit de Solidarité, l' Humanisme et la Combativité du Peuple Français d' aujourd'hui, aussi bien des ces Jeunes garçons et filles (qu'on disait auparavant "Blasés" et/ou égoïstes, indifférents, etc), que des ces "Vieux" et Familles entières, qui ont, soudain, su se lever devant ce qu'ils estimaient Contraire à leurs Valeurs et Dangereux pour l'Humanité toute entière, au point de Braver même les excès de Brutalité Policière, (curieusement aggravés à un degré inhabituel en France, au point qu'ils ont été, pour la 1ère fois, condamnées même par le respectable Conseil de l' Europe...), les menaces d'être arrêtés (même des Mères de Famille maintenues, en pleurant presque, par 2 Policiers chacune !), amenés manu-militari au Commissariat, plusieurs ayant été même Détenus pendant au moins 1 Journée, y compris pour toute la Nuit, enfermés dans quelques Geôles indignes, (comme plusieurs Témoignages convergents dénoncent), Fichés, Humiliés (même en Public, comme plusieurs Photos et Vidéos en témoignent), menacés des Poursuites Pénales, etc.

Faisant "la Une" aux "New York Times" p.ex. avec leur audacieuse Démonstration à l' ouverture des jeux de Roland Garros, au nom des Enfants à sauver des menaces d'être soumis au pouvoir d' Homosexuels étrangers à leur Famille naturelle, et/ou des Naissances Naturelles d' Enfants, menacées d'être de plus en plus dépassées par l' imposition de plusieurs Milliers de Naissances "Artificielles", via l' Horreur des "Mères Porteuses", et/ou par "Naissances Médicalement Assistées", cad. plus ou moins soumises au Pouvoir de quelques Technocrates, (via Inséminations Artificielles, IVF, Tests Prenataux, "Traitements" de Fertilité, "Banques" d' Ovules, Spermes et/ou Embryons, etc), et en Manifestant devant une Police trop tatillonne qui les repoussait loin d'une Assemblée Nationale en conflit, contre l' imposition, en même temps, des Manipulations Génétiques d' Embryons Humains, notoirement Dangereux pour l' Humanité toute entière,  tandis qu'un grand nombre des Maires, jusqu' à cet Vieux Maire d'un Village perdu à la campagne française profonde, qui bravait même une Menace d' Emprisonnement et/ou de Sanctions Financières très Lourdes, au nom de son Droit et Devoir d' opposer une clause de Conscience contre une Pression Étatique exigeant de célébrer personnellement, lui-même, le soi-disant "Mariage" d' Homosexuels, (etc), pendant qu'un jeune Manifestant Pacifique avait été déjà brutalement arrêté, condamné et enfermé en prison pour plus d' 1 mois, d'autres ayant été arrêtés (même devant d' Eurodéputés) juste parce qu'ils se baladaient aux Champs Élysées avec un simple Drapeau ou T-Shirt de la "Manif pour tous", des fragiles Jeunes Filles scandaleusement Piétinées, Humiliées et Brutalisés par quelques Policiers douteux devant tout le Monde, (comme plusieurs Vidéos en témoignent), en sus d'une Série parmi les plus Grandes Manifestations Populaires que la France a jamais vu lors des dernières Décennies, certaines partiellement frappées par des Violences Policières déjà condamnées par des Résolutions d' Organismes Européens/Internationaux, mettant, pour la 1ère fois dans l' Histoire la France presque au même niveau que la .. Turquie (!), etc., ont notoirement suscité l' Intérêt et l' Admiration pour ce Peuple de France qui n’hésite pas, même aujourd'hui, à se battre pour quelques Valeurs Morales qu'il estime d’importance fondamentale pour les Familles, la Société et toute l' Humanité.

=> Ce surprenant Potentiel - inattendu mais grand-  du Mouvement Populaire des Valeurs de la France, (qui, en réalité, fait partie de Changements profonds, par rapport à certaines parmi les plus Grandes Questions d' importance cruciale pour l' Avenir, qui se posent  à l' Époque Contemporaine en Europe, en Amérique, et à travers le Monde entier à toute l' Humanité), ne saurait être ni sous-estimé, ni malmené, ni, surtout, ignoré, mais, au contraire, intégré au cœur de tout Changement à porter aux éléments "Essentiels" de la vie Politique d'aujourd'hui , y compris, p.ex., à cette tentative de Rénovation du plus grand Parti de France.

Car, en réalité, les Enjeux profonds dont il s'agit ici, sont beaucoup plus importants qu'on ne le dirait à première vue : C'est aussi bien une partie cruciale de l' Avenir de l' Humanité (Comp. plus haut), que certains Dangers et Menaces actuelles p.ex. du fait des Islamistes Extrémistes du Terrorisme de l' ISIL avec ses Horrible Coupeurs de Tetes qui n’hésitent pas de frapper surtout des Civils sans Défense, même des Enfants, Vieillards ou Femmes, etc., y compris parmi les plus Pauvres et fragiles.

P.ex., tandis qu'on envoyait des Milliers de Policiers à menacer, Bloquer, repousser, bousculer,  brutaliser, humilier, arrêter, amener au Commissariat, et/ou fermer en Prison, etc, de nombreux jeunes  garçons et filles, voire Mères de Famille et même Familles entières parmi les Manifestants pacifiques à Paris qui défendaient le Mariage Naturel et les Naissances Naturelles d' Enfants, essayant de protéger les Embryons Humains de la menace d'être Génétiquement Manipulés, etc, (v. supra),
..... pratiquement au même moment, on Manquait, avoue-t-on aujourd'hui, d'un nombre suffisant de Policiers et autres Agents de Sécurité disponibles afin de prévenir cette Vague de Milliers de Djihadistes partant de France et/ou du reste de l' Europe pour aller, via la Turquie, à rejoindre ces Horribles Extrémistes Islamistes d' "ISIL" (alias "DAESCH") qui tuent, détruisent et pillent en Irak et/ou en Syrie et ailleurs, attaquant surtout des Civils sans Défense, pratiquant d' Horribles Coupures de Têtes, etc., avant de Revenir, entre-temps, de retour en France et dans d'autres pays Européens, dangereusement endurcis et/ou organisés en réseaux secrets, où beaucoup d'entre eux ont, notoirement, déjà commencé à commettre divers Attentats Terroristes Meurtriers, en France, en Belgique, en Angleterre, en Russie,  au Danemark, etc...

   Avec comme résultat pour ces Horribles Assassins de l' ISIL  d'être Massivement arrivés aujourd'hui jusqu' aux Côtes de la Méditerranée, en face de l' Italie, de la Grèce et de la France, en Libye et/ou en Tunisie, où ils Massacrent lâchement même des Pauvres Travailleurs Immigrés, accusés seulement d'être Chrétiens, (comme 21 Coptes Égyptiens récemment), et/ou des Touristes Européens/Internationaux sans défense, ayant récemment commencé à Menacer toute l'Europe continentale, avec une "pluie" d' Attentats Terroristes qui allait suivre ces "premières goutes", selon leurs dires...

   Même aux États-Unis d’Amérique du Nord, une des lacunes qu'on reproche le plus à Obama II est, justement, d'avoir laissé des dangereux et inhumains Terroristes Islamistes comme ceux des Coupeurs de Têtes de l' "ISIL", à recruter massivement via la Turquie, trouver des Armes (parfois même assez sophistiqués), piller les Ressources Naturelles de l'Irak et commencer à les exploiter via la Turquie, etc, jusqu' à ce que des tels Islamistes malfaisants commencent à Tuer même aux bords de la Méditerranée, de la Libye à Tunisie. Et même en Beghazi, la ville qui avait largement applaudi Sarkozy en mi-2011, longtemps avant la tuerie de l' Ambassadeur Stevens et 3 autres Américains après les changements d'une Année plus tard, en Septembre 2012, suivie par le Massacre par l'SIL des 21 Chrétiens Coptes, travailleurs immigrés  d’Égypte en Libye, et l' attaque motelle contre des Touristes en Tunisie, en 2015.

   Cette arrivée d' Islamisme Terroriste mortel aux côtes de la Méditerranée, et même en Europe, (v. plus haut), est de nature à jouer un rôle important bientôt aux Élections politiques les plus importantes, d'abord en Amérique (particulièrement en ce qui concerne le Massacre de Septembre 2012 à Benghazi), mais ensuite aussi en France, (surtout après les précédents des tueries même d' Enfants par Merah en Mars 2012, et le Massacre des Journalistes à Paris en Janvier 2015, (etc).

   En fait,  il semble bien que ce seraient d' Autres Mots-clé qui paraissent beaucoup plus proches à ce que Nicolas Sarkozy dit qu'il veut vraiment, à juger par son plus récente Interview publiée au JDD dimanche dernier (12 avril 2015):

   - Il y  parle surtout d'un large "Rassemblement", autour de certains "Valeurs", ainsi que d'un Changement "important", (et pas seulement "de ravaler la façade" avec de la "Com"),  pour le Nouveau Parti à créer au Centre-Droit, qui promettra, p.ex., d' "interroger les Militants ...sur les Questions Majeures qui se posent" "chaque Semaine", notamment grâce à "l' Internet", (une excellente idée, si cela serait bien fait).

    >>> Mais, tout cela pourrait, manifestement, mieux s'exprimer en utilisant surtout les Mots familiers de : - "Peuple" et "Valeurs" associés ensemble !

   Le mot "République", serait, certes, aussi le bienvenu, mais il risque, inevitablement, de paraitre parfois Trop Large ou vague, (p.ex. pour bien Distinguer le Centre-Droit des Socialistes, des "RINOS", etc), et/ou Trop Étroit, susceptible de prolonger, voire d'aggraver le risque de certaines Exclusions ou Divisions néfastes, (p.ex. côté Droite), comme nous avons déjà vu plus haut...

   => Pourquoi pas, donc, quelque chose qui s'inspirerait d'une Terminologie telle que, p.ex., "Mouvement Populaire des Valeurs", ou, simplement : parti du "Peuple des Valeurs de France", etc. ?

   Ce qui aurait l'avantage d'y inclure ce que Sarkozy a dit souhaiter exprimer (Comp. plus haut), tout en étant, aussi, en meilleure Harmonie, aussi bien avec le "Parti Populaire Européen" au niveau de toute l'UE, (actuellement présidé par le Français Joseph Daul, pour longtemps Eurodéputé de Strasbourg), qu' avec ce qui est, en réalité, en gestation même aux USA (v. en haut).

   Le Mot-clé "Valeurs" (fut-ce de la République, de l' Humanisme, et/ou du Centre-Droite, de la France, de toute l' Europe, etc), associé aux Mouvements Populaires ou simplement au "Peuple", et, donc, à la Démocratie moderne, pourrait exprimer, en effet, assez bien ce qui est, au fond, en jeu, aujourd'hui.

Sauf si, en fait, la dénomination "Républicains" serait réservée seulement pour l'ex-UMP, tandis qu' un mouvement dynamique, rassembleur du Peuple des Valeurs de la France, serait destiné à jouer un rôle stimulant et Fédérateur à l' Avenir, (de préférence à un 2e niveau, beaucoup plus large que l'ex-UMP), en commençant, naturellement, par le sursaut Collectif qu'exige l'importance du rendez-vous crucial des Élections Présidentielles de 2017 !...

Sur une question en réalité d'actualité brulante en France, et plus profonde qu'il ne parait a priori, (vu l' Urgence, puisque l'UMP déciderait, dit-on Demain), voici, en bref, quelques notes hâtives, sur les points cruciaux :

 - Nicolas Sarkozy vient de souligner que le Changement du Nom de ce grand Parti de Centre-Droite ne serait pas une simple question de Com., mais concernerait quelque chose d' Essentiel.

Ceci dit, justement, les principales raisons qui le motivent à cet égard, ainsi que la  Réalité des Faits en France et  autres pays-clés, aussi bien en Europe qu'en Amérique, etc., amènent inévitablement à s' interroger sur la pertinence, ou pas, d'un choix (donné comme probable en ce moment) pour la dénomination "les Républicains", qui semble avoir, au fond, plusieurs désavantages et lacunes,  au lieu d'autres Possibilités, plus adéquates :  Comme, p.ex., entre autres, celles qui focaliseraient sur la création d'un mouvement du Peuple des Valeurs de France, etc.

Certes, à l' immédiat,  avec un nouveau nom comme "les Républicains", le Parti du Centre-Droit : UMP, couperait court aux tentatives actuelles du PS de cacher son évidente  incapacité actuelle  à proposer aux Citoyens une Idéologie et un Projet propres à lui, en se fondant au sein d'un "Mix" superficiellement étiqueté comme soi-disant "Camp Républicain" (avec l' UMP et divers autres partis), contre un "FN" diabolisé, après avoir été boosté par une avalanche de Provocations orchestrées par un État - P.S. devant les yeux de Millions de Citoyens poussés à l’Exaspération...

Car cela distinguerait, semble-t-on penser,  le Centre-Droit de l'ex-UMP aussi bien du FN, et du PS etc., (vu surtout son "Communautarisme" récemment aggravé à travers plusieurs Quartiers, dans sa politique d' Immigration Massive, d'Islamisation, de manque d’Intégration Socio-Culturelle, etc), en cohérence avec la récente position politique de l'UMP avec son "Ni FN, Ni PS", qui s'est avérée assez gagnante au moins aux Élections Départementales de Mars 2015.

En plus, cela pourrait, dit-on, rapprocher, symboliquement, l'ex-UMP de France, avec le Parti Républicain de la Droite Américaine, juste avant les Élections Présidentielles de 2016 aux USA, qu'il pourrait gagner après 10 ans d'Obama s'achevant vers une déception populaire évidente à l'autre côté de l'Atlantique.

Mais, au fond, la Réalité des choses semble bien être toute Autre :

 - D'abord, éloigner Sarkozy ne serait-ce que du Mot (hautement Symbolique) de "Peuple", ce serait, manifestement, une Grave Erreur Politique, aussi bien du point de vue de l' Efficacité Technique, et de la Morale tout court  : Ce serait aussi bien Trahir les Capacités originaires et originales de Nicolas Sarkozy lui-même, (tel qu'il avait réussi à gagner brillamment aux Élections tant Présidentielles de 2007, et Européennes de 2009, etc), que trahir, en fin de compte, le Peuple de la France lui-même...

- Ensuite, cela risquerait de prolonger une Division gigantesque et manifestement choquante, ne serait-ce que du point de vue des principes Démocratiques, entre une Droite trop longtemps séparée en UMP (ex RPR, etc), et FN, qui a eu comme résultat Scandaleux de voir le Peuple de France voter à plusieurs reprises pour une très Large Majorité à Droite, mais, malgré cela, se condamner à être Gouverné par une Minorité des Votants du PS, du fait des Manipulations systématiques. (Comme p.ex. aux Présidentielles, et même Législatives de 2012, ainsi qu'en plusieurs Villes-clé aux Élections Municipales non seulement de 2008 mais aussi de 2014 : P.ex. à Strasbourg, devenu un "ilot" du PS du seul raison de cette Division,, au milieu d'une Région d'Alsace de plus en plus ancrée à Droite, etc). Dans certaines situations particulièrement Choquantes, et dangereusement Anti-Démocratiques, cela est aboutit même au point d'avoir presque .. une Majorité écrasante des 2/3 du Peuple à Voter à Droite, pour être, ensuite, condamnés, pendant plusieurs années, à être Gouvernés par une (parfois très Petite, presque infime : P.ex. seulement 17% des Électeurs inscrits !) Minorité PS+ d' un miniscule 1/4 ou même 1/5...

+ Quant aux rares -mais pas inexistants- descendants de ce qui resterait en France d'une "Monarchie éclairée" d’antan, p.ex. celle d' Henri IV, voire même de Louis XV dit "le bien-aimé", etc, certes, à l' époque actuelle, le plus grand Souci des vrais Démocrates ne serait pas de s' Opposer, à tout prix, de la moindre de telles références, depuis longtemps devenues inoffensives, mais, plutôt, d' affronter d' Urgence, la Crise Économique Mondiale et Sociale qui a trop duré ici, et, surtout, les Menaces d'aujourd'hui par les Agressions Mortelles de Terroristes Islamistes totalement Inhumains comme ceux de l' "ISIL", etc....

+ Beaucoup risqueraient, en plus, de Confondre un tel changement de Nom, vers un mot trop souvent utilisé aujourd'hui aussi par la plupart de l'actuel Gouvernement Socialiste (p.ex. surtout par le PM. Valls, etc), comme un Tournant susceptible d'aboutir à une sorte de nouvelle ... CoHabitation entre l'ex-UMP et le PS, (sous une terminologie trop large de la simple "République", sans plus), tandis que l'ex-Président Jacques Chirac avait notoirement sacrifié 2 années de présidence pour éviter qu'elle NE se reproduise jamais, en raccourcissant le mandat présidentiel de 7 à seulement 5 ans....  Un tel risque pourrait avoir des conséquences très Négatives, politiquement, en donnant p.ex. l' impression d'accréditer la dénonciation habituelle, par le FN, d'un soi-disant "UMP-PS", (etc).

Quant au rapport avec le GOP Américain, (v. Supra), en fait, pour tous ceux qui ont suivi de près l' Histoire récente des Élections surtout Présidentielles, il est évident qu'on risquerait de provoquer le Contraire de ce que certains attendraient d'une adoption éventuelle du nom "Républicains" : cad., au lieu de rapprocher, par contre, d' éloigner la Droite Française de la Droite Américaine...

Car, en réalité, le traditionnel Parti Républicain se trouve dans une Crise d' Identité presqu' Existentielle, grandissante, depuis que ses adversaires politiques du Parti Démocrate, après avoir gagné 2 Élections Présidentielles en série lors des années 1990, (avec Bill Clinton réellu, entre 1990-2000), avaient failli remporter aussi une 3e Élection à l'an 2000, lors du duel incertain de Gore - GWBush.

Ainsi, soudain, en 2004, GWBush, initialement bloqué à un  deuxième "Pat" indécis de 50 % - 50% avec Kerry du PD, selon tous les Sondages, jusqu' à la dernière minute, finalement, à la grande Surprise de tous, réussit de gagner brillamment, avec une grande Avance de plus de 3 Millions de Votes en plus, face à son adversaire "Socialiste", grâce à un sursaut collectif sans précédent, au dernier moment, de nombreux Électeurs motivés surtout par une question généralement considérée, jusqu'alors, comme plutôt secondaire : Les Valeurs Bioéthiques, et les Risques provoqués contre l'Humanité par les Manipulations Génétiques sur des Embryons Humains le Financement Public desquelles (alors interdit) serait autorisé par le candidat du PD (équivalent de "Socialiste"), ceci étant, en fait, la plus importante et la plus claire et Totale Différence incontestable entre les Programmes des deux candidats, (qui, pour le reste, ne se distinguaient que par des Nuances, plus ou moins marquées).

Depuis lors, des Motivations  similaires, cad. concernant des Combats pour certaines Valeurs Populaires, (p.ex. telles que le Combat contre la Bureaucratie, et/ou pour les Droits et Libertés des Citoyens,  la défense de la Famille Naturelle et des Naissances Naturelles face aux tentatives d' imposer des "Mariages" entre Homosexuels même avec "Adoption" d' Enfants nés par d'autres, via "Mères Porteuses", et/ou par Naissances "Artificielles" contrôlées par quelques Technocrates : "PMA", Inséminations artificielles, IVF, tests Prénataux, usage des "Banques" de Sperme, d'Ovaires, d'Embryons,etc., Sélection/Eugénisme, etc), ont marqué la plupart des Élections aux USA, d'une façon ou d'une autre, et avec une intensité grandissante :

P.ex., pour la 1ere fois en 2008, un Candidat charismatique du Mouvement Populaire des Valeurs comme l'ex-Gouverneur Mike Huckabee, avec presque Rien comme Argent, a réussi à concurrencer sérieusement la 1ere place aux Primaires organisés au sein du Parti Républicain, jusqu'au barrage controversé du "Super Tuesday", ("super mardi" : jour de plusieurs Élections simultanées à divers États fédérés,, de facon que les Candidats ne puissent pas être présents et faire personnellement campagne à tous, les obligeant d'acheter des "Spots" Publicitaires à la TV, etc., qui coutent cher, etc). Mais aux Primaires suivantes du GOP, en  2012, son "successaire" à la tête du Mouvement Populaire des Valeurs, le Sénateur Rick Santorum a réussi a Gagner même cette "Super Tuesday", ne quittant la course que seulement après avoir surmonté cette épreuve, afin de ne pas affaiblir trop, face à Obama,  le candidat de l' aile traditionnelle du GOP, (qui risquait d'apparaitre bientôt comme .. Minoritaire dans son propre parti !)...

D'une manière plus large,  le Mouvement Populaire des Valeurs s'est agrandi de plus en plus aux USA, stimulant plusieurs Luttes Majoritaires dans divers États fédérés p.ex. pour le Mariage et les Naissances Naturelles, contre les tentantives acharnés d' Obama à imposer à tout prix un "Mariage" d' Homosexuels, (usurpation d' Enfants d'autres y comprise : Comp. en haut), contre l' excès d' Impôts et des Bureaucrates autoritaires, (v. p.ex. le fameux "Tea Party"), pour la Défense des Libertés (p.ex. contre le Scandale de l' Administration Obama qui avait organisé de l' Espionnage systématiquement contre des Associations et Militants Chrétiens; pour la Paix et Coopération avec la Russie, au lieu des Provocations Agressives de type Guerre Froide du Gouvernement II d' Obama, comme p.ex. le Conseil Mondial des Familles, le Conservateur Pat Robertson, etc, et/ou contre l' Islamisation accélérée et au forceps, même en autorisant un "Centre Islamique" avec "Mosquée" comme le PD d' Obama a fait, à côté du lieu de Massacre de 3.000 Personnes Civiles innocentes par des Terroristes Islamistes d' Al Quaida le Septembre 11, 2001, à l' ancien World Trade Center de New York, malgré l' Opposition même de Familles des Victimes ; voire même la Pluie des Critiques récentes contre le Gouvernement Obama II, accusé d' avoir fait plus pour Espionner et/ou affaiblir les Chrétiens Americains que pour combattre les Terroristes Islamistes d' ISIL !  (etc). C'est ainsi qu'aux plus récentes Élections des Parlementaires et des Gouverneurs d’États fédérés, en 2014, connues comme "Mid-Term Elections", les Conservateurs ont remporté une large Victoire sans précédent, (réussissant même d' élire plusieurs Candidats que l'aile "Traditionnelle" ou "Bureaucratique" du GOP ne voulait en réalité pas, mais les Sabotait à la louche)...

Par contre, les Candidats de type "traditionnel" ou "Bureaucratique" au Parti Républicain des USA, sont devenus de moins en moins crédibles, et impopulaires, menant le parti à des Catastrophes Électorales successives et minant son potentiel vis a vis du Peuple Americain : F.ex. en 2008, McCain provoqué une des plus grosses Catastrophes Électorales dans l' Histoire récente du GOP, (avant de tomber si bas, ensuite, dans sa tendance "Guerre-Froide" d'antan contre la Russie, la Syrie, etc, que de se faire même ....Photographier à côté d' El Bagdadi, l' actuel Chef des atroces Terroristes Islamistes de l' ISIL !)... Quant au Millionnaire Mit Romney (un notoire Hypocrite qui faisait semblant d'être proche su Mouvement Populaire des Valeurs, tandis qu'en réalité il était trop éloigné du Peuple et de ses Valeurs), qui a perdu même contre un Obama en perte de vitesse en 2012, il vient d’abandonner totalement la vie politique...

=> Ainsi, le Peuple Américain a de plus en plus commencé à rejetter ouvertement l' aile "Traditionnelle", parfois mesquine et/ou "Guerre-Froidiste", du GOP, sans âme, sans Valeurs, hypocrite, Bureaucratique, oppressive et Impopulaire de ce GOP, que les Citoyens ont pris l'habitude à designer comme ... "RINOS", cad. "Republicans In Name Only", ("Républicains seulement en nom", en français), se Révoltant chaque fois davantage contre les planqués Apparatchik du Parti, souvent liés avec des intérêts inavouables et impopulaires, et trop fréquemment enclins aux Pires Compromis avec les "Socialistes" du PD, au détriment des Valeurs, Droits et Libertés des Citoyens. Au point que plusieurs ont récemment commencé, en nombre Croissant ces dernières années, à lancer des Appels Collectifs pour Quitter un GOP qui ne respecterait en réalité ses propres adhérents, afin de créer un Nouveau Parti, vraiment Conservateur, capable et volontaire de défendre vraiment les Valeurs élémentaires qui tiennent à cœur à un nombre grandissant des Citoyens.

>>> Ces "RINOS" des USA, honnis par le Peuple Américain, ressemblent beaucoup, en France, à ceux "Sous marins" Hypocrites qui ont manifestement Saboté, à la louche, aux Élections Présidentielles de 2012, Nicolas Sarkozy, de l’intérieur-même du Parti UMP, en l' éloignant du Peuple par l' imposition de divers Obstacles de contacts directs (Contrairement à ce qui a été le cas lors des Victoires de 2007 et 2009), malgré un Luxe d'installations superflues, dont ont apparemment profité certains, en exploitant le Parti et ses adhérents et sympathisants (comme il a été ensuite révélé par quelques Scandales devenus notoires), et par un Affadissement du discours Politique visible aux Citoyens, allant-même parfois jusqu' à tenter à le Censurer !  

P.ex., tandis que l' Opposition classique, nette et claire, de Nicolas Sarkozy, à la demande impopulaire et controversée de la Turquie d' entrer dans l'UE, avait notoirement contribué à réussir de gagner brillamment les Élections Présidentielles de 2007 et Européennes de 2009, en, attirant le Centre, soudant l' Unité de l'UMP, et convaincant la plupart des sympathisants du FN à voter le candidat de l'UMP au 2e tour, par contre, en 2012 cela (au lieu d'être porté au niveau Européen, comme il avait été initialement projeté, promis et serait logique), au contraire, fut étonnamment quasi-Absent ou inaudible, au point que même une Brochure éditée par Sarkozy lui-même, qui clarifiait ce point majeur au moment Crucial du début du 2e tour, distribuée par sa propre équipe à Paris, fut, par contre, .. introuvable à diverses Fédérations de l'UMP, et n'a jamais été aperçue par la plupart des militants, et encore moins des sympathisants, voire la masse des Citoyens qui allaient voter...

+ De même, une autre idée forte et populaire des Victoires de 2007 et 2009, sur l' Identité de la France et de l' Europe, (y compris par ses "racines Chrétiennes", etc.), ne fut lisible lors du long mais comparativement ...asceptique "Projet" que quelques obscurs Apparatchiks au sein de l'UMP mais coupés du Peuple on tenté de lui imposer en 2012, (avec l' Exception de quelques Déclarations spontanées de Nicolas Sarkozy lui-même, p.ex. dans son discours à Toulon, etc., qui ont immédiatement déclenché un Torrent d' Applaudissements enthousiastes par une nombreuse assistance, mais ont été apparemment mal vus par quelques apparatchiks)...

D’évidence, c'est surtout ce genre de Sabotages sournois (auxquels se sont ajoutés même des Attentats mortels Horribles de l' Islamiste Terroriste Merah, apparemment dirigés de l' Extérieur, en Mars 2012, le veille d'un Discours prévu sur l' Europe à Strasbourg, et pas encore pleinement élucidés), qui ont empêché une victoire aux Élections Présidentielles de 2012, en éliminant ce qui était le "Ciment" essentiel du Rassemblement du Centre, de la Droite classique et même des électeurs du FN, qui avait réussi en 2007 et 2009, grâce à des Contacts Directs et, surtout, d'un Discours beaucoup plus Libre de Sarkozy lui-même, sans intermédiaires qui obscurcissent son message original au Peuple de la France (et bien au-delà au reste de l' Europe, qui en avait, notoirement, tant besoin)...  

Non pas tellement quelques appels habituels à l'abstention ou au vote "Blanc", du côté surtout du FN, (qui ont, certes, fait du mal au candidat de l' UMP en 2012, mais n'ont pas pu arrêter sa victoire en 2007 !).

Quant aux quelques appels du peu qui restait encore des soi-disant "Centristes" de Bayrou en 2012 à voter Hollande du PS, sa position personnelle n'avait, manifestement plus la même importance qu' en 2007, vu que son pourcentage avait notoirement tombé très bas en 2012, (et qu'en général, ledit Sabotage par quelques Apparatchiks qui ont empeché la visibilité des idées originales de Sarkozy - v. en haut - avait déjà provoqué ses ravages en excluant le même "ciment" politique qui avait réussi à 2007, d'opérer aussi en 2012, vis a vis le Centre aussi).

=> Un Risque réel existe, donc, en France comme en aux USA de voir bientôt une grande partie des sympathisants du Centre-Droite à dénoncer, ici aussi, divers autres ... "RINOS" impopulaires et nocifs, comme le Peuple Américain vient déjà de faire pendant les 10 derniers années (v. plus haut) !

It reminds, a little bit, among others, also f.ex. how UK's electorate was grossly manipulated in the 2005 Elections in order to make Conservaives' Chief Dunkan loose for a controversial less than 0,5% difference ; how former Italian PM. Berlusconi was systematicaly Slandered, until ousting him and his center-Right Coalition ; and how former French President Sarkozy was slyly undermined during 2012 Elections, when he dared oppose Gays' Mariage etc., defending Natural Family and Human Embryo from Genetic Manipulations, et ;  or how German Chancelor Merkel was practicaly Robbed from her landmark +40% Win in September 2013 Elections by obliging her to Compromise with SPD, to which she had to make too much Concessions,, including on the above-mentioned principles ; how Russian President Putin was suddenly targetted and accused of almost everything, not hesitating even to push Ukraine towards Civil War, etc., just after Duma passed Laws prohibiting Propaganda spreading Homosexuality towards Children, and Refused to give Children for Adoption in Countries which practive Gays Mariage ; or how Hungarian PM Victor Orban suddenly started to be systematicaly Slandered and accused for almost everything, just after he entered in the Constitution of his country the Christian roots of Europe's Historical Identity, Natural Family between a Man and a Woman, protection of Human Embryo, etc; even how Geek Conservatives' leader Samaras was forced first to Cohabitate with PASOK, disappointing many among his electorate, and finaly to loose hard in front of Syriza's Leftists, whose program includes total "Equality" between Homosexual vis a bis Natural Couples, to the point to attract even .. New York Mayor, Dems' Cuomo's official "congratulations", precisely on this point !, (etc)...

=> It would be interesting to find out WHO was that "Foreign Secret Service" which reportedly gave to the "Socialist" Opposition materials to slander the Christiandemocrat Government of the country, in this case too.
