Various moves are currently evolving in parallel inside EU and CoE, as well as elsewhere in Europe, towards giving Citizens'  a say on public authorities' decisions which can seriously affect their lives and the whole society's future.

But it's not yet obvious whether these parallel moves are converging or diverging, coherent or contradictory. In the latest case, a necessary Europan debate would obviously became even more indispensable.

6  Announcements / http://EUROFORA.NET interactive European News project / e-Aggressions versus EuroFora, target News/Forum points on: July 31, 2010, 12:48:42 AM
There were more than Ten E-Aggressions against EuroFora, between 24 - 31 July 2010.

Most of them targetted mainly the NEWS aspect of the open Forum.

The most involved IP abused by the sly Aggressor was from a Chicago-based US network.

Curiously, he or she started, at first, by repeatedly covering up (i.e. 3 times Hidding at the "Home" pages, by Hindering Readers to see the Latest Post) a Critical Publication made at EuroFora's Forum about which Questioned Obama's Controversial decision to largely Stop NASA's Human Space Flights and Moon/Mars+ Exploration, etc., while even ... Iran started to launch its own fast-track Human Space Flight Plan.
