*Strasboourg/- An  ISIL's Terrorist Killer of Civilian People in Paris' Bataclan Musichall, who returned recently from Turkey, used frequently the Turkish Mosque and the Turkish Cultural Centre in Strasbourg's Meinau suburb, and had at least one Turkish Pal who describes him even now as "very Kind" (sic !), according to French Media cited by "Figaro", etc.

That Meinau Turkish Mosque is notoriously preparing to be entirely rebuild and Extended, in a way which ambitions to make it one of the most important in Europe, and is supported by the controversial Turkish lobbyists group of "Mili Gorus", which recently revendicates a Network of more than "500 Mosqies throughout Europe", that some compare to "Muslim Brothers", (outlawed in Egypt and elsewhere), etc.

Foued Mohamed-Aggad reportedly was part of a Wider Team of Radicalized individuals who suddenly became practicing Muslims, mainly since 2012, and later went from Strasbourg to Turkey in order to fight with ISIL's Terrorists in Syria, but many among them had since returned in France where they had been briefly incarcerated last year (2014).

However, the French police doesn't yet know how that cold-blood Murderer of Civilian People returned back to Europe on 2015. According to the Lawyer of his Family, the Last Time that they were Informed on his whereabouts was "last August", and it's considered most probable that he would have Returned with "Fake" Papers.

Such a context indicates that he had probably abused of the cover up of the recent massive irregular immigraion by asylum seekers and others comming through Turkey at EU's external borders in Greece, during last Summer and/or Autumn 2015, as have also done another 3 among the 7 deadly Terrorists of the recent deadly Paris' attacks.

If it's confirmed, the total number of those who abused the cover-up of that massive irregular immigration wave from Turkey would represent the MAJORITY of those deadly Paris' Terrrorits, (i.e. at least 4 out of 7). !

In a last-minute, surprise move, New EU Chairman, French President Nicolas Sarkozy, anounced a proposal in Strasbourg to open an EU Parliament debate on Europe's Identity in the ranup to 2009 Election :

    - "I am conscious of the fact that there is, today, a real Crisis on Europe's
Identity", he replied earlier to a question by Greek MEP Ioanis Varvitsiotes, who had asked him to "advance beyond those who don't really want a Political Europe",

    - "Why not a real Debate on what is Europe's Identity ?", proposed
Sarkozy, in this regard.

    -  "EU Parliament could organize such Debates", he suggested :"It's
better for EU Parliament, than for National Governments, or EU Commission, to
define what is the European Identity", the French President proposed.

A diplomatic way to avoid obstacles by some Governments and/or some Brussels' bureacrats, reportedly opposed to really free and popular, critical European debates on hot political issues..

Sarkozy brillantly won the 2007 Presidential and Parliamentary Elections in France in 2007, in the line of the principles anounced at an important Speech in Strasbourg, February 2007, about a Political Europe, and a European Identity on issues which matter to the People.

Polls

2009 EU Elections were won by Parties against Technocracy and Turkey's controversial EU bid, while the 1999-2004 Majority Abstention trend decelerated. What should be done in 2009-2014 ?
