Who is Hampering a real Counter Islamist Terrorism Decisive ReAction ?

New US President Don Trump managed to clearly articulate "Islamist Terrorism" at his speech even in ... Saudi Arabia, but, paradoxicaly, the Word seems to have been silently Censored by someone inside the NATO and even G7 Official relevant Statements !

If it might have been Turkey in NATO (a notoriously OutDated, old Cold War remnant from the 1950ies), who was it, then, inside the G7 ?

Cadavers of innocent Civilian People targetted and atrociously Massacrated by ISIS' deadly cowards multiply these days, from UK's Manchester, to Egypt, Afghanistan, even Philippines, etc.

But the List(s) of concrete Measures anounced in the meantime by NATO + G7 curiously, might look partly more Worrying for ...Hundreds of Millions of innocent and peaceful Citizens, (Victims of Islamist Terrorism on recent years), than for Islamist Terrorists themselves...

Indeed, it's mostly about, mainly, Spying and/or Censoring at the Internet, in Transports (including  the PNR, against which an EU Parliament's majority fought until 2015), over use of private Bank accounts, Eavesdroping on Telecommunications, making Propaganda in Medias, etc... And the Ommission of a clear mention of brutally violent and deadly Islamist Terrorism is also Dangerous : Instead, that obviously Slipery Slope about so-called "Radicalisation" and/or "Extremism", "Hate", etc., might Backfire against absolutely Different, even Opposite realities, social groups or persons, (in extremis, even against ...Victims' legitimate anger versus Deadly Criminals !).

=> Should we abandon Egypt's Al-Sisi alone to counter-attack (after another massacre targetting civilian people) by targetted Military Strikes against ISIL's training infrastructures at Neighbouring Libya ?

Did anyone forget where Rakka, Idlib or Mosoul etc. are located, all these Years, in a Map (all accross Turkey's borders) ?

Who is pushing all these recently Mushrooming Mosques, spreading Extreme Islamisation inside Western Culture Countries, and controlled by IDLIB Networks (i.e. the Turkish Government), Funded by Saudis or Qatar and other Foreign sources, which were notoriously visited by Deadly Terrorists in Berlin, Brussels, Strasbourg, Manchester, Birmingham, or elsewhere in the US  ?

Or should we all, just Wait until a real Counter-Islamist Terrorism Deal might, at last, be eventualy brokered, later-on, between the New US Administration, Russia, China, India and others, (even if it might upset some from a Cold-War mongering Establishment, who now risk to have, indirectly but inevitably in substance, Innocent People's Blood in their Hands) ?...

In a last-minute, surprise move, New EU Chairman, French President Nicolas Sarkozy, anounced a proposal in Strasbourg to open an EU Parliament debate on Europe's Identity in the ranup to 2009 Election :

    - "I am conscious of the fact that there is, today, a real Crisis on Europe's
Identity", he replied earlier to a question by Greek MEP Ioanis Varvitsiotes, who had asked him to "advance beyond those who don't really want a Political Europe",

    - "Why not a real Debate on what is Europe's Identity ?", proposed
Sarkozy, in this regard.

    -  "EU Parliament could organize such Debates", he suggested :"It's
better for EU Parliament, than for National Governments, or EU Commission, to
define what is the European Identity", the French President proposed.

A diplomatic way to avoid obstacles by some Governments and/or some Brussels' bureacrats, reportedly opposed to really free and popular, critical European debates on hot political issues..

Sarkozy brillantly won the 2007 Presidential and Parliamentary Elections in France in 2007, in the line of the principles anounced at an important Speech in Strasbourg, February 2007, about a Political Europe, and a European Identity on issues which matter to the People.

Polls

2009 EU Elections were won by Parties against Technocracy and Turkey's controversial EU bid, while the 1999-2004 Majority Abstention trend decelerated. What should be done in 2009-2014 ?
